本发明公开了一种阳离子涤纶改性纤维与棉混纺纱的纺纱工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)阳离子涤纶改性纤维的制备;(2)阳离子涤纶改性纤维的处理;(3)棉纤维的处理;(4)阳离子涤纶改性纤维与棉纤维混纺。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明制得的阳离子涤纶改性纤维与棉纤维混纺纱具有条干均匀,毛羽少,手感柔软等特性,制成的织物上色率高,色泽鲜艳,易染深色,耐洗和摩擦色牢度高。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺纱领域,特别是一种阳离子涤纶改性纤维与棉混纺纱的纺纱工艺。
背景技术
涤棉是指涤纶与棉的混纺织物的统称,在中国是20世纪60年代初期开始出现的,该织物因具有挺括、滑爽、快干、耐穿等特点,所以深受广大消费者的喜爱,被俗称为“的确凉”。涤棉织物存在的缺点为:(1)因普通涤纶纤维的特性,其上色率低,需采用“高温高压”的染色工艺才能达到较好的染色效果,生产成本较高;(2)采用环锭纺生产工艺,纱线条干不均匀,毛羽多,抗起球起毛性能低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种阳离子涤纶改性纤维与棉混纺纱的纺纱工艺,以解决现有技术中的不足,它能够提高涤棉纱线染色后的上色率,改善纱线的条干不匀,减少毛羽。
本发明提供了一种阳离子涤纶改性纤维与棉混纺纱的纺纱工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)阳离子涤纶改性纤维的制备:将涤纶纤维加入到有机醇中,并加入二乙烯三胺,搅拌状态下于回流反应,产物用水洗涤、晾干,得到预处理涤纶纤维,然后将预处理后的涤纶纤维浸泡于含有硫酸亚铁铵和丙烯酰胺的水溶液体系中,通氮气15min,80℃水浴接枝反应6h,反应结束后除去丙烯酰胺单体,依次用水、酸清洗产物,最后用水洗至中性,烘干至恒重,得阳离子涤纶改性纤维;
(2)阳离子涤纶改性纤维的处理:对阳离子涤纶改性纤维依次进行清花、梳棉和预并处理;
(3)棉纤维的处理:采用马克隆值为3.7-4.2,长度为29.2-30.9mm的精梳棉,对所述精梳棉依次进行清梳联、预并、条并卷和精梳处理;
(4)阳离子涤纶改性纤维与棉纤维混纺:将阳离子涤纶改性纤维与棉纤维混合,依次经过三道并条、粗纱、细纱、自动络筒和成包形成混纺纱,所述三道并条工序采用三道并条进行反复并合。
优选的是,步骤(1)中所述有机醇为乙二醇、三甘醇、丙三醇中的一种。
优选的是,步骤(1)中所述水溶液体系中丙烯酰胺浓度为25%,硫酸亚铁铵浓度为0.25%。
优选的是,步骤(4)在所述阳离子涤纶改性纤维与棉纤维的比例为63.5-66.5:33.5-36.5。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明制得的阳离子涤纶改性纤维与棉纤维混纺纱具有条干均匀,毛羽少,手感柔软等特性,制成的织物上色率高,色泽鲜艳,易染深色,耐洗和摩擦色牢度高。

本发明的实施例:一种阳离子涤纶改性纤维与棉混纺纱的纺纱工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)阳离子涤纶改性纤维的制备:将涤纶纤维加入到有机醇中,并加入二乙烯三胺,搅拌状态下于回流反应,产物用水洗涤、晾干,得到预处理涤纶纤维,然后将预处理后的涤纶纤维浸泡于含有硫酸亚铁铵和丙烯酰胺的水溶液体系中,通氮气15min,80℃水浴接枝反应6h,反应结束后除去丙烯酰胺单体,依次用水、酸清洗产物,最后用水洗至中性,烘干至恒重,得阳离子涤纶改性纤维;

1.一种阳离子涤纶改性纤维与棉混纺纱的纺纱工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)阳离子涤纶改性纤维的制备:将涤纶纤维加入到有机醇中,并加入二乙烯三胺,搅拌状态下于回流反应,产物用水洗涤、晾干,得到预处理涤纶纤维,然后将预处理后的涤纶纤维浸泡于含有硫酸亚铁铵和丙烯酰胺的水溶液体系中,通氮气15min,80℃水浴接枝反应6h,反应结束后除去丙烯酰胺单体,依次用水、酸清洗产物,最后用水洗至中性,烘干至恒重,得阳离子涤纶改性纤维;
(2)阳离子涤纶改性纤维的处理:对阳离子涤纶改性纤维依次进行清花、梳棉和预并处理;
