本发明提供一种新型橡胶地板及其制备方法,由以下成分制备而成:聚氯乙烯橡胶、丁腈橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、胶乳膜、活性碳酸钙、硬脂酸、阻燃剂、抗氧剂、白炭黑、防老剂和偶联剂。本发明的制备工艺简单、配方合理、原料无毒无害,制备得到的橡胶地板具有优异的耐油、阻燃和抗老化性能,并且其机械强度显著提升,从而提高其加工性能,还进一步提高了地板的抗静电性能。

本发明属于地板制作技术领域,具体涉及一种新型橡胶地板及其制备方法。
背景技术
橡胶地板是以橡胶为主体原料,再配入多种功能配合剂,经一系列工艺加工而成的铺地材料,在工业及民用等领域有着非常广泛的应用。橡胶制品具有特殊的高弹性,优异的耐磨、减震、绝缘和密封等性能,越来越受人们的欢迎,应用的领域越来越广阔。橡胶地板由于具有上述优点而逐渐步入室内和室外地面装修的行列,适用于宾馆、酒店、体育馆、会议厅、健身房、舞蹈室、卫生间等地面铺设,具有防滑、健身、美观及保护功能。
现在使用的橡胶地板由于长时间使用及茶渍、汗渍等各种污染物的浸渍,使其表面易滋生细菌影响人体健康,并且其硬度、抗老化、阻燃、耐高温等方面的性能还不能完全满足使用要求。
综上所述,因此需要一种更好的橡胶地板来改善现有技术的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型橡胶地板及其制备方法,本发明的制备工艺简单、配方合理、原料无毒无害,制备得到的橡胶地板具有优异的耐油、阻燃和抗老化性能,并且其机械强度显著提升,从而提高其加工性能,还进一步提高了地板的抗静电性能。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种新型橡胶地板,包括以下重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯橡胶23-29份、丁腈橡胶22-27份、三元乙丙橡胶18-25份、胶乳膜20-26份、活性碳酸钙16-22份、硬脂酸12-18份、阻燃剂8-13份、抗氧剂6-11份、白炭黑8-12份、防老剂5-9份和偶联剂6-12份。
优选的,所述地板包括以下重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯橡胶23-26份、丁腈橡胶22-25份、三元乙丙橡胶18-24份、胶乳膜20-24份、活性碳酸钙19-22份、硬脂酸15-18份、阻燃剂10-13份、抗氧剂7-11份、白炭黑9-12份、防老剂5-7份和偶联剂9-12份。
优选的,所述地板包括以下重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯橡胶24份、丁腈橡胶23份、三元乙丙橡胶18份、胶乳膜22份、活性碳酸钙22份、硬脂酸15份、阻燃剂13份、抗氧剂11份、白炭黑9份、防老剂7份和偶联剂11份。
一种新型橡胶地板的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
a、将聚氯乙烯橡胶、丁腈橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶混合导入开炼机中,在200-260r/min的机械搅拌下,以260-340℃加热开炼2-3h,再降温至140-180℃,保温得到混合胶液;
b、将混合胶液导入密炼机中,依次加入活性碳酸钙、阻燃剂、白炭黑、偶联剂、防老剂和硬脂酸,混合密炼1-2h,密炼温度为200-220℃,得到材料一;
c、将材料一送入延压机上进行延压,厚度控制在3-5mm,延压温度为90-95℃,得到材料二;
d、将材料二送入硫化机中进行硫化,硫化压力为5-8MPa,时间为20-25min,温度为160-180℃,得到材料三;
e、将胶乳膜均匀涂覆在材料三表面,再送入烘干机中,干燥、固化,即可得到成品。
优选的,所述步骤b的阻燃剂为纳米氢氧化镁、纳米氢氧化铝和三氧化二锑按质量比1:2:1混合而成。
优选的,所述步骤b的偶联剂为γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和钛酸酯按质量比3:2混合而成。
优选的,所述步骤e的胶乳膜的制备方法为:将壳聚糖加入到去离子水中,在60-70℃下加热并搅拌使其充分溶解,再加入浓缩天然胶乳,以200-300r/min的速度搅拌反应1-2h,即可得到胶乳膜。
优选的,所述浓缩天然胶乳加入前,置于反应釜中,通入惰性气体,在50-65℃下加热并搅拌30-40min,进行脱氨处理。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的制备工艺简单、配方合理、原料无毒无害,制备得到的橡胶地板具有优异的耐油、阻燃和抗老化性能,并且其机械强度显著提升,从而提高其加工性能,还进一步提高了地板的抗静电性能。
本发明中的胶乳膜是采用壳聚糖与浓缩天然胶乳混合复配而成,天然胶乳是天然合成的聚异戊二烯,平均每4个主链碳原子便有一个双键,双键的α-H非常活泼,容易与壳聚糖分子链上的活泼原子之间形成氢键作用,分子链互相缠结而形成交联网络,交联密度较高,胶膜的拉伸强度以及弹性模量升高,使制备的成品具有优异物理性能,二壳聚糖本身就具有优异的成膜性能,并且壳聚糖形成的膜体就有一定的防静电性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种新型橡胶地板,包括以下重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯橡胶29份、丁腈橡胶22份、三元乙丙橡胶25份、胶乳膜26份、活性碳酸钙16份、硬脂酸18份、阻燃剂13份、抗氧剂6份、白炭黑8份、防老剂9份和偶联剂6份。
一种新型橡胶地板的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
a、将聚氯乙烯橡胶、丁腈橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶混合导入开炼机中,在260r/min的机械搅拌下,以260℃加热开炼3h,再降温至140℃,保温得到混合胶液;
b、将混合胶液导入密炼机中,依次加入活性碳酸钙、阻燃剂、白炭黑、偶联剂、防老剂和硬脂酸,混合密炼2h,密炼温度为200℃,得到材料一;
c、将材料一送入延压机上进行延压,厚度控制在5mm,延压温度为95℃,得到材料二;
d、将材料二送入硫化机中进行硫化,硫化压力为5MPa,时间为25min,温度为160℃,得到材料三;
e、将胶乳膜均匀涂覆在材料三表面,再送入烘干机中,干燥、固化,即可得到成品。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型橡胶地板,其特征在于,所述地板包括以下重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯橡胶23-26份、丁腈橡胶22-25份、三元乙丙橡胶18-24份、胶乳膜20-24份、活性碳酸钙19-22份、硬脂酸15-18份、阻燃剂10-13份、抗氧剂7-11份、白炭黑9-12份、防老剂5-7份和偶联剂9-12份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型橡胶地板,其特征在于,所述地板包括以下重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯橡胶24份、丁腈橡胶23份、三元乙丙橡胶18份、胶乳膜22份、活性碳酸钙22份、硬脂酸15份、阻燃剂13份、抗氧剂11份、白炭黑9份、防老剂7份和偶联剂11份。
4.权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种新型橡胶地板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
a、将聚氯乙烯橡胶、丁腈橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶混合导入开炼机中,在200-260r/min的机械搅拌下,以260-340℃加热开炼2-3h,再降温至140-180℃,保温得到混合胶液;
b、将混合胶液导入密炼机中,依次加入活性碳酸钙、阻燃剂、白炭黑、偶联剂、防老剂和硬脂酸,混合密炼1-2h,密炼温度为200-220℃,得到材料一;
c、将材料一送入延压机上进行延压,厚度控制在3-5mm,延压温度为90-95℃,得到材料二;
d、将材料二送入硫化机中进行硫化,硫化压力为5-8MPa,时间为20-25min,温度为160-180℃,得到材料三;
e、将胶乳膜均匀涂覆在材料三表面,再送入烘干机中,干燥、固化,即可得到成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型橡胶地板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b的阻燃剂为纳米氢氧化镁、纳米氢氧化铝和三氧化二锑按质量比1:2:1混合而成。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型橡胶地板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b的偶联剂为γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和钛酸酯按质量比3:2混合而成。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型橡胶地板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤e的胶乳膜的制备方法为:将壳聚糖加入到去离子水中,在60-70℃下加热并搅拌使其充分溶解,再加入浓缩天然胶乳,以200-300r/min的速度搅拌反应1-2h,即可得到胶乳膜。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种新型橡胶地板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述浓缩天然胶乳加入前,置于反应釜中,通入惰性气体,在50-65℃下加热并搅拌30-40min,进行脱氨处理。
