Abstract
本发明涉及含有织物材料的铺地板块及其制造方法,该含有织物材料的铺地板块包含平衡层、噪音防止层、功能性夹衬层、织物材料层及表面涂布层,更具体而言,涉及作为具备织物材料所具有的自然的质感及立体感的功能性铺地板块,通过具有优异的耐久性,且防止织物材料层的剥离现象,从而拉伸强度之类的机械物性优异,且清洁容易性提高了的含有织物材料的铺地板块及其制造方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及含有织物材料的铺地板块及其制造方法,更具体而言,涉及含有织物材料的铺地板块及其制造方法,该铺地板块与以往的铺地板块不同,其能够呈现织物材料本身的立体感及表面质感,并且具有优异的耐久性和清洁容易性。
背景技术
以往的基于PVC的铺地板块一般会通过插入由凹版印刷或转印方式制作的印刷层而赋予制品视觉上的设计且在印刷层上涂覆透明层后利用热和压力赋予凹凸(浮雕)从而赋予制品的质感及立体感等后,涂覆PU层来改善耐污染性、耐擦伤性、抗菌性等。近年来,虽然一直试图通过在这样的以往的铺地板块中利用由织物材料所具有的组织产生的视觉效果,从而制造更加温馨且奢华的铺地板块,但通过以往的制造方法,在呈现织物材料所具有的特有的表面质感或立体感时存在局限,存在织物材料层与铺地板块容易发生剥离的问题。
一般而言,织物铺地材的主流为地毯及方块地毯。这样的制品在施工时需要与地面整面粘接,尤其在方块地毯的情况下,每一块(piece)都需要进行边对齐,因此施工非常繁琐,需要耗费大量时间,而且使用时存在表面污染、霉菌及细菌繁殖、产生灰尘、过敏等问题,因而其趋势是需求正在急剧减少。
作为用于解决这样的问题的方案,开发了:1)由织物构成表面层并利用UV涂料收尾的铺地材;2)通过凹版或转印印刷表现织物效果;3)使添加了经着色的纤维层(pile)的玻璃纤维片层与凹版(Gravure)印刷的氯乙烯树脂层一体化而成的铺地材等。
但是,在上述1)的情况下,由于构成中织物朝上部露出,因此存在使用中织物发生损伤的问题,在2)的情况下,与织物进行比较时,存在无法摆脱由平面印刷导致的外观单调的问题;在3)的情况下,也存在因印刷而仅达到表现出纤维感觉的水平的缺点。
另一方面,存在以下问题:如韩国公开专利第10-2002-0012044号那样,即使在表面包含织物层,也在使用一定时间后织物层发生损伤,且材质特性上不易进行清扫,从而抵抗来自外部污染源的污染能力弱。
因此,本发明人等着眼于需要开发一种在维持织物材料所具有的特有的表面质感或立体感的同时改善织物层的耐久性及清洁容易性的铺地材,从而完成了本发明。
发明内容
技术课题
本发明的目的在于,提供具备织物材料所具有的自然的质感及立体感的含有织物材料的铺地板块及其制造方法。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供通过功能性夹衬层等而防止织物材料层的剥离现象,且增强了拉伸强度之类的机械物性的含有织物材料的铺地板块及其制造方法。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供针对污染清洁容易性提高了的含有织物材料的铺地板块及其制造方法。
本发明的其他目的及优点将会通过下述的具体实施方式及权利要求范围而更加明确。

本发明的一实施方式中,本发明涉及包含平衡层、噪音防止层、功能性夹衬层、织物材料层及表面涂布层的铺地板块,更具体而言,本发明的铺地材可以包含:铺设于地面而用于防止铺地板块的扭曲现象的平衡层;可防止噪音传递的噪音防止层;用于增强噪音防止层与织物材料层的粘接力,且提高清洁容易性的功能性夹衬层;包含由高分子树脂涂覆而成的热塑性树脂纤维的织物材料层;及用于从外部保护织物材料层,且防止表面的污染的表面涂布层。这样的含有织物材料的铺地板块可以为正方形或长方形的板状,但并不限于这样的形态。
本发明的一实施方式中,本发明的铺地材可以包含:形成于表面涂布层的下部面的织物材料层;形成于上述织物材料层的下部面的功能性夹衬层;形成于上述功能性夹衬层的下部面的噪音防止层;形成于上述噪音防止层的下部面的平衡层。
本发明的一实施方式中,铺地板块的最上层部为表面涂布层,在涂布层的下部面形成织物材料层。在织物材料层的下部面,由于导入了功能性夹衬层,因而能够增强与织物材料层的粘接力,能够减少上述织物材料层的剥离现象,也能够提高清洁容易性。此外,可以在功能性夹衬层的下部面,形成噪音防止层,在噪音防止层的下部面追加导入平衡层,但不局限于这样的例示。
本发明的一实施方式中,本发明的铺地板块包含噪音防止层,上述噪音防止层可以包含单层的噪音防止层或多层的噪音防止层。即,噪音防止层可以由单个层或多个层构成。
本发明的一实施方式中,本发明的表面涂布层可以包含透明的氨基甲酸酯或丙烯酸系的树脂,但并不限于它们。上述表面涂布层阻挡紫外线而防止织物材料层的变色,有效地减少损伤、磨耗以及污染,且为了美观一般会形成透明的涂布层。通常,上述表面涂布层的厚度为4至50μm,优选为6至35μm。在表面涂布层的厚度小于4μm的情况下,存在紫外线阻挡效果降低,发生损伤、磨耗以及铺地板块的耐污染性、耐擦伤性、抗菌性效果减小的问题,在超过50μm的情况下,由于涂布层的厚度过厚,因此存在织物材料层的自然的质感及立体感会丧失,且经济性降低的问题。
本发明的一实施方式中,本发明的织物材料层用于提供织物材料所具有的自然的质感及立体感,织物材料层包含由高分子树脂涂覆而成的热塑性树脂纤维。
本发明的织物材料层通过使用由涂覆有高分子树脂的纤维织造的织物材料,从而与应用了以往的织物材料的铺地板块不同,能够有效地改善织物材料层的剥离现象。此外,在织物材料的情况下,织物材料可能会因基于使用的时间经过以及使用环境而向涂布材料或织造的织物结构外部突出而发生起毛现象,但如上所述,由于使用由热塑性树脂与高分子树脂间的收缩率差异和熔点差异小的高分子树脂涂覆而成的纤维而进行织造,因而织物材料间的结合力增大,能够防止织物材料向涂布材料或织造的织物结构外部突出的起毛现象。作为织物的编织图案的例子,可以为斜织(twill weave)、纱罗织(leno weave)、平织(plain weave)、缎织(satin weave)等。此外,本发明的织物材料层由于包含表面涂布层,因而能够有效地阻挡紫外线而使铺地板块的变色最小化,并且使损伤、磨耗、污染等减少。
具体而言,上述高分子树脂包含选自由聚乙烯树脂、聚丙烯树脂、ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、丙烯酸类树脂、聚酯树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂、聚四氟乙烯、橡胶、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯共聚物及乙烯丙烯共聚物组成的组中的一种以上,优选作为聚氯乙烯树脂的PVC树脂,但并不限定于此。上述热塑性树脂包含选自由聚烯烃、聚氨酯、丙烯酸类树脂、聚酯、聚氯乙烯树脂、尼龙树脂及它们的混合树脂组成的组中的一种以上,更具体而言,聚烯烃树脂选自由线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)树脂、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)树脂、中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)树脂、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)树脂、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)共聚物树脂、聚丙烯(PP)树脂、PP系嵌段共聚物树脂、PP系无规共聚物树脂、PP系弹性体树脂及它们的混合树脂组成的组,但并不限于此。
上述织物材料层的厚度为0.20至5.0mm,优选为0.50至2.5mm。在织物材料层的厚度小于0.20mm的情况下,存在质感及立体感降低的问题,在超过5.0mm的情况下,存在经济性降低,且不易清洁异物的问题。
此外,本发明的铺地板块中所应用的织物材料层可以包含用于提高阻燃性的阻燃剂。作为阻燃剂的例子,有卤素系、磷系或氮系的阻燃剂以及作为无机系阻燃剂的金属氧化物、金属氢氧化物等。具体而言,作为卤素系阻燃剂,有十溴二苯醚(DBDPO)、十溴二苯乙烷(DBDPE)、六溴环癸烷(HBCD)、1,2,5,6,9,10-六溴环十二烷(HBCD)、四溴双酚A(TBBA)、四溴双酚A双(2,3-二溴丙醚)(BDDP)等,但并不限于此。
作为磷系阻燃剂,有磷酸三聚氰胺(MP)、聚磷酸三聚氰胺(MPP)、磷酸铵、聚磷酸铵(APP)、红磷(red phousphorus)、磷酸三(2-氯乙基)酯(TCEP)、磷酸三(1-氯-2-丙基)酯(TCPP)、磷酸异丙基苯基二苯酯(IPPP)、磷酸三苯酯(TPP)、磷酸三乙酯(TEP)、二磷酸间苯二酚(RDP)、磷酸三甲苯酯(TCP)、甲基膦酸二甲酯、乙基膦酸二乙酯、丙基膦酸二甲酯、N,N-双(2-羟基乙基)氨基甲基膦酸二乙酯、膦酸、(5-甲基-2-甲基-1,3,2-二氧磷杂环己烷-5-基)甲基甲酯P,P'-二氧化物、9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)、聚(1,3-亚苯基甲基膦酸酯)、六苯氧基环三磷腈、磷杂菲等,但并不限于此。
作为氮系阻燃剂,有磷酸三聚氰胺(MP)、次氮基三(甲基膦酰胺酸)、三聚氰胺氰脲酸酯系等,但并不限于此。
作为无机系阻燃剂,有氢氧化镁(MDH)、氢氧化铝(ATH)、硼酸锌、石墨、三氧化二锑等,但并不限于此。
其中,为了提高亲环境性以及阻燃性,优选使用磷系和/或无机系的阻燃剂,例如,优选使用磷酸三聚氰胺、聚磷酸三聚氰胺、磷酸铵、磷酸异丙基苯基二苯酯(IPPP)、磷酸三苯酯(TPP)、磷酸三乙酯(TEP)、二磷酸间苯二酚(RDP)、磷酸三甲苯酯(TCP)、氢氧化镁(MDH)、氢氧化铝(ATH)、硼酸锌、三氧化二锑等。
本发明中所使用的用语涂覆丝是为了增加丝线的强度,在丝线表面形成薄膜而形成保护层的丝线的统称,挤出丝的意思是在制造丝线时被挤出而制造的丝线。
作为本发明的织物材料层的一例,可以举出将上述挤出丝仅用作经丝、或在其他例子中将上述挤出丝同时用作经丝和纬丝而织造的织物材料层。具体而言,在将具有600至5,000μm的直径的挤出丝仅用作经丝的情况下,可以使用直径小于经丝的例如具有50至2,000μm的直径、更优选具有200至800μm的直径的挤出丝作为纬丝进行织造。该情况下,作为纬丝的挤出丝的组成可以构成为与作为上述经丝的挤出丝的组成相同或类似。此外,作为纬丝,可以使用具有50至2,000μm的直径的涂覆丝(coating yarn)进行织造。可用作上述纬丝的涂覆丝具有由芯原丝和包覆芯原丝表面的涂覆材料构成的结构。
本发明的一实施方式中,涉及本发明的功能性夹衬层包含高分子树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂、填充剂及颜料的含有织物材料的铺地板块。具体而言,以高分子树脂100重量份为基准,功能性夹衬层可以包含增塑剂5至50重量份、稳定剂3至10重量份、填充剂0至20重量份及颜料0.05至15重量份,优选地,以高分子树脂100重量份为基准,可以包含增塑剂30至50重量份、稳定剂3至7重量份、填充剂1至10重量份及颜料2至7重量份。
在增塑剂使用量小于5重量份的情况下,存在与织物材料层的粘接力显著降低的问题,在超过50重量份的情况下,存在机械物性(拉伸强度等)降低的问题。在填充剂使用量超过20重量份的情况下,存在与织物材料层的粘接力显著降低的缺点。
此外,在稳定剂使用量小于3重量份的情况下,热稳定性降低而制品可能发生变色,在超过10重量份的情况下,经济性降低。如果颜料使用量小于0.05重量份,则无法得到强的非透明性和期望的颜色,如果超过15重量份,则经济性降低。
本发明的一实施方式中,本发明的功能性夹衬层中所包含的高分子树脂的聚合度为600至2000,优选为800至1700,更优选为1000。上述高分子树脂包含选自由聚乙烯树脂、聚丙烯树脂、ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、丙烯酸类树脂、聚酯树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂、聚四氟乙烯、橡胶、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯共聚物及乙烯丙烯共聚物组成的组中的一种以上,优选为聚氯乙烯树脂。在高分子树脂的聚合度小于600的情况下,存在机械物性变差的问题,在超过2000的情况下,产生加工温度变高的问题,即加工性降低的问题。
本发明的一实施方式中,本发明的功能性夹衬层中可包含的增塑剂包含选自由邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(dioctyl phthalate,DOP)、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(diisononylphthalate,DINP)、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯(diisodecyl phthalate,DIDP)、邻苯二甲酸双十一酯(diundecyl phthalate,DUP)、偏苯三酸三辛酯(trioctyl trimellitate,TOTM)、己二酸二辛酯(dioctyl adipate,DOA)、对苯二甲酸二辛酯(dioctyl terephthalate,DOTP)、1,2-环己烷二甲酸二异壬酯(1,2-cyclohexane dicarboxylic acid diisononyl ester,DINCH)、邻苯二甲酸二丙基庚酯(dipropylheptylphthalate,DPHP)、柠檬酸乙酰基三丁酯(acetyltributylcitrate,ATBC)、植物性增塑剂及苯甲酸酯(Benzoate)组成的组中的一种以上,优选为作为亲环境增塑剂的对苯二甲酸二辛酯(dioctyl terephthalate,DOTP),但并不限于此。
本发明的一实施方式中,本发明的功能性夹衬层中所包含的稳定剂包含选自由金属皂系稳定剂、有机锡复合稳定剂及环氧系稳定剂组成的组中的一种以上,上述金属皂系稳定剂包含选自由例如Ba/Zn、Ca/Zn及Na/Zn组成的组中的一种以上,优选为亲环境Ca/Zn系,但并不限于此。
本发明的一实施方式中,本发明的功能性夹衬层中所包含的填充剂包含选自由碳酸钙、二氧化硅、矾土、海泡石、滑石、氧化锑、氧化铝、飘尘及高炉渣组成的组中的一种以上,优选包含选自由碳酸钙、海泡石及它们的混合物组成的组中的一种以上,但并不限于此。
本发明的一实施方式中,本发明的功能性夹衬层中所包含的颜料包含选自由有机系颜料、无机系颜料及它们的混合物组成的组中的一种以上,无机系颜料优选为锐钛矿(anataze)钛糖(TiO2)或金红石(rutile)钛糖(TiO2),更优选为金红石(rutile)钛糖(TiO2),但并不限于此。颜料被包含在功能性夹衬层中,可以使用具有各种各样的颜色的有机系颜料和无机系颜料,用于提高遮盖力。
本发明的一实施方式中,功能性夹衬层的厚度为0.05至1.5mm,优选为0.07至1mm。在功能性夹衬层的厚度小于0.05mm的情况下,噪音防止层与织物材料层之间的粘接力弱,可能在使用铺地板块时发生织物材料层剥离的问题,在超过1.5mm的情况下,存在经济性降低的问题。
本发明的一实施方式中,本发明的铺地材的织物材料层的涂布层和功能性夹衬层优选包含相同种类的高分子树脂。由于用于保护织物材料层的涂布膜和功能性夹衬层包含相同的高分子树脂,因而能够防止织物材料层的剥离现象,增强拉伸强度之类的机械物性。即,由于以使纤维的表面涂布层和功能性夹衬层包含同种的高分子树脂的方式构成,因而能够提高同种高分子树脂间的粘接力,通过这样的粘接力提高,从而能够防止织物材料层的剥离现象以及增强机械物性。予以说明的是,上述粘接力并不是指通过使用另外的粘接物质而使之粘接。
更具体而言,意味着织物材料层是由涂覆有高分子树脂的纤维织造而成的织物材料,为了涂覆纤维而使用的高分子树脂是与功能性夹衬层的高分子树脂相同的高分子树脂。例如,对于为了涂覆热塑性树脂纤维而使用的高分子树脂而言,使用聚乙烯树脂进行涂覆的情况下,优选功能性夹衬层也包含聚乙烯树脂,在利用聚氯乙烯树脂涂覆上述热塑性树脂纤维的情况下,优选功能性夹衬层也包含聚氯乙烯树脂。
具体而言,上述高分子树脂包含选自由聚乙烯树脂、聚丙烯树脂、ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、丙烯酸类树脂、聚酯树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂、聚四氟乙烯、橡胶、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯共聚物及乙烯丙烯共聚物组成的组中的一种以上,优选为聚氯乙烯树脂,但并不局限于此。
本发明的一实施方式中,本发明的平衡层和噪音防止层可以包含高分子树脂、填充剂及添加剂。平衡层铺设于地面而防止铺地板块的扭曲现象,噪音防止层用于防止噪音传递。上述添加剂包含选自由增塑剂、稳定剂、颜料及阻燃剂组成的组中的一种以上。
具体而言,平衡层包含选自由聚乙烯树脂、聚丙烯树脂、ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、丙烯酸类树脂、聚酯树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂、聚四氟乙烯、橡胶、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯共聚物及乙烯丙烯共聚物组成的组中的一种以上高分子树脂,且包含选自由碳酸钙、二氧化硅、矾土、海泡石、滑石、氧化锑、氧化铝、飘尘及高炉渣组成的组中的一种以上填充剂。
此外,本发明的平衡层在下部面可以包含多个凹凸。与以平面构成下部面的平衡层相比,在包含多个凹凸的情况下,使湿气或气体的排出变得容易,能够有效减少由湿气及气体的排出导致的铺地板块的变形,从而降低对于铺地板块的施工场所的制约。上述平衡层的厚度为0.3至5mm,优选为0.5至2.5mm。在平衡层的厚度小于0.3mm的情况下,不适合于防止铺地板块的扭曲现象,在超过5mm的情况下,经济性降低。
具体而言,噪音防止层包含高分子树脂及填充剂,噪音防止层可以被构成为单层的噪音防止层或多层的噪音防止层,在包含单层的噪音防止层的情况下,由一层的噪音防止层构成,在包含多层的噪音防止层的情况下,可以包含噪音防止层与噪音防止层之间的伸缩防止层。上述高分子树脂包含选自由聚乙烯树脂、聚丙烯树脂、ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、丙烯酸类树脂、聚酯树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂、聚四氟乙烯、橡胶、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯共聚物及乙烯丙烯共聚物组成的组中的一种以上,优选作为聚氯乙烯树脂的PVC。上述填充剂包含选自由碳酸钙、二氧化硅、矾土、海泡石、滑石、氧化锑、氧化铝、飘尘、硫酸钡及高炉渣组成的组中的一种以上,优选为碳酸钙或海泡石,但可以任选使用具有可减小伸缩且减少噪音的功能的公知的各种各样的种类的矿物。
上述噪音防止层的厚度为0.3至5mm,优选为0.5至2.5mm。在噪音防止层的厚度小于0.3mm的情况下,噪音防止效果不佳,在超过5mm的情况下,经济性降低。
本发明的一实施方式中,本发明的铺地板块可以进一步包含伸缩防止层。伸缩防止层用于防止使用环境所导致的铺地板块的伸缩,可以进一步被包含在包含平衡层、噪音防止层、功能性夹衬层、织物材料层及表面涂布层的铺地板块中。伸缩防止层可以位于例如平衡层与噪音防止层之间,噪音防止层与功能性夹衬层之间,在噪音防止层由多个层构成的情况下,可以位于第一噪音防止层与第二噪音防止层之间,但并不限于此。
本发明的一实施方式中,本发明的铺地板块可包含的伸缩防止层包含含有高分子树脂的玻璃纤维或无纺布,上述伸缩防止层用于防止使用环境所导致的铺地板块的伸缩。高分子树脂包含选自由聚乙烯树脂、聚丙烯树脂、ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、丙烯酸类树脂、聚酯树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂、聚四氟乙烯、橡胶、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯共聚物及乙烯丙烯共聚物组成的组中的一种以上,优选作为聚氯乙烯树脂的PVC,但并不限于此。
具体而言,上述伸缩防止层的厚度为0.1至1mm,优选为0.2至0.5mm。在伸缩防止层的厚度小于0.1mm的情况下,铺地板块的伸缩防止效果不佳,在超过1mm的情况下,经济性降低。
本发明的一实施方式中,涉及本发明的实施方式的含有织物材料的铺地板块的制造方法,其通过热压接工序制造平衡层、噪音防止层、功能性夹衬层、织物材料层后,在织物材料层上部涂布表面涂布用液态原料,然后通过使用紫外线照射装置使其固化,从而制造表面涂布层,上述铺地板块含有进一步包含伸缩防止层和噪音防止层(即,第二噪音防止层)的织物材料。热压接工序中,通过在80~250℃的温度下进行热压接,从而使平衡层、噪音防止层、功能性夹衬层及织物材料层粘接。热压接可以通过本领域公知的各种各样的方法来实施,热压接方法没有特别限制。例如,可以利用辊压接方法或热压方法等来实施。
本发明中,铺地板块的整体厚度为2至20mm,优选为2至10mm,更优选为2至7mm。在铺地板块小于2mm的情况下,铺地板块的厚度过薄,因而在将铺地板块铺设于地面时,可能发生扭曲现象,且可能发生噪音防止效果以及机械物性降低等问题,在超过20mm的情况下,经济性降低。
本发明的一实施方式中,本发明的铺地板块可以包含厚度为0.3至5.0mm的平衡层、厚度为0.3至5.0mm的噪音防止层、厚度为0.05至1.5mm的功能性夹衬层、厚度为0.2至5.0mm的织物材料层及厚度为4至50μm的表面涂布层。
本发明的一实施方式中,本发明的平衡层以高分子树脂100重量份为基准包含填充剂21至100重量份,噪音防止层以高分子树脂100重量份为基准包含填充剂110至1500重量份,功能性夹衬层以高分子树脂100重量份为基准包含填充剂0至20重量份。织物材料层可以由利用涂覆有聚氯乙烯树脂的聚酯挤出丝织造而成的织物层构成,表面涂布层可以包含透明的氨基甲酸酯材料。
发明效果
通过本发明,能够提供含有织物材料的铺地板块及其制造方法,该含有织物材料的铺地板块能够原样维持织物材料所具有的自然的质感及立体感,并且防止织物材料层的剥离现象,增加拉伸强度之类的机械物性,从而耐久性优异且清洁容易性提高。

实施例1
含有织物材料的铺地板块的制造
将平衡层、第一噪音防止层、伸缩防止层、第二噪音防止层、功能性夹衬层、织物材料层在150℃的温度下通过热压接工序接合后,在织物材料层上部涂布表面涂布用液态原料,使用紫外线照射装置使表面涂布层固化,从而制造含有织物材料的铺地板块。对于各层的具体成分及厚度如下。
关于平衡层,其厚度为1mm,包含PVC,以PVC 100重量份为基准,包含65重量份的填充剂,下部面形成有多个凹凸。第一噪音防止层包含PVC,以PVC 100重量份为基准,包含碳酸钙350重量份,厚度为1.5mm。伸缩防止层为含浸了PVC的玻璃纤维,以PVC 100重量份为基准,包含填充剂55重量份,厚度为1mm。第二噪音防止层包含PVC,以PVC 100重量份为基准,包含碳酸钙500重量份,厚度为1.5mm。功能性夹衬层包含PVC 100重量份、DOTP 45重量份、Ca/Zn系稳定剂4.5重量份、作为填充剂的碳酸钙8重量份以及作为其他添加剂的含有钛糖的颜料5重量份,厚度为0.2mm。织物材料层是由涂覆有PVC树脂的热塑性聚酯树脂织造而成的织物材料,厚度为1.5mm,表面涂布层是透明的氨基甲酸酯树脂,厚度为20μm。
[比较例1]
不存在功能性夹衬层,除此以外,与实施例1同样地制造含有织物材料的铺地板块。
[比较例2]
以功能性夹衬层的厚度为0.02mm进行制造,除此以外,与实施例1同样地进行制造。
[比较例3]
通过含浸法而非热压接工序制造织物材料层和夹衬层,除此以外,与实施例1同样地进行制造。含浸法如下:使用液态的PVC含浸层配合物,使织物材料层的下部部分浸渍于液态PVC含浸层配合物后,在烘箱中施以200℃热量,且冷却至常温进行固化。PVC含浸层包含PVC,包含PVC 100重量份、DOTP 70重量份、Ca/Zn系的稳定剂4.5重量份、作为填充剂的碳酸钙70重量份,厚度为0.4mm。
实验例1
织物材料层的剥离现象发生与否
通过KS M 3802:2014的测试方法对实施例1、比较例1和2的铺地板块实施实验,确认剥离现象发生与否。其结果如下述表1及图3所示。

根据表1及图3,在没有功能性夹衬层的比较例1的情况下,虽然直到40N的载荷没有发生剥离现象,但是从50N开始发生剥离现象。在包含0.02mm厚度的功能性夹衬层的比较例2的情况下,虽然直到60N没有发生剥离现象,但是在70N发生了剥离现象。在实施例1的包含功能性夹衬层的铺地板块的情况下,即使在70N的情况下也没有发生剥离现象。
结果上来讲,对于铺设于地面的铺地板块,在人走动的生活环境中自然而然会产生载荷,在无法承受一定水平的载荷时,可以说容易发生剥离现象。由此,可以预想如比较例1那样的不包含功能性夹衬层的铺地板块的织物材料层容易发生剥离。此外,对于比较例2的情况,认为虽然包含功能性夹衬层,但是功能性夹衬层的厚度薄而无法发挥充分的粘接力,因而发生剥离。另一方面,本申请发明的实施例1的铺地板块的织物材料层与功能性夹衬层的粘接力优异,可以认为不易发生织物材料层的剥离。
实验例2
清洁容易性评价
在实施例1和比较例1的铺地板块上撒下作为外部污染物的一例的沙子,然后利用真空吸尘器测定污染物的去除程度。使用面粉以及灰尘代替沙子实施相同的实验。其结果如下述表2、图4至图7所示。

根据表2,确认到在撒下作为外部污染物的沙子、面粉及灰尘的情况下,对于没有功能性夹衬层的比较例1的铺地板块而言,即使利用真空吸尘器来去除污染物质,也不会完全去除而残留一部分污染物质。另一方面,确认到实施例1的包含功能性夹衬层的铺地板块的沙子、面粉以及灰尘被完全去除。
由此确认了功能性夹衬层的有无所导致的清洁容易性的差异,在包含织物材料层的铺地材的情况下,一般而言,由于织物材料层特有的结构特性,如果污染物进入织物材料层,则其去除不会容易。但是,在本发明的铺地材的情况下,由于包含功能性夹衬层,因此确认到污染物质的去除非常容易。
具体而言,图4和图5是撒下面粉后进行的清洁前后的比较照片,在没有功能性夹衬层的比较例1的情况下,肉眼可以确认到,即使在清洁后也会残留面粉(图4),但是在本发明的实施例1的情况下,确认到被完全去除(图5)。进一步,为了确认清洁容易性,图6和7是使用显微镜确认织物材料层是否残留污染物质的结果。可以确认到,在没有功能性夹衬层的比较例1的情况下,明显出现污染物质残留(图6),另一方面,包含功能性夹衬层的实施例1的铺地板块不存在污染物质(图7)。
实验例3
制造方法的差异导致的机械物性的评价
通过KSM 3802的测试方法对实施例1和比较例3的铺地材实施实验,测定拉伸强度。其结果如下述表3所示。

根据上述表3,利用含浸法制造的比较例3的铺地材的拉伸强度测定结果被测定为710至745N/cm2,实施例1的铺地材被测定为1512至1637N/cm2。这可以认为是由于制造方法的差异导致铺地材的拉伸强度产生差异,具体而言,可知通过热压接工序制造的铺地材与通过含浸法制造的铺地材相比,显示出2倍以上的优异的拉伸强度。

1.一种含有织物材料的铺地板块,其包含平衡层、噪音防止层、功能性夹衬层、织物材料层及表面涂布层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有织物材料的铺地板块,其包含:
形成于所述表面涂布层的下部面的织物材料层;
形成于所述织物材料层的下部面的功能性夹衬层;
形成于所述功能性夹衬层的下部面的噪音防止层;以及
形成于所述噪音防止层的下部面的平衡层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有织物材料的铺地板块,所述噪音防止层为单层的噪音防止层或多层的噪音防止层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有织物材料的铺地板块,所述表面涂布层包含透明的氨基甲酸酯或丙烯酸系树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含有织物材料的铺地板块,所述织物材料层包含由高分子树脂涂覆而成的热塑性树脂纤维。
6.根据权利要求5所述的含有织物材料的铺地板块,所述高分子树脂包含选自由聚乙烯树脂、聚丙烯树脂、ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、丙烯酸类树脂、聚酯树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂、聚四氟乙烯、橡胶、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯共聚物和乙烯丙烯共聚物组成的组中的一种以上。
7.根据权利要求5所述的含有织物材料的铺地板块,所述热塑性树脂包含选自由聚烯烃、聚氨酯、丙烯酸类树脂、聚酯、聚氯乙烯树脂、尼龙树脂及它们的混合树脂组成的组中的一种以上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的含有织物材料的铺地板块,所述功能性夹衬层包含高分子树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂、填充剂和颜料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的含有织物材料的铺地板块,所述功能性夹衬层以高分子树脂100重量份为基准包含增塑剂5至50重量份、稳定剂3至10重量份、填充剂0至20重量份以及颜料0.05至15重量份。
10.根据权利要求8所述的含有织物材料的铺地板块,所述高分子树脂包含选自由聚乙烯树脂、聚丙烯树脂、ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、丙烯酸类树脂、聚酯树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂、聚四氟乙烯、橡胶、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯共聚物和乙烯丙烯共聚物组成的组中的一种以上。

21.根据权利要求19所述的含有织物材料的铺地板块,所述填充剂包含选自由碳酸钙、二氧化硅、矾土、海泡石、滑石、氧化锑、氧化铝、飘尘、硫酸钡和高炉渣组成的组中的一种以上。
22.根据权利要求19所述的含有织物材料的铺地板块,所述添加剂包含选自由增塑剂、稳定剂、颜料和阻燃剂组成的组中的一种以上。
23.根据权利要求1所述的含有织物材料的铺地板块,所述平衡层在下部面包含多个凹凸。
24.一种含有织物材料的铺地板块的制造方法,其特征在于,是权利要求1所述的含有织物材料的铺地板块的制造方法:通过热压接工序制造平衡层、噪音防止层、功能性夹衬层、织物材料层后,在织物材料层上部涂布表面涂布用液态原料,且使用紫外线照射装置进行固化而制造表面涂布层。
25.根据权利要求24所述的含有织物材料的铺地板块的制造方法,所述铺地板块进一步包含伸缩防止层和噪音防止层。
