发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种提高彩色塑料颗粒颜色均匀度的制造工艺,该工艺简单,大大提高了颜色均匀度,制得的彩色塑料颗粒具有耐腐蚀、耐老化、抗拉强度高、回弹力高、阻燃性能较好、适应温度范围广等优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种提高彩色塑料颗粒颜色均匀度的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量配比称取原料酚醛树脂、可发性聚苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸、聚醚酰亚胺、聚酰亚胺、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺、无卤阻燃剂、着色剂、增韧剂、固定剂、抗氧剂、润滑剂和塑料小彩点;
(2)在搅拌状态下投入增韧剂和抗氧剂,边搅拌边投入粉末状酚醛树脂和第一部分着色剂,投完后搅拌使混合均匀,加热;
(3)在搅拌状态下投入可发性聚苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸、聚醚酰亚胺、无卤阻燃剂和第二部分着色剂,投完后搅拌,然后加热;
(4)投入聚酰亚胺、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺和第二部分着色剂放入捏合机中进行捏合;
(5)捏合之后进入烘箱进行干燥,得到干燥物料;
(6)干燥物料送入球磨机,加入固定剂、润滑剂以及塑料小彩点辅料,球磨7~11小时完成颜色均匀度。

(2)在搅拌状态下投入增韧剂和抗氧剂,边搅拌边投入粉末状酚醛树脂和第一部分着色剂,投完后在1100r/min的转速下搅拌13min使混合均匀,在40℃温度下加热12min;
(3)在搅拌状态下投入可发性聚苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸、聚醚酰亚胺、无卤阻燃剂和第二部分着色剂,投完后在14r/min的转速下搅拌17min,然后在40℃温度下加热12min;

(5)捏合之后进入烘箱进行干燥,得到干燥物料,干燥温度为70~80℃,并控制水份3 %以下;
(6)干燥物料送入球磨机,加入固定剂、润滑剂以及塑料小彩点辅料,球磨11小时完成颜色均匀度。
所述的第一部分着色剂、第二部分着色剂和第三部分着色剂的重量配比为2:1:1。
本发明一种提高彩色塑料颗粒颜色均匀度的制造工艺的有益效果是:本发明的工艺简单,大大提高了颜色均匀度,制得的彩色塑料颗粒具有耐腐蚀、耐老化、抗拉强度高、回弹力高、阻燃性能较好、适应温度范围广等优点,着色剂分多次加入并添加了塑料小彩点,大大提高了颜色均匀度;添加可发性聚苯乙烯使新型彩色泡沫塑料颗粒具有优异持久的保温隔热性、独特的缓冲抗震性、抗老化性和防水性;添加聚醚酰亚胺使新型彩色泡沫塑料颗粒具有耐高温、尺寸稳定性以及抗高强度的优点;添加聚酰亚胺使新型彩色泡沫塑料颗粒具有长期使用温度范围广,优异的力学性能和良好的防火性能。

Claims (10)

1.一种提高彩色塑料颗粒颜色均匀度的制造工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量配比称取原料酚醛树脂、可发性聚苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸、聚醚酰亚胺、聚酰亚胺、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺、无卤阻燃剂、着色剂、增韧剂、固定剂、抗氧剂、润滑剂和塑料小彩点;
(2)在搅拌状态下投入增韧剂和抗氧剂,边搅拌边投入粉末状酚醛树脂和第一部分着色剂,投完后搅拌使混合均匀,加热;
(3)在搅拌状态下投入可发性聚苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸、聚醚酰亚胺、无卤阻燃剂和第二部分着色剂,投完后搅拌,然后加热;
(4)投入聚酰亚胺、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺和第二部分着色剂放入捏合机中进行捏合;
(5)捏合之后进入烘箱进行干燥,得到干燥物料;
(6)干燥物料送入球磨机,加入固定剂、润滑剂以及塑料小彩点辅料,球磨7~11小时完成颜色均匀度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提高彩色塑料颗粒颜色均匀度的制造工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中的原料的重量配比为:酚醛树脂25~35份,可发性聚苯乙烯55~65份,甲基丙烯酸10~20份,聚醚酰亚胺7~12份,聚酰亚胺5~10份,聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺5~10份,无卤阻燃剂1~3份,着色剂0.5~2.5份,增韧剂0.5~1.5份,固定剂0.3~1.2份,抗氧剂0.5~1.5份,润滑剂0.3~1.2份和塑料小彩点0.2~0.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的提高彩色塑料颗粒颜色均匀度的制造工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中投完后在1000~1200r/min的转速下搅拌10~15min使混合均匀,在35~45℃温度下加热10~15min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的提高彩色塑料颗粒颜色均匀度的制造工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中投完后在1200~1500r/min的转速下搅拌15~20min,然后在35~45℃温度下加热10~15min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的提高彩色塑料颗粒颜色均匀度的制造工艺,其特征在于,步骤(5)中干燥温度为70~80℃,并控制水份3 %以下。
6.根据权利要求1所述的提高彩色塑料颗粒颜色均匀度的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述的第一部分着色剂、第二部分着色剂和第三部分着色剂的重量配比为2:1:1。
7.根据权利要求2所述的提高彩色塑料颗粒颜色均匀度的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述的无卤阻燃剂为二苯基-磷基-(三乙氧基-硅基)丙胺或氢氧化镁,所述的增韧剂为纳米二氧化钛、聚乙二醇和玻璃纤维,所述的着色剂为无机颜料或有机颜料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的提高彩色塑料颗粒颜色均匀度的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述的无机颜料为钛白粉、炭黑、塑料红或塑料紫,所述的有机颜料为酞菁蓝、酞菁绿或偶氮颜料。
9.根据权利要求2所述的提高彩色塑料颗粒颜色均匀度的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述的固定剂为丹宁酸,抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010或抗氧剂168,润滑剂为硬脂酰胺、聚乙烯蜡或氧化聚乙烯蜡。
10.根据权利要求2所述的提高彩色塑料颗粒颜色均匀度的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述的塑料小彩点的粒径为0.1~0.3nm。
