Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型球体彩色泡沫塑料颗粒加工工艺,包括以下步骤:按照重量配比称取原料酚醛树脂、可发性聚苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸、聚醚酰亚胺、聚酰亚胺、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺、无卤阻燃剂、着色剂、增韧剂和助剂;在搅拌状态下投入增韧剂和助剂,边搅拌边投入粉末状酚醛树脂,投完后搅拌使混合均匀;在搅拌状态下投入可发性聚苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸、聚醚酰亚胺和无卤阻燃剂,投完后搅拌;在搅拌状态下投入聚酰亚胺、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺和着色剂,投完后搅拌,进行熔融共混,使各原料充分混合后,经切粒机切粒成品。本发明的工艺简单,制得的新型球体彩色泡沫塑料颗粒具有耐腐蚀、耐老化、抗拉强度高、回弹力高、阻燃性能较好、适应温度范围广等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料颗粒加工工艺领域,特别是涉及一种新型球体彩色泡沫塑料颗粒加工工艺。
背景技术
泡沫塑料是以塑料为基本组分并含有大量气泡的聚合物材料,因此也可以说是以气体为填料的复合塑料。与纯塑料相比,它具有很多优良的性能,如质轻、比强度高、可吸收冲击载荷、隔热和隔音性能好等。因而在工业、农业、建筑、交通运输等领域得到了广泛应用。泡沫塑料自问世以来,其用途日益广泛,品种不断丰富,其中较为常见的传统泡沫塑料主要有聚氨酯(PUR)、聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚乙烯(PE)、酚醛树脂(PF)等品种。
然而目前的彩色泡沫塑料颗粒的加工工艺复杂,制备的彩色泡沫塑料颗粒耐腐蚀、耐老化、抗拉强度、回弹力和阻燃性能都有待提高,适应温度范围窄。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型球体彩色泡沫塑料颗粒加工工艺,该工艺简单,制得的新型球体彩色泡沫塑料颗粒具有耐腐蚀、耐老化、抗拉强度高、回弹力高、阻燃性能较好、适应温度范围广等优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种新型球体彩色泡沫塑料颗粒加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量配比称取原料酚醛树脂、可发性聚苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸、聚醚酰亚胺、聚酰亚胺、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺、无卤阻燃剂、着色剂、增韧剂和助剂;
(2)在搅拌状态下投入增韧剂和助剂,边搅拌边投入粉末状酚醛树脂,投完后搅拌使混合均匀;
(3)在搅拌状态下投入可发性聚苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸、聚醚酰亚胺和无卤阻燃剂,投完后搅拌;
(4)在搅拌状态下投入聚酰亚胺、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺和着色剂,投完后搅拌,进行熔融共混,使各原料充分混合后,经切粒机切粒成品。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,步骤(1)中的原料的重量配比为:酚醛树脂30~40份,可发性聚苯乙烯50~60份,甲基丙烯酸10~20份,聚醚酰亚胺5~15份,聚酰亚胺5~15份,聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺5~15份,无卤阻燃剂1~3份,着色剂0.5~2.5份,增韧剂0.5~1.5份和助剂1~3份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,步骤(2)中投完后在800~1000r/min的转速下搅拌10~15min使混合均匀。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,步骤(3)中投完后在1000~1200r/min的转速下搅拌15~20min。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,步骤(4)中投完后在1500~1800r/min的转速下搅拌20~30min。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,步骤(4)中在240℃~280℃的温度下进行熔融共混,共混时间8~18min。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的无卤阻燃剂为二苯基-磷基-(三乙氧基-硅基)丙胺或氢氧化镁,所述的增韧剂为纳米二氧化钛、聚乙二醇和玻璃纤维,所述的着色剂为色母粒、无机颜料或有机颜料。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的助剂为成核剂、偶联剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、抗氧剂、塑化剂中的一种或几种的混合物。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的色母粒为一种或者多种颜色的聚乙烯色母粒。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的无机颜料为钛白粉、炭黑、塑料红或塑料紫,所述的有机颜料为酞菁蓝、酞菁绿或偶氮颜料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明该工艺简单,制得的新型球体彩色泡沫塑料颗粒具有耐腐蚀、耐老化、抗拉强度高、回弹力高、阻燃性能较好、适应温度范围广等优点,添加可发性聚苯乙烯使新型彩色泡沫塑料颗粒具有优异持久的保温隔热性、独特的缓冲抗震性、抗老化性和防水性;添加聚醚酰亚胺使新型彩色泡沫塑料颗粒具有耐高温、尺寸稳定性以及抗高强度的优点;添加聚酰亚胺使新型彩色泡沫塑料颗粒具有长期使用温度范围广,优异的力学性能和良好的防火性能。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种新型球体彩色泡沫塑料颗粒加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量配比称取原料酚醛树脂30份,可发性聚苯乙烯50份,甲基丙烯酸10份,聚醚酰亚胺5份,聚酰亚胺5份,聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺5份,二苯基-磷基-(三乙氧基-硅基)丙胺1份,钛白粉0.5份,纳米二氧化钛增韧剂0.5份和抗氧剂1份;
(2)在搅拌状态下投入增韧剂和助剂,边搅拌边投入粉末状酚醛树脂,投完后在900r/min的转速下搅拌13min使混合均匀;
(3)在搅拌状态下投入可发性聚苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸、聚醚酰亚胺和无卤阻燃剂,投完后在1100r/min的转速下搅拌18min;
(4)在搅拌状态下投入聚酰亚胺、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺和着色剂,投完后在1700r/min的转速下搅拌25min,在260℃的温度下进行熔融共混,共混时间13min,使各原料充分混合后,经切粒机切粒成品。
实施例2
一种新型球体彩色泡沫塑料颗粒加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量配比称取原料酚醛树脂35份,可发性聚苯乙烯55份,甲基丙烯酸15份,聚醚酰亚胺10份,聚酰亚胺10份,聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺10份,氢氧化镁2份,酞菁蓝1.5份,玻璃纤维增韧剂0.8份和稳定剂2份;
(2)在搅拌状态下投入增韧剂和助剂,边搅拌边投入粉末状酚醛树脂,投完后在800r/min的转速下搅拌15min使混合均匀;
(3)在搅拌状态下投入可发性聚苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸、聚醚酰亚胺和无卤阻燃剂,投完后在1200r/min的转速下搅拌15min;
(4)在搅拌状态下投入聚酰亚胺、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺和着色剂,投完后在1500r/min的转速下搅拌30min,在280℃的温度下进行熔融共混,共混时间8min,使各原料充分混合后,经切粒机切粒成品。
实施例3
一种新型球体彩色泡沫塑料颗粒加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量配比称取原料酚醛树脂40份,可发性聚苯乙烯60份,甲基丙烯酸20份,聚醚酰亚胺15份,聚酰亚胺15份,聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺15份,氢氧化镁3份,多种颜色的聚乙烯色母粒2.5份,聚乙二醇增韧剂1.5份和成核剂3份;
(2)在搅拌状态下投入增韧剂和助剂,边搅拌边投入粉末状酚醛树脂,投完后在1000r/min的转速下搅拌10min使混合均匀;
(3)在搅拌状态下投入可发性聚苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸、聚醚酰亚胺和无卤阻燃剂,投完后在1000r/min的转速下搅拌20min;
(4)在搅拌状态下投入聚酰亚胺、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺和着色剂,投完后在1800r/min的转速下搅拌20min,在240℃的温度下进行熔融共混,共混时间18min,使各原料充分混合后,经切粒机切粒成品。
本发明新型球体彩色泡沫塑料颗粒加工工艺的有益效果是:本发明该工艺简单,制得的新型球体彩色泡沫塑料颗粒具有耐腐蚀、耐老化、抗拉强度高、回弹力高、阻燃性能较好、适应温度范围广等优点,添加可发性聚苯乙烯使新型彩色泡沫塑料颗粒具有优异持久的保温隔热性、独特的缓冲抗震性、抗老化性和防水性;添加聚醚酰亚胺使新型彩色泡沫塑料颗粒具有耐高温、尺寸稳定性以及抗高强度的优点;添加聚酰亚胺使新型彩色泡沫塑料颗粒具有长期使用温度范围广,优异的力学性能和良好的防火性能。

Claims (10)
1.一种新型球体彩色泡沫塑料颗粒加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量配比称取原料酚醛树脂、可发性聚苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸、聚醚酰亚胺、聚酰亚胺、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺、无卤阻燃剂、着色剂、增韧剂和助剂;
(2)在搅拌状态下投入增韧剂和助剂,边搅拌边投入粉末状酚醛树脂,投完后搅拌使混合均匀;
(3)在搅拌状态下投入可发性聚苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸、聚醚酰亚胺和无卤阻燃剂,投完后搅拌;
(4)在搅拌状态下投入聚酰亚胺、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺和着色剂,投完后搅拌,进行熔融共混,使各原料充分混合后,经切粒机切粒成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型球体彩色泡沫塑料颗粒加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中的原料的重量配比为:酚醛树脂30~40份,可发性聚苯乙烯50~60份,甲基丙烯酸10~20份,聚醚酰亚胺5~15份,聚酰亚胺5~15份,聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺5~15份,无卤阻燃剂1~3份,着色剂0.5~2.5份,增韧剂0.5~1.5份和助剂1~3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型球体彩色泡沫塑料颗粒加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中投完后在800~1000r/min的转速下搅拌10~15min使混合均匀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型球体彩色泡沫塑料颗粒加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中投完后在1000~1200r/min的转速下搅拌15~20min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型球体彩色泡沫塑料颗粒加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤(4)中投完后在1500~1800r/min的转速下搅拌20~30min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型球体彩色泡沫塑料颗粒加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤(4)中在240℃~280℃的温度下进行熔融共混,共混时间8~18min。
7.根据权利要求2所述的新型球体彩色泡沫塑料颗粒加工工艺,其特征在于,所述的无卤阻燃剂为二苯基-磷基-(三乙氧基-硅基)丙胺或氢氧化镁,所述的增韧剂为纳米二氧化钛、聚乙二醇和玻璃纤维,所述的着色剂为色母粒、无机颜料或有机颜料。
8.根据权利要求2所述的新型球体彩色泡沫塑料颗粒加工工艺,其特征在于,所述的助剂为成核剂、偶联剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、抗氧剂、塑化剂中的一种或几种的混合物。
9.根据权利要求7所述的新型球体彩色泡沫塑料颗粒加工工艺,其特征在于,所述的色母粒为一种或者多种颜色的聚乙烯色母粒。
10.根据权利要求7所述的新型球体彩色泡沫塑料颗粒加工工艺,其特征在于,所述的无机颜料为钛白粉、炭黑、塑料红或塑料紫,所述的有机颜料为酞菁蓝、酞菁绿或偶氮颜料。
