本发明提供了一种耐磨的面料的生产工艺,属于纺织技术领域。它解决了现有面料不耐磨的问题。本耐磨的面料的生产工艺,该面料包括由径线和纬线交织混纺而成的面料层和在面料层表面涂有的复合耐磨涂层。本发明由新制备的径线和纬线交织混纺得到面料层具有较好的耐磨性,具有较高的使用价值,通过在面料层表面涂有的复合耐磨涂层,进一步提高了面料的耐磨性。

一种耐磨的面料的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,涉及一种耐磨的面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
消费者对服装面料的要求随着经济的发展也逐渐丰富,传统型的服装面料已经不再局限于保暖舒适等基本型用途,根据不用的特殊场合衍生出多种多样的不同功能的面料,以满足消费者不同的使用需求。在工业生产和野外作业、部队训练等场合,通常采用迷彩型面料制作服装,但是该面料通常采用化纤等材料纺织,耐磨性能差,实际穿着后,寿命很低,极易磨破,而且穿着后透气性差,不适合重度磨擦的场合穿着。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种耐磨的面料的生产工艺。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种耐磨的面料的生产工艺,该面料包括由径线和纬线交织混纺而成的面料层和在面料层表面涂有的复合耐磨涂层。
进一步,纬纱的制备工艺包括:1)制备涤纶条,涤纶通过加捻、络筒等工艺制得的涤纶条;
2)制备天然棉股线条,天然棉通过清花、开棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、加捻、络筒等工艺制得的天然棉股线条;
3)制备混纺纱线条,将天然棉股线条和涤纶条通过并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等制备工艺,制成低捻度混纺纱线条,其捻度值为32S/2+32D,混纺纱线条直径为0.17mm。
进一步,径线的制备工艺主要包括:并条、粗纱、细纱、加捻和络筒,制得的混纺纱线条得捻度值为32D+16D/2,丝径为 0.09mm。
进一步,径线和纬线以2:1的股数由经编机交织混纺,得到的面料层厚度为0.7-1.3mm。
进一步,由径线和纬线交织混纺得到面料层,需对面料层进行上色,上色步骤如下:
步骤一:在染缸中加入1.5-2质量份的聚丙烯酸钠、1-2.5 质量份四甲基溴化铵、4.5-6质量份酒精、2-3.5质量份天然植物色素、20-27质量份水,并搅拌均匀制成染色剂;
步骤二:将面料浸泡在染缸中50分钟;
步骤三:将浸泡好的面料在80℃下烘干;
步骤四:将烘干好的面料浸入清水漂洗30分钟;
步骤五:将漂洗好的面料取出自然晾干。
进一步,所述复合耐磨涂层由70-85wt%的聚四氟乙烯和 15-30wt%的石墨构成。
进一步,所述石墨平均粒径不大于7微米,复合耐磨涂层的厚度为0.4-1.1mm。
与现有技术相比,本耐磨的面料的生产工艺的优点具有以下几点:
1、本耐磨的面料的生产工艺的工艺比较简单,通过制备得到径线和纬线,由径线和纬线交织混纺得到面料层具有较好的耐磨性,具有较高的使用价值。
2、本耐磨的面料的生产工艺中面料层表面涂有的复合耐磨涂层,进一步提高了面料的耐磨性。
具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
本耐磨的面料的生产工艺,该面料包括由径线和纬线交织混纺而成的面料层和在面料层表面涂有的复合耐磨涂层,复合耐磨涂层由80wt%的聚四氟乙烯和20wt%的石墨构成。石墨平均粒径不大于7微米,复合耐磨涂层的厚度为0.7mm。
纬纱的制备工艺包括:1)制备涤纶条,涤纶通过加捻、络筒等工艺制得的涤纶条;
2)制备天然棉股线条,天然棉通过清花、开棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、加捻、络筒等工艺制得的天然棉股线条;
3)制备混纺纱线条,将天然棉股线条和涤纶条通过并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等制备工艺,制成低捻度混纺纱线条,其捻度值为32S/2+32D,混纺纱线条直径为0.17mm。
径线的制备工艺主要包括:并条、粗纱、细纱、加捻和络筒,制得的混纺纱线条得捻度值为32D+16D/2,丝径为0.09mm。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨的面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,纬纱的制备工艺包括:1)制备涤纶条,涤纶通过加捻、络筒等工艺制得的涤纶条;
2)制备天然棉股线条,天然棉通过清花、开棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、加捻、络筒等工艺制得的天然棉股线条;
3)制备混纺纱线条,将天然棉股线条和涤纶条通过并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等制备工艺,制成低捻度混纺纱线条,其捻度值为32S/2+32D,混纺纱线条直径为0.17mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种耐磨的面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,径线的制备工艺主要包括:并条、粗纱、细纱、加捻和络筒,制得的混纺纱线条得捻度值为32D+16D/2,丝径为0.09mm。
