Meanwhile, the baffle 333 is arranged on the inclined objective table 332, so that the water washing label is prevented from moving out of the inclined objective table 332 or sliding out of the objective table 332 from the inclined surface in the rotating process, and the manufacture of the water washing label is prevented. In order to facilitate the label clamping device 4 to clamp the washing label on the inclined object stage 332, a groove 3322 is formed on the inclined surface, which is favorable for the label clamping device 4 to clamp the washing label rapidly and improves the efficiency.
Preferably, the label conveying portion 32 is a circular rotating plate body, and has a simple structure, so that the cooperation between the label picking and placing device 2 and the label rotating and conveying device 3 is facilitated.
Preferably, the number of the label bearing parts 33 is the same as the number of the label picking and placing devices 2. The plurality of pick and place devices 2 are arranged uniformly distributed around the label conveying portion 32. In this embodiment, the number of the label bearing portions 33 is 4; the included angle between any adjacent two of the label carrying portions 33 is 90 degrees. In this embodiment, the number of the label picking and placing devices is 4 around the label conveying portion 32, and an included angle between any two adjacent label picking and placing devices is 90 degrees. One of the label bearing parts 33 needs to sequentially circulate through 4 label picking and placing devices 2, so that the washing labels grabbed by each label picking and placing device 2 are sequentially overlapped to form an overlapped washing label, and the label sewing device 5 is convenient for sewing the overlapped washing label. Meanwhile, the label taking and placing device 2 and the label bearing parts 33 are matched, one label bearing part 33 reaches one label taking and placing device 2 to be matched, other corresponding label bearing parts 33 and label taking and placing devices 2 are matched with each other at the same time, so that the concentration of the washing labels on the label bearing parts 33 is accelerated, the production of the washing label manufacturing is facilitated, the production efficiency is improved, the time cost is saved, and the mass production of the washing labels is facilitated.
The inclined loading table 332 is hinged to the fixing seat 331 and can swing up and down relative to the label conveying portion 32; a notch 321 penetrating the label conveying portion 32 is provided at an edge position of the label conveying portion 32 corresponding to the outward end of the inclined loading table 332; a pushing device 6 which can pass through the notch and can be used for pushing the inclined carrying platform 332 to swing up and down so as to level the washing mark is arranged below the inclined carrying platform 332. The pushing device 6 penetrates through the notch 321 to push the inclined carrying table 332 to swing up and down so as to level the washing label, so that the label clamping and conveying device 4 can clamp the washing label quickly, and the efficiency is improved; meanwhile, the label clamping device 4 is prevented from deforming the washing label in the clamping process due to uneven placement of the washing label, and the manufacturing of the washing label is prevented from being influenced; or the concentrated dislocation of the washing marks occurs, which affects the production quality of the washing marks.
The pushing device 6 comprises: a second longitudinal drive assembly 61, a positioning frame 62 and a pushing part 63. Wherein a second longitudinal driving assembly 61 is arranged on the lower end surface of the workbench 1; the second longitudinal driving assembly 61 has a second piston rod 611 movable up and down with respect to the table 1; the positioning frame 62 is connected with the second piston push rod 611 and can move up and down relative to the workbench 1 along with the second piston push rod 611 through the workbench 1; the pushing part 63 is disposed at the upper end of the positioning frame 62, and can move up and down relative to the table 1, and is used for pushing the inclined loading table 332 to swing up and down so as to level the washing mark. The second longitudinal driving assembly 61 is utilized to push the positioning frame 62 and the pushing part 63 to move upwards, and the pushing part 63 penetrates through the notch 321 to push the inclined loading table 332 to swing up and down so as to level the water washing mark.
In order to prevent the pushing portion 63 from pushing the inclined loading table to swing upwards too much, a positioning block 334 which is attached to the table 1 and can swing up and down along with the inclined loading table 332 is provided on both sides of the outward end of the inclined loading table 332, and a positioning hole is provided on the positioning block 334; a positioning bolt 335 passing through the positioning hole is arranged on the workbench 1; a spring 336 is arranged between the upper end of the positioning bolt 335 and the upper end surface of the positioning block 334, and is sleeved on the positioning bolt 335 to automatically reset the inclined loading table 332 after the pushing device 6 is separated from the inclined loading table 332. After the pushing portion pushes the inclined loading platform upwards, by arranging the positioning block 334, the positioning bolt 335 and the spring 336, the inclined loading platform 332 swings up and down or shakes relative to the label conveying portion 32 by utilizing the elastic action of the spring 336, the interaction with the pushing portion 63 and the limit action of the positioning bolt 335, and the washing label is placed flatly. After the pushing part 63 is separated from the inclined stage 332, the inclined stage 332 is automatically restored by the spring 336.
As shown in fig. 1, 4, 5 and 7, the label gripping device 4 includes: the slide device 41 includes a first label gripping device 42a and a second label gripping device 42b. Wherein the sliding device 41 is arranged on the workbench 1 and is positioned at one side of the label rotary conveying device 3; the first label clamping device 42a is arranged on the sliding device and is used for clamping the superimposed washing label on the label rotary conveying device 3 and sending the superimposed washing label to the label sewing device 5; the sliding device 41 can drive the first label clamping device 42a to move horizontally and linearly relative to the workbench 1; the second label clamping device 42b is arranged on the sliding device and clamps the sewn washing label away from the label sewing device 5 after the label sewing device 5 is sewn; the sliding device 41 can drive the second label holding means 42b to move linearly and horizontally relative to the table 1. In this embodiment, each label picking and placing device 2 sequentially stacks the picked washing labels on a label bearing part 33, and after the last label picking and placing device 2 stacks the picked washing labels on the label bearing part 33, stacking and combining the washing labels is completed by picking, placing and conveying; then, the sliding device 41 is used for adjusting the horizontal moving direction of the first label clamping device 42a and the second label clamping device 42b, so that the first label clamping device 42a can conveniently send the water washing label overlapped on the label bearing part 33 to the label sewing device 5; after the first label clamping device 42a clamps the superimposed washing label to the label sewing device 5, the washing label is automatically separated from the label sewing device and is waited for continuously clamping the washing label superimposed on the other label bearing part 33 next time; the second label gripping means 42b grips the washing label from the label sewing means 5 after the label sewing means 5 is sewn; the first label clamping device 42a and the second label clamping device 42b are matched with each other, so that the production efficiency of the washing labels is improved, the labor intensity of people is reduced, the automation degree is high, and the mass production of the washing labels is facilitated. Meanwhile, the second label clamping device 42b is used for clamping the washing label away from the label sewing device 5, so that the production is safer and more stable compared with the prior art.
The sliding device 41 includes: the support 411, the sliding rail 412, the first slider 413, the second slider 414 and the third driving device 415. Wherein the sliding device 41 comprises: the supporting frame 411 is arranged on the workbench 1 and is positioned at one side of the label rotary conveying device 3; the sliding guide rail 412 is arranged on the supporting frame 411; the first sliding seat 413 is matched with the sliding guide rail 412 and can linearly and reciprocally slide on the sliding guide rail 412 relative to the sliding guide rail 412; the first label clamping device 42a is located on the first sliding seat 413 and can linearly slide on the sliding guide rail 412 along with the first sliding seat 413 in a reciprocating manner; the second sliding seat 414 is matched with the sliding guide rail 412 and can linearly and reciprocally slide on the sliding guide rail 412 relative to the sliding guide rail 412; the second label clamping device 42b is located on the second sliding seat 414 and can linearly slide on the sliding guide rail 412 along with the second sliding seat 414 in a reciprocating manner; the third driving device 415 is disposed at one end of the sliding rail 412 and can respectively drive the first slider 413 and the second slider 414 to linearly slide back and forth on the sliding rail 412. And the label first label holding means 42a and the second label holding means 42b each include: a third transverse drive assembly 421, a third longitudinal drive assembly 422, and an electrically driven clamping mechanism 423. Wherein the third lateral drive assembly 421; which is connected to the first slider 413 or the second slider 414 and is located at one side of the sliding rail 412 and can linearly reciprocate on the sliding rail 412 along with the first slider 413 or the second slider 414 relative to the sliding rail 412; a third longitudinal drive assembly 422 is connected to said third transverse drive assembly 421; the third transverse driving assembly 421 can drive the third longitudinal driving assembly 422 to transversely reciprocate relative to the workbench 1; an electrically driven clamping mechanism 423 is connected to said third longitudinal drive assembly 422; the third longitudinal driving assembly 422 may drive the electrically driven clamping mechanism 423 to reciprocate longitudinally with respect to the table 1. The third driving device 415 is utilized to drive the first sliding seat or the second sliding seat 414 to slide linearly along the sliding rail 412 in a reciprocating manner, so that the first label clamping device 42a or the second label clamping device 42b can be driven to slide linearly relative to the sliding rail 412 in a reciprocating manner, and the overlapped washing labels can be conveniently clamped into the label sewing device 5 or the washing labels formed after sewing can be conveniently clamped away from the label sewing device 5. By providing the third transverse driving assembly 421 and the third longitudinal driving assembly 422 as a manipulator capable of moving transversely and longitudinally, the positions of the first label clamping device 42a and the second label clamping device 42b can be automatically moved in the transverse or longitudinal direction, so that the electric driving clamping mechanism 423 can clamp the water-washable label placed on the last label bearing part 33 after being overlapped and clamp the sewn water-washable label away from the label sewing device 5 after the label sewing device 5 is sewn. The third drive 415 is a motor.
The electrically driven clamping mechanism 423 includes an electrically driven assembly 4231, an upper clamping piece 4232, and a lower clamping piece 4233; the electric drive assembly 4231 is connected to the third longitudinal drive assembly 422 and is located at the lower end of the third longitudinal drive assembly 422; the lower clip 4233 is secured to the lower end of the third longitudinal drive assembly 422; the electric drive assembly 4231 has a third piston rod which is movable in an up-down adjustment; the upper clamping piece 4232 is connected with one end of the third piston rod and can move up and down along with the third piston rod relative to the lower clamping piece 4233 so as to compress or loosen the washing label strip or the washing label. The electric drive assembly 4231 is used for adjusting the moving position of the upper clamping piece 4232, and the lower clamping piece 4233 is matched with the upper clamping piece to clamp the washing label.
Preferably, a rotary air tank 424 for storing air for the third longitudinal driving assembly 422 and the electric driving assembly 4231 is disposed between the third transverse driving assembly 421 and the third longitudinal driving assembly 422. The rotary air tank 424 is utilized to store air, air pressure is provided for the third longitudinal driving assembly 422 and the electric driving assembly 4231, the pressure of the third longitudinal driving assembly 422 and the electric driving assembly 4231 is convenient to stabilize, the label clamping device 4 is favorable for clamping the overlapped washing labels or the sewn washing labels, and the production of the washing labels is convenient.
Preferably, the upper clamping piece 4232 and the lower clamping piece 4233 are bar-shaped flat pressing plates; one end of the strip-shaped flat pressing plate is removed with material to form a transverse L-shaped notch. The strip-shaped flat pressing plate is used for pressing the washing marks or the washing marks, so that the surface of the washing marks or the washing marks is smooth, and meanwhile, the strip-shaped flat pressing plate is provided with a transverse L-shaped notch formed by removing materials, so that the label sewing device 5 can conveniently sew the washing marks.
The workbench 1 is provided with a washing label output port 7 positioned at one side of the label sewing device 5. The water wash mark is removed through the water wash mark outlet 7.
The electric drive assembly 4231 is a pneumatic cylinder. While the first lateral drive assembly 222, the first longitudinal drive assembly 221, the second longitudinal drive assembly 61, the third lateral drive assembly 421 and the third longitudinal drive assembly 4522 are all air cylinders or hydraulic cylinders. The cylinder is preferable to be a cylinder, and the cylinder comprises a cylinder body and a piston rod which is connected with the cylinder body and can linearly stretch and retract relative to the cylinder body. The second piston rod 611 and the third piston rod are piston rods.
The working principle of the washing label machine is as follows:
before operation, various different water wash markers are stored and placed on each of the label holders 24, respectively.
In operation, the washing label machine is started, firstly, the vacuum sucker 232 and the non-contact sucker 233 are moved into the label storage device 24 by adjusting the first transverse and longitudinal driving component 22 to transversely and longitudinally move relative to the workbench 1, and then the vacuum sucker 232 and the non-contact sucker 233 absorb and grab washing labels in the label storage device 24; the washing target adsorbed on the vacuum chuck 232 and the non-contact chuck 233 is then transferred to the tilting table by adjusting the movement of the first horizontal and vertical driving assembly 22.
After the vacuum chuck and the non-contact chuck leave the tilting stage, the second longitudinal driving assembly 61 drives the second piston push rod 611 to move upwards, pushing the positioning frame 62 and the pushing part 63 to move upwards; the pushing part passes through the notch to push the inclined carrying table 332 to swing up and down so as to level the washing mark; after the pushing part finishes swinging the inclined loading table 332, the second driving device 312 drives the rotating shaft 311 to rotate, drives the label conveying part 32 and the label bearing part 33 to rotate, and enables each label bearing part 33 to sequentially rotate and circulate through each label picking and placing device 2; so that the washing labels grasped by the label grasping and placing devices 2 are sequentially superimposed on the label carrying portions 33.
After the last label picking and placing device 2 stacks the picked washing labels on the label bearing part 33, stacking and combining the washing labels is completed through picking, placing and conveying. The third driving device 415 is used for driving the first label clamping device 42a to move on the sliding guide rail 41, and the first label clamping device 42a enables the electric driving clamping mechanism to clamp the water washing label overlapped on the label bearing part 33 and send the overlapped water washing label into the label sewing device 5 by adjusting the movement of the third transverse driving assembly 421 and the third longitudinal driving assembly 422; the first label clamping device 42a leaves the label sewing device 5 to wait for clamping and removing the water washing label after superposition; the label sewing device 5 automatically sews the superimposed washing labels to form washing labels, and then the third driving device 415 drives the second label clamping device 42b to work, and the second label clamping device 42b clamps the washing labels away from the label sewing device 5 and clamps the washing labels to the washing label output port 7.
Embodiments of the present application will be described in detail, but the present application is not limited to the above embodiments. Even though it makes various changes to the present application, it still falls within the protection scope of the present application.

Claims (5)

1. A water washing machine, comprising:
a work table (1);
at least two label picking and placing devices (2) which are sequentially arranged on the workbench (1) and are used for picking and placing water washing labels;
the label picking and placing device (2) comprises:
a support base (21) provided on the table (1);
a first transverse and longitudinal driving assembly (22) arranged on the supporting seat (21);
a gripping mechanism (23) connected with the first transverse and longitudinal driving assembly (22) and used for gripping the water wash label or placing the water wash label; the first transverse and longitudinal driving assembly (22) can drive the grabbing mechanism (23) to transversely or longitudinally reciprocate relative to the workbench (1) so as to place the washing label grabbed by the grabbing mechanism (23) on the label bearing part (33);
a label storing device (24) which is positioned below the grabbing mechanism (23) and is used for storing the washing label; the label storing device (24) is provided with a lifting storing part (241) which is used for storing the washing labels and can move up and down relative to the workbench (1);
the label rotary conveying device (3) is located on the workbench (1), the label rotary conveying device (3) comprises at least two label bearing parts (33) used for placing the washing labels grabbed by the label picking and placing device (2), and label conveying parts (32) which are connected with the label bearing parts (33) and drive the label bearing parts (33) to sequentially circulate through the label picking and placing device (2) so as to sequentially stack the washing labels grabbed by the label picking and placing device (2) on the label bearing parts (33), and the label rotary conveying device (3) further comprises: a rotating device (31) located on the table (1); the rotating device (31) is provided with a rotating shaft (311); the label conveying part (32) is connected with the upper end of the rotating shaft (311) and can rotate along with the rotating shaft (311); at least two label carrying portions (33) distributed on the label conveying portion (32);
The rotating device (31) comprises: a second drive device (312); the device is arranged on the lower end surface of the workbench (1); the lower end of the rotating shaft (311) is connected with the second driving device (312) through a driving belt pulley, a driven belt pulley and a transmission belt; the upper end passes through the workbench (1) and is connected with the label conveying part (32); a bearing block (313) provided on the table (1) and located below the label conveying section (32); a bearing (314) which is provided in the bearing housing (313) and is fitted over the rotation shaft (311);
the label carrying part (33) includes: a fixed base (331) provided on the label conveying section (32); an inclined stage (332); the water washing device is connected with the fixed seat (331) and used for placing a water washing mark; the inclined carrying table (332) is provided with an inclined surface (3321); the lower end of the inclined carrying table (332) is provided with grooves (3322) which are positioned on the inclined surface (3321) and transversely penetrate through two sides of the inclined carrying table (332); a baffle plate (333) provided on the inclined mount (332) and surrounding the inclined surface (3321);
The inclined carrying table (332) is hinged with the fixed seat (331) and can swing up and down relative to the label conveying part (32); the edge position of the label conveying part (32) corresponding to the outward end of the inclined carrying table (332) is provided with a notch (321) penetrating through the label conveying part (32); a pushing device (6) which can pass through the notch (321) and can be used for pushing the inclined carrying table (332) to swing up and down so as to level the washing mark is arranged below the inclined carrying table (332);
a label sewing device (5) for sewing the superimposed washing label;
the label clamping and conveying device (4) is positioned on the workbench (1) and is used for clamping the water washing labels overlapped on the label bearing part (33) and conveying the overlapped water washing labels to the label sewing device (5), and the sewn water washing labels are clamped away from the label sewing device (5) after the label sewing device (5) is sewn.

the lifting storage part (241) is matched with the opening, is arranged on the upper end surface of the gear strip (246) and can move up and down relative to the workbench (1) along with the gear strip (246).
3. The washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the number of label carriers (33) is the same as the number of label pick-and-place devices (2).

a sliding device (41) which is arranged on the workbench (1) and is positioned at one side of the label rotary conveying device (3);
a first label gripping device (42 a) which is arranged on the sliding device (41) and is used for gripping the water washing label overlapped on the label rotary conveying device (3) and sending the overlapped water washing label to the label sewing device (5); the sliding device (41) can drive the first label clamping device (42 a) to move horizontally and linearly relative to the workbench (1);
A second label gripping device (42 b) which is provided on the sliding device (41) and grips the sewn washing label away from the label sewing device (5) after the label sewing device (5) is sewn; the sliding device (41) can drive the second label clamping device (42 b) to move horizontally and linearly relative to the workbench (1).
5. The washing machine according to claim 4, characterized in that said sliding means (41) comprise:
a support frame (411) which is provided on the table (1) and is positioned on one side of the tag rotation conveying device (3);
a slide rail (412) provided on the support frame (411);
a first slider (413) which is matched with the sliding guide rail (412) and can linearly and reciprocally slide on the sliding guide rail (412) relative to the sliding guide rail (412); the first label clamping device (42 a) is positioned on the first sliding seat (413) and can linearly slide on the sliding guide rail (412) in a reciprocating way along with the first sliding seat (413);

A third driving device (415) which is arranged at one end of the sliding guide rail (412) and can respectively drive the first sliding seat (413) and the second sliding seat (414) to linearly slide back and forth on the sliding guide rail (412);
and the first label gripping means (42 a) and the second label gripping means (42 b) each comprise:
a third transverse drive assembly (421); which is connected with the first sliding seat (413) or the second sliding seat (414) and is positioned at one side of the sliding guide rail (412) and can linearly and reciprocally slide on the sliding guide rail (412) along with the first sliding seat (413) or the second sliding seat (414) relative to the sliding guide rail (412);
-a third longitudinal drive assembly (422) connected to the third transverse drive assembly (421); the third transverse driving assembly (421) can drive the third longitudinal driving assembly (422) to transversely reciprocate relative to the workbench (1);
an electrically driven clamping mechanism (423) connected to the third longitudinal drive assembly (422); the third longitudinal driving assembly (422) can drive the electrically driven clamping mechanism (423) to longitudinally reciprocate relative to the workbench (1).
