背景技术
保温保暖材料在传统意义上,主要用于抵挡外界寒冷空气,保障人体基本的生活需求和生理机能的材料,因此主要用在服装、被子、睡袋等服用和家纺领域。但随着人类活动范围的扩大和环境的需要,保温保暖材料开始广泛用于野外帐篷、军事作战服、登山装备以及汽车、航空航天等设备领域。
保暖絮片为絮类片状、松散的填充料,成衣时必须附加里子(有的还要加衬胆),并经过机纳或手绗。主要的品种有棉花、丝绵、羊毛、驼毛和羽绒等,用于保暖及隔热。现有的保暖絮片由于保暖隔热效果较强,导致透气性不佳,使衣服内的湿气不能有效的穿过保暖絮片排到外界的环境中,而部分的保暖絮片,如合成纤维,其本身的吸湿性也较差,使衣服内部的湿气累积,导致保暖衣服穿着不舒服;而为了提高透气效果则需要降低保暖絮片的填充量,这又导致保暖絮片的不足产生的保暖效果差的问题,因此需要一种能够在衣服内部能够产生空气锁,同时又能保暖透气的保暖絮片,在提高保暖效果的同时,不降低衣服的透气性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有空气锁功能的保暖絮片及其制备方法,在提高保暖效果的同时,不降低衣服的透气性。为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种具有空气锁功能的保暖絮片,由包括胶粘纤维、改性三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维和ES纤维的原料加工而成。
进一步,所述的改性三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维的改性方法为:将三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维浸入乙醇和水的混合溶液中,然后向混合溶液中加入3-5wt%的氯化锌,加热至35-50℃,保温2-3小时,取出,烘干,得到改性三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维。
进一步,所述的三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维的纤维细度为1.2-3.5dtex,长度为5-8cm。
进一步,所述的粘胶纤维的纤维细度为1.8-2.6dtex,长度为3.9-8cm。
进一步,所述的ES纤维的纤维细度为2.6dtex,长度为2.5-5.0cm。
制备具有空气锁功能的保暖絮片的方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,将粘胶纤维、ES纤维和三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维混合均匀得到纤维原料;然后将纤维原料进行两次开松后送入梳理机进行梳理形成纤维网纤维;
S2,将纤维网纤维采用杂乱棍重新排列,使纤维网纤维形成纵横交错的交叉结构;
S3,将S2中处理后的纤维网纤维送入铺网机进行铺网,得到纤维絮片;
S4,将纤维絮片进行预刺针和下刺针,并在针刺的过程中向纤维网纤维的表面喷洒双氧水,然后切片得到初级絮片;
S5,将初级絮片直接然后送入常压等离子表面处理清洗机进行表面处理,然后得到保暖絮片。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的实施效果如下:
1、本发明通过使用改性三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维配合胶粘纤维和ES纤维制备保暖絮片,使三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维作为框架支撑结构,保证了该保暖絮片的三维结构,使铺网后的保暖效果得以保持。
2、本发明通过浸挂的方式,使三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维上吸附了大量的锌离子,提高了三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维的结构强度,增强了其框架作用,同时在向纤维网纤维喷洒双氧水的过程中,使三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维表面可悬挂更多的双氧水水珠,特别是在初级絮片的边缘处,在进行等离子处理的过程中,在等离子体的轰击作用下,初级絮片的边缘处在锌离子和双氧水分解产生的氧气形成的氧负离子的作用下,使初级絮片的边缘产生卷曲,同时初级絮片的中部产生折皱,使表面处理后的初级絮片具有折皱结构和边缘卷曲结构。
3、本发明的保暖絮片在实际使用时,絮片边缘的卷曲结构能与相邻絮片上的折皱或边缘的卷曲结构之间产生挂接作用,从而产生活动的封闭结构,使该保暖絮片具有较好的保暖效果,同时由于絮片之间的封闭结构是活动的,使得该保暖絮片使用时能够产生透气的效果,具有空气锁的能力,因此该保暖絮片应用与保暖衣物时,穿戴更加的舒适。

由上表可知,本发明的保暖絮片在等离子表面处理后的保暖性能得到了大幅的提升,同时克重发生了下降,且絮片边缘的卷曲结构能与相邻絮片上的折皱或边缘的卷曲结构之间产生挂接作用提高了保暖和单向透气的效果。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (6)

1.一种具有空气锁功能的保暖絮片,其特征在于,由包括胶粘纤维、改性三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维和ES纤维的原料加工而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有空气锁功能的保暖絮片,其特征在于,所述的改性三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维的改性方法为:将三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维浸入乙醇和水的混合溶液中,然后向混合溶液中加入3-5wt%的氯化锌,加热至35-50℃,保温2-3小时,取出,烘干,得到改性三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有空气锁功能的保暖絮片,其特征在于,所述的三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维的纤维细度为1.2-3.5dtex,长度为5-8cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有空气锁功能的保暖絮片,其特征在于,所述的粘胶纤维的纤维细度为1.8-2.6dtex,长度为3.9-8cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有空气锁功能的保暖絮片,其特征在于,所述的ES纤维的纤维细度为2.6dtex,长度为2.5-5.0cm。
6.制备权利要求1-5任意一项所述的具有空气锁功能的保暖絮片的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,将粘胶纤维、ES纤维和三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维混合均匀得到纤维原料;然后将纤维原料进行两次开松后送入梳理机进行梳理形成纤维网纤维;
S2,将纤维网纤维采用杂乱棍重新排列,使纤维网纤维形成纵横交错的交叉结构;
S3,将S2中处理后的纤维网纤维送入铺网机进行铺网,得到纤维絮片;
S4,将纤维絮片进行预刺针和下刺针,并在针刺的过程中向纤维网纤维的表面喷洒双氧水,然后切片得到初级絮片;
S5,将初级絮片直接然后送入常压等离子表面处理清洗机进行表面处理,然后得到保暖絮片。
