A ketogenic dietary nutrition powder is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: 5-6 parts of medium-chain triglyceride powder, 3-5 parts of conjugated linoleic acid glyceride powder, 8-12 parts of collagen peptide, 2-15 parts of erythritol, 0.1-0.5 part of sucralose, 6-12 parts of resistant dextrin, 2-3 parts of cactus fruit powder, 10-30 parts of thin cream powder, 10-15 parts of coffee powder, 10-14 parts of coconut microcapsule powder, 5-8 parts of oat fiber powder and 3-5 parts of arabinose;
the preparation method of the ketogenic dietary nutrition powder comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight ratio;
(2) uniformly mixing medium-chain triglyceride powder, conjugated linoleic acid glyceride powder and part of collagen peptide, wherein the amount of the collagen peptide is the same as the total amount of the medium-chain triglyceride powder and the conjugated linoleic acid glyceride powder; then adding the rest collagen peptide powder and mixing uniformly to obtain a material A;
(3) uniformly mixing the cactus fruit powder, the sucralose and partial resistant dextrin to obtain a mixture b1, wherein the dosage of the partial resistant dextrin is the sum of the cactus fruit powder and the sucralose; then adding resistant dextrin which is equal to the mixture b1 and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixture b 2; then adding the residual resistant dextrin, and uniformly mixing to obtain a uniformly mixed material B;
(4) adding the materials A and B and the rest raw materials into a three-dimensional mixer for mixing, wherein the mixing time is controlled to be 20-40min, and the materials are completely and uniformly mixed;
(5) sterilizing and packaging; sterilizing at 120-130 deg.C for 15-20min, cooling to room temperature, and packaging.
2. A method of preparing a ketogenic dietary nutritional powder according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight ratio;
(2) uniformly mixing medium-chain triglyceride powder, conjugated linoleic acid glyceride powder and part of collagen peptide, wherein the amount of the collagen peptide is the same as the total amount of the medium-chain triglyceride powder and the conjugated linoleic acid glyceride powder; then adding the rest collagen peptide powder and mixing uniformly to obtain a material A;
(3) uniformly mixing the cactus fruit powder, the sucralose and partial resistant dextrin to obtain a mixture b1, wherein the dosage of the partial resistant dextrin is the sum of the cactus fruit powder and the sucralose; then adding resistant dextrin which is equal to the mixture b1 and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixture b 2; then adding the residual resistant dextrin, and uniformly mixing to obtain a uniformly mixed material B;
(4) adding the materials A and B and the rest raw materials into a three-dimensional mixer for mixing, wherein the mixing time is controlled to be 20-40min, the materials are completely and uniformly mixed, the mixing temperature is 18-25 ℃, and the relative humidity is controlled to be below 60%;
(5) sterilizing and packaging; sterilizing at 120-130 deg.C for 15-20min, cooling to room temperature, and packaging.
