Abstract
矿井流水巷煤泥自动清挖机,包括上导轨、下导轨以及煤泥清挖装置,上导轨和下导轨的长度方向均沿巷道的长度方向设置,上导轨固定在巷道左侧壁上部,下导轨固定在巷道右侧地面,煤泥清挖装置包括移动桁架和清挖机构,移动桁架滚动连接在上导轨和下导轨上且能够沿巷道的长度方向移动;综上所述,本发明通过移动桁架在上导轨和下导轨上滑,从而沿巷道的长度方向移动,清挖机构对巷道内的煤泥实现全方位的清挖,在液压抓斗抓取煤泥后直接放置在皮带机上运输出巷道,全称清挖煤泥效率高。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于煤矿设备技术领域,具体涉及一种矿井流水巷煤泥自动清挖机。
背景技术
在煤矿生产过程中,井底的所有水通过流水巷沟渠向水仓集中,由于水中含有大量的煤泥颗粒,在沟渠中会沉积并逐渐淤塞,淤塞的煤泥影响了安全生产及运输。沟渠内的煤泥一直以来靠人工用铁锹清挖,并将煤泥运到巷道两旁堆放,待煤泥晾干后人工装入矿车运到地面。人工清挖需要矿工多且劳动强度大,效率低,工作环境恶劣。随着科技的进步和劳动力成本的提高,用机械清挖煤泥是今后的发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种清挖煤泥效率高、减少人工劳动强度的矿井流水巷煤泥自动清挖机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:矿井流水巷煤泥自动清挖机,包括上导轨、下导轨以及煤泥清挖装置,上导轨和下导轨的长度方向均沿巷道的长度方向设置,上导轨固定在巷道左侧壁上部,下导轨固定在巷道右侧地面,煤泥清挖装置包括移动桁架和清挖机构,移动桁架滚动连接在上导轨和下导轨上且能够沿巷道的长度方向移动, 清挖机构滚动连接在移动桁架上且能够沿巷道的宽度方向移动。
上导轨和下导轨均为工字钢,巷道左侧壁上部沿长度方向间隔并排固定有支撑托架,上导轨固定在支撑托架上。
移动桁架包括两根悬梁和两根连接槽钢,两根悬梁前后并排设置在巷道的上部,每根悬梁的长度方向沿巷道的宽度方向设置,两根悬梁的左端之间固定连接有安装条板,安装条板的前侧和后侧分别通过升降轮架转动连接有上滚轮,两个上滚轮滚动连接在上导轨上,两根连接槽钢固定连接在两根悬梁的右侧顶部之间,两根连接槽钢左右并排设置,每根连接槽钢的长度方向沿巷道的长度方向设置,下导轨位于两根连接槽钢之间的正下方,两根连接槽钢的前端和后端之间分别通过连接架连接有下轮架,每个下轮架均转动连接有下滚轮,下滚轮滚动连接在下导轨上;清挖机构滚动连接在两根悬梁上;
其中一个下滚轮上装配有减速电机,减速电机与该下滚轮传动连接。
连接在两根连接槽钢前端的连接架包括两根支撑梁,两根支撑梁的上端分别固定连接在两根连接槽钢的前端部,两根支撑梁的下端固定连接在下轮架上。
每根悬梁上沿长度方向固定连接有平移导轨,平移导轨为工字钢,每根平移导轨上滚动连接有平移驱动组件,两组平移驱动组件前后对称设置,安装在前侧平移导轨上的平移驱动组件包括安装架,安装架为槽钢形结构且开口向上,安装架包括连接板和两块侧板,连接板位于平移导轨的正下方,两块侧板固定连接在连接板的前后两侧,平移导轨位于两块侧板之间,两块侧板的相对面分别转动连接有两个平移滚轮,两块侧板上的平移滚轮滚动连接在工字钢上,位于前侧的侧板上设有驱动电机,驱动电机与其中一个平移滚轮传动连接,位于后侧的侧板上固定有向后延伸设置的安装板;
清挖组件固定在两组平移驱动组件的安装板上。
清挖组件包括伸缩液压缸和液压抓斗,伸缩液压缸垂直固定在两块安装板上且伸缩液压缸的活塞杆垂直向下设置,液压抓斗固定在伸缩液压缸的活塞杆端部。
安装在安装条板前侧的升降轮架为槽钢形结构,升降轮架的顶部安装有若干升降件,升降件包括螺栓和两个定位螺母,安装条板上开设有穿孔,螺栓穿设在穿孔内且螺栓的下端螺纹连接在升降轮架的顶部,两个定位螺母螺纹连接在螺栓上并且安装条板位于两个定位螺母之间。
采用上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明在进行清挖煤泥时,首先启动减速电机,减速电机带动下滚轮转动,下滚轮沿下导轨滚动,从而整个平移桁架沿巷道的长度方向移动,直至合适位置减速电机停止,接着启动驱动电机,驱动电机带动一个平移滚轮转动,平移滚轮沿平移导轨滚动,从而清挖组件沿平移导轨移动,直至清挖组件处于合适位置后驱动电机停止,启动伸缩液压缸,伸缩液压缸的活塞杆向下伸出,直至液压抓斗伸入煤泥中,接着启动液压抓斗,液压抓斗闭合,再次启动伸缩液压缸,伸缩液压缸的活塞杆收回直至液压抓斗处于合适高度,再次启动驱动电机,驱动电机驱动清挖组件沿悬梁移动,直至液压抓斗处于皮带输送机的正上方,然后打开液压抓斗,液压抓斗内的煤泥自动脱落至皮带输送机,皮带输送机将煤泥输送处巷道;
由于本发明在长期使用过程中,上导轨在悬梁以及清挖组件的压力作用下会向下移动,导致平移导轨倾斜,影响煤泥清挖作业,所以本发明中安装条板的前侧和后侧分别通过升降轮架转动连接有上滚轮,当使用过程中发现悬梁倾斜,可以通过旋拧两个定位螺母改变安装条板的高度,从而对悬梁倾斜进行纠正,直至水平状态。
综上所述,本发明通过移动桁架在上导轨和下导轨上滑,从而沿巷道的长度方向移动,清挖机构对巷道内的煤泥实现全方位的清挖,在液压抓斗抓取煤泥后直接放置在皮带机上运输出巷道,全称清挖煤泥效率高。

具体实施方式
如图1-4所示,本发明的矿井流水巷煤泥自动清挖机,包括上导轨1、下导轨2以及煤泥清挖装置,上导轨1和下导轨2的长度方向均沿巷道3的长度方向设置,上导轨1固定在巷道3左侧壁上部,下导轨2固定在巷道3右侧地面,煤泥清挖装置包括移动桁架和清挖机构,移动桁架滚动连接在上导轨1和下导轨2上且能够沿巷道3的长度方向移动, 清挖机构滚动连接在移动桁架上且能够沿巷道3的宽度方向移动。
上导轨1和下导轨2均为工字钢,巷道3左侧壁上部沿长度方向间隔并排固定有支撑托架4,上导轨1固定在支撑托架4上。
移动桁架包括两根悬梁5和两根连接槽钢6,两根悬梁5前后并排设置在巷道3的上部,每根悬梁5的长度方向沿巷道3的宽度方向设置,两根悬梁5的左端之间固定连接有安装条板7,安装条板7的前侧和后侧分别通过升降轮架24转动连接有上滚轮8,两个上滚轮8滚动连接在上导轨1上,两根连接槽钢6固定连接在两根悬梁5的右侧顶部之间,两根连接槽钢6左右并排设置,每根连接槽钢6的长度方向沿巷道3的长度方向设置,下导轨2位于两根连接槽钢6之间的正下方,两根连接槽钢6的前端和后端之间分别通过连接架连接有下轮架9,每个下轮架9均转动连接有下滚轮10,下滚轮10滚动连接在下导轨2上;清挖机构滚动连接在两根悬梁5上;
其中一个下滚轮10上装配有减速电机,减速电机与该下滚轮10传动连接。
连接在两根连接槽钢6前端的连接架包括两根支撑梁11,两根支撑梁11的上端分别固定连接在两根连接槽钢6的前端部,两根支撑梁11的下端固定连接在下轮架9上。
每根悬梁5上沿长度方向固定连接有平移导轨12,平移导轨12为工字钢,每根平移导轨12上滚动连接有平移驱动组件,两组平移驱动组件前后对称设置,安装在前侧平移导轨12上的平移驱动组件包括安装架13,安装架13为槽钢形结构且开口向上,安装架13包括连接板14和两块侧板15,连接板14位于平移导轨12的正下方,两块侧板15固定连接在连接板14的前后两侧,平移导轨12位于两块侧板15之间,两块侧板15的相对面分别转动连接有两个平移滚轮16,两块侧板15上的平移滚轮16滚动连接在工字钢上,位于前侧的侧板15上设有驱动电机17,驱动电机17与其中一个平移滚轮16传动连接,位于后侧的侧板15上固定有向后延伸设置的安装板18;
清挖组件固定在两组平移驱动组件的安装板18上。
清挖组件包括伸缩液压缸19和液压抓斗20,伸缩液压缸19垂直固定在两块安装板18上且伸缩液压缸19的活塞杆垂直向下设置,液压抓斗20固定在伸缩液压缸19的活塞杆端部。
安装在安装条板7前侧的升降轮架24为槽钢形结构,升降轮架24的顶部安装有若干升降件,升降件包括螺栓21和两个定位螺母22,安装条板7上开设有穿孔,螺栓21穿设在穿孔内且螺栓21的下端螺纹连接在升降轮架24的顶部,两个定位螺母22螺纹连接在螺栓21上并且安装条板7位于两个定位螺母22之间。
本发明在进行清挖煤泥时,首先启动减速电机,减速电机带动下滚轮10转动,下滚轮10沿下导轨2滚动,从而整个平移桁架沿巷道3的长度方向移动,直至合适位置减速电机停止,接着启动驱动电机17,驱动电机17带动一个平移滚轮16转动,平移滚轮16沿平移导轨12滚动,从而清挖组件沿平移导轨12移动,直至清挖组件处于合适位置后驱动电机17停止,启动伸缩液压缸19,伸缩液压缸19的活塞杆向下伸出,直至液压抓斗20伸入煤泥中,接着启动液压抓斗20,液压抓斗20闭合,再次启动伸缩液压缸19,伸缩液压缸19的活塞杆收回直至液压抓斗20处于合适高度,再次启动驱动电机17,驱动电机17驱动清挖组件沿悬梁5移动,直至液压抓斗20处于皮带输送机的正上方,然后打开液压抓斗20,液压抓斗20内的煤泥自动脱落至皮带输送机23,皮带输送机23将煤泥输送处巷道3;
由于本发明在长期使用过程中,上导轨1在悬梁5以及清挖组件的压力作用下会向下移动,导致平移导轨12倾斜,影响煤泥清挖作业,所以本发明中安装条板7的前侧和后侧分别通过升降轮架24转动连接有上滚轮8,当使用过程中发现悬梁5倾斜,可以通过旋拧两个定位螺母22改变安装条板7的高度,从而对悬梁5倾斜进行纠正,直至水平状态。

Claims (4)
1.矿井流水巷煤泥自动清挖机,其特征在于:包括上导轨、下导轨以及煤泥清挖装置,上导轨和下导轨的长度方向均沿巷道的长度方向设置,上导轨固定在巷道左侧壁上部,下导轨固定在巷道右侧地面,煤泥清挖装置包括移动桁架和清挖机构,移动桁架滚动连接在上导轨和下导轨上且能够沿巷道的长度方向移动, 清挖机构滚动连接在移动桁架上且能够沿巷道的宽度方向移动;
上导轨和下导轨均为工字钢,巷道左侧壁上部沿长度方向间隔并排固定有支撑托架,上导轨固定在支撑托架上;
移动桁架包括两根悬梁和两根连接槽钢,两根悬梁前后并排设置在巷道的上部,每根悬梁的长度方向沿巷道的宽度方向设置,两根悬梁的左端之间固定连接有安装条板,安装条板的前侧和后侧分别通过升降轮架转动连接有上滚轮,两个上滚轮滚动连接在上导轨上,两根连接槽钢固定连接在两根悬梁的右侧顶部之间,两根连接槽钢左右并排设置,每根连接槽钢的长度方向沿巷道的长度方向设置,下导轨位于两根连接槽钢之间的正下方,两根连接槽钢的前端和后端之间分别通过连接架连接有下轮架,每个下轮架均转动连接有下滚轮,下滚轮滚动连接在下导轨上;清挖机构滚动连接在两根悬梁上;
其中一个下滚轮上装配有减速电机,减速电机与该下滚轮传动连接;
每根悬梁上沿长度方向固定连接有平移导轨,平移导轨为工字钢,每根平移导轨上滚动连接有平移驱动组件,两组平移驱动组件前后对称设置,安装在前侧平移导轨上的平移驱动组件包括安装架,安装架为槽钢形结构且开口向上,安装架包括连接板和两块侧板,连接板位于平移导轨的正下方,两块侧板固定连接在连接板的前后两侧,平移导轨位于两块侧板之间,两块侧板的相对面分别转动连接有两个平移滚轮,两块侧板上的平移滚轮滚动连接在工字钢上,位于前侧的侧板上设有驱动电机,驱动电机与其中一个平移滚轮传动连接,位于后侧的侧板上固定有向后延伸设置的安装板;
清挖组件固定在两组平移驱动组件的安装板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的矿井流水巷煤泥自动清挖机,其特征在于:连接在两根连接槽钢前端的连接架包括两根支撑梁,两根支撑梁的上端分别固定连接在两根连接槽钢的前端部,两根支撑梁的下端固定连接在下轮架上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的矿井流水巷煤泥自动清挖机,其特征在于:清挖组件包括伸缩液压缸和液压抓斗,伸缩液压缸垂直固定在两块安装板上且伸缩液压缸的活塞杆垂直向下设置,液压抓斗固定在伸缩液压缸的活塞杆端部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的矿井流水巷煤泥自动清挖机,其特征在于:安装在安装条板前侧的升降轮架为槽钢形结构,升降轮架的顶部安装有若干升降件,升降件包括螺栓和两个定位螺母,安装条板上开设有穿孔,螺栓穿设在穿孔内且螺栓的下端螺纹连接在升降轮架的顶部,两个定位螺母螺纹连接在螺栓上并且安装条板位于两个定位螺母之间。
