Abstract

本发明涉及一种高强高模耐老化的橡胶输送带,其包括括由聚苯对二甲酰对苯二胺纤维和超高分子聚乙烯纤维形成的耐磨芯层和覆盖胶层,耐磨芯层选用具有高强高模性能的聚苯对二甲酰对苯二胺纤维和超高分子聚乙烯纤维,增强了输送带芯层的断裂强度和耐磨性能;覆盖胶层采用先将聚丁腈橡胶、顺丁橡胶、丁苯橡胶,并通过其他助剂进行增强,使得耐磨芯层与覆盖胶层相容贴合后获得的输送带具有优于普通输送带的耐磨、耐老化、抗撕裂等性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高强高模耐老化的橡胶输送带,属于输送带技术领域。
背景技术
橡胶输送带是一种重要的橡胶产品,是现代工业物料及产品输送的重要手段,广泛应用于煤矿、电力、水泥、钢铁、化工、港口等国民经济的各个部门,其用量极大,在橡胶产品中仅次与轮胎。提高输送带的使用寿命是输送带行业提高质量的最重要的研究方向,也是科技工作者一直致力于解决的最重要的问题。而目前影响输送带寿命的因素中,大部分原因是输送带覆盖胶磨耗磨损掉,露出骨架材料而失去实用价值。其它主要是使用不当而导致破坏。输送带覆盖胶的耐磨性能好坏就成为影响使用寿命的最重要也是最关键的因素。因此,如何提高输送带覆盖胶耐磨耐老化性能是当前提高输送带质量,延长使用寿命的最重要的课题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对传统的橡胶纤维带耐磨、耐老化性能差,缩短了其使用寿命的问题,提供了一种高强高模耐老化的橡胶输送带。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
1.一种高强高模耐老化的橡胶输送带,其包括由聚苯对二甲酰对苯二胺纤维和超高分子聚乙烯纤维形成的耐磨芯层和覆盖胶层,其特征在于:所述耐磨芯层是由聚苯对二甲酰对苯二胺纤维无捻粗纱和超高分子聚乙烯纤维无捻粗纱合股加捻形成的耐磨芯层;所述覆盖胶层的制备方法如下:将质量比为3:5:2的滑石粉、云母粉、钛白粉混合,与450℃下煅烧3h,冷却至室温,得到第一混合物;按重量份数计,分别选取60~80份氧化锌、10~12份三氧化二锑和13~18份石墨混合,混合后粉碎,经过240~280目筛过滤,收集得到第二混合物;按重量份数计,分别选取50~65份聚丁腈橡胶、35~40份顺丁橡胶、25~30份丁苯橡胶、2~4份防老剂4010NA、3~6份氯化石蜡、1~3份硅烷偶联剂KH550、2~4份促进剂、1.5~2份硫化剂、0.5~1.5份硬脂酸、2~4份炭黑、8~9份二甲基硅油、1~1.5份增塑剂、2~3.5份表面润滑剂;先将聚丁腈橡胶、顺丁橡胶、丁苯橡胶加入开炼机中,在100~120℃开炼40~50min后加入第一混合物,继续塑炼45~60min,塑炼后得第三混合物;然后将防老剂、氯化石蜡、硅烷偶联剂KH550、促进剂、硫化剂、硬脂酸、炭黑、二甲基硅油、增塑剂、表面润滑剂混合后置于混炼机中,混炼2.5h~4h后加入第二混合物和第三混合物,进一步混炼5~6h得到混合胶,放置25~30min,随后用压延机进行压延成片,然后根据需要制造的输送带的型号将上述压片裁剪成厚度分别为3~7mm的第一覆盖胶层和2~5mm第二覆盖胶层;将上述制得的第一覆盖胶层和第二覆盖胶层在温度为40~160℃、压力为12~15MPa的条件下硫化35~45min,硫然后将硫化后的胶片与打磨好的耐磨芯层进行上下面贴合,从而制备得到所述耐磨耐老化的橡胶输送带。
进一步地,所述的炭黑为炭黑N234和/或炭黑N115。
进一步地,所述的促进剂为促进剂NS、促进剂TMTD和促进剂DM中的一种或多种。
本发明与其他方法相比,有益的技术效果是:
(1)将滑石粉、云母粉、钛白粉混合,得到第一混合物;将氧化锌、三氧化二锑和石墨混合,混合后粉碎得到第二混合物,这些混合物添加在橡胶中,可以对胶料形成一定的补强作用,并且经过后续添加的防老剂、氯化石蜡、硅烷偶联剂KH550、促进剂、硫化剂、硬脂酸、炭黑、二甲基硅油、增塑剂、表面润滑剂等各种物质,对橡胶的补强效果更明显,使得覆盖胶的强度、硬度、耐磨性都得到了提高;
(2) 输送带芯层选用具有高强高模性能的聚苯对二甲酰对苯二胺纤维和超高分子聚乙烯纤维,增强了输送带芯层的断裂强度和耐磨性能,并通过与覆盖胶层的相容贴合,使得获得的输送带具有优于普通输送带的耐磨、耐老化、抗撕裂等性能。
本发明选用优质、合理的配方,通过精确的工艺指标得到的输送带具有良好的耐疲劳、耐老化、抗撕裂等优良性能,输送带的使用寿命常,维修保养简便,运行成本低。

实施例1
一种高强高模耐老化的橡胶输送带,其包括由聚苯对二甲酰对苯二胺纤维和超高分子聚乙烯纤维形成的耐磨芯层和覆盖胶层,其特征在于:所述耐磨芯层是由聚苯对二甲酰对苯二胺纤维无捻粗纱和超高分子聚乙烯纤维无捻粗纱合股加捻形成的耐磨芯层;所述覆盖胶层的制备方法如下:将质量比为3:5:2的滑石粉、云母粉、钛白粉混合,与450℃下煅烧3h,冷却至室温,得到第一混合物;按重量份数计,分别选取60份氧化锌、10份三氧化二锑和13份石墨混合,混合后粉碎,经过240目筛过滤,收集得到第二混合物;按重量份数计,分别选取50份聚丁腈橡胶、35份顺丁橡胶、25份丁苯橡胶、2份防老剂4010NA、3份氯化石蜡、1份硅烷偶联剂KH550、2份促进剂NS、1.5份硫化剂、0.5份硬脂酸、2份炭黑N234、8份二甲基硅油、1份增塑剂、2份表面润滑剂;先将聚丁腈橡胶、顺丁橡胶、丁苯橡胶加入开炼机中,在100℃开炼40min后加入第一混合物,继续塑炼45min,塑炼后得第三混合物;然后将防老剂、氯化石蜡、硅烷偶联剂KH550、促进剂、硫化剂、硬脂酸、炭黑、二甲基硅油、增塑剂、表面润滑剂混合后置于混炼机中,混炼2.5h后加入第二混合物和第三混合物,进一步混炼5h得到混合胶,放置25min,随后用压延机进行压延成片,然后根据需要制造的输送带的型号将上述压片裁剪成厚度分别为3mm的第一覆盖胶层和2mm第二覆盖胶层;将上述制得的第一覆盖胶层和第二覆盖胶层在温度为60℃、压力为12MPa的条件下硫化35min,硫然后将硫化后的胶片与打磨好的耐磨芯层进行上下面贴合,从而制备得到所述耐磨耐老化的橡胶输送带。
实施例2
一种高强高模耐老化的橡胶输送带,其包括由聚苯对二甲酰对苯二胺纤维和超高分子聚乙烯纤维形成的耐磨芯层和覆盖胶层,其特征在于:所述耐磨芯层是由聚苯对二甲酰对苯二胺纤维无捻粗纱和超高分子聚乙烯纤维无捻粗纱合股加捻形成的耐磨芯层;所述覆盖胶层的制备方法如下:将质量比为3:5:2的滑石粉、云母粉、钛白粉混合,与450℃下煅烧3h,冷却至室温,得到第一混合物;按重量份数计,分别选取80份氧化锌、12份三氧化二锑和18份石墨混合,混合后粉碎,经过280目筛过滤,收集得到第二混合物;按重量份数计,分别选取65份聚丁腈橡胶、40份顺丁橡胶、30份丁苯橡胶、4份防老剂4010NA、6份氯化石蜡、3份硅烷偶联剂KH550、4份促进剂TMT、2份硫化剂、1.5份硬脂酸、4份炭黑N115、9份二甲基硅油、1.5份增塑剂、3.5份表面润滑剂;先将聚丁腈橡胶、顺丁橡胶、丁苯橡胶加入开炼机中,在120℃开炼50min后加入第一混合物,继续塑炼60min,塑炼后得第三混合物;然后将防老剂、氯化石蜡、硅烷偶联剂KH550、促进剂、硫化剂、硬脂酸、炭黑、二甲基硅油、增塑剂、表面润滑剂混合后置于混炼机中,混炼4h后加入第二混合物和第三混合物,进一步混炼6h得到混合胶,放置30min,随后用压延机进行压延成片,然后根据需要制造的输送带的型号将上述压片裁剪成厚度分别为5mm的第一覆盖胶层和5mm第二覆盖胶层;将上述制得的第一覆盖胶层和第二覆盖胶层在温度为160℃、压力为15MPa的条件下硫化45min,硫然后将硫化后的胶片与打磨好的耐磨芯层进行上下面贴合,从而制备得到所述耐磨耐老化的橡胶输送带。

1.一种高强高模耐老化的橡胶输送带,其包括由聚苯对二甲酰对苯二胺纤维和超高分子聚乙烯纤维形成的耐磨芯层和覆盖胶层,其特征在于:所述耐磨芯层是由聚苯对二甲酰对苯二胺纤维无捻粗纱和超高分子聚乙烯纤维无捻粗纱合股加捻形成的耐磨芯层;所述覆盖胶层的制备方法如下:将质量比为3:5:2的滑石粉、云母粉、钛白粉混合,于450℃下煅烧3h,冷却至室温,得到第一混合物;按重量份数计,分别选取60~80份氧化锌、10~12份三氧化二锑和13~18份石墨混合,混合后粉碎,经过240~280目筛过滤,收集得到第二混合物;按重量份数计,分别选取50~65份聚丁腈橡胶、35~40份顺丁橡胶、25~30份丁苯橡胶、2~4份防老剂4010NA、3~6份氯化石蜡、1~3份硅烷偶联剂KH550、2~4份促进剂、1.5~2份硫化剂、0.5~1.5份硬脂酸、2~4份炭黑、8~9份二甲基硅油、1~1.5份增塑剂、2~3.5份表面润滑剂;先将聚丁腈橡胶、顺丁橡胶、丁苯橡胶加入开炼机中,在100~120℃开炼40~50min后加入第一混合物,继续塑炼45~60min,塑炼后得第三混合物;然后将防老剂4010NA、氯化石蜡、硅烷偶联剂KH550、促进剂、硫化剂、硬脂酸、炭黑、二甲基硅油、增塑剂、表面润滑剂混合后置于混炼机中,混炼2.5h~4h后加入第二混合物和第三混合物,进一步混炼5~6h得到混合胶,放置25~30min,随后用压延机进行压延成片,得到压片,然后根据需要制造的输送带的型号将上述压片裁剪成厚度分别为3~7mm的第一覆盖胶层和2~5mm第二覆盖胶层;将制得的第一覆盖胶层和第二覆盖胶层在温度为40~160℃、压力为12~15MPa的条件下硫化35~45min,然后将硫化后的第一覆盖胶层、第二覆盖胶层与打磨好的耐磨芯层进行上下面贴合,从而制备得到所述高强高模耐老化的橡胶输送带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强高模耐老化的橡胶输送带,其特征在于:所述的炭黑为炭黑N234和/或炭黑N115。
