本发明涉及大袍衬布技术领域,具体来说是一种零甲醛抗菌大袍衬布。
背景技术

根据公开号为CN103614841B的中国专利公开了防摩尔纹轻薄透明衬布,通过选择不同粗细、不同F数以及不同收缩膨化效果的经纬纱搭配,选择最能防摩尔纹的乱纹组织,选择兼顾加工难度、控制成品低平方克重及控制质量难度的坯布经纬密度、坯布与成品门幅比例等综合因素的工艺方法,制备得到防摩尔纹轻薄衬布,所述衬布基布还可以通过微点涂层工艺,制备得到带涂层的防摩尔纹轻薄衬布,所述不带涂层的衬布基布轻薄、透明性好;与透明面料重叠后防摩尔纹效果优异;而所述带涂层衬布,也轻薄、透明性好,与透明面料粘合后防摩尔纹效果优异,粘合牢度好,抗透胶,但传统衬布的游离甲醛含量在17~75ppm,对硬手感的衬布,例如用于阿拉伯大袍的大袍衬,由于定型中所使用的树脂特性导致甲醛含量通常高达1000ppm以上,大大威胁了衣物穿着者的身体健康,一件服装的外部使用的是的面料、里部使用的是里料,中间层就是衬布,汗液浸渍衣物后易滋生细菌,衣物面料变色,产生异味。
发明内容
本发明提供一种零甲醛抗菌大袍衬布,用以解决上述背景技术提出的碳棒的大小往往是统一直径和吸附性能较差的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种零甲醛抗菌大袍衬布,包括以下质量份数的原料:基布、环保抗菌剂、零甲醛树脂、抗UV助剂、抗红外线助剂、LDPE母粒、抗菌母粒、抗UV母粒、抗红外线母粒和功能树脂。
优选地,包括如下加工步骤,
步骤一:基布经过浸轧环保抗菌剂、无甲醛树脂、抗菌剂、抗UV助剂、抗红外线助剂处理,抗菌效果达到公司内控标准再进行下道工序;
步骤二:将按照一定比例混合的LDPE母粒、抗菌母粒、抗UV母粒和抗红外线母粒通过流延涂布压合在经过抗菌树脂整理的基布表面;
步骤三:冷却成型裁切至固定幅宽。
优选地,主要包括有纺的针织的梭织的棉布,涤棉布,棉涤布,化纤布及混纺的基布,纱织规格不限。
优选地,经无甲醛树脂整理后,达到一定的硬度、保型性、抗菌、抗UV和抗红外线效果,其中游离甲醛值为零。
优选地,步骤一中所述基布进行浸轧功能性抗菌剂及功能性树脂整理,在经过烘房进行烘干,使基布具有抗菌、抗UV、抗红外线性和一定的硬度及热稳定性。
优选地,步骤一中,烘干房内部的温度控制在120℃-210℃,将基布中多余的水分烘干掉。
优选地,步骤二中流延涂布热熔胶克重范围为5-300g/㎡之间,达到抗菌、抗UV和红外线的效果。

优选地,步骤三裁切的固定幅宽区间为20-230cm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明方法可以提高该种大袍衬布的抗菌效果,将按照一定比例混合的LDPE母粒、抗菌母粒、抗UV母粒和抗红外线母粒通过流延涂布压合在经过抗菌树脂整理的基布表面,使得衬布的抗菌、抗UV、抗红外线效果加倍,布基中浸轧的助剂浓度会随着水洗频次的增加而衰减,但涂层材料中混入的功能性母粒会被LDPE包裹后稳定的附着于基布上,当汗渍从里布渗透到衬布的涂层面时,首先会被含抗菌颗粒的涂层面灭菌,抗菌涂层面再上一层是浸轧过抗菌剂的基布层,起到了双重抗菌、抗UV、抗红外线的作用;布基经零甲醛树脂处理后可达到一定的硬度、保型性、抗菌、抗UV和抗红外线效果,且游离甲醛值为零,在制备过程中,将抗菌母粒、抗UV母粒和抗红外线母粒加入到LDPE热熔胶中,通过流延涂布压合在经过抗菌树脂整理的基布表面,使得基布与热熔胶都具备抗菌、抗UV和抗红外线效果,从而大幅提高该种大袍衬布的附加价值,提升专做的舒适度和健康值。
