本发明公开了一种保暖面料的制作方法，面料有里层和外层构成，里层由经纱为线密度在8tex的棉线与天然纤维组成的混纺纱与纬纱为羊毛线和线密度在18tex的合纤长丝构成；外层由经纱为线密度在18tex的大麻与天然纤维组成的混纺纱与纬纱为丝线和线密度在15tex的合纤长丝构成；面料的总紧度为75％～85％；所述的棉线含量为35％。本发明具有非常优秀的保暖性能，适合在冬天穿着，实用性非常理想。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料的工艺，特别是一种保暖面料的制作方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，人们服装面料的要求也越来越高。现在用的丝线面料比较多，该面料一般是由两股丝线、一股羊毛和一股棉线交捻在一起。这种面料虽然具有较好的挺刮柔顺度和表面光泽度，但是该面料的保暖性能较不理想，不宜在天冷的季节进行穿着，实用性并不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，提供一种保暖面料的制作方法。本发明具有具有非常优秀的保暖性能，适合在冬天穿着，实用性非常理想。
本发明的技术方案：一种保暖面料的制作方法，面料有里层和外层构成，里层由经纱为线密度在8tex的棉线与天然纤维组成的混纺纱与纬纱为羊毛线和线密度在18tex的合纤长丝构成；外层由经纱为线密度在18tex的大麻与天然纤维组成的混纺纱与纬纱为丝线和线密度在15tex的合纤长丝构成；面料的总紧度为75％～85％；所述的棉线含量为35％。
前述的保暖面料的制作方法中，所述里层和外层通过涤纶纱连接。
与现有技术相比，本发明通过设置里层和外层，并限定里层和外层的制作要求，从而使得里层贴身舒适，外层防风保暖，具有非常优秀的保暖性能，适合在冬天穿着，实用性非常理想。本发明限定了每层的不同原料以及工艺，从而能较为合理的配合，在最大化提高保暖性的情况下，同时也提高舒适性。本发明不仅具有透气凉爽、吸湿放湿快、手感柔软飘逸、布面悬垂性优良等良好性能，而且具有一定的防静电、抗辐射等保健功能，同时面料保型性、抗皱性极佳，可广泛适用于高档服装面料和家用纺织品。
