技术领域:
本发明涉及化纤制品加工处理领域,具体涉及一种用于化纤面料的免烫处理剂。
背景技术:
纤维素纤维织物由于其良好的吸湿性以及穿着舒适性,越来越受到人们的青睐。但是纤维素纤维由于其自身的特性,在穿着和洗涤过程当中容易起皱,不平整、不美观,因此在每次洗涤之后还需要进行熨烫来保持其平整和挺括,给人们的日常生活带来了诸多不便。为了克服这一缺点,人们通过对面料进行免烫加工来改善。通常的做法是在拉幅机上先将整幅织物浸轧树脂,然后在130℃-160℃的高温条件下焙烘或者在常温条件下进行堆置的方法达到免烫的目的。经过免烫整理后,织物的强力下降明显,手感变硬、吸湿透气性差,严重的影响了织物的穿着舒适性,特别是织物的接触舒适性。因此,开发合适的免烫处理剂,改善工艺对面料造成的不足,显得格外有意义。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种用于化纤面料的免烫处理剂,通过特定的免烫处理剂,作用于化纤面料后不仅能达到免烫的效果,而且能够保持化纤原有的强度、手感舒适度和吸湿透气性,保证穿着舒适度。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种用于化纤面料的免烫处理剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚酯型聚氨酯50-80份、丙烯酸100-150份、双酚A型环氧树脂25-45份、过氧化苯甲酰12-16份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯20-30份、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺5-8份、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯18-22份、亚硫酸钠22-26份、聚对苯甲酰胺20-25份、仲烷基硫酸酯钠15-25份、碳酸氢铵10-16份、PH调节剂适量。
所述聚酯型聚氨酯经过耐水性改性处理,具体改性方法为:
(1)将聚酯型聚氨酯溶于乙醇中,于60-70℃水浴中在150-200r/min转速下搅拌30-40min,冷却后减压蒸馏回收乙醇,用去离子水清洗聚酯型聚氨酯,放入真空烘箱中在110-120℃烘干;
(2)将上述处理后的聚酯型聚氨酯溶于7-10%质量浓度的氯化钙溶液中,于40-60℃水浴中在120-150r/min转速下搅拌20min,再向溶液中加入硫酸钾使其质量浓度为4-6%,继续搅拌10min后将混合溶液移入反应釜中在120-150℃下处理6-8h,自然冷却后清洗,放入真空干燥箱在110-120℃烘干。
所述双酚A型环氧树脂用粘土改性处理,改性方法为:
(1)将双酚A型环氧树脂和经过水过滤后的粘土放入高速搅拌机中在500-600r/min转速下搅拌40-60min,再转入氮气气氛炉中在260-360℃下烧结2-3h,自然冷却到室温;
(2)将上述烧结后的混合物溶于2-4%质量浓度的盐酸中,在50KHz、40℃下超声50min,清洗,干燥;
(3)将超声后的混合物放入140℃、0.36Mpa饱和蒸气压下处理2h,冷区后干燥,制得改性后的双酚A型环氧树脂。
所述水过滤后的粘土具体过滤方法为:
(1)将粘土粉碎,研磨,过100目筛,用去离子水清洗后,过滤,收集滤上物,将滤液减压浓缩,制备的物质和滤上物混合,干燥;
(2)重复步骤(1)3-5次,制得水过滤后的粘土。
所述处理剂的各原料溶于溶剂后,用PH调节剂调整溶剂PH为3-4。
本发明提供了一种用于化纤面料的免烫处理剂,其有益效果为:
(1)处理剂的特定配方,使得处理剂作用于化纤面料后,不仅能起到免烫的效果,而且还能维持纤维的强度和硬度,保证纤维的吸湿透气性,亚硫酸钠的加入起到保护纤维面料性质的功能,聚对苯甲酰胺作为稳定剂加入能够稳定处理剂,使处理剂性质稳定,碳酸氢铵在处理剂使用过程中会发生反应发出少量气体,增加纤维面料的透气性。
(2)聚酯型聚氨酯经过耐水性改性后,极性增强,增加了对水的浸润性,从而改善了处理剂的水溶性,使处理剂在水中的溶解度增加。
(3)双酚A型环氧树脂用粘土改性后改善双酚A型环氧树脂的脆性和韧性,使其容易和其它原料相结合。

实施例1:
一种用于化纤面料的免烫处理剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚酯型聚氨酯70份、丙烯酸120份、双酚A型环氧树脂35份、过氧化苯甲酰14份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯25份、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6份、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯20份、亚硫酸钠24份、聚对苯甲酰胺23份、仲烷基硫酸酯钠20份、碳酸氢铵13份、PH调节剂适量。
实施例2:
一种用于化纤面料的免烫处理剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚酯型聚氨酯50份、丙烯酸100份、双酚A型环氧树脂25份、过氧化苯甲酰12份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯20份、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺5份、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯18份、亚硫酸钠22份、聚对苯甲酰胺20份、仲烷基硫酸酯钠15份、碳酸氢铵10份、PH调节剂适量。
所述聚酯型聚氨酯经过耐水性改性处理,具体改性方法为:
(1)将聚酯型聚氨酯溶于乙醇中,于70℃水浴中在150r/min转速下搅拌40min,冷却后减压蒸馏回收乙醇,用去离子水清洗聚酯型聚氨酯,放入真空烘箱中在110℃烘干;
(2)将上述处理后的聚酯型聚氨酯溶于10%质量浓度的氯化钙溶液中,于40℃水浴中在150r/min转速下搅拌20min,再向溶液中加入硫酸钾使其质量浓度为4%,继续搅拌10min后将混合溶液移入反应釜中在150℃下处理6h,自然冷却后清洗,放入真空干燥箱在120℃烘干。
实施例3:
一种用于化纤面料的免烫处理剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚酯型聚氨酯80份、丙烯酸150份、双酚A型环氧树脂45份、过氧化苯甲酰16份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯30份、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺8份、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯22份、亚硫酸钠26份、聚对苯甲酰胺25份、仲烷基硫酸酯钠25份、碳酸氢铵16份、PH调节剂适量。
所述双酚A型环氧树脂用粘土改性处理,改性方法为:
(1)将双酚A型环氧树脂和经过水过滤后的粘土放入高速搅拌机中在500r/min转速下搅拌60min,再转入氮气气氛炉中在260℃下烧结3h,自然冷却到室温;
(2)将上述烧结后的混合物溶于2%质量浓度的盐酸中,在50KHz、40℃下超声50min,清洗,干燥;
(3)将超声后的混合物放入140℃、0.36Mpa饱和蒸气压下处理2h,冷区后干燥,制得改性后的双酚A型环氧树脂。

所述聚酯型聚氨酯经过耐水性改性处理,具体改性方法为:
(1)将聚酯型聚氨酯溶于乙醇中,于60℃水浴中在200r/min转速下搅拌30min,冷却后减压蒸馏回收乙醇,用去离子水清洗聚酯型聚氨酯,放入真空烘箱中在120℃烘干;
(2)将上述处理后的聚酯型聚氨酯溶于7%质量浓度的氯化钙溶液中,于60℃水浴中在120r/min转速下搅拌20min,再向溶液中加入硫酸钾使其质量浓度为6%,继续搅拌10min后将混合溶液移入反应釜中在120℃下处理8h,自然冷却后清洗,放入真空干燥箱在110℃烘干。
所述双酚A型环氧树脂用粘土改性处理,改性方法为:
(1)将双酚A型环氧树脂和经过水过滤后的粘土放入高速搅拌机中在600r/min转速下搅拌40min,再转入氮气气氛炉中在360℃下烧结2h,自然冷却到室温;
(2)将上述烧结后的混合物溶于4%质量浓度的盐酸中,在50KHz、40℃下超声50min,清洗,干燥;
(3)将超声后的混合物放入140℃、0.36Mpa饱和蒸气压下处理2h,冷区后干燥,制得改性后的双酚A型环氧树脂。
所述水过滤后的粘土具体过滤方法为:
(1)将粘土粉碎,研磨,过100目筛,用去离子水清洗后,过滤,收集滤上物,将滤液减压浓缩,制备的物质和滤上物混合,干燥;
(2)重复步骤(1)3次,制得水过滤后的粘土。

一种免烫面料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:

2)将白色纯棉斜纹布在上述整理液中两浸两轧,在带液率为55%的情况下,密封打卷于33℃储存6个小时,然后在100℃条件下烘20秒,将落布含潮率控制为8%,烘干后将此布继续密封打卷并在34℃条件下储存6个小时,最后将此布在150℃的高温条件下焙烘0.5min,直接进行下道工序(水洗、定型)处理,得到免烫面料1。

Claims (5)
1.一种用于化纤面料的免烫处理剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚酯型聚氨酯50-80份、丙烯酸100-150份、双酚A型环氧树脂25-45份、过氧化苯甲酰12-16份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯20-30份、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺5-8份、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯18-22份、亚硫酸钠22-26份、聚对苯甲酰胺20-25份、仲烷基硫酸酯钠15-25份、碳酸氢铵10-16份、PH调节剂适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于化纤面料的免烫处理剂,其特征在于,所述聚酯型聚氨酯经过耐水性改性处理,具体改性方法为:
(1)将聚酯型聚氨酯溶于乙醇中,于60-70℃水浴中在150-200r/min转速下搅拌30-40min,冷却后减压蒸馏回收乙醇,用去离子水清洗聚酯型聚氨酯,放入真空烘箱中在110-120℃烘干;
(2)将上述处理后的聚酯型聚氨酯溶于7-10%质量浓度的氯化钙溶液中,于40-60℃水浴中在120-150r/min转速下搅拌20min,再向溶液中加入硫酸钾使其质量浓度为4-6%,继续搅拌10min后将混合溶液移入反应釜中在120-150℃下处理6-8h,自然冷却后清洗,放入真空干燥箱在110-120℃烘干。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于化纤面料的免烫处理剂,其特征在于,所述双酚A型环氧树脂用粘土改性处理,改性方法为:
(1)将双酚A型环氧树脂和经过水过滤后的粘土放入高速搅拌机中在500-600r/min转速下搅拌40-60min,再转入氮气气氛炉中在260-360℃下烧结2-3h,自然冷却到室温;
(2)将上述烧结后的混合物溶于2-4%质量浓度的盐酸中,在50KHz、40℃下超声50min,清洗,干燥;
(3)将超声后的混合物放入140℃、0.36Mpa饱和蒸气压下处理2h,冷区后干燥,制得改性后的双酚A型环氧树脂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于化纤面料的免烫处理剂,其特征在于,所述水过滤后的粘土具体过滤方法为:
(1)将粘土粉碎,研磨,过100目筛,用去离子水清洗后,过滤,收集滤上物,将滤液减压浓缩,制备的物质和滤上物混合,干燥;
(2)重复步骤(1)3-5次,制得水过滤后的粘土。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的用于化纤面料的免烫处理剂,其特征在于,所述处理剂的各原料溶于溶剂后,用PH调节剂调整溶剂PH为3-4。
