本发明涉及拉链膜制造技术领域,具体涉及一种PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜、涂布工艺及其应用。
背景技术
拉链是人们日常生活中经常用到的一种产品,在箱包、服装、鞋子的接口或者封口处经常使用。传统拉链的拉链头及链齿大多采用金属、塑料等材料制成,这些拉链本身不具备防水功能,在雨水天气常常给使用者带来诸多不便。
为了克服这一问题,业界设计开发了具有防水功能的拉链,在拉链表面涂上一层PU树脂,或者使用高温热压的方式附着上一层PU薄膜。例如公开号为205390571U的中国实用新型专利,公开了一种耐高温耐磨TPU薄膜防水拉链,该产品一条边上设有TPU弹性座体,另一条边带上设有TPU弹性片,该产品实现了防水的效果,但TPU薄膜由于其耐老化性、耐候性、耐水解性、耐酸碱性较差,在用户使用过程中容易出现拉链使用寿命缩短、变硬、变脆等不良体验。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对上述问题提供一种PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜,该拉链膜易加工、可后成型、耐候性好、耐水解、耐高低温、色牢固好、易清洁。
本发明的目的还在于,提供一种该PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜的涂布工艺,制备工艺简单、生产效率高。
本发明的目的还在于,提供一种PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜的应用,所制得的PU贴合硅橡胶的防水拉链防水性能好,成本低,使用寿命长。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜,其包括经过处理的PU薄膜和硅橡胶层,该PU薄膜贴合于该硅橡胶层上;
按质量份数算,该硅橡胶层由以下原料组成:乙烯基硅橡胶A组分100-120份、乙烯基硅橡胶B组分100-120份、色膏颜料10-30份、硅烷偶联剂3-10份、低粘度羟基硅油3-10份和聚醚改性含氢硅油1-3份。
所述PU薄膜表面附着有自制PU处理剂,所述自制PU处理剂为单组分聚氨酯改性聚硅氧烷处理剂;
该PU薄膜的厚度为0.03-0.06mm。

所述步骤一中,将自制PU处理剂通过喷涂的方式附着到PU薄膜表面,并传送至隧道炉烤箱,于60-100℃的温度下烘烤30-60分钟。
所述步骤二中,将乙烯基硅橡胶A组分100-120份、乙烯基硅橡胶B组分100-120份、色膏颜料10-30份、硅烷偶联剂3-10份、低粘度羟基硅油3-10份、聚醚改性含氢硅油1-3份投入到行星分散机中,通冷却水,打开真空设备,分散搅拌10分钟。

所述步骤一中,将自制PU处理剂通过喷涂的方式附着到PU薄膜表面,并传送至隧道炉烤箱,于60℃的温度下烘烤30分钟。
所述步骤二中,将乙烯基硅橡胶A组分100份、乙烯基硅橡胶B组分100份、色膏颜料10份、硅烷偶联剂3份、低粘度羟基硅油3份、聚醚改性含氢硅油1份投入到行星分散机中,通冷却水,打开真空设备,分散搅拌10分钟。
所述步骤三中,将步骤二制得的硅橡胶原料涂覆于离型纸上,并与经过处理的PU薄膜强力贴合,然后传送至隧道炉,在100℃的温度下硫化5分钟,将离型纸剥离,得到PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜。
一种前述PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜的应用,将该PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜表面涂刷一层快干型热熔胶,在密闭烤箱中用80℃温度烘烤5分钟,剪裁后定位到拉链上,再在130℃温度下热压到拉链上,形成PU贴合硅橡胶的防水拉链。
后涂刷热熔胶优势在于可根据拉链的基材对应选择不同类型的热熔胶,压烫后的粘接牢固度好。
PU与拉链通过热压的方式粘接在一起,操作简便,生产效率高,产品合格率高,产品拥有硅橡胶耐老化、耐候、耐水解、使用寿命长等优点。
本发明工艺简单,成本低,生产效率高,拉链膜易加工、可后成型、耐候性好、耐水解、耐高低温、色牢固好、易清洁,所制得的PU贴合硅橡胶的防水拉链防水性能好,成本低,使用寿命长。
实施例2,本实施例公开了一种PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜,其包括经过处理的PU薄膜和硅橡胶层,该PU薄膜贴合于该硅橡胶层上;
按质量份数算,该硅橡胶层由以下原料组成:乙烯基硅橡胶A组分120份、乙烯基硅橡胶B组分120份、色膏颜料30份、硅烷偶联剂10份、低粘度羟基硅油10份和聚醚改性含氢硅油3份。
所述PU薄膜表面附着有自制PU处理剂,所述自制PU处理剂为单组分聚氨酯改性聚硅氧烷处理剂;
该PU薄膜的厚度为0.03-0.06mm。
所述乙烯基硅橡胶A组分为乙烯基硅橡胶基胶和铂金催化剂,所述乙烯基硅橡胶B组分为乙烯基硅橡胶基胶、含氢硅油和抑制剂。
所述硅橡胶层成型后硬度为30-50A;该硅橡胶层的涂布厚度为0.05-0.2mm。
所述硅烷偶联剂为KH-560、KH-570、A-151、甲基三乙氧基硅烷、正硅酸甲酯、正硅酸乙酯、正硅酸丙酯的一种或两种以上混合物。

该PU薄膜的厚度为0.03-0.06mm。

所述步骤三中,将步骤二制得的硅橡胶原料涂覆于离型纸上,并与经过处理的PU薄膜强力贴合,然后传送至隧道炉,在120℃的温度下硫化7.5分钟,将离型纸剥离,得到PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜。
一种前述PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜的应用,将该PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜表面涂刷一层快干型热熔胶,在密闭烤箱中用90℃温度烘烤5分钟,剪裁后定位到拉链上,再在140℃温度下热压到拉链上,形成PU贴合硅橡胶的防水拉链。

1.一种PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜,其特征在于,其包括经过处理的PU薄膜和硅橡胶层,该PU薄膜贴合于该硅橡胶层上;
按质量份数算,该硅橡胶层由以下原料组成:乙烯基硅橡胶A组分100-120份、乙烯基硅橡胶B组分100-120份、色膏颜料10-30份、硅烷偶联剂3-10份、低粘度羟基硅油3-10份和聚醚改性含氢硅油1-3份;
所述乙烯基硅橡胶A组分为乙烯基硅橡胶基胶和铂金催化剂,所述乙烯基硅橡胶B组分为乙烯基硅橡胶基胶、含氢硅油和抑制剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜,其特征在于,所述PU薄膜表面附着有自制PU处理剂,所述自制PU处理剂为单组分聚氨酯改性聚硅氧烷处理剂;
该PU薄膜的厚度为0.03-0.06mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜,其特征在于,所述硅橡胶层成型后硬度为30-50A;该硅橡胶层的涂布厚度为0.05-0.2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂为KH-560、KH-570、A-151、甲基三乙氧基硅烷、正硅酸甲酯、正硅酸乙酯、正硅酸丙酯的一种或两种以上混合物。
5.一种权利要求1所述PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜的涂布工艺,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
步骤一、PU薄膜的预处理;
步骤二、硅橡胶的配制;
步骤三、PU薄膜贴合硅橡胶层的涂布,制得PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜。
6.根据权利要求5所述的PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜的涂布工艺,其特征在于,步骤一中,将自制PU处理剂通过喷涂的方式附着到PU薄膜表面,并传送至隧道炉烤箱,于60-100℃的温度下烘烤30-60分钟。
7.根据权利要求6所述的PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜的涂布工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤二中,将乙烯基硅橡胶A组分100-120份、乙烯基硅橡胶B组分100-120份、色膏颜料10-30份、硅烷偶联剂3-10份、低粘度羟基硅油3-10份、聚醚改性含氢硅油1-3份投入到行星分散机中,通冷却水,打开真空设备,分散搅拌10分钟。
8.根据权利要求7所述的PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜的涂布工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤三中,将步骤二制得的硅橡胶原料涂覆于离型纸上,并与经过处理的PU薄膜强力贴合,然后传送至隧道炉,在100-140℃的温度下硫化5-10分钟,将离型纸剥离,得到PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜。
9.一种通过权利要求5所述PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜的涂布工艺所制得PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜的应用,其特征在于,将该PU贴合硅橡胶拉链膜表面涂刷一层快干型热熔胶,在密闭烤箱中用80-100℃温度烘烤5分钟,剪裁后定位到拉链上,再在130-150℃温度下热压到拉链上,形成PU贴合硅橡胶的防水拉链。
