本发明公开了一种汽车尾气清洁剂及其制备方法,包括以下重量份的组分:甲醇80.00‑90.00份、硝酸异丙酯1.50‑2.00份、油酸1.00‑1.50份、高碳脂肪醇1.50‑1.80份、丙二醇1.30‑1.60份、正十二烷醇1.30‑1.80份、二甲苯1.50‑2.00份、聚醚胺3.00‑4.00份、聚异丁烯胺2.00‑2.50份。本产品能够清洁油路,并将积碳从燃烧室清理下来,积碳在汽油燃烧过程中燃烧掉,从而降低排放,使尾气达标。本发明原料易得,制备简单,生产成本低,能够加入汽油中使用,也可以直接替代汽油使用,具有良好的社会和经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车清洗剂技术领域,特别涉及一种汽车尾气清洁剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽车尾气是汽车使用时产生的废气,含有上百种不同的化合物,其中的污染物有固体悬浮微粒、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物、铅及硫氧化合物等。尾气在直接危害人体健康的同时,还会对人类生活的环境产生深远影响。尾气中的二氧化硫具有强烈的刺激气味,达到一定浓度时容易导致“酸雨”的发生,造成土壤和水源酸化,影响农作物和森林的生长。因此治理尾气中污染物的排放具有重要意义。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种汽车尾气清洁剂及其制备方法,能够有效清除积碳,养护清洁发动机,降低排放的效果。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种汽车尾气清洁剂,包括以下重量份的组分:甲醇80.00-90.00份、硝酸异丙酯1.50-2.00份、油酸1.00-1.50份、高碳脂肪醇1.50-1.80份、丙二醇1.30-1.60份、正十二烷醇1.30-1.80份、二甲苯1.50-2.00份、聚醚胺3.00-4.00份、聚异丁烯胺2.00-2.50份。
优选的,汽车尾气清洁剂,包括以下重量份的组分:甲醇85.00份、硝酸异丙酯1.60份、油酸1.20份、高碳脂肪醇1.60份、丙二醇1.45份、正十二烷醇1.48份、二甲苯1.80份、聚醚胺3.51份、聚异丁烯胺2.36份。
高碳脂肪醇的碳原子数大于9。
一种汽车尾气清洁剂的制备方法,按重量份称取各组分,搅拌混合均匀,过滤,罐装。
过滤为过200目筛。
本发明有益效果:
本产品能够清洁油路,并将积碳从燃烧室清理下来,积碳在汽油燃烧过程中燃烧掉,从而降低排放,使尾气达标。本发明原料易得,制备简单,生产成本低,能够加入汽油中使用,也可以直接替代汽油使用,具有良好的社会和经济效益。各组分的具有优点如下:
(1)硝酸异丙酯主要起助溶、助燃和乳化的作用,能够促进其它成分溶解在甲醇中,并提高热值;
(2)油酸、高碳脂肪醇、聚醚胺和聚异丁烯胺配合使用,利用成分之间的协同作用,能够清洁油路,清理积碳,起到润滑和洗涤的作用;
(3)丙二醇主要是起到润滑的作用;
(4)甲醇的热值为4000-5000大卡,热值不高,加入正十二烷醇和二甲苯(约10400大卡),能够提高辛烷值,提高热值,弥补甲醇热值不足的问题,从而提高汽车动力。

实施例1
一种汽车尾气清洁剂,包括以下重量份的组分:甲醇85.00份、硝酸异丙酯1.60份、油酸1.20份、高碳脂肪醇(碳原子数大于9)1.60份、丙二醇1.45份、正十二烷醇1.48份、二甲苯1.80份、聚醚胺3.51份、聚异丁烯胺2.36份。
汽车尾气清洁剂的制备方法,按重量份称取各组分,并搅拌混合均匀,过200目筛,罐装。
实施例2
一种汽车尾气清洁剂,包括以下重量份的组分:甲醇80.00份、硝酸异丙酯1.50份、油酸1.50份、高碳脂肪醇1.80份、丙二醇1.60份、正十二烷醇1.30份、二甲苯1.50份、聚醚胺3.00份、聚异丁烯胺2.00份。

应用
将本发明添加剂(实施例1)应用于尾气排放不达标的汽车,连续使用一个月后,车辆尾气排放达标,说明本发明的添加剂具有良好的尾气清洁效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车尾气清洁剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:甲醇85.00份、硝酸异丙酯1.60份、油酸1.20份、高碳脂肪醇1.60份、丙二醇1.45份、正十二烷醇1.48份、二甲苯1.80份、聚醚胺3.51份、聚异丁烯胺2.36份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车尾气清洁剂,其特征在于,所述高碳脂肪醇的碳原子数大于9。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一项所述汽车尾气清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,按重量份称取各组分,搅拌混合均匀,过滤,罐装。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,过滤为过200目筛。
