Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a display assembly line and an assembly warehousing method based on the same, wherein the display assembly line comprises the following components: the system comprises a backlight quality inspection working section, a bar code input working section, a quality inspection working section, a packaging and warehousing working section and a transmission mechanism connected in series among the backlight quality inspection working section, the bar code input working section, the quality inspection working section and the packaging and warehousing working section; the backlight quality inspection section, the bar code input section and the packaging and warehousing section are provided with symmetrical stations; quality testing workshop section is provided with a plurality of detection frock in a poor light and detects the frock, it includes to detect the frock in a poor light: the backlight detection tool comprises a backlight detection tool body, a backlight source fixing groove and a backlight detection assembly; the backlight source fixing groove is arranged on the top surface of the backlight detection tool body along the thickness direction; the backlight detection assembly is arranged on the backlight detection tool body. The backlight quality inspection workshop section, the bar code entry workshop section, the quality inspection workshop section and the packaging warehousing workshop section are connected in series by using the transmission mechanism, so that the in-line arrangement of the display assembly line is realized, and the backlight quality inspection workshop section, the bar code entry workshop section and the packaging warehousing workshop section are provided with symmetrical workstations, so that the length of the display assembly line is effectively reduced; through setting up detection frock and quality inspection frock in a poor light, and then made things convenient for detection and quality inspection work on the display assembly line.

Claims (10)

1. A display assembly line, comprising:
the system comprises a backlight quality inspection working section, a bar code input working section, a quality inspection working section, a packaging and warehousing working section and a transmission mechanism connected in series among the backlight quality inspection working section, the bar code input working section, the quality inspection working section and the packaging and warehousing working section;
the backlight quality inspection section, the bar code input section and the packaging and warehousing section are provided with symmetrical stations;
quality testing workshop section is provided with a plurality of detection frock in a poor light, the detection frock in a poor light includes: the backlight detection tool comprises a backlight detection tool body, a backlight source fixing groove and a backlight detection assembly; the backlight source fixing groove is arranged on the top surface of the backlight detection tool body along the thickness direction; the backlight detection assembly is arranged on the backlight detection tool body;
and the quality inspection working section is provided with a quality inspection tool.
2. The display assembly line of claim 1, wherein the backlight fixation slots comprise:
a main accommodating groove;
and the bearing step is arranged at the upper part of the accommodating main groove along the height direction and is used for bearing the PCB of the backlight source.
3. The display assembly line of claim 2, wherein the backlight detection assembly comprises:
a control switch;
the detection circuit is arranged on the bearing step and is electrically connected with the control switch;
when the PCB of the backlight source is placed on the bearing step, the PCB is communicated with the detection circuit.
4. The display assembly line of claim 1, wherein the quality inspection tool comprises:
a substrate;
the bearing plate is connected with the substrate at one end;
the angle adjusting plate, the one end of angle adjusting plate with base plate sliding connection, the other end of angle adjusting plate with the loading board is connected.
5. The display assembly line of claim 4,
the substrate comprises a substrate body and a plurality of sliding chutes arranged on the substrate body;
the bearing plate comprises a bearing body and a supporting plate vertically arranged at the end part of the bearing body close to the substrate;
the angle adjusting plate comprises an adjusting main plate and a sliding plate, one end of the adjusting main plate is connected with the bearing body, the other end of the adjusting main plate is in threaded connection with one end of the sliding plate, and the other end of the sliding plate is in sliding connection with the sliding groove.
6. The display assembly line of claim 5,
the bearing body comprises a first edge, a second edge, a first side edge and a second side edge, wherein the first edge is far away from the supporting plate, the second edge is close to the supporting plate, and the first side edge and the second side edge are connected between the first edge and the second edge;
the first edge is provided with a first notch, the first side edge is provided with a second notch, and the second side edge is provided with a third notch.
7. The display assembly line of claim 1, wherein the conveyance mechanism comprises:
a delivery carriage;
the conveying belt is arranged on the conveying bracket;
a drive motor for driving the conveyor belt;
and the transmission control box is arranged on the transmission bracket and is electrically connected with the transmission motor.
8. The display assembly line of claim 1, further comprising:
if the trunk line is placed at the lower table, the lower table is arranged at two sides of the conveying mechanism;
the online tables are arranged on the conveying mechanism;
the isolation door plates are arranged in the backlight quality inspection workshop section, the bar code input workshop section and between the quality inspection workshop section and the packaging and warehousing workshop section;
the bar code computers are arranged on the off-line desk at the bar code input work section;
the screen installing box is provided with a plurality of display screen fixing grooves;
the material vehicles are used for bearing the screen loading box;
the quality inspection computers are arranged on the online desk at the quality inspection working section;
and the packaging computers are arranged on the online desk at the packaging warehouse entry work section.
9. The display assembly line of claim 8,
the offline table comprises a supporting leg, and a first table plate and a second table plate which are arranged on the supporting leg from bottom to top in sequence along the height direction.
10. A display assembly line display assembly warehousing method based on any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising:
placing the backlight source on the backlight source detection tool, performing backlight detection at the backlight quality detection section, and assembling the qualified backlight source into a display;
the display is transmitted to a bar code input working section through a transmission mechanism for bar code input;
the display with the bar code recorded is transmitted to a quality inspection section through a transmission mechanism and is placed on the quality inspection tool for quality inspection;
and packaging and warehousing the display qualified in the quality inspection workshop section through a packaging and warehousing workshop section to finish the assembly and warehousing of the display.
