本发明公开了一种针织毛衣褶皱面料的处理工艺,包括以下步骤:1)配制溶液:取1‑3g/L脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、15~25g/L防毡缩助剂、3~5g/L润湿剂、1g/L羟丙基甲基纤维素、1g/L低聚物多元醇、4~7g/L亚硫酸氢盐、4~5g/L交联剂配制,加入月桂酸调节pH值为5.5~6.5;2)将针织毛衣衣物浸泡在上述溶液中,充分浸透后甩干至衣物带液率为60%;3)将处理的衣物进行褶皱整理;4)将褶皱整理后的衣物用水冲洗5~15min,然后加入2~4%o.w.f的渗透剂,将针织毛衣织物在30~40℃下浸渍20~40min,最后水洗并晾干。本发明有助于针织羊毛衣物具有很好的褶皱效果。

技术领域
本发明属于织物的褶皱处理领域,特别涉及一种针织毛衣褶皱面料的处理工艺。
背景技术
当今世界“时尚”、“个性化”已经成为各领域的通用语。随着物质文化的不断提高,人们更加追求生活的艺术价值,这些尤其反应在衣食住行。人们对服装档次的要求在逐步的提升,如何改变服装的风格和款式,是许多服装设计师和生产商正在研究的课题。褶皱服装就是在这样的情况下应运而生。褶皱服装是将平整的面料或衣服经过热收缩处理,从而在表面产生褶皱的效果。褶皱赋予了面料独特的视觉和触觉效果,被广泛应用于服装及装饰面料。
现有较为普遍的对纺织品进行褶皱处理的为压褶加工,通过对纺织品进行压褶加工,使制作出纺织面料具有特殊的外观。其加工方式是由手工和机械加压的方法使织物产生规则或不规则的凹凸折痕。目前褶皱整理一般应用于纯棉、涤棉和合成纤维织物等,很少应用于羊毛针织织物。另外一种褶皱整理方法是采用化学整理剂,通过整理剂与纺织品中的某些官能团的化学作用,限制大分子的相对滑移,使纺织品的弹性提高,从而产生褶皱的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供供一种针织毛衣褶皱面料的处理工艺,该方法操作简单,使得针织羊毛衣物具有很好的褶皱效果,且褶皱稳定,面料使用过程中拉伸无形变。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种针织毛衣褶皱面料的处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)配制溶液:取1-3g/L 脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、15~25g/L防毡缩助剂、3~5g/L 润湿剂、1g/L 羟丙基甲基纤维素、1g/L低聚物多元醇 、4~7g/L亚硫酸氢盐、4~5g/L交联剂,配制工作液,加入月桂酸调节pH 值为5.5~6.5;
(2)将针织毛衣衣物浸泡在上述溶液中,充分浸透后甩干至衣物带液率为60%;
(3)将经过步骤(2)处理的衣物进行褶皱整理;
(4)将褶皱整理后的衣物用水冲洗5 ~ 15min,然后加入2~4%o.w.f的渗透剂,将针织毛衣织物在30~40℃下浸渍20~40min,最后水洗并晾干。
可选的,所述的褶皱整理中采用熨烫板压烫的方式产生褶皱,所述压烫过程中的温度为150~160℃,时间为30~60秒。
可选的,所述的褶皱整理采用熨烫板压烫,温度为165℃,时间为20 秒。
可选的,将步骤(1)与步骤(2)增加以下步骤:
步骤(1)配置的溶液冷却到40℃以下,加入有机溶剂稀释聚氨酯预聚体。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的工作溶液加入了羟丙基甲基纤维素、低聚物多元醇 、亚硫酸氢盐、交联剂,与原始工作溶液发生反应后,使纤维具有优异的润滑性,增加纤维的抱合性、抗静电性,形状保持能力和防起球性能,有助于针织羊毛衣物具有很好的褶皱效果。
2、针织毛衣水洗并晾干前加入的渗透剂可以避免针织毛衣衣物收缩变形,并可明显缩短处理时间,处理效果优异。

下面将结合实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明的范围。
实施例1
(1)配制溶液:取1g/L 脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、15g/L防毡缩助剂、3g/L 润湿剂、1g/L 羟丙基甲基纤维素、1g/L低聚物多元醇 、4g/L亚硫酸氢盐、4~5g/L交联剂,配制工作液,加入月桂酸调节pH 值为5.5~6.5;
步骤(1)配置的溶液冷却到40℃以下,加入有机溶剂稀释聚氨酯预聚体;
(2)将针织毛衣衣物浸泡在上述溶液中,充分浸透后甩干至衣物带液率为60%;
(3)将经过步骤(2)处理的衣物进行褶皱整理;所述的褶皱整理中采用熨烫板压烫的方式产生褶皱,所述压烫过程中的温度为150~160℃,时间为30~60秒;或所述的褶皱整理采用熨烫板压烫,温度为165℃,时间为20 秒;
(4)将褶皱整理后的衣物用水冲洗5 min,然后加入2%o.w.f的渗透剂,将针织毛衣织物在30℃下浸渍40min,最后水洗并晾干。
实施例2
(1)配制溶液:取2g/L 脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、2g/L防毡缩助剂、2g/L 润湿剂、1g/L 羟丙基甲基纤维素、1g/L低聚物多元醇 、5.5g/L亚硫酸氢盐、4.4g/L交联剂,配制工作液,加入月桂酸调节pH 值为5.5~6.5;
步骤(1)配置的溶液冷却到40℃以下,加入有机溶剂稀释聚氨酯预聚体;
(2)将针织毛衣衣物浸泡在上述溶液中,充分浸透后甩干至衣物带液率为60%;
(3)将经过步骤(2)处理的衣物进行褶皱整理;所述的褶皱整理中采用熨烫板压烫的方式产生褶皱,所述压烫过程中的温度为155℃,时间为45秒;或所述的褶皱整理采用熨烫板压烫,温度为165℃,时间为20 秒;
(4)将褶皱整理后的衣物用水冲洗10min,然后加入3%o.w.f的渗透剂,将针织毛衣织物在35℃下浸渍30min,最后水洗并晾干。
实施例3
(1)配制溶液:取3g/L 脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、25g/L防毡缩助剂、5g/L 润湿剂、1g/L 羟丙基甲基纤维素、1g/L低聚物多元醇 、4~7g/L亚硫酸氢盐、5g/L交联剂,配制工作液,加入月桂酸调节pH 值为5.5~6.5;
步骤(1)配置的溶液冷却到40℃以下,加入有机溶剂稀释聚氨酯预聚体;
(2)将针织毛衣衣物浸泡在上述溶液中,充分浸透后甩干至衣物带液率为60%;
(3)将经过步骤(2)处理的衣物进行褶皱整理;所述的褶皱整理中采用熨烫板压烫的方式产生褶皱,所述压烫过程中的温度为160℃,时间为30~60秒;或所述的褶皱整理采用熨烫板压烫,温度为165℃,时间为20 秒;
(4)将褶皱整理后的衣物用水冲洗15min,然后加入4%o.w.f的渗透剂,将针织毛衣织物在40℃下浸渍40min,最后水洗并晾干。

Claims (4)

1.一种针织毛衣褶皱面料的处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)配制溶液:取1-3g/L 脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、15~25g/L防毡缩助剂、3~5g/L 润湿剂、1g/L 羟丙基甲基纤维素、1g/L低聚物多元醇 、4~7g/L亚硫酸氢盐、4~5g/L交联剂,配制工作液,加入月桂酸调节pH 值为5.5~6.5;
(2)将针织毛衣衣物浸泡在上述溶液中,充分浸透后甩干至衣物带液率为60%;
(3)将经过步骤(2)处理的衣物进行褶皱整理;
(4)将褶皱整理后的衣物用水冲洗5 ~ 15min,然后加入2~4%o.w.f的渗透剂,将针织毛衣织物在30~40℃下浸渍20~40min,最后水洗并晾干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种针织毛衣褶皱面料的处理工艺,其特征在于:所述的褶皱整理中采用熨烫板压烫的方式产生褶皱,所述压烫过程中的温度为150~160℃,时间为30~60秒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种针织毛衣褶皱面料的处理工艺,其特征在于:所述的褶皱整理采用熨烫板压烫,温度为165℃,时间为20 秒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种针织毛衣褶皱面料的处理工艺,其特征在于:将步骤(1)与步骤(2)增加以下步骤:
步骤(1)配置的溶液冷却到40℃以下,加入有机溶剂稀释聚氨酯预聚体。
