本发明涉及一种用于车辆的车门结构。更具体地,本发明涉及这样的用于车辆的车门结构,其中由金属材料制成的外门板与由碳纤维增强塑料制成的内门板相接合,并且当车辆的侧面碰撞发生时能够防止内门板被损坏。
背景技术
一般来说,车门经由铰链可旋转地布置在车身上,并且设置为打开和关闭由车身构成的车舱。
此外,在车辆的门内布置有碰撞梁,当车辆的侧面碰撞发生时,通过防止门被过度地推入车舱来保护乘客。
近来,为了改善车辆的燃料消耗,发布了轻重量型的车辆,因此,试图使用其他材料来制造用于车辆的门,例如,碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP),来代替一直使用的不锈钢。
一般来说,车辆的门是通过接合沿车辆的宽度方向在外部布置的外门板与在内部布置的内门板而构成。
在以这样的方式制造的门中,外门板和内门板都可以由碳纤维增强塑料材料制成。但是,为了保持门的适当刚度,外门板由不锈钢或者铝制成,而内门板由碳纤维增强塑料材料制成。也就是说,通过接合由不同类型的材料制成的内门板与外门板而制造的车辆的车门,已经被分别地研究和开发。
考虑到这样的由不同材料制成的门,用于优化外门板与内门板的接合结构以及碰撞梁的布置结构的方法是很需要的。

发明内容
本发明的各个方面致力于提供用于车辆的车门,其通过接合包含金属材料的外门板与包含碳纤维增强塑料材料的内门板而制造,并且通过碰撞构件将车辆的侧面碰撞发生时从外门板产生的碰撞冲击转移到车身的侧外板。
根据本发明的示例性实施方案的用于车辆的车门结构包括外门板;内门板,其安装至所述外门板;以及碰撞构件,其在所述外门板与所述内门板之间接合至内门板,其中,所述碰撞构件整体地设有从内门板内侧朝着车身的侧外板突出至内门板外侧的突出部。

所述缓冲构件可以包括热塑性弹性体(TPE)材料。

如上所述,在根据本发明的示例性实施方案的车辆的车门结构中,包含金属材料的外门板与包含碳纤维增强塑料材料的内门板相接合,当车辆的侧面碰撞发生时,从外门板转移的碰撞冲击通过从内门板突出的碰撞构件的突出部转移至车身的侧外板,从而防止内门板被直接损坏。
此外,缓冲构件安装至从内门板突出的碰撞构件的突出部,缓冲构件配置为防撞缓冲块,其中,产生在车门与侧外板之间的碰撞和振动能够有效地被吸收。

参照图1至图3,在根据本发明的示例性实施方案的用于车辆的车门结构中,车门10可以包括参考车辆的宽度方向在外部布置的外门板12和在内部(即,在车辆内部)布置的内门板14。
此外,车门10可以进一步包括碰撞构件20,该碰撞构件在车辆的纵向方向水平地延伸并且在外门板12与内门板14之间接合至内门板14。
外门板12可以包括金属材料,其包含不锈钢板或者铝板。
内门板14可以包括碳纤维增强塑料材料。
具有上述配置的外门板12和内门板14包括不同类型的材料,因此它们不能通过焊接等类似的方式直接地彼此结合。
因而,在本示例性实施方案中的碰撞构件20首先固定至内门板14并且与其接合,然后内门板14通过包边或者黏结接合至外门板12,进而构成车门10。
参照图2和图3,在本示例性实施方案中,碰撞构件20整体地形成有突出部22,该突出部从内门板14内侧朝着车辆的侧外板30突出至外侧。
在这里,内门板形成有通孔16,其中突出部22通过通孔16穿过内门板14。
也就是说,突出部22通过穿过通孔16而突出到内门板14的外侧,并且当车门关闭时,突出部22布置在侧外板30的给定距离处。
在突出部22上布置有缓冲构件24,以防止与侧外板30直接接触。
缓冲构件24具有橡胶和塑料的特性,但是它可以包括热塑性弹性体(TPE),其比橡胶更硬,比塑料更柔韧。
这样的缓冲构件24结合至突出部22。也就是说,缓冲构件24可以结合至突出部22在包围突出部22的外周的同时接触内门板14的外侧。
因此,当车辆处于行驶状态时或者当车门打开或关闭时,缓冲构件24吸收发生在车门10与侧外板30之间的碰撞冲击。
同时,通过装配螺栓18紧固至内门板14的至少一个装配螺母可以通过类似于焊接的方式接合至碰撞构件20。
相应地,碰撞构件20与内门板14可以通过装配螺栓18接合,装配螺栓18在紧密连接至内门板14的同时紧固至装配螺母26。
也就是说,由于包含碳纤维增强塑料材料的内门板14不能通过焊接接合至包含金属材料的碰撞构件20,因此,首先用装配螺栓18和装配螺母26将内门板14紧固至碰撞构件20,然后内门板14可以通过包边和黏结接合至外门板12。
在具有上述结构的车门10中,当由车辆的侧面碰撞产生的碰撞冲击通过外门板12转移至碰撞构件20时,碰撞构件20吸收冲击,同时通过突出部22将碰撞冲击转移至侧外板30。
在这样的情况下,被分散地吸收至外门板12、碰撞构件20和侧外板30的残留的冲击转移至包含碳纤维增强塑料材料的内门板14。
因此,转移至内门板14的碰撞冲击能够被最小化,从而防止内门板14被损坏。
也就是说,当车辆的侧面碰撞发生时,根据本发明的示例性实施方案的用于车辆的车门结构主要在金属的外门板12和碰撞构件20中吸收碰撞冲击,同时冲击通过突出部22被分散至侧外板30,其中转移至内门板14的碰撞冲击能够被最小化,从而有效地应对侧面碰撞。
因此,当侧面碰撞发生在具有根据本发明的示例性实施方案的车门的车辆上时,即,车门10是通过接合包含金属材料的外门板12与包含碳纤维增强塑料材料的内门板14而构成,由侧面碰撞产生的碰撞冲击从外门板12通过从车门10的内门板14突出的碰撞构件20的突出部22转移至侧外板30,其中能够防止内门板14被直接损坏。
此外,缓冲块24安装至从内门板14突出的碰撞构件的突出部22,缓冲块24配置为防撞缓冲块,其中产生在车门10与侧外板30之间的碰撞和振动能够有效地被吸收。
进一步地,能够省略单独设置的防撞缓冲块,从而提高装配效率和生产率,节约制造成本。

其中,所述碰撞构件整体地设有从内门板内侧朝着车身的侧外板突出至内门板外侧的突出部,该突出部沿着车辆的纵向方向延伸穿过内门板的侧边,从而与车身的侧外板的外侧接合;
其中,所述内门板包括碳纤维增强塑料材料;
其中,通过装配螺栓紧固至内门板的至少一个装配螺母接合至碰撞构件。
