Abstract
一种马达的安装结构,可避免转动轴和所用电器
安装面的垂直度较差,并可防止对轴承的影响。轴承
(2)的法兰部(2A)上设有通孔(2B),使轴承(2)固定
的壳体(6)在与上述通孔(2B)对应的位置上设有螺
纹孔(6A)。马达安装到机器上是通过将螺钉插入通
孔(2B),拧入壳体(6)的螺纹孔(6A)实现的。
Description
本发明涉及各种电器所用马达的安装结构。
图6所示的结构是现有马达的安装结构的一例。转动轴11通过轴承12转动自如地被支承,轴承12通过压入壳体16等方法被固定,转子铁心13固定于转动轴11上,转子铁心13上卷绕有线圈14。在与转子铁心13相对的壳体16的内周面上固定有定子磁铁17,壳体16的上部盖以侧板18,支承电刷19的支持构件20从侧板18突出。电刷19与固定于转动轴11上的整流子15滑动接触。此外,在壳体16的底面16A上开有螺纹孔16B,以该底面16A作为安装面,用螺钉将马达安装于所用的电器上。图7是示出轴承12的立体图,在其中央为嵌入转动轴11而开有轴嵌入孔12C。
图8示出了现有马达的安装结构的另一实例,轴承22具有如图9所示的圆板状法兰部22A,该法兰部22A上,开有螺纹孔22B。此外,轴承22通过以法兰部22A的外周端与壳体16的连结而被固定。以轴承22的底面22C作为安装面,用螺钉将马达安装于所用的电器上。
无论是图6还是图8的结构,都是以壳体16的底面16A及轴承22的底面22C作为安装面来安装所用的电器,将来自转动轴11的马达输出传递至所带负荷上。在这里,该马达可用作诸如磁带录音机、便携式激光唱机和计算机软盘等音响器材及信息机器之类各种电器的驱动源。当将马达安装于这类各种电器时,作为输出轴的转动轴11和机器的安装面间的垂直度变得很重要。
然而,现有马达的安装结构具有以下种种问题。
首先,在图6的结构中,由于转动轴11与壳体16底面16A的垂直精度是由各组成部件尺寸误差的累积尺寸精度所决定,因此有一定限度,转定轴和机器的安装面间的垂直度较低。
其次,在图8的结构中,马达的整体重量及诸如盒式唱机唱片的夹紧压力之类轴向力方向上的外力,施加于开设于轴承22上的螺纹孔22B上,但在轴承22以粉末烧结法制造的情况下,存在着下述缺点:
(1)出于保持强度方面较差,因此,垂直精度容易损坏;
(2)在螺钉拧入螺纹孔22B时,轴承22上容易产生裂纹;
(3)由于拧紧螺钉时,产生的轴承材料的削屑会进入到马达内,所以会引起噪音和转动异常。
此外,由于在轴承22和壳体16的连结部施加有外力,有必要充分加强该连结部的固定强度。
本发明的目的在于,针对上述问题,提供一种能解决现有各种问题的马达的安装结构。

以下,参照附图,说明本发明的实施例。
图1是示出本发明马达的安装结构第一实施例的剖视图,1为转动轴,2为转动自如地支承转动轴1的轴承。轴承2具有如图2所示的圆板状的法兰部2A,而且开有多个通孔2B,此外,在其中央还开有轴嵌入孔2C。该轴承2由烧结含油轴承构成,成为安装所用电器安装面的法兰部2A的底面2D,设置成相对于转动轴1的轴线X垂直。
转动轴1上固定有转子铁心3及整流子5,转子铁心3上卷绕有线圈4,将与轴承2底面2D相反侧的上表面2E压入作为箱体的壳体6,并通过铆接等方法固定其上。在壳体6的与上述轴承2的通孔2B对应的位置上开有螺纹孔6A。6B为突出部。
7为在壳体6内周面上,相对于转子铁心3设置的定子磁铁,8为覆盖于壳体6上部的侧板,9为与整流子5滑动接触的电刷,10为一端支承电刷9,另一端突出于侧板8外的支持构件。壳体6采用通过冲压加工等形成的金属材料。
这类结构的马达是在使轴承2的通孔2B和壳体6的螺纹孔6A相对应的状态下,通过将图中未示出的螺钉从通孔2B中插入,拧入螺纹孔6A,安装到所用的电器上的。
如果按照上述第一实施例,通过采用轴承2,并将作为机器安装面的轴承2的法兰部2A的底面2D设置成相对于转动轴1的轴线X垂直,可将转动轴1和安装面的垂直度由轴承2单件来决定。因此,由于不会受到其他组成部件尺寸误差的影响,就能避免转动轴1和机器安装面的垂直度降低。
此外,由于螺钉的固紧不是对于轴承2进行的,而是对于由金属材料构成的壳体6的螺纹孔6A进行的,因此,能防止对轴承2的影响,从开始到使用时都可得到非常好的固定强度。即:
(1)保持强度不再较差,垂直精度不会受损;
(2)由于螺钉的固紧不是对于轴承2进行的,因此,轴承2不会产生裂纹。
(3)由于不产生轴承材料的削屑,因此就不会引起噪声和转动异常。
(4)此外,支承转动轴1之力以外的力不再施加到轴承2和壳体6的连结部上,而且,由于将马达安装到机器上,轴承2和壳体6的固定强度将得到增强。因此,由于不再需要能承受马达自身重量和轴向外力那样的固定强度,所以,可省去专为加强固定强度用的结构和加工工序,避免成本提高。
图3所示是本发明的第二实施例,它示出了在外侧设置壳体6的突出部6B的实例。据此,由于仅是突出部6B的方向不同,也能得到和上述第一实施例的同样效果。
图4所示是本发明的第三实施例,它示出了设置切口2F以取代法兰部2A的通孔2B的实例,此外,图5所示是本发明的第四实施例,它示出了为提高转动轴1固定位置的精度,在法兰部2A的轴嵌入孔2C附近设置凹窝部2G。此外,在该第四实施例中,向机器的安装面2D不是一个平面,而被分割成多个平面。采用这第三、四实施例,可获得与上述第一、二实施例同样的效果。
此外,设置于轴承2法兰部2A上的通孔2B或切口2F没必要开成多个,最少若只设一个也可以。另外,设置于壳体6上的突出部6B没有也可以。
综上所述,若采用本发明,由于是通过使设置于轴承上的通孔与设置于壳体上的螺纹孔相对应,将螺钉拧入螺纹孔,从而将马达安装于所用电器上,因此避免了转动轴和机器安装面间垂直度降低,同时,能防止对轴承的影响。
Claims (4)
1、一种马达的安装结构,它包括:具有转动轴的转子部;与该转子部对置的定子部;转动自如地支承所述转动的烧结含油轴承;与所述烧结含油轴承做成一体,具有相对于所述转动轴轴线大致垂直的安装面的法兰部;包容所述转子部及所述定子部的壳体;形成于所述壳体上的安装用的螺纹孔;在所述法兰部的与所述安装用螺纹孔对应位置上形成的通孔;使所述通孔和所述安装用螺纹孔相对应,将从所述通孔插入的螺钉拧合于所述安装用螺纹孔,从而将马达安装好。
2、如权利要求1所述的马达的安装结构,其特征在于:与法兰部安装面相对的一侧固定于壳体上。
3、一种马达的安装结构,它包括:具有转动轴的转子部;与该转子部对置的定子部;转动自如地支承所述转动的烧结含油轴承;与所述烧结含油轴承做成一体,具有相对于所述转动轴轴线大致垂直的安装面的法兰部;包容所述转子部及所述定子部的壳体;形成于所述壳体上的安装用的螺纹孔;在所述法兰部的与所述安装用螺纹孔对应位置上形成的切口部;使所述切口部和所述安装用螺纹孔相对应,将从所述切口部插入的螺钉拧合于所述安装用螺纹孔,从而将马达安装好。
4、如权利要求3所述的马达的安装结构,其特征在于:与法兰部安装面相对的一侧固定于壳体上。
