Abstract
一种植物生长调节剂组合物,它包含如下式所示
的环己烷衍生物或其盐和含氮水溶性无机物或脲。
式中R为氢原子,低级烷基,烷硫代烷基,苯基
或取代苯基,R1为低级烷基,环烷基,苄基,取代苄
基,苯乙基,苯氧基甲基,2-噻吩基甲基,烷氧甲基或
烷硫代甲基。
Description
本发明涉及植物生长调节剂组合物,它包括环己烷衍生物或其盐和含氮水溶性无机物或脲,还可含聚氧乙烯烷基醚,聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚,矿物油或植物油。
在所谓的用化学物质来化学控制以调节植物生长的领域中,马来酰肼,丁酰肼(N,N-二甲氨基琥珀酰亚胺),助壮素(1,1-二甲基哌啶鎓氯化物)或矮壮素(2-氯乙基三甲基氯化铵)已用于控制植物生长,控制侧芽发芽或防止植物倒伏的目的。然而,这些化合物有许多缺点如施用地点,施用植物和施用时间都会受到限制,效果不稳定,及会导致植物毒性。近来,已发展了许多环己烷衍生物或其盐作为植物生长调节剂(日本未审查专利公开No.164543/1983,No.196840/1984和No.231045/1984)。然而,这些化合物也存在许多难以解决的问题如当小剂量施用时,对目标植物的效果会趋于不稳定,且有时残效也不够充分。
而且,已知将硫酸铵或脲加入除草剂2-氨基-4-〔(羟基)(甲基)膦基〕丁酸(日本未审查专利公开No.18311/1983)或grifosate(日本未审查专利公开No.145205/1988和No.34901/1991)中。然而,却不曾知道将它加入环己烷衍生物中作为植物生长调节剂。
似于施用过量的农业化学品可获得合适的效果。然而,施用大量的这种化学品从可能危及动物和人类安全,从环境污染或农民经济负担的观点来看是不合适的。因此,希望发展一种农业组合物,少量的该组合物就能显示出合适的效果,且对作物植物无毒性。本发明广泛地研究了改善环己烷衍生物或其盐的植物生长调节效果的持久性,和当它以低剂量施用时稳定其效果。结果,他们发现通过在环己烷衍生物或其盐组合物中加入含氮水溶性无机物或脲可获得极好效果的植物生长调节剂组合物,而且进一步发现通过在植物生长调节剂组合物中加入选自聚氧乙烯烷基醚,聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚,矿物油和植物油中的一种或几种物质并在上述含氮水溶性无机物的作用下,以低剂量就可获得进一步稳定的植物生长调节效果。本发明就是基于这些发现完成的。
这样,本发明提供的植物生长调节剂组合物含如下结构式的环己烷衍生物或其盐和含氮水溶性无机物或脲,
式中R为氢原子,低级烷基,烷硫代烷基,苯基或取代苯基,R1为低级烷基,环烷基,苄基,取代苄基,苯乙基,苯氧基甲基,2-噻吩基甲基,烷氧甲基或烷硫代甲基。
而且,较好的本发明的植物生长调节剂组合物除了含上述组份外,还含选自聚氧乙烯烷基醚,聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚,矿物油和植物油中的一种或几种物质。
本发明中,环己烷衍生物盐可由下述结构式来表示:
式中M为有机或无机阳离子,R2为氢原子或低级烷基,R3为低级烷基,

式中M为有机或无机阳离子,R3为低级烷基。
本发明中,取代苯基和取代苄基可由卤素原子,烷基(含1-5个碳原子)或烷氧基(含1-5个碳原子)取代。有机或无机阳离子例如为:碱金属,碱土金属的阳离子,一,二或三烷基铵,二碱(取代苄基)铵,或单或双-(羟乙基)铵。
环己烷衍生物及其盐的特殊实例列于表1-4中,但环己烷衍生物及其盐并不局限于这些特殊的实例。

本发明中,含氮水溶性无机物例如可为固体铵盐或硝酸盐。其中,硫酸铵,硝酸铵,氯化铵,磷酸铵,硝酸钠和硝酸钾是较好的。这些无机物可单独或以它们中的二种或几种混合物以复配形式来使用。
本发明中,环己烷衍生物或其盐与含氮水溶性无机物或脲之比基于活性组分,剂型类型,载体,表面活性剂等而改变。然而,较好的是每份(重量)环己烷衍生物或其盐中有0.2-1000份(重量),较好地为0.5-100份(重量)的含氮水溶性无机物或脲。
在单独施用剂型如粉剂或颗粒剂的情况下,通常使用的含氮水溶性无机物或脲的量为用水稀释至剂型量的2-10倍,如可湿性粉剂,颗粒状可湿性粉剂或流动剂。即,在用水稀释剂型的情况下,如可湿性粉剂或流动剂,环己烷衍生物或其盐与含氮水溶性无机物或脲之比较好地在1∶0.5-1∶10之间。但在单独施用剂型的情况下,两者之比为1∶10-1∶100。
而且,在为可湿性粉剂,颗粒状可湿性粉剂和流动剂的情况下,本发明组合物中的环己烷衍生物或其盐和含氮水溶性无机物或脲在剂型中的两组份总含量通常为0.1-99%(重量),较好地为1.0-95%(重量)。在为粉剂的情况下,两组份总含量通常为0.01-20%(重量),较好地为0.05-10%(重量)。
用于本发明的聚氧乙烯烷基醚和聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚,较好的是其中环氧乙烷的平均加成摩尔浓度为2-16ml,烷基中碳原子数为8-16个,且为非离子型。例如,聚氧乙烯月桂基醚(环氧乙烷的平均加成摩尔浓度:4-12mol),聚氧乙烯十三烷基醚(环氧乙烷的平均加成摩尔浓度:4-12mol),聚氧乙烯肉豆蔻基醚(环氧乙烷的平均加成摩尔浓度:4-12mol),聚氧乙烯辛基苯基醚(环氧乙烷的平均加成摩尔浓度:4-12mol)和聚氧乙烯壬基苯基醚(环氧乙烷的平均加成摩尔浓度:4-12mol)。而且,这些聚氧乙烯烷基醚和聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚可单独或以它们中二种或几种的混合物形式来使用。而且,如下所述它们可与矿物油或植物油复配使用。
用于本发明的矿物油或植物油在40℃时其动态粘度为1-300cSt。矿物油可为链烷烃或环烷烃,如锭子油,液态石蜡,正-链烷烃和机油,植物油例如可为天然植物油或其纯化产品,例如豆油,向日葵油,菜油,玉米油,椰子油,亚麻仁油,棉(子)油,桐油,蓖麻油,棕榈油,橄榄油和米糠油,矿物油或植物油可单独或以它们的二种或几种混合物的复配形式来使用。
环己烷衍生物或其盐与聚氧乙烯烷基醚,聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚,矿物油或植物油的重量比通常为1∶0.2-1∶50,较好地为1∶0.5-1∶20。
作为较好的实施例,本发明组合物包括3,5-二氧代-4-丙酰环己烷羧酸乙酯或3,5-二氧代-4-丙酰环己烷羧酸钙,硫酸铵和聚氧乙烯烷基醚或聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚,其中环氧乙烷的平均加成摩尔浓度为2-16mol,烷基中的碳原子数为8-16,较好地为聚氧乙烯月桂基醚,其中环己烷羧酸的乙酯或钙盐,硫酸铵和聚氧乙烯烷基醚或聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚的重量比为1∶0.5-100∶0.5-20。
本发明的植物生长调节剂组合物经加入表面活性剂,絮凝剂,填料,有机溶剂,粘合剂,增稠剂和其它在情况需要时用于农业化学品制剂的辅助剂配制而成的。表面活性剂例如可为阴离子或非离子表面活性剂如磷酸烷基酯,聚烷二醇,聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯嵌段聚合物,磺酸烷芳基酯,聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚硫酸盐,木素磺酸盐或萘磺酸盐。加入的絮凝剂用来防止细小粉末颗粒的扩散,且通常使用有机磷酸化合物。填料例如可为细小的矿物粉如粘土,细小颗粒尺寸在特定范围外,小于10μm的DL粘土,硅藻土或碳酸钙,糖类如乳糖或蔗糖,水溶性填料如硫酸钠,或水。有机溶剂例如可为二醇如乙二醇,丙二醇或聚乙二醇。粘合剂或增稠剂例如可为α-淀粉,羧甲基纤维素,PVP(聚乙烯吡咯烷酮)或黄原酸酯树胶。而且,所述的其它辅助剂例如包括细小的硅石粉,硅氧烷,高脂肪酸的金属盐和着色剂。
本发明的植物生长调节剂组合物通常以用于农业化学品的制剂形式来使用。然而,特别好地以固体形式如可湿性粉剂,颗粒状可湿性粉剂或粉尘剂,或以分散在水或油中的液体形式如流动剂来使用。
为了制备可湿性粉剂,环己烷衍生物或其盐可与含氮水溶性无机物或脲均匀混合,无需要的话,与选自聚氧乙烯烷基醚,聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚,植物油和矿物油中的一种或几种物质,细小硅石粉,表面活性剂,或填料如粘土,硅藻土或碳酸钙(若需要的话,磨成细粉)混合在一起。
为了制备颗粒状可湿性粉剂,将环己烷衍生物或其盐和含氮水溶性无机物或脲,若需要的话与选自聚氧乙烯烷基醚,聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚,植物油和矿物油中的一种或几种物质,表面活性剂,粘合剂,填料如粘土,硅藻土或碳酸钙,若需要的话和细小的硅石粉混合在一起,加少量的水,通过混合并搅拌成粒,然后干燥。
为了制备粉剂,将含氮水溶性无机物或脲,若需要的话,和选自聚氧乙烯烷基醚,聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚,植物油和矿物油中的一种或几种物质,细小的硅石粉,絮凝剂,或填料如粘土,硅藻土或碳酸钙,与环己烷衍生物或其盐混合,然而粉碎。
为了制备流动剂,将含氮水溶性无机物或脲,若需要的话,和选自聚氧乙烯烷基醚,聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚,植物油和矿物油中的一种或几种物质,表面活性剂,增稠剂,有机溶剂,水或油,其它辅助剂,与环己烷衍生物或其盐混合,若需要的话,将此混合物粉碎。
当所有组份都相互溶解时,组合物以液态制剂的形式配制。
本发明的植物生长调节剂组合物可通过加入除了环己烷衍生物或其盐外的植物生长调节剂,杀虫剂或杀菌剂配制成混合物,这种植物生长调节剂例如可为助壮素或矮壮素;杀虫剂例如可为杀螟松(MEP),二甲基vinphos,甲基毒死蜱,哒嗪硫磷,二嗪农,乐果,乙酰甲胺磷,仲丁威(BPMC),速灭威(MTMC),醚菊酯或优乐得(噻嗪酮);杀菌剂例如可为三环唑,稻瘟灵,四氯苯酞,异稻瘟净,灭锈胺,担菌胺或禾穗宁。
下面,本发明将结合实施例和实验实施例作进一步的详细描述。然而,应该理解的是,并不意味着本发明由下述特殊实施例限定,在这些实施例中,“份数”指“重量份数”。

对比实施例1 颗粒状可湿性粉剂
将10份化合物No.1,5份萘磺酸钠的缩合物(如上所述),5份细硅石粉(如上所述),5份蔗糖和75份粘土均匀混合并粉碎,加入少量水,混合并搅拌此混合物成粒,然后干燥获得颗粒状可湿性粉剂。
对比实施例2 颗粒状可湿性粉剂
将10份化合物No.1,70份氯化钾,5份萘磺酸钠的缩合物(如上所述),5份细硅石粉(如上所述),5份蔗糖和5份粘土均匀混合并粉碎,加入少量水,混合并搅拌此混合物成粒,然后干燥获得颗粒状可湿性粉剂。
对比实施例3 颗粒状可湿性粉剂
将10份化合物No.1,70份磷酸钙,5份萘磺酸钠的缩合物(如上所述),5份细硅石粉(如上所述),5份蔗糖和5份粘土均匀混合并粉碎,加入少量水,混合并搅拌此混合物成粒,然后干燥获得颗粒状可湿性粉剂。
对比实施例4 颗粒状可湿性粉剂
将10份化合物No.1,10份聚氧乙烯月桂基醚(如上所述),5份萘磺酸钠的缩合物(如上所述),10份细硅石粉(如上所述),5份蔗糖和60份粘土均匀混合并粉碎,加入少量水,混合并搅拌此混合物成粒,然后干燥获得颗粒状可湿性粉剂。
对比实施例5 颗粒状可湿性粉剂
将10份化合物No.2,10份液态石蜡(High White 70,商标,如上所述),5份聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚硫酸盐(如上所述),10份细硅石粉(如上所述),5份蔗糖和60份粘土均匀混合并粉碎,加入少量水,混合并搅拌此混合物成粒,然后干燥获得颗粒状可湿性粉剂。
对比实施例6 可湿粉剂
将5份化合物No.20,10份大豆油(如上所述),3份聚氧乙烯十三烷基醚(如上所述),5份萘磺酸钠的缩合物(如上所述),10份细硅石粉(如上所述)和67份粘土均匀混合后粉碎,获得可湿性粉剂。
对比实施例7 DL粉剂
将0.1份化合物No.20,2份菜油(如上所述),1份絮凝剂(Driless A,商标,由三共(株)制造),3份细硅石粉(如上所述)和93.9份DL-粘土均匀混合后粉碎,获得DL粉剂。
对比实施例8 DL粉剂
将0.1份化合物No.21,0.2份聚氧乙烯十三烷基醚(如上所述),1份絮凝剂(Driless A,商标,由三共(株),制造),1份细硅石粉(如上所述)和97.7份DL-粘土均匀混合后粉碎,获得DL粉剂。
实验实施例1 对草地植物生长调节的实验
将按各实施例制备的颗粒状可湿性粉剂或可湿性粉剂用水稀释,使环己烷衍生物或其盐的剂量达250g/ha,施用水的量达1000l/ha,将其施于切成2cm长的荒地草(品种:海滨(Seaside))和野生草的营养叶上,实验是通过测量施用4星期和8星期后营养叶的长度进行的,且按下述公式计算控制率,控制率是由将计算值四舍五入至最接近整数部分的整数来表示的,结果列于表5中。
控制率(%)=1-( (处理表面的营养叶的长度)/(未处理表面的营养叶的长度) )×100
实验实施例2 对稻株生长调节的实验
将按各实施例制备的粉剂施于第二叶子期的稻株(品种:Kinmaze),使环己烷衍生物或其盐的剂量达30g/ha,实验是通过测量施用2星期和4星期后营养叶的长度进行的,且按实验实施例1的公式计算控制率,控制率是由将计算值四舍五入至最接近整数部分的整数来表示的,结果列于表6中。
实施实施例3 对小麦生长调节的实验
将按实施例1制备的颗粒状可湿性粉剂用水稀释,使环己烷衍生物或其盐的剂量达500g/ha,施用水的量达250l/ha,将它施于第三叶子期的小麦(品种:AVAROV)上。实验是通过测量施用2星期和4星期后营养叶的长度进行的,且按实验实施例1的公式计算控制率,生长控制率是由将计算值四舍五入至最接近整数部分的整数来表示的,结果列于表7中。
由于本发明的植物生长调节剂组合物包含环己烷衍生物或其盐和含氮水溶性无机物或脲,其效果在小剂量时就可持续很长一段时间,且可获得高的植物生长调节活性,因此不必施用过量的农业化学品,这样就避免了诸如环境污染或危及动物和人类安全的问题。而且,这种效果可通过加入聚氧乙烯烷基醚,聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚,矿物油或植物油而得到提高。并且,本发明的植物生长调节剂组合物具有施用期宽的特点,且不论温度或植物的种类都可获得恒定的效果。且它也具有适于以与其它药剂的混合物来使用的特点。
Claims (10)
3、如权利要求1的植物生长调节剂组合物,其特征在于,环己烷盐为3,5-二氧代-4-丙酰环己烷羧酸乙酯或3,5-二氧代-4-丙酰环己烷羧酸钙盐。
4、如权利要求1的植物生长调节剂组合物,其特征在于,含氮水溶性无机物为硫酸铵,硝酸铵或氯化铵。
5、如权利要求1的植物生长调节剂组合物,其特征在于,含氮水溶性无机物或脲的量为环己烷衍生物或其盐重量的0.5-100份(重量)。
6、如权利要求1的植物生长调节剂组合物,其特征在于,它还包含选自聚氧乙烯烷基醚,聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚,矿物油和植物油中的一种或几种物质。
7、如权利要求6的植物生长调节剂组合物,其特征在于,聚氧乙烯烷基醚和聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚中环氧乙烷的平均加成摩尔浓度为2-16mol,烷基中的碳原子数为8-16。
8、如权利要求6的植物生长调节剂组合物,其特征在于,矿物油或植物油在40℃时的动态粘度为1-300cSt。
9、如权利要求6的植物生长调节剂组合物,其特征在于,它包含3,5-二氧代-4-丙酰环己烷羧酸乙酯或3,5-二氧代-4-丙酰环己烷羧酸钙盐,聚氧乙烯烷基醚或聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚(其中环氧乙烷的平均加成摩尔浓度为2-16mol,烷基中的碳原子数为8-16),和硫酸铵。
10、如权利要求6的植物生长调节剂组合物,其特征在于,其中环己烷羧酸的酯或盐,硫酸铵和聚氧乙烯烷基醚或聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚的重量比为1∶0.5-100∶0.5-20。
