本发明提供了一种有机硅膜防水拉链及其制备方法,防水拉链包括拉链布带;及依次设置在拉链布带表面的聚硫橡胶底胶层、有机硅胶黏剂层和有机硅防水膜;所述有机硅防水膜包括质量比为80~120:5~25:2~8:1~6:0.1~4:0.1~0.5的硅橡胶、白炭黑、甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷、硅烷偶联剂和二月桂酸二丁基锡。本发明通过采用上述质量比的有机硅防水膜使得防水拉链抗污易清洗,且耐高温熨烫性能好。该拉链撞色搭配使用时无颜色移染现象。防水拉链的防污性等级为3~4级;180℃下不垫布直接熨烫30秒,防水拉链有机硅防水膜无褶皱,外观无明显变化;拉合轻滑度为5.85~5.99N;负荷拉次≥600。

一种有机硅膜防水拉链及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明属于拉链技术领域,尤其涉及一种有机硅膜防水拉链及其制作方法。
背景技术
目前防水拉链是常规普通拉链不断发展衍生出来的一个分支,具体是常规拉链经过一些防水措施处理制得的表面可防水的特殊拉链。常用的防水处理手段包括:贴PVC薄膜,贴TPU薄膜,防水剂浸泡,涂层防水拉链等。
其中贴TPU薄膜防水拉链是防水拉链的高端系列产品,这种是目前防水拉链使用推广的一种。但由于TPU材质其自身性质所限,TPU贴膜防水拉链存在易沾污且污渍难清洗、耐高温熨烫性能差及撞色搭配使用时颜色易移染等缺陷,这些缺陷严重影响TPU薄膜防水拉链的推广使用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种有机硅膜防水拉链及其制作方法,该防水拉链抗污易清洗,且耐高温熨烫性能好。
本发明提供了一种有机硅膜防水拉链,包括拉链布带;
及依次设置在拉链布带表面的聚硫橡胶底胶层、有机硅胶黏剂层和有机硅防水膜;
所述有机硅防水膜包括质量比为80~120:5~25:2~8:1~6:0.1~4:0.1~0.5的硅橡胶、白炭黑、甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷、硅烷偶联剂和二月桂酸二丁基锡。
优选地,所述聚硫橡胶底胶层包括20~40:10~25:0.1~5:1~10:1~5:1~4:0.1~0.5:25~45的液态聚硫化物、氯丁橡胶、环氧大豆油、白炭黑、钛白粉、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、环己烷1,2-二甲酸二异壬基酯和甲苯。
优选地,所述有机硅胶黏剂层包括质量比为85~110:2~10:0.1~1.0的二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷-苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物、甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷和二丁氧基硅烷二丁基锡。
优选地,所述硅橡胶选自型号107#硅橡胶;所述硅烷偶联剂选自KH-550偶联剂。
优选地,所述拉链布带为涤纶丝织带。
优选地,所述有机硅防水膜的厚度为5~20丝。
本发明提供了一种有机硅膜防水拉链的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
a)将质量比为80~120:5~25:2~8:1~6:0.1~4:0.1~0.5的硅橡胶、白炭黑、甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷、硅烷偶联剂和二月桂酸二丁基锡混合,得到涂布液;将所述涂布液涂布,固化,得到有机硅防水膜;
b)将拉链布带的正面和/或反面刮涂聚硫橡胶底胶,固化后再刮涂有机硅胶黏剂,固化,再将所述有机硅防水膜贴合到有机硅胶黏剂层上,烘烤,冷却得到防水拉链。
优选地,所述步骤a)中固化的温度为90~120℃,固化的时间为5~10min。
优选地,所述步骤b)中聚硫橡胶底胶固化的温度为90~120℃,时间为6~18min;
有机硅胶黏剂固化的温度为30~50℃;时间为3~10min。
优选地,所述烘烤的温度为90~120℃;烘烤的时间为8~20min。

在本发明中,所述有机硅防水膜包括质量比为80~120:5~25:2~8:1~6:0.1~4:0.1~0.5的硅橡胶、白炭黑、甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷、硅烷偶联剂和二月桂酸二丁基锡。本发明通过采用上述质量比的组分制得的有机硅防水膜,使得防水拉链抗污易清洗,还耐高温熨烫性能好。所述硅橡胶优选选自型号107#硅橡胶;所述硅烷偶联剂选自KH-550偶联剂。所述有机硅防水膜的厚度为5~20丝。在具体实施例中,所述107#硅橡胶、白炭黑、甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷、KH-550和二月硅酸二丁基锡的质量比为90:6:2:1:0.8:0.2;或85:10:5:3:2:0.35;或96:15:6:5:3:0.45。
在本发明中,所述聚硫橡胶底胶层包括20~40:10~25:0.1~5:1~10:1~5:1~4:0.1~0.5:25~45的液态聚硫化物、氯丁橡胶、环氧大豆油、白炭黑、钛白粉、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、环己烷1,2-二甲酸二异壬基酯和甲苯。上述比例的组分制得的聚硫橡胶底层与有机硅防水膜共同作用,提高防水拉链的抗污性,及耐高温熨烫性。在具体实施例中,所述聚硫橡胶底胶层的原料中液态聚硫化物、氯丁橡胶、环氧大豆油、白炭黑、钛白粉、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、环己烷1,2-二甲酸二异壬基酯和甲苯的质量比为36:24:0.8:4:1.5:3:0.7:30;或25:18:1.5:6:3:2.5:1:43;或30:13:3:8:1:3:1.2:40。
在本发明中,所述有机硅胶黏剂层包括质量比为85~110:2~10:0.1~1.0的二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷-苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物、甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷和二丁氧基硅烷二丁基锡。在本发明具体实施例中,所述有机硅胶黏剂层中二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷-苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物、甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷和二丁氧基硅烷二丁基锡的质量比为95:8:0.6;或90:9:0.4;或98:6:0.8。
本发明提供了一种有机硅膜防水拉链的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
a)将质量比为80~120:5~25:2~8:1~6:0.1~4:0.1~0.5的硅橡胶、白炭黑、甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷、硅烷偶联剂和二月桂酸二丁基锡混合,得到涂布液;将所述涂布液涂布,固化,得到有机硅防水膜;
b)将拉链布带的正面和/或反面刮涂聚硫橡胶底胶,固化后再刮涂有机硅胶黏剂,固化,再将所述有机硅防水膜贴合到有机硅胶黏剂层上,烘烤,冷却得到防水拉链。
在本发明中,所述步骤a)中固化的温度优选为90~120℃,固化的时间优选为5~10min。
在本发明中,所述步骤b)中聚硫橡胶底胶固化的温度优选为90~120℃,时间优选为6~18min;
有机硅胶黏剂固化的温度优选为30~50℃;时间优选为3~10min。
在本发明中,所述烘烤的温度优选为90~120℃;烘烤的时间优选为8~20min。
为了进一步说明本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明提供的一种有机硅膜防水拉链及其制作方法进行详细地描述,但不能将它们理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1
将表1中所示用量的的硅橡胶、白炭黑、甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷、硅烷偶联剂和二月桂酸二丁基锡混合,得到涂布液;将所述涂布液涂布,120℃固化6min,得到有机硅防水膜;
b)将拉链布带的正面和/或反面刮涂表2中所示的聚硫橡胶底胶,95℃下固化10min后再刮涂表3中所示的有机硅胶黏剂,45℃下固化5min,再将所述有机硅防水膜贴合到有机硅胶黏剂层上,烘烤,冷却得到防水拉链。

由以上实施例可知,本发明提供了一种有机硅膜防水拉链,包括拉链布带;及依次设置在拉链布带表面的聚硫橡胶底胶层、有机硅胶黏剂层和有机硅防水膜;所述有机硅防水膜包括质量比为80~120:5~25:2~8:1~6:0.1~4:0.1~0.5的硅橡胶、白炭黑、甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷、硅烷偶联剂和二月桂酸二丁基锡。本发明通过采用上述质量比的有机硅防水膜使得防水拉链抗污易清洗,且耐高温熨烫性能好。该拉链撞色搭配使用时无颜色移染现象。实验结果表明:防水拉链的防污性等级为3~4级;180℃下不垫布直接熨烫30秒,防水拉链有机硅防水膜无褶皱,外观无明显变化;拉合轻滑度为5.85~5.99N;负荷拉次≥600。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种有机硅膜防水拉链,包括拉链布带;
及依次设置在所述拉链布带表面的聚硫橡胶底胶层、有机硅胶黏剂层和有机硅防水膜;
所述有机硅防水膜包括质量比为80~120:5~25:2~8:1~6:0.1~4:0.1~0.5的硅橡胶、白炭黑、甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷、硅烷偶联剂和二月桂酸二丁基锡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有机硅膜防水拉链,其特征在于,所述聚硫橡胶底胶层包括20~40:10~25:0.1~5:1~10:1~5:1~4:0.1~0.5:25~45的液态聚硫化物、氯丁橡胶、环氧大豆油、白炭黑、钛白粉、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、环己烷1,2-二甲酸二异壬基酯和甲苯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的有机硅膜防水拉链,其特征在于,所述有机硅胶黏剂层包括质量比为85~110:2~10:0.1~1.0的二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷-苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物、甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷和二丁氧基硅烷二丁基锡。
4.根据权利要求1所述的有机硅膜防水拉链,其特征在于,所述硅橡胶选自型号107#硅橡胶;所述硅烷偶联剂选自KH-550偶联剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的有机硅膜防水拉链,其特征在于,所述拉链布带为涤纶丝织带。
6.根据权利要求1所述的有机硅膜防水拉链,其特征在于,所述有机硅防水膜的厚度为5~20丝。
7.一种有机硅膜防水拉链的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
a)将质量比为80~120:5~25:2~8:1~6:0.1~4:0.1~0.5的硅橡胶、白炭黑、甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷、硅烷偶联剂和二月桂酸二丁基锡混合,得到涂布液;将所述涂布液涂布,固化,得到有机硅防水膜;
b)将拉链布带的正面和/或反面刮涂聚硫橡胶底胶,固化后再刮涂有机硅胶黏剂,固化,再将所述有机硅防水膜贴合到有机硅胶黏剂层上,烘烤,冷却得到防水拉链。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤a)中固化的温度为90~120℃,固化的时间为5~10min。
9.根据权利要求7所述的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b)中聚硫橡胶底胶固化的温度为90~120℃,时间为6~18min;
有机硅胶黏剂固化的温度为30~50℃;时间为3~10min。
10.根据权利要求7所述的制作方法,其特征在于,所述烘烤的温度为90~120℃;烘烤的时间为8~20min。
