本发明公开了一种改性酚醛环氧树脂热熔胶,其原料按重量份包括:酚醛环氧树脂2‑60份、聚氨酯树脂1.2‑20份、天青石粉2.8‑12份、复合油1.5‑5份、微晶蜡2‑6份、邻苯二甲酸二正壬酯0.2‑0.9份、安息香1.3‑4.7份、抗氧剂BHT 0.1‑2.5份、铝矾土3.5‑10份。本发明具有较高的粘性,以及优异的初黏力、持黏力和溶解性。

技术领域
本发明涉及热熔胶领域,具体涉及一种改性酚醛环氧树脂热熔胶。
背景技术
酚醛环氧树脂又称F型环氧树脂。在酸性介质中苯酚与甲醛进行缩聚反应得到线型酚醛树脂,再与过量环氧丙烷在氢氧化钠存在下缩聚反应制得。其环氧基含量高,黏度较大,固化后产物交联密度高,其纤维增强塑料具有良好的物理机械性能。耐热性高于E型环氧树脂。主要用于制作各种结构件、电器元件等。
如今,酚醛环氧树脂类热熔胶的粘度等性能日益无法满足市场的需求。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种改性酚醛环氧树脂热熔胶,本发明具有较高的粘性,以及优异的初黏力、持黏力和溶解性。
本发明提出的一种改性酚醛环氧树脂热熔胶,其原料按重量份包括:酚醛环氧树脂2-60份、聚氨酯树脂1.2-20份、天青石粉2.8-12份、复合油1.5-5份、微晶蜡2-6份、邻苯二甲酸二正壬酯0.2-0.9份、安息香1.3-4.7份、抗氧剂BHT0.1-2.5份、铝矾土3.5-10份。
优选地,其原料按重量份包括:酚醛环氧树脂5-45份、聚氨酯树脂1.8-15份、天青石粉3-10份、复合油2-4.5份、微晶蜡3-5.5份、邻苯二甲酸二正壬酯0.3-0.8份、安息香1.5-4.2份、抗氧剂BHT 0.3-2.1份、铝矾土4.5-9份。
优选地,所述酚醛环氧树脂为改性酚醛环氧树脂;所述改性酚醛环氧树脂的制备方法为:将酚醛环氧树脂、α-甲基肉桂醛溶液混合均匀,升温至70-85℃,真空搅拌下反应2-2.5h,得到改性酚醛环氧树脂。
优选地,所述α-甲基肉桂醛溶液的溶剂为乙醇或丙二醇。
优选地,所述酚醛环氧树脂、α-甲基肉桂醛的重量比为1:1.4-2.7。
优选地,所述复合油包括当归油、肉桂油和芝麻油。
优选地,所述当归油、肉桂油、芝麻油的重量比为1-2:0.1-0.3:0.2-0.5。
优选地,所述铝矾土为一水软铝石、一水硬铝石和三水铝石的混合物。
本发明以酚醛环氧树脂和聚氨酯树脂作为基础树脂,两者相容性好,与微晶蜡、复合油复配后具有较高的粘性,同时具有优异的初黏力、持黏力和剥离强度;且在优选方案中,采用α-甲基肉桂醛对酚醛环氧树脂进行改性,由于α-甲基肉桂醛具有叔碳原子,在与酚醛环氧树脂进行反应时,能够对酚醛环氧树脂进行烷基化,使得酚醛环氧树脂终止链增长,进而能够得到溶解度性好,分子量均匀,软化点较高的改性酚醛环氧树脂,将改性后的聚氨酯树脂与其他原料进行配合能够使本发明具有优异的初黏力和持黏力以及高溶解性、低色度、良好增粘效果、优良的热稳定性。本发明添加天青石粉、邻苯二甲酸二正壬酯、安息香、抗氧剂BHT、铝矾土等助剂,与基础树脂相容性好,能够进一步提高本发明的综合性能,如防老化、耐高温等性能。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种改性酚醛环氧树脂热熔胶,其原料按重量份包括:酚醛环氧树脂2份、聚氨酯树脂20份、天青石粉2.8份、复合油5份、微晶蜡2份、邻苯二甲酸二正壬酯0.9份、安息香1.3份、抗氧剂BHT 2.5份、铝矾土3.5份。
实施例2
一种改性酚醛环氧树脂热熔胶,其原料按重量份包括:酚醛环氧树脂60份、聚氨酯树脂1.2份、天青石粉12份、复合油1.5份、微晶蜡6份、邻苯二甲酸二正壬酯0.2份、安息香4.7份、抗氧剂BHT 0.1份、铝矾土10份;
其中,所述酚醛环氧树脂为改性酚醛环氧树脂;所述改性酚醛环氧树脂的制备方法为:将酚醛环氧树脂、α-甲基肉桂醛溶液混合均匀,升温至70℃,真空搅拌下反应2.5h,得到改性酚醛环氧树脂。
实施例3
一种改性酚醛环氧树脂热熔胶,其原料按重量份包括:酚醛环氧树脂5份、聚氨酯树脂15份、天青石粉3份、复合油4.5份、微晶蜡3份、邻苯二甲酸二正壬酯0.8份、安息香1.5份、抗氧剂BHT 2.1份、铝矾土4.5份;
其中,所述酚醛环氧树脂为改性酚醛环氧树脂;所述改性酚醛环氧树脂的制备方法为:将酚醛环氧树脂、α-甲基肉桂醛溶液混合均匀,升温至85℃,真空搅拌下反应2h,得到改性酚醛环氧树脂;
所述α-甲基肉桂醛溶液的溶剂为乙醇。
实施例4
一种改性酚醛环氧树脂热熔胶,其原料按重量份包括:酚醛环氧树脂45份、聚氨酯树脂1.8份、天青石粉10份、复合油2份、微晶蜡5.5份、邻苯二甲酸二正壬酯0.3份、安息香4.2份、抗氧剂BHT 0.3份、铝矾土9份;
其中,所述酚醛环氧树脂为改性酚醛环氧树脂;所述改性酚醛环氧树脂的制备方法为:将松香粉粹后,加入酚醛环氧树脂,搅拌均匀,升温至130℃,加入粉粹后的白云土,抽真空,持续加热并搅拌1h,直至得到黏稠液体后,停止加热和搅拌,趁热出料,得到改性酚醛环氧树脂;
所述α-甲基肉桂醛溶液的溶剂为乙醇;
所述酚醛环氧树脂、α-甲基肉桂醛的重量比为1:2.7;
所述复合油包括当归油、肉桂油和芝麻油;
所述当归油、肉桂油、芝麻油的重量比为2:0.1:0.5;
所述铝矾土为一水软铝石、一水硬铝石和三水铝石的混合物。
实施例5
一种改性酚醛环氧树脂热熔胶,其原料按重量份包括:酚醛环氧树脂35份、聚氨酯树脂7份、天青石粉8份、复合油3份、微晶蜡4份、邻苯二甲酸二正壬酯0.6份、安息香3份、抗氧剂BHT 2份、铝矾土6份;
其中,所述酚醛环氧树脂为改性酚醛环氧树脂;所述改性酚醛环氧树脂的制备方法为:将酚醛环氧树脂、α-甲基肉桂醛溶液混合均匀,升温至75℃,真空搅拌下反应2.5h,得到改性酚醛环氧树脂;
所述α-甲基肉桂醛溶液的溶剂为丙二醇;
所述酚醛环氧树脂、α-甲基肉桂醛的重量比为1:1.4;
所述复合油包括当归油、肉桂油和芝麻油;
所述当归油、肉桂油、芝麻油的重量比为1:0.3:0.2;
所述铝矾土为一水软铝石、一水硬铝石和三水铝石的混合物。
试验例1
对实施例1-5得到的改性酚醛环氧树脂热熔胶、一般热熔胶(对照例)采用常规方法分别进行初黏力、持黏力检测,检测结果如下表:
由上表可知,本发明具有优异的初黏力、持黏力。

1.一种改性酚醛环氧树脂热熔胶,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:酚醛环氧树脂2-60份、聚氨酯树脂1.2-20份、天青石粉2.8-12份、复合油1.5-5份、微晶蜡2-6份、邻苯二甲酸二正壬酯0.2-0.9份、安息香1.3-4.7份、抗氧剂BHT 0.1-2.5份、铝矾土3.5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述改性酚醛环氧树脂热熔胶,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:酚醛环氧树脂5-45份、聚氨酯树脂1.8-15份、天青石粉3-10份、复合油2-4.5份、微晶蜡3-5.5份、邻苯二甲酸二正壬酯0.3-0.8份、安息香1.5-4.2份、抗氧剂BHT 0.3-2.1份、铝矾土4.5-9份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述改性酚醛环氧树脂热熔胶,其特征在于,所述酚醛环氧树脂为改性酚醛环氧树脂;所述改性酚醛环氧树脂的制备方法为:将酚醛环氧树脂、α-甲基肉桂醛溶液混合均匀,升温至70-85℃,真空搅拌下反应2-2.5h,得到改性酚醛环氧树脂。
4.根据权利要求3所述改性酚醛环氧树脂热熔胶,其特征在于,所述α-甲基肉桂醛溶液的溶剂为乙醇或丙二醇。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述改性酚醛环氧树脂热熔胶,其特征在于,所述酚醛环氧树脂、α-甲基肉桂醛的重量比为1:1.4-2.7。
6.根据权利要求1所述改性酚醛环氧树脂热熔胶,其特征在于,所述复合油包括当归油、肉桂油和芝麻油。
7.根据权利要求6所述改性酚醛环氧树脂热熔胶,其特征在于,所述当归油、肉桂油、芝麻油的重量比为1-2:0.1-0.3:0.2-0.5。
8.根据权利要求1所述改性酚醛环氧树脂热熔胶,其特征在于,所述铝矾土为一水软铝石、一水硬铝石和三水铝石的混合物。
