本发明涉及食品生产领域,具体涉及一种蜂蜜菠菜饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1将菠菜洗干净后沥干,然后放入榨汁机中榨汁,过滤取菠菜汁,将滤渣重新倒入榨汁机中,倒入少量清水再次榨汁,过滤取菠菜汁,将两次菠菜汁混合;S2将菠菜汁加入少量清水中煮沸5min,降温至80℃并加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀成浆;S3加入凉开水降温至30℃,边搅拌边加入氨基酸、柠檬酸和葡萄糖酸锌,搅拌均匀,冷却至室温即可。与现有技术相比,本发明具有饮料的酸甜口感,又具有菠菜的营养价值,还能够补锌和补充氨基酸,既有利于少年儿童的健康,又能满足少年儿童的口味需求。

本发明涉及食品生产领域,具体涉及一种蜂蜜菠菜饮料的制备方法。
背景技术
现在市面上的饮料多以碳酸饮料和果汁饮料为主,因其酸甜可口而深受少年儿童的喜爱,但是该类型的饮料大多添加了色素和各种添加剂,喝多了会影响身体健康。同时,少年儿童普遍存在挑食的情况,由于口味偏好或者身体原因只倾向于吃某几种食物,很多儿童表现在不爱吃蔬菜,如果长期挑食,加上喜欢喝饮料,可能会引起身体肥胖或者营养不良。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种蜂蜜菠菜饮料的制备方法,以解决现有的饮料喝多了不利于少年儿童的身心健康问题。
为了实现上述的目的,采用如下的技术方案。一种蜂蜜菠菜饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1将菠菜洗干净后沥干,然后放入榨汁机中榨汁,过滤取菠菜汁,将滤渣重新倒入榨汁机中,倒入少量清水再次榨汁,过滤取菠菜汁,将两次菠菜汁混合;
S2将菠菜汁加入少量清水中煮沸5min,降温至80℃并加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀成浆;
S3加入凉开水降温至30℃,边搅拌边加入氨基酸、柠檬酸和葡萄糖酸锌,搅拌均匀,冷却至室温即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有饮料的酸甜口感,又具有菠菜的营养价值,还能够补锌和补充氨基酸,既有利于少年儿童的健康,又能满足少年儿童的口味需求。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例 蜂蜜菠菜饮料的制备包括以下步骤:
1、选取优质菠菜,去根,清洗干净后沥干,切小后倒入榨汁机中榨汁2min,过滤取菠菜汁,将滤渣重新倒入榨汁机中,倒入少量清水,再次榨汁4min,过滤去菠菜汁,将两次菠菜汁混合;
2、将菠菜汁加入少量清水中煮沸5min,降温至80℃并加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀成浆;
3、加入常温的凉开水降温至30℃,边搅拌边加入氨基酸、柠檬酸和葡萄糖酸锌,搅拌均匀,冷却至室温即可食用。

S1将菠菜洗干净后沥干,然后放入榨汁机中榨汁,过滤取菠菜汁,将滤渣重新倒入榨汁机中,倒入少量清水再次榨汁,过滤取菠菜汁,将两次菠菜汁混合;
S2将菠菜汁加入少量清水中煮沸5min,降温至80℃并加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀成浆;
