其中,各提取液的制备方法分别为:取原料,加水浸泡、煎煮,滤过,浓缩至提取液中的生药含量为0.1g/ml;
d、制备薄荷香精溶液:取薄荷香精,加水,制备浓度为0.02g/ml的薄荷香精溶液;
e、饮料的复配:将香菇提取液、药材提取物液、薄荷香精溶液、白砂糖按比例加水混匀,即可;

本发明复方香菇产品,在中医药理论指导下组方,将香菇配伍药食两用药材,增加营养成分的同时具保健功效,可用于清肺润燥,养胃清热,为养生滋补佳品;而且产品澄清度高、气清味宁、味道清冽、口感佳、柔和不刺激、风味独特、食用方便,大众接受度高,适合长期饮用,因此,本发明饮料产品集味道、营养、功效于一体,商业应用前景良好。
显然,根据本发明的上述内容,按照本领域的普通技术知识和惯用手段,在不脱离本发明上述基本技术思想前提下,还可以做出其它多种形式的修改、替换或变更。
以下通过实施例形式的具体实施方式,对本发明的上述内容再作进一步的详细说明。但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实例。凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
具体实施方式
下面以实施例作进一步说明,但本发明不局限于这些实施例。
本发明具体实施方式中使用的原料、设备均为已知产品,通过购买市售产品获得。
实施例1本发明复方香菇饮料的制备
方法如下:
a、原料预处理:取干香菇50g、山楂22.2g、菊花11.1g、葛根6.7g、桑叶6.7g、荷叶3.3g,洗净备用;
b、香菇提取液的制备:将洗净的香菇加500ml水浸泡30min,煎煮提取3次,每次加水量为500ml,时间1h。合并煎液,过滤,浓缩至500ml,此时提取液生药含量为0.1g/ml;
c、药材提取液的制备:
首先制备提取液1、2、3:
提取液1:取山楂22.2g,加222ml的水,浸泡30分钟,煎煮提取3次,每次加水量为222ml,时间30分钟,合并煎液,滤过,浓缩至225ml,此时提取液生药含量为0.1g/ml;
提取液2:取菊花11.1g,加111ml水浸泡30分钟,保持微沸煎煮提取3次,每次加水量111ml,时间30分钟,合并煎液,滤过,浓缩至110ml,此时提取液生药含量为0.1g/ml;
提取液3:取葛根6.7g、桑叶6.7g、荷叶3.3g,加167ml水浸泡30分钟,煎煮提取3次,每次加水量167ml,时间30分钟,合并煎液,滤过,浓缩至液体生药含量为0.1g/ml;
将提取液1、2、3混匀,即得药材提取液500ml,其体积份比为4:3:2;即500ml药材浓缩液,由山楂22.2g、菊花11.1g、葛根6.7g、桑叶6.7g、荷叶3.3g制备而成。
d、薄荷香精溶液的制备:取薄荷香精0.1g,加入50ml容量瓶,用纯净水定容至刻度,摇匀,即得浓度为0.02g/ml的薄荷香精溶液;
e、饮料的复配:每100ml饮料中加入香菇提取液10ml、药材提取液15ml、薄荷香精溶液1.5ml、白砂糖5g,余量为水78.5ml。按此比例复配即得复方香菇饮料。
以下通过试验例具体说明本发明的有益效果:
试验例1本发明饮料的组分筛选
1、首先制备原料提取液备用:
a、香菇提取液的制备:将洗净的50g香菇加500ml水浸泡30min,煎煮提取3次,每次加水量为500ml,时间1h。合并煎液,过滤,浓缩至500ml,此时提取液生药含量为0.1g/ml;
b、药材提取液的制备:由于合煎影响口感,故选择分煎。
提取液1:取山楂22.2g,加222ml的水,浸泡30分钟,煎煮提取3次,每次加水量为222ml,时间30分钟,合并煎液,滤过,浓缩至225ml,此时提取液生药含量为0.1g/ml;
提取液2:取菊花11.1g,加111ml水浸泡30分钟,保持微沸煎煮提取3次,每次加水量111ml,时间30分钟,合并煎液,滤过,浓缩至110ml,此时提取液生药含量为0.1g/ml;
提取液3:取葛根6.7g、桑叶6.7g、荷叶3.3g,加167ml水浸泡30分钟,煎煮提取3次,每次加水量167ml,时间30分钟,合并煎液,滤过,浓缩至液体生药含量为0.1g/ml;
将提取液1、2、3混匀,即得药材提取液500ml,其体积份比为4:3:2;即500ml药材浓缩液,由山楂22.2g、菊花11.1g、葛根6.7g、桑叶6.7g、荷叶3.3g制备而成。
c、薄荷香精溶液的制备:取薄荷香精0.1g,加入50ml容量瓶,用纯净水定容至刻度,摇匀,即得浓度为0.02g/ml的薄荷香精溶液。
2、筛选不同用量配比
配制100ml饮料,筛选不同香菇、药材提取液、白砂糖、薄荷香精溶液添加量对饮料口感的影响。
按产品感官评分表评定结果。

由表1-2可知,不同饮料配方下,口感、感官得分相差较大,其中,以第3组所得的香菇饮料清爽可口,口感最佳。
故复方香菇饮料的最佳配方为:配制100ml饮料,加入香菇提取液10ml、药材提取液15ml、薄荷香精溶液1.5ml、白砂糖5g,余量为水。
综上,本发明食品或保健品组合物,将香菇配伍药食两用药材,增加营养成分的同时具保健功效,可用于清肺润燥,养胃清热,为养生滋补佳品;而且产品澄清度高、气清味宁、味道清冽、口感佳、柔和不刺激、风味独特、食用方便,大众接受度高,适合长期饮用,因此,本发明饮料产品集味道、营养、功效于一体,商业应用前景良好。
Claims (10)
1.一种食品或保健品组合物,其特征在于:它是由包含下述重量配比的原料制备而成:
香菇1-1.5份、山楂0.45-0.667份、菊花0.22-0.333份、葛根0.132-0.20份、桑叶0.132-0.20份、荷叶0.066-0.10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食品或保健品组合物,其特征在于:它是由包含下述重量配比的原料制备而成:
香菇1份、山楂0.666份、菊花0.333份、葛根0.20份、桑叶0.20份、荷叶0.10份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的食品或保健品组合物,其特征在于:它是以香菇、山楂、菊花、葛根、桑叶、荷叶的原生粉或水或有机溶剂提取物为主要成分,加入保健品可接受的辅料或辅助性成分制备而成的制剂,或加入食品用辅料制备而成的食品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的食品或保健品组合物,其特征在于:
所述制剂为口服液、饮料、膏剂、露剂;所述食品为饮料。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的食品或保健品组合物,其特征在于:它还含有薄荷香精0.01-0.03份,白砂糖4-6份;进一步地,含有薄荷香精0.03份、白砂糖5份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的食品或保健品组合物,其特征在于:每100ml饮料中含有:香菇1-1.5g、山楂0.45-0.667g、菊花0.22-0.333g、葛根0.132-0.20、桑叶0.132-0.20g、荷叶0.066-0.10g、薄荷香精0.01-0.03g、白砂糖4-6g。
优选地,每100ml饮料中含有:
香菇1g、山楂0.666g、菊花0.333g、葛根0.20g、桑叶0.20g、荷叶0.10g、薄荷香精0.03g、白砂糖5g,余量为水。
7.根据权利要求3-6任意一项所述的食品或保健品组合物,其特征在于:
每100ml香菇饮料,含有香菇提取液10ml、药材提取液15ml、薄荷香精溶液0.03g、白砂糖5g,余量为水;
其中,所述香菇提取液的制备方法如下:取香菇,加水煎煮提取;
其中,所述药材提取液的制备方法如下:取山楂、菊花分开加水煎煮;葛根、桑叶、荷叶合并加水煎煮提取。
8.根据权利要求7所述的食品或保健品组合物,其特征在于:
所述香菇提取液的制备方法如下:取香菇10,按料液比1:10加水浸泡30分钟,煎煮三次,每次煎煮1小时,合并煎液,滤过,浓缩至提取液生药含量为0.1g/ml;
所述药材提取液的制备方法如下:分别取山楂制备提取液1,取菊花制备提取液2,取葛根、桑叶、荷叶制备提取液3,将三种提取液混匀即可;
其中,各提取液的制备方法分别为:取原料,按料液比1:10加水浸泡30分钟,煎煮三次,每次煎煮0.5小时,合并煎液,滤过,浓缩至提取液生药含量为0.1g/ml。
9.权利要求1-6任意一项所述食品或保健品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:具体如下步骤:
a、称取各重量配比的香菇、山楂、菊花、葛根、桑叶、荷叶、薄荷香精、白砂糖;
b、制备香菇提取液:取香菇,加水浸泡、煎煮,滤过,浓缩至提取液中的生药含量为0.1g/ml;
c、制备药材提取液:分别取山楂制备提取液1,取菊花制备提取液2,取葛根、桑叶、荷叶制备提取液3,将三种提取液混匀即可;
其中,各提取液的制备方法分别为:取原料,加水浸泡、煎煮,滤过,浓缩至提取液中的生药含量为0.1g/ml;
d、制备薄荷香精溶液:取薄荷香精,加水,制备浓度为0.02g/ml的薄荷香精溶液;
e、饮料的复配:将香菇提取液、药材提取物液、薄荷香精溶液、白砂糖按比例加水混匀,即可;
其中,步骤b中,按料液比1:10(g/ml)加水浸泡30分钟,煎煮的方法为:煎煮3次,每次1小时。
10.权利要求1-8任意一项所述食品或保健品组合物在制备清肺润燥,养胃清热的食品、保健食品或药物中的用途。
