Abstract
本发明公开了一种内表格纹状卷烟纸的制备工艺,将卷烟纸通过辊压形成菱形状格纹,同时内表面格纹经分隔形成涂覆区和褶皱区相间隔的模式,其中涂覆区采用氧化铁、明胶等不仅能稳定的分散并黏附于烟纸上,氧化铁较优的催化性,能将一氧化碳等有害成分转化为二氧化碳,起到减害效果,褶皱区通过起皱刮刀处理,形成较多细小的褶皱结构,增大与烟丝的接触面,在此基础上将涂覆区和褶皱区间隔排列,能充分发挥各区间的功能,提高减害效率,兼顾了卷烟纸的外观品质和抽吸品质,有效提高了卷烟的附加价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及卷烟材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种内表格纹状卷烟纸的制备工艺。
背景技术
中国是一个卷烟生产大国,各种卷烟品种很多,其中卷烟纸是卷烟烟支生产的必备材料,卷烟纸不仅起到包裹烟丝的作用,并且在燃烧速度、阴燃性、卷烟的感官品质及烟气的化学成分上有十分重要的作用,同时提供外观视觉效果。
目前市场上所采用的大部分卷烟产品都是常规卷烟纸,由白色全木浆纤维制备而
成,外观上以白底为主,部分含有或横或竖的压印纹理,格局非常单调,功能也较为单一,随着卷烟行业多样需求的变化,大众化的常规认知受到了强烈的冲击,个性化、美观化以及功能化的卷烟产品成为亟待开发,以满足各类人群的具体需求。
卷烟纸作为卷烟辅助材料的重要组成之一,其不同特性可影响卷烟烟气中有害物质的释放。尽管卷烟纸的减害研究已取得了诸多成果,但是还有一些问题尚未解决。例如,选用较高透气度的卷烟纸时,尽管卷烟烟气中有害成分的释放量有所降低,但是卷烟纸的透气度过高可能会影响卷烟吸味。同时现有减害添加剂相关的工艺还不够成熟,是否影响卷烟抽吸品质还未有明确的结论,因此其使用有一定局限性,并且作为一个综合性工程,无法依靠单一方式达到较优效果。
鉴于此,本发明人提供了一种内表格纹状卷烟纸的制备工艺,以增加卷烟纸外观品质、抽吸品质和废气减排的能力,以满足人们需求,为新型卷烟纸加工技术领域提供一定的技术支持。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种内表格纹状卷烟纸的制备工艺。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种内表格纹状卷烟纸的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纸浆造纸得到的湿纸件通过引纸辊压榨脱水,再将其送入表面有格纹状的不锈钢辊与背压胶辊之间压印,形成稳定压痕,将压印完成的纸件烘干备用;
(2)将步骤1得到的纸件在格纹压印面标注出涂覆区和皱褶区,通过起皱刮刀在烘缸缸面对标注的褶皱区进行起皱处理;
(3)将氧化铁、20-40%盐酸溶液、明胶以及聚乙二醇按质量比(1-1.5):(180-200):(4-5):(24-26)混合后搅拌均匀,配制为轧染涂覆液备用;
(4)将轧染涂覆液倒入带有对应格纹的凹版印刷机的轧染槽中,通过轧染槽对卷烟纸上涂覆区进行浸轧涂覆,之后送入烘箱内,于100-120℃下烘干,即得成品卷烟纸。
所述步骤1中湿纸件压榨脱水后控制水分含量在30%以下。
所述步骤1中格纹状包括两种方向压痕,同方向压痕相互之间平行,不同方向压痕之间倾斜相交的角度为55-75°。
所述步骤1中同方向压痕间距为0.5-0.8厘米,压痕深度为0.1-0.2毫米,压痕宽度为0.1-0.15毫米。
所述步骤2中涂覆区和皱褶区间隔排列,每区由格纹压痕形成的菱形区域构成。
所述步骤2中刮刀刀刃与缸面接触点切线夹角为40-45°。
所述步骤3中氧化铁、20-40%盐酸溶液、明胶、聚乙二醇的质量比为1:190:4:25。
所述步骤4中浸轧涂覆后先将卷烟纸于70-80℃下预烘15-20分钟,再送入烘箱中。
本发明的优点是:
本发明将卷烟纸通过辊压形成菱形状格纹,使之有别于常规卷烟纸外观,给人耳目一新的感觉,同时内表面格纹经分隔形成涂覆区和褶皱区相间隔的模式,其中涂覆区采用氧化铁、明胶等不仅能稳定的分散并黏附于烟纸上,氧化铁较优的催化性,能将一氧化碳等有害成分转化为二氧化碳,起到减害效果,褶皱区通过起皱刮刀处理,形成较多细小的褶皱结构,增大与烟丝的接触面,提高了烟丝在卷烟纸中包裹的牢固度,同时褶皱结构在燃烧炭化时,其孔隙的通透能提高卷烟炭化线附近区域卷烟纸的透气度,从而促进氧气和一氧化碳的扩散,进一步达到了降低卷烟主流烟气中一氧化碳和焦油释放量的目的,在此基础上将涂覆区和褶皱区间隔排列,能充分发挥各区间的功能,提高减害效率,兼顾了卷烟纸的外观品质和抽吸品质,有效提高了卷烟的附加价值。
具体实施方式
一种内表格纹状卷烟纸的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纸浆造纸得到的湿纸件通过引纸辊压榨脱水,再将其送入表面有格纹状的不锈钢辊与背压胶辊之间压印,形成稳定压痕,将压印完成的纸件烘干备用;
(2)将步骤1得到的纸件在格纹压印面标注出涂覆区和皱褶区,通过起皱刮刀在烘缸缸面对标注的褶皱区进行起皱处理;
(3)将氧化铁、30%盐酸溶液、明胶以及聚乙二醇按质量比1:190:4:25混合后搅拌均匀,配制为轧染涂覆液备用;
(4)将轧染涂覆液倒入带有对应格纹的凹版印刷机的轧染槽中,通过轧染槽对卷烟纸上涂覆区进行浸轧涂覆,之后送入烘箱内,于110℃下烘干,即得成品卷烟纸。
所述步骤1中湿纸件压榨脱水后控制水分含量在30%以下。
所述步骤1中格纹状包括两种方向压痕,同方向压痕相互之间平行,不同方向压痕之间倾斜相交的角度为60°。
所述步骤1中同方向压痕间距为0.6厘米,压痕深度为0.15毫米,压痕宽度为0.1毫米。
所述步骤2中涂覆区和皱褶区间隔排列,每区由格纹压痕形成的菱形区域构成。
所述步骤2中刮刀刀刃与缸面接触点切线夹角为45°。
所述步骤4中浸轧涂覆后先将卷烟纸于75℃下预烘15分钟,再送入烘箱中。
Claims (8)
1.一种内表格纹状卷烟纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纸浆造纸得到的湿纸件通过引纸辊压榨脱水,再将其送入表面有格纹状的不锈钢辊与背压胶辊之间压印,形成稳定压痕,将压印完成的纸件烘干备用;
(2)将步骤1得到的纸件在格纹压印面标注出涂覆区和皱褶区,通过起皱刮刀在烘缸缸面对标注的褶皱区进行起皱处理;
(3)将氧化铁、20-40%盐酸溶液、明胶以及聚乙二醇按质量比(1-1.5):(180-200):(4-5):(24-26)混合后搅拌均匀,配制为轧染涂覆液备用;
(4)将轧染涂覆液倒入带有对应格纹的凹版印刷机的轧染槽中,通过轧染槽对卷烟纸上涂覆区进行浸轧涂覆,之后送入烘箱内,于100-120℃下烘干,即得成品卷烟纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内表格纹状卷烟纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤1中湿纸件压榨脱水后控制水分含量在30%以下。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内表格纹状卷烟纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤1中格纹状包括两种方向压痕,同方向压痕相互之间平行,不同方向压痕之间倾斜相交的角度为55-75°。
4.根据权利要求3所述的内表格纹状卷烟纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤1中同方向压痕间距为0.5-0.8厘米,压痕深度为0.1-0.2毫米,压痕宽度为0.1-0.15毫米。

7.根据权利要求1所述的内表格纹状卷烟纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤3中氧化铁、20-40%盐酸溶液、明胶、聚乙二醇的质量比为1:190:4:25。
8.根据权利要求1所述的内表格纹状卷烟纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤4中浸轧涂覆后先将卷烟纸于70-80℃下预烘15-20分钟,再送入烘箱中。
