8. The ketogenic protein rod of claim 7, comprising, in mass percent: 33-40% of fat, 16-24% of protein, 13-19% of carbohydrate and 14-20% of dietary fiber; preferably, it comprises: 34-38% of fat, 18-22% of protein, 15-17% of carbohydrate and 16-18% of dietary fiber.
9. A method of preparing a ketogenic protein rod according to claim 7 or 8, comprising the steps of:
