Abstract
本发明公开了一种可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜,包括硅橡胶薄膜层、聚硅氧烷共聚物层和聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材,聚硅氧烷共聚物层涂覆在聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材表面,硅橡胶薄膜层附着在聚硅氧烷共聚物层上。本发明还公开了可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜的生产设备及其制备方法。本发明融合了聚氨酯弹性体和有机硅橡胶两种材料各自性能优点,采用有机硅嵌段共聚合的方式,以硫化硅橡胶化合物及聚硅氧烷共聚物层在聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材上形成的可热合的有机硅弹性体,消除了各单一聚合物薄膜组分性能上的缺点,获得综合性能互补的聚合物合金。

技术领域
本发明涉及可热合薄膜技术领域,尤其是一种可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜及其生产设备和制备方法。
背景技术
目前,国内外可热合的薄膜是以PVC塑料为主,还有一些是高分子弹性材料,前者因材质自身缺陷,不耐老化,不耐高温,弯曲性差灯。且在其生产与使用过程中会产生有害物质,污染环境,而后者弹性体材料薄膜在性能上优于 PVC塑料类薄膜,节能环保,但造价高,质地偏硬,延展性差,使用久了容易龟裂,发生黄变褪色,还有“折蜡”现象。而作为环保性更优越,性能极好的硅橡胶薄膜,因为是单一硫化的材料,一旦发生交联就不可以“热合”,在应用上受限,且单一膜材不耐磨,抗撕裂性差,拉伸强度低,一般贴合作业,靠处理剂及胶水,浪费资源人力。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明解决的技术问题在于提供一种可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜及其制备方法,融合了聚氨酯弹性体和有机硅橡胶两种材料各自性能优点,采用有机硅嵌段共聚合的方式,以硫化硅橡胶化合物及聚硅氧烷共聚物层在聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材上形成的可热合的有机硅弹性体,消除了各单一聚合物薄膜组分性能上的缺点,获得综合性能互补的聚合物合金。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜,包括硅橡胶薄膜层、聚硅氧烷共聚物层和聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材,所述聚硅氧烷共聚物层涂覆在所述聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材表面,所述硅橡胶薄膜层附着在所述聚硅氧烷共聚物层上。硅橡胶弹性体薄膜的总体厚度为0.2~1.5mm
一种可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜的生产设备,包括基材放卷装置、压延机、送料装置、分段硫化槽和卷料设备。基材放卷装置、压延机、送料装置、分段硫化槽和卷料设备之间依次通过传送带连接。
进一步地,基材放卷装置用于将经前处理的聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材放置到传送带上,本实施例中的压延机为5辊压延机,分段硫化槽包括4段硫化槽,每段硫化槽之间的温度差控制为±5℃,卷料设备包括保护膜滚筒和离型纸滚筒,保护膜滚筒用于将保护膜贴附到中间的薄膜上,离型纸滚筒用于将离型纸附着到中间的薄膜上。
此外,作为上述方案的进一步改进,本发明还可用涂布设备代替压延机,涂布设备为刮刀式涂布设备,用于将液态加成型硅橡胶混合物涂覆到基材上。
另外,利用上述生产设备,可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,制备固态的硅橡胶混合物:将硅橡胶生胶与第一助剂按照配比混合加工得到混炼胶,再经高温硫化得到固态的硅橡胶混合物;
S2,制备液态加成型硅橡胶混合物:将基胶和第二助剂按照配比混合后充分搅拌,抽真空备用;
S3,聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材的表面接枝处理:将聚硅氧烷共聚物层涂覆于聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材上,经干燥后收卷待用;
S4,制备涂胶:利用压延机将所述固态的硅橡胶混合物制成表面光滑的硅橡胶薄膜层,并通过上下复合辊将步骤S3的得到的所述聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材与所述硅橡胶薄膜层压贴复合完成出片,得到初步复合涂胶薄膜;
S5,制备涂层:利用涂布设备将步骤S2得到的所述液态加成型硅橡胶混合物涂覆于步骤S3的得到的所述聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材上,通过上下两层涂料贴合辊,得到初步复合涂层薄膜;
S6,硫化,将所述初步复合涂胶薄膜或所述初步复合涂层薄膜通过送料装置送到硫化槽进行分段控温加热硫化,并控制复合成型时间,得到硫化硅橡胶弹性体薄膜。
S7,收卷,将所述硫化硅橡胶弹性体薄膜上下面分别覆盖保护膜和离型纸,并通过卷料设备收卷得到硅橡胶弹性体薄膜的卷材。
优选地,步骤S1中,所述第一助剂包括补强填料、交联剂、催化剂、抑制剂和着色剂。
优选地,步骤S2中,所述第二助剂包括填料、交联剂、催化剂、抑制剂和添加剂。
优选地,步骤S4中,所述初步复合涂胶薄膜的厚度为0.08~1.3mm,步骤 S5中所述初步复合涂层薄膜的厚度为0.02~1.5mm。
优选地,步骤S6中,所述复合成型时间为3~10min,所述初步复合涂胶薄膜的“硫化槽进行分段控温加热”的控制温度依次为130℃、135℃、140℃、 145℃,所述初步复合涂层薄膜的“硫化槽进行分段控温加热”的控制温度依次为110℃、115℃、120℃、125℃。
优选地,步骤S3中,所述聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材的厚度为0.04~0.1mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:以硫化硅橡胶接枝在热塑性聚氨酯弹性体薄膜(TPU)基材上的共聚物薄膜,利用硅橡胶的改性来强化或突出薄膜的各种性能,利用弹性体薄膜优良的耐候性,耐磨损性,同时,通过硅橡胶的表面富集性和憎水性,使其具有优良的耐高低温又有较高的硬度,承载能力强,抗冲击性能突出,抗水解和耐化学性能优,耐油,耐霉菌,无毒,生理惰性,可与人体皮肤长期接触不会引起刺激,耐腐蚀性强,抗辐射,消除了各单一聚合物薄膜组分性能上的缺点,获得综合性能互补的聚合物合金;
良好的热合性能:利用硅橡胶弹性体薄膜内测的聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材,可以与一般的工程塑料进行普通的加热工艺,进行热合,不需要胶水、胶黏剂等人工涂胶工序,拓宽了材料的应用范围,使用普遍热合设备就可以完成与工程塑料如:PC,ABS,PA,PVC等具有优异的热粘结性,有利于加工,很好的解决了硅橡胶不能“热合”的难题;
除具有热塑性薄膜通常各种性能,包括热合性,拉伸强度,耐磨性,透明性,阻断性能外,原材料容易获得,制备方法简单,并且可连续生产,效率高,无污染,利用性好。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例一
参见图1为该可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜的结构示意图,可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜10包括硅橡胶薄膜层11、聚硅氧烷共聚物层12和聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材13,聚硅氧烷共聚物层涂覆在聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材表面,硅橡胶薄膜层附着在聚硅氧烷共聚物层上。
聚硅氧烷共聚物层12为嫁接剂,聚硅氧烷共聚物层12通过辊涂或手工涂覆在聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材13表面,在常温或加热的环境下暴露在空气中,溶剂挥发后,形成一层硅胶薄膜,牢固的粘结在所附着的基材表面,便于硅橡胶薄膜层的粘结并提高结合力。

由表1可知,相比硅橡胶薄膜和聚氨酯弹性体薄膜,本发明的可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜具有更加良好的物理机械性能,并且还具有较好的耐水性和热氧化稳定性,在-40℃~150℃的温度下可以保持橡胶特性,利用内侧的聚氨酯弹性体薄膜层13,可以与一般的工程塑料进行普通的加热工艺,进行热合,不需要胶水、胶黏剂等人工涂胶工序,便于加工。
参见图2为本发明可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜的收卷结构,从上至下依次为保护膜20、硅橡胶弹性体薄膜10和离型纸30,保护膜的材料为PE、PS或PET。
实施例二
参见图3为一种可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜的生产设备,包括基材放卷装置1、压延机2、送料装置3、分段硫化槽4和卷料设备5。基材放卷装置1、压延机2、送料装置3、分段硫化槽4和卷料设备5之间依次通过传送带6连接。
具体地,基材放卷装置1用于将经前处理的聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材13放置到传送带6上,本实施例中的压延机为5辊压延机,分段硫化槽包括4段硫化槽,每段硫化槽4之间的温度差控制为±5℃,卷料设备5包括保护膜滚筒51 和离型纸滚筒52,保护膜滚筒51用于将保护膜贴附到中间的薄膜上,离型纸滚筒52用于将离型纸附着到中间的薄膜上。
实施例三
参见图4,本发明为一种可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜的生产设备,与实施例一的区别在于,用涂布设备7代替压延机2,涂布设备为刮刀式涂布设备,用于将液态加成型硅橡胶混合物涂覆到基材上。
实施例四
利用实施例二的生产设备,一种可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
首先,原材料前处理:制备固态的硅橡胶混合物:将硅橡胶生胶与第一助剂按照配比混合加工得到混炼胶,再经高温硫化得到固态的硅橡胶混合物。
第一助剂包括补强填料、交联剂、催化剂、抑制剂和着色剂,补强填料可以为二氧化硅微粉、硅藻土、碳酸钙、石英粉、硅酸锆、氧化锌、钛白粉、净化处理后的高岭土和陶土等中的任意一种。交联剂可以为多乙烯基聚氧烷、甲基含氢聚硅氧烷等中的任意一种。催化剂分为过氧化型和氯铂酸型,过氧化型催化剂可以为2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酸或过氧化苯甲酸,氯铂酸型催化剂可以为双封头-Pt催化剂或异丙醇-Pt催化剂。抑制剂可以为二元醇、二有机基环硅醚、二有机基硅二醇、烷氧基硅烷,低摩尔质量的羟基硅油、含Si-N键的有机硅化合物和含Si-O-N键的有机硅化合物等其中的任意一种。着色剂为色胶或色浆。
本实施例中,硅橡胶生胶与第一助剂的按以下重量份数混合:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶生胶100,双-2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰1~2,环硅氧烷5~12,气相法白炭黑40~60,多乙烯基硅氧烷1.5~3,着色剂0.1~0.3。
聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材的表面接枝处理:将聚硅氧烷共聚物层涂覆于聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材上,经干燥后收卷待用;
本实施例中,制备该聚硅氧烷共聚物层的原料的组成并以重量份数计为:聚二甲基硅氧烷30,改性有机硅树脂20,硅烷偶联剂30,有机硅烷助剂10,甲苯55~82,正庚烷30,钛酸值-矽烷偶联剂30,正矽酸乙酯30,
第二步,制备涂胶:利用压延机将固态的硅橡胶混合物制成表面光滑的硅橡胶薄膜层,并通过上下复合辊将步骤S3的得到的聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材与硅橡胶薄膜层压贴复合完成出片,得到初步复合涂胶薄膜。
在此过程中,固态的硅橡胶混合物在压延机辊筒的挤压作用下发生塑性流动变形,压延时,硅橡胶混合物在辊筒表面旋转摩擦力作用下被带入辊钜,受挤压和剪切作用发生塑性流动变形将胶料支撑具有一定厚度和几何形状的表面光滑的胶膜,将胶膜附着于聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材表面制成薄膜。压延的速度瘀斑在1.5~3m/min,在压延出片时,压出的上下辊之间应保持适量存胶,以消除气泡,本发明的压延机为五辊压延机,能保证胶料内部密实,无气泡,粘接性强,贴合牢固,表面光滑无褶皱。
第三步,硫化,将初步复合涂胶薄膜通过送料装置送到硫化槽进行分段控温加热硫化,并控制复合成型时间,得到硫化硅橡胶弹性体薄膜。
第四步,收卷,将硫化硅橡胶弹性体薄膜上下面分别覆盖保护膜和离型纸,并通过卷料设备收卷得到硅橡胶弹性体薄膜的卷材。
其中,初步复合涂胶薄膜的厚度为0.08~1.3mm,复合成型时间为3~10min,硫化槽进行分段控温加热,每段硫化槽的控制温度依次为130℃、135℃、140℃、 145℃,每段硫化槽的长度为2m。聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材的厚度为0.04~0.1mm。
实施例五
利用实施例三的生产设备,一种可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
首先,原材料前处理:制备液态加成型硅橡胶混合物:将基胶和第二助剂按照配比混合后充分搅拌,抽真空备用;
聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材的表面接枝处理:将聚硅氧烷共聚物层涂覆于聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材上,经干燥后收卷待用;
第二步,制备涂层:利用涂布设备将步骤S2得到的液态加成型硅橡胶混合物涂覆于步骤S3的得到的聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材上,通过上下两层涂料贴合辊,得到初步复合涂层薄膜;
第三步,硫化,将初步复合涂层薄膜通过送料装置送到硫化槽进行分段控温加热硫化,并控制复合成型时间,得到硫化硅橡胶弹性体薄膜。
第四步,收卷,将硫化硅橡胶弹性体薄膜上下面分别覆盖保护膜和离型纸,并通过卷料设备收卷得到硅橡胶弹性体薄膜的卷材。
其中,基胶为乙烯基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷,第二助剂包括填料、交联剂、催化剂、抑制剂和添加剂。填料可以选择气相法白炭黑、碳酸钙、二氧化钛或二甲基硅树脂中的一种,交联剂可以选择甲基含氢聚硅氧烷、甲基含氢硅油或环状的含氢聚硅氧烷中的一种。催化剂通常采用活性较高、能溶于有机硅氧烷的氯铂酸络合物、氯铂酸的烯烃络合物、四氢呋喃络合物、乙烯基硅氧烷络合物、双封头-Pt催化剂或邻苯二甲酸二乙酯-Pt络合物。抑制剂是为了调节硫化速度和延长使用时间,如:炔醇类化合物、睛类化合物、有机过氧化物。添加剂是根据对硅橡胶薄膜性能的要求,在胶料中加入相应的色浆、增黏剂或耐热添加剂等。
本实施例中,基胶和第二助剂分别按以下重量份数混合:聚二甲基硅氧烷 100,气相法白炭黑30,含氢硅油3,2%的双封头-Pt催化剂0.5。基胶和第二助剂还可移按以下质量百分比混合:聚二甲基硅氧烷30%,气相法白炭黑15%,表面改性剂1%,醇酸改性硅树脂5%,乙烯基聚硅氧烷5%,Pt-催化剂0.03%,抑制剂0.01%,含SiOH基交联剂10%,色浆0~10%。
初步复合涂层薄膜的厚度为0.02~1.5mm。复合成型时间为3~10min,硫化槽进行分段控温加热,每段硫化槽的控制温度依次为110℃、115℃、120℃、 125℃,每段硫化槽的长度为2m。聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材的厚度为0.04~0.1mm。
本发明可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜在保持薄膜的原始状态,通过加热设备,比如热合机,高周波机,封口机,薄膜焊接机等,通过设计任意形状的薄膜制备任意形状的中空管、中空网状结构支架、中空袋类或中空充气玩具类制品。

1.一种可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜,其特征在于,包括硅橡胶薄膜层、聚硅氧烷共聚物层和聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材,聚硅氧烷共聚物层涂覆在聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材表面,硅橡胶薄膜层附着在聚硅氧烷共聚物层上。
2.一种可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜的生产设备,其特征在于,包括基材放卷装置、压延机、送料装置、分段硫化槽和卷料设备,所述的基材放卷装置、压延机、送料装置、分段硫化槽和卷料设备之间依次通过传送带连接;所述基材放卷装置用于将聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材放置到传送带上,所述卷料设备包括保护膜滚筒和离型纸滚筒,保护膜滚筒用于将保护膜贴附到中间的硅橡胶弹性体薄膜上,离型纸滚筒用于将离型纸附着到中间的硅橡胶弹性体薄膜上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜的生产设备,其特征在于,所述压延机为5辊压延机,所述分段硫化槽包括4段硫化槽,每段所述硫化槽之间的温度差控制为±5℃。
4.一种可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜的生产设备,其特征在于,包括权利要求2或3所述的放卷装置、送料装置、分段硫化槽和卷料设备,还包括涂布设备,所述的基材放卷装置、涂布设备、送料装置、分段硫化槽和卷料设备之间依次通过传送带连接。
5.一种可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜及其制备方法,其特征在于,利用权利要求2~3任意一项所述的可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜的生产设备,包括以下步骤:
S1,制备固态的硅橡胶混合物:将硅橡胶生胶与第一助剂按照配比混合加工得到混炼胶,再经高温硫化得到固态的硅橡胶混合物;
S2,制备液态加成型硅橡胶混合物:将基胶和第二助剂按照配比混合后充分搅拌,抽真空备用;
S3,聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材的表面接枝处理:将聚硅氧烷共聚物层涂覆于聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材上,经干燥后收卷待用;
S4,制备涂胶:利用压延机将所述固态的硅橡胶混合物制成表面光滑的硅橡胶薄膜层,并通过上下复合辊将步骤S3的得到的所述聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材与所述硅橡胶薄膜层压贴复合完成出片,得到初步复合涂胶薄膜;
S5,制备涂层:利用涂布设备将步骤S2得到的所述液态加成型硅橡胶混合物涂覆于步骤S3的得到的所述聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材上,通过上下两层涂料贴合辊,得到初步复合涂层薄膜;
S6,硫化,将所述初步复合涂胶薄膜或所述初步复合涂层薄膜通过送料装置送到硫化槽进行分段控温加热硫化,并控制复合成型时间,得到硫化硅橡胶弹性体薄膜;
S7,收卷,将所述硫化硅橡胶弹性体薄膜上下面分别覆盖保护膜和离型纸,并通过卷料设备收卷得到硅橡胶弹性体薄膜的卷材。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第一助剂包括补强填料、交联剂、催化剂、抑制剂和着色剂。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤S2中,所述第二助剂包括填料、交联剂、催化剂、抑制剂和添加剂。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤S3中,所述聚氨酯弹性体薄膜基材的厚度为0.04~0.1mm。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤S4中,所述初步复合涂胶薄膜的厚度为0.08~1.3mm,步骤S5中所述初步复合涂层薄膜的厚度为0.02~1.5mm。
10.根据权利要求5所述的一种可热合硅橡胶弹性体薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤S6中,所述复合成型时间为3~10min,所述初步复合涂胶薄膜在硫化槽中进行分段控温加热的控制温度依次为130℃、135℃、140℃、145℃,所述初步复合涂层薄膜在硫化槽进行分段控温加热的控制温度依次为110℃、115℃、120℃、125℃。
