Abstract

本发明提供一种装饰膜结构,包括一发泡树脂层以及一保护树脂层。保护树脂层设置于发泡树脂层上且具有相对远离发泡树脂层的一立体纹路表面。本发明另外提出一种装饰膜结构的制作方法。

Description

装饰膜结构与其制作方法
技术领域
本发明是有关一种膜片结构与其制作方法,且特别是有关于一种装饰膜结构与其制作方法。
背景技术
目前,于目标产品表面包覆装饰膜材,以提供外观构件的方法包括使用湿式制程,其例如为喷漆制程。当喷涂装饰膜材于目标产品的外壳上时,会产生废气及废水,对环境影响甚巨,且不容易形成提升美感的各式立体图纹。因此,业者开发出干式制程,例如是通过转印的方式,将具有立体图纹的装饰膜材转印至目标产品的外壳上。然而,目前的转印技术,必须在转印装饰膜材至目标产品外壳后,剥除一次性使用的基材,以完成设置装饰膜材于目标产品外壳上。所以,仍会产生废料,而不具环保性。
发明内容
本发明提供一种装饰膜结构,其具有柔软弹性及立体纹路的触感,且可避免产生废料,更具环保性。
本发明提供一种装饰膜结构的制作方法,其用以制作上述的装饰膜结构。
本发明的装饰膜结构,其包括一发泡树脂层以及一保护树脂层。保护树脂层设置于发泡树脂层上,且具有相对远离发泡树脂层的一立体纹路表面。
在本发明的一实施例中,上述的装饰膜结构更包括一黏着层。黏着层设置于发泡树脂层上。发泡树脂层位于黏着层与保护树脂层之间。
在本发明的一实施例中,上述的装饰膜结构更包括一油墨层。油墨层设置于发泡树脂层上,且位于发泡树脂层与保护树脂层之间。
在本发明的一实施例中,上述的保护树脂层呈无色或有色。
本发明的装饰膜结构的制作方法,其包括以下步骤。形成一发泡树脂层。形成一液态保护树脂层于发泡树脂层上。提供一纹路基材于液态保护树脂层的一表面上,其中表面直接接触纹路基材。对纹路基材与液态保护树脂层进行一固化程序,以固化液态保护树脂层,而形成保护树脂层。移除纹路基材,暴露出保护树脂层的一立体纹路表面。
在本发明的一实施例中,上述的装饰膜结构的制作方法更包括,于形成发泡树脂层之前,形成一黏着层。
在本发明的一实施例中,上述的形成发泡树脂层的步骤包括,形成一液态树脂层于黏着层上。对液态树脂层进行一发泡程序,以形成一液态发泡树脂层。固化液态发泡树脂层,而形成发泡树脂层。
在本发明的一实施例中,上述的固化程序包括热固化或光固化。
在本发明的一实施例中,上述的装饰膜结构的制作方法更包括,在形成发泡树脂层之后,且于形成液态保护树脂层之前,形成一油墨层于发泡树脂层上。
基于上述,在本发明的装饰膜结构的制作方法中,是以纹路基材直接接触在发泡树脂层上的液态保护树脂层的表面,之后对纹路基材与液态保护树脂层进行固化程序,而形成具有立体纹路表面的保护树脂层。相较于现有技术转印装饰膜材后须剥除一次性使用的基材而言,本发明的装饰膜结构的制作方法,可简化制程,且可避免产生废料,更具环保性。通过上述方法所形成的装饰膜结构,则可以具有发泡树脂层的柔软弹性触感,并可提供使用者在视觉上的观感以及表面纹路的立体触感。

有关本发明的前述及其它技术内容、特点与功效,在以下配合参考附图的一优选实施例的详细说明中,将可清楚的呈现。以下实施例中所提到的方向用语,例如:上、下、左、右、前或后等,仅是参考附图的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用来说明并非用来限制本发明。
图1A至图1H是本发明一实施例的一种装饰膜结构的制作方法的剖面示意图。须说明的是,为求清楚表示与便于说明,对图1A至图1H中的各分层的厚度或比例被适度地放大或缩小,并不代表各分层的实际厚度或比例。请先参考图1A,在本实施例中,可选择性地先形成一黏着层130,其中此黏着层130已干燥形成薄膜态。此处,黏着层130的材料例如为丙烯酸类树脂(acrylic-based resin)、氨酯类树脂(urethane-based resin)、乙烯基类树脂(vinyl-based resin)、聚酯类树脂(polyester-based resin)、聚苯乙烯类树脂(polystyrene-based resin)、聚丙烯类树脂(polypropylene-based resin)、聚乙烯类树脂(polyethylene-based resin)或聚碳酸酯类树脂(polycarbonate-based resin),设置用以强化装饰膜结构100(请参考图1H)的黏着性。
须说明的是,由于本实施例的黏着层130为可选择性的形成,因此在其它未绘示的实施例中,也可以没有设置黏着层130。
接着,请先参考图1D,形成一发泡树脂层110。此处,发泡树脂层110是形成在黏着层130上。详细来说,本实施例形成发泡树脂层110的步骤,首先,请参考图1B,形成一液态树脂层110a于黏着层130上。此处,液态树脂层110a的材质例如是聚胺酯类树脂(polyurethane-based resin)、丙烯酸类树脂(acylic-based resin)、乙烯基类树脂(vinyl-based resin)、聚酯类树脂(polyester-based resin)。
接着,请参考图1C,对液态树脂层110a进行一发泡程序,以形成一液态发泡树脂层110b。此处,发泡程序可包括化学发泡程序或物理发泡程序。化学发泡程序包括利用液态树脂反应时产生的气体来发泡,或在液态树脂层110a中加入可因热产生大量气泡的反应型发泡剂或热分解型发泡剂。物理发泡程序包括使用机械搅拌,使空气卷入树脂、悬浮液或溶液中成为均匀的泡沫体。
然后,请参考图1D,固化液态发泡树脂层110b,而形成发泡树脂层110。
接着,请参考图1E,形成一液态保护树脂层120a于发泡树脂层110上,其中形成液态保护树脂层120a的方法包括旋转涂布法,但本发明不以此为限。此处,液态保护树脂层120a的材质例如是热硬化型树脂包含丙烯酸类树脂(acylic-based resin)、丙烯酸醇类树脂(acrylic polyol based resin)、乙烯基类树脂(vinyl-based resin)、聚酯类树脂(polyester-based resin)、环氧类树脂(epoxy-based resin)、聚氨酯类树脂(polyurethane-based resin);或光固化型树脂包含单体与寡聚体,其中单体可以是具有单官能基、双官能基或多官能基的甲基丙烯酸酯类(methacrylate-based)、丙烯酸酯类(acrylate-based)、乙烯基类(vinyl-based)、乙烯基醚类(vinyl-ether based)及环氧类(epoxy-based),而寡聚体可以是不饱和聚酯类(unsaturated polyester-based)、环氧丙烯酸酯类(epoxy acrylate-based)、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯类(polyurethane acrylate-based)、聚酯丙烯酸酯类(polyester acrylate-based)、聚醚丙烯酸酯类(polyether acrylatebased)、丙烯酸酯化聚丙烯酸树脂类(acrylated acrylic oligomer)及环氧树脂类(epoxy-based resin)。
值得一提的是,为了增加发泡树脂层110与保护树脂层120(请参考图1G)的密着性,在其它未绘示的实施例中,亦可在液态发泡树脂层110b尚未完全固化之前,即形成液态保护树脂层120a于液态发泡树脂层110b上,此仍属于本发明所欲保护的范围。
接着,请参考图1F,提供一纹路基材200于液态保护树脂层120a的一表面122上,其中表面122直接接触纹路基材200。举例而言,如图1E所示,表面122为液态保护树脂层120a相对远离发泡树脂层110的上表面,此时表面122实质上为一平坦表面。纹路基材200具有立体的纹路结构,通过将纹路基材200的立体的纹路结构直接接触液态保护树脂层120a的表面122上,可以在表面122上形成与纹路结构互补的立体纹路。须说明的是,此处所述的直接接触是指纹路基材200以压印或覆膜的方式直接接触液态保护树脂层120a的表面122。
接着,请同时参考图1F与图1G,对纹路基材200与液态保护树脂层120a进行一固化程序,以固化液态保护树脂层120a,而形成一保护树脂层120。在本实施例中,固化程序包括热固化或光固化。以热固化为例,可以使用红外线或热风加热或烘烤液态保护树脂层120a,而形成保护树脂层120,但本发明不以此为限。以光固化为例,可以使用紫外线照射液态保护树脂层120a,而形成保护树脂层120,但本发明不以此为限。
须说明的是,本实施例的保护树脂层120可以呈无色或有色。举例而言,可以在形成液态保护树脂层120a于发泡树脂层110上之前,先在液态保护树脂层120a中添加色料(未绘示),以提供固化后所形成的保护树脂层120不同的颜色,以增加使用者于视觉上的体验。在其它实施例中,也可以不添加任何色料于液态保护树脂层120a中,而使固化后的保护树脂层120呈无色。
最后,请同时参考图1G与图1H,形成保护树脂层120之后,移除纹路基材200,而暴露出保护树脂层120的一立体纹路表面123。此时,立体纹路表面123的纹路与纹路基材200的立体的纹路结构互补。如此,保护树脂层120可具有特殊的立体纹路表面123,以提供使用者在视觉上的观感以及表面纹路的立体触感。至此,已完成装饰膜结构100的制作。
简言之,本实施例的装饰膜结构100的制作方法,是以纹路基材200直接接触在发泡树脂层110上的液态保护树脂层120a的表面122,之后对纹路基材200与液态保护树脂层120a进行固化程序,而形成具有立体纹路表面123的保护树脂层120。如此,在制作的过程中,可以重复地使用纹路基材200,避免产生废料,且具有环保性。此外,通过纹路基材200于保护树脂层120上形成所需的立体纹路表面123,可以简化制程。
在结构上,本实施例的装饰膜结构100包括发泡树脂层110、保护树脂层120以及黏着层130。保护树脂层120设置于发泡树脂层110上,且具有相对远离发泡树脂层110的立体纹路表面123。黏着层130设置于发泡树脂层110上,其中发泡树脂层110位于黏着层130与保护树脂层120之间。藉此,装饰膜结构100具有发泡树脂层110的柔软弹性触感,以及保护树脂层120的立体纹路表面123的观感以及立体触感,可提供使用者视觉上以及触觉上优异的体验。
图2是将图1H的装饰膜结构贴合至目标物的剖面示意图。请参考图2,在本实施例中,装饰膜结构100可通过黏着层130直接贴合至目标物300(例如电子装置的壳体),以通过黏着层130的黏性来强化装饰膜结构100的黏着性。如此一来,当使用者触摸被装饰膜结构100覆盖的目标物300时,便能获得装饰膜结构100的发泡树脂层110的柔软弹性触感,以及保护树脂层120的立体纹路表面123的观感以及立体触感,而得到优异的触觉体验。此外,当使用者观赏被装饰膜结构100覆盖的目标物300时,可获得装饰膜结构100所提供的特殊视觉体验。
在此必须说明的是,下述实施例沿用前述实施例的组件标号与部分内容,其中采用相同的标号来表示相同或近似的组件,关于省略了相同技术内容的部分说明可参考前述实施例,下述实施例中不再重复赘述。
图3是本发明另一实施例的一种装饰膜结构的剖面示意图。请参考图1H及图3,本实施例的装饰膜结构100a与图1H的装饰膜结构100相似,主要的差异在于:本实施例的装饰膜结构100a更包括一油墨层140。具体而言,油墨层140设置于发泡树脂层110上,且位于发泡树脂层110与保护树脂层120之间。此处,油墨层140可为不透光且有颜色的涂层。当保护树脂层120为无色的膜层时,使用者可以经由保护树脂层120观看到位于保护树脂层120与发泡树脂层110之间的油墨层140的颜色。如此,使用者可以得到有立体层次感的视觉效果,提升视觉上的体验。
于制程上,如图1D所示的形成发泡树脂层110之后,如图3所示,形成油墨层140于发泡树脂层110上,其中形成油墨层140的方法例如是凹版印刷或狭缝式涂布。
图4是本发明又一实施例的一种装饰膜结构的剖面示意图。请参考图1H及图4,本实施例的装饰膜结构100b与图1H的装饰膜结构100相似,主要的差异在于:本实施例的装饰膜结构100b没有设置黏着层。详细来说,本实施例的装饰膜结构100b包括发泡树脂层110以及保护树脂层120。保护树脂层120设置于发泡树脂层110上,且具有相对远离发泡树脂层110的立体纹路表面123。当此装饰膜结构100b贴合至目标物(例如电子装置的壳体,未绘示)时,可在装饰膜结构100b上加压或加热,使装饰膜结构100b确实地附着于目标物。
综上所述,本发明的装饰膜结构的制作方法,是以纹路基材直接接触在发泡树脂层上的液态保护树脂层的表面,之后对纹路基材与液态保护树脂层进行固化程序,而形成具有立体纹路表面的保护树脂层。相较于现有技术转印装饰膜材后须剥除一次性使用的基材而言,本发明的装饰膜结构的制作方法可简化制程,且可避免产生废料,更具环保性。通过上述方法所形成的装饰膜结构,则可以具有发泡树脂层的柔软弹性触感,并提供使用者在视觉上的观感以及表面纹路的立体触感。再者,由于纹路基板可重复使用地使用,因此具有环保性。此外,装饰膜结构可以直接通过加热或加压的方式或黏着层贴附至目标物(例如电子装置的壳体),以完成覆盖目标物,而使目标物可具有柔软弹性触感以及表面纹路的立体触感。另外,本发明的装饰膜结构可通过油墨层或保护树脂层提供的颜色,增加使用者于视觉上的体验。

Claims (10)

1.一种装饰膜结构,其特征在于,包括:
一发泡树脂层;以及
一保护树脂层,设置于该发泡树脂层上,且具有相对远离该发泡树脂层的一立体纹路表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的装饰膜结构,其特征在于,更包括:
一黏着层,设置于该发泡树脂层上,其中该发泡树脂层位于该黏着层与该保护树脂层之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的装饰膜结构,其特征在于,更包括:
一油墨层,设置于该发泡树脂层上,且位于该发泡树脂层与该保护树脂层之间。
4.如权利要求1所述的装饰膜结构,其特征在于,该保护树脂层呈无色或有色。
5.一种装饰膜结构的制作方法,其特征在于,包括:
形成一发泡树脂层;
形成一液态保护树脂层于该发泡树脂层上;
提供一纹路基材于该液态保护树脂层的一表面上,其中该表面直接接触该纹路基材;
对该纹路基材与该液态保护树脂层进行一固化程序,以固化该液态保护树脂层,而形成一保护树脂层;以及
移除该纹路基材,而暴露出该保护树脂层的一立体纹路表面。
6.如权利要求5所述的装饰膜结构的制作方法,其特征在于,更包括:
于形成该发泡树脂层之前,形成一黏着层。
7.如权利要求6所述的装饰膜结构的制作方法,其特征在于,形成该发泡树脂层的步骤,包括:
形成一液态树脂层于该黏着层上;
对该液态树脂层进行一发泡程序,以形成一液态发泡树脂层;以及
固化该液态发泡树脂层,而形成该发泡树脂层。
8.如权利要求7所述的装饰膜结构的制作方法,其特征在于,该发泡程序包括化学发泡程序或物理发泡程序。
9.如权利要求5所述的装饰膜结构的制作方法,其特征在于,该固化程序包括热固化或光固化。
10.如权利要求5所述的装饰膜结构的制作方法,其特征在于,更包括:
在形成该发泡树脂层之后,且于形成该液态保护树脂层之前,形成一油墨层于该发泡树脂层上。
