Abstract
本发明公开一种远光、近光、前雾灯以及转角照明灯的自动切换模组,属于智能控制领域。它包括恒压电源、外部环境监测模块、MCU和车灯模块,恒压电源包括电源接口和LDO,用于为MCU和车灯模块提供电能;外部环境监测模块包括能见度检测模块、光强检测模块和方向盘转角检测模块,用于将采集到的外部环境信息包括能见度、光强度和方向盘转角转变为模拟信号,再经过A/D转变为数字信号传输给MCU;MCU经分析计算后发送控制信号至车灯模块,来控制远光灯与近光灯的切换、雾灯的开启与关闭以及转角照明灯的转动角度。本发明取代了人工手动操作的繁琐性,可以根据外部环境自动完成车灯模式切换的及时性和准确性,确保行车灯光照明的安全。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于智能控制领域,尤其是一种远光、近光、前雾灯以及转角照明灯的自动切换模组。
背景技术
很多交通事故都是在视线条件不佳的夜间或者大雾天气发生的,为了应对这些可视度较低的环境,车灯设计了近光、远光及雾灯等不同模式,但很多司机不能够正确运用或者不清楚如何使用这些模式也是造成一部分交通事故的很大原因。
发明内容
为解决人工切换灯光的缺陷,本发明提供一种远光、近光、前雾灯以及转角照明灯的自动切换模组,不仅能减轻驾驶员的负担,减少交通事故,而且还能有效的提高汽车的智能化程度,增加汽车的附加值。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种远光、近光、前雾灯以及转角照明灯的自动切换模组,它包括恒压电源、外部环境监测模块、MCU和车灯模块,恒压电源包括电源接口和LDO,用于为MCU和车灯模块提供电能;外部环境监测模块包括能见度检测模块、光强检测模块和方向盘转角检测模块,用于将采集到的外部环境信息包括能见度、光强度和方向盘转角转变为模拟信号,再经过A/D转变为数字信号传输给MCU;MCU经分析计算后发送控制信号至车灯模块,来控制远光灯与近光灯的切换、雾灯的开启与关闭以及转角照明灯的转动角度。
进一步地,外部环境监测模块还包括坡度检测模块,坡度检测模块用于将采集到的坡度转变为模拟信号,再经过A/D转变为数字信号传输给MCU。
进一步地,能见度检测模块检测外部环境的能见度,MCU接收来自能见度检测模块的能见度值,将其与设定的值相比较,并通过比较结果发出相应的控制信号至车灯模块,来控制雾灯的开启与关闭。
进一步地,光强检测模块检测外部环境光强度,MCU接收来自光强检测模块的光通量,将其与设定的值相比较,并通过比较结果发出相应的控制信号至车灯模块,来控制远光灯与近光灯的切换。
进一步地,方向盘转角检测模块检测方向盘转角,MCU接收来自方向盘转角检测模块的方向盘转角值,将其转换成车轮转角值,并发出控制信号至车灯模块,来控制转角照明灯转动相应的角度;
转角照明灯在转向时自动开启。
进一步地,坡度检测模块检测行驶路面的坡度,MCU接收来自坡度检测模块的坡度值,并发出控制信号至车灯模块,来控制远光灯与近光灯上下调整相应的角度。
有益效果:
本发明取代了人工手动操作的繁琐性,可以根据外部环境自动完成车灯模式切换的及时性和准确性,确保行车灯光照明的安全。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
本实施例提出一种远光、近光、前雾灯以及转角照明灯的自动切换模组,如图1所示,它包括恒压电源1、外部环境监测模块2、MCU(中央处理器)3和车灯模块4,恒压电源1包括电源接口11和LDO(低压差稳压器)12,用于为MCU 3和车灯模块4提供电能;外部环境监测模块2包括能见度检测模块21、光强检测模块22、坡度检测模块23和方向盘转角检测模块24,用于将采集到的外部环境信息包括能见度、光强度、坡度和方向盘转角转变为模拟信号,再经过A/D转变为数字信号传输给MCU 3;MCU 3经分析计算后发送控制信号至车灯模块4,来控制远光灯41与近光灯42的切换、雾灯43的开启与关闭、远光灯41与近光灯42的上下调整角度以及转角照明灯44的转动角度。
在本实施例中,能见度检测模块21检测外部环境的能见度,MCU3接收来自能见度检测模块21的能见度值,将其与设定的值相比较,当能见度值小于设定的值,MCU 3发出相应的控制信号至车灯模块4,来开启雾灯43,当能见度值大于设定的值,MCU 3发出相应的控制信号至车灯模块4,来关闭雾灯43。在前照灯开启的情况下,光强检测模块22检测外部环境光强度(光强度的定义:光源在指定方向的单位立体角内发出的光通量),MCU 3接收来自光强检测模块22的光通量,将其与设定的值相比较,当光通量大于设定的值时,MCU 3发出相应的控制信号至车灯模块4,来开启近光灯42,当车行驶在较昏暗的道路,光通量值小于设定的值时,MCU 3发出相应的控制信号至车灯模块4,来切换至远光灯41。当汽车行驶在具有坡度的路面上,坡度检测模块23检测行驶路面的坡度(倾斜角),MCU 3接收来自坡度检测模块23的坡度值,并发出控制信号至车灯模块4,来控制远光灯41与近光灯42上下调整相应的角度,防止远光灯41与近光灯42因为角度问题造成对面司机的眩光。方向盘转角检测模块24检测方向盘转角,MCU 3接收来自方向盘转角检测模块24的方向盘转角值,将其转换成车轮转角值,并发出控制信号至车灯模块4,在远、近光灯开启的模式下,来控制转角照明灯44转动相应的角度;转角照明灯44在转向时自动开启。
在本实施例中,LDO 12的优选型号为TPS7A47-Q1;能见度检测模块21的优选型号为NJD-1A;光强检测模块22的优选型号为TSL230;坡度检测模块23的优选型号为BWS4800;方向盘转角检测模块24的优选型号为QKJ-A;MCU 3的优选型号为S32K。
本发明的自动切换模组中所用的电子元器件均为市售的已知产品,本领域技术人员根据本发明的工作原理即可实现各电子元器件的连接。
对本发明保护范围的限制,所属领域技术人员应该明白,在本发明的技术方案的基础上,本领域技术人员不需要付出创造性劳动即可做出的各种修改或变形仍在本发明的保护范围以内。
Claims (6)
1.一种远光、近光、前雾灯以及转角照明灯的自动切换模组,它包括恒压电源(1)、外部环境监测模块(2)、MCU(3)和车灯模块(4),其特征在于:所述恒压电源(1)包括电源接口(11)和LDO(12),用于为所述MCU(3)和所述车灯模块(4)提供电能;所述外部环境监测模块(2)包括能见度检测模块(21)、光强检测模块(22)和方向盘转角检测模块(24),用于将采集到的外部环境信息包括能见度、光强度和方向盘转角转变为模拟信号,再经过A/D转变为数字信号传输给所述MCU(3);所述MCU(3)经分析计算后发送控制信号至所述车灯模块(4),来控制远光灯(41)与近光灯(42)的切换、雾灯(43)的开启与关闭以及转角照明灯(44)的转动角度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的远光、近光、前雾灯以及转角照明灯的自动切换模组,其特征在于:所述外部环境监测模块(2)还包括坡度检测模块(23),所述坡度检测模块(23)用于将采集到的坡度转变为模拟信号,再经过A/D转变为数字信号传输给所述MCU(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的远光、近光、前雾灯以及转角照明灯的自动切换模组,其特征在于:所述能见度检测模块(21)检测外部环境的能见度,所述MCU(3)接收来自所述能见度检测模块(21)的能见度值,将其与设定的值相比较,并通过比较结果发出相应的控制信号至所述车灯模块(4),来控制所述雾灯(43)的开启与关闭。
4.根据权利要求1所述的远光、近光、前雾灯以及转角照明灯的自动切换模组,其特征在于:所述光强检测模块(22)检测外部环境光强度,所述MCU(3)接收来自所述光强检测模块(22)的光通量,将其与设定的值相比较,并通过比较结果发出相应的控制信号至所述车灯模块(4),来控制所述远光灯(41)与所述近光灯(42)的切换。
5.根据权利要求1所述的远光、近光、前雾灯以及转角照明灯的自动切换模组,其特征在于:所述方向盘转角检测模块(24)检测方向盘转角,所述MCU(3)接收来自所述方向盘转角检测模块(24)的方向盘转角值,将其转换成车轮转角值,并发出控制信号至所述车灯模块(4),来控制所述转角照明灯(44)转动相应的角度;
所述转角照明灯(44)在转向时自动开启。
6.根据权利要求2所述的远光、近光、前雾灯以及转角照明灯的自动切换模组,其特征在于:所述坡度检测模块(23)检测行驶路面的坡度,所述MCU(3)接收来自所述坡度检测模块(23)的坡度值,并发出控制信号至所述车灯模块(4),来控制所述远光灯(41)与所述近光灯(42)上下调整相应的角度。
