背景技术
失眠即睡眠失常。表现为入睡困难，断断续续不连贯，而过早地醒来，醒后不能再继续睡，睡眠深度或频度过短(浅睡性失眠)、早醒及睡眠时间不足或质量差。失眠是由于情志、饮食内伤，或病后及年迈，禀赋不足，心虚胆怯等病因，引起心神失养或心神不安，从而导致经常不能获得正常睡眠为特征的一类病症。随着人们生活节奏的加快，以及社会、家庭等方面的压力，现在越来越多的人们患有失眠、头晕、头疼、健忘、乏力等症状，给患者带来了巨大的身体和精神上的痛苦。
对于失眠的治疗，西药治疗效果快，但是毒副作用大，容易形成依赖。
发明内容
本发明克服现有技术的不足，所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有改善睡眠功能的百苓膏及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明所采用的技术方案为：一种百苓膏，由以下重量份配比的原料制备而成：百合1-3份，茯苓3-5份，莲子4-5份，桑葚1-3份，龙眼肉4-5份，缬草1-3份。
优选的，其由以下重量份配比的原料制备而成：百合2份，茯苓4份，莲子3份，桑葚2份，龙眼肉3份，缬草2份。
本发明中各原料的药性如下：
百合：含有蛋白质、脂肪、还原糖、淀粉，以及钙、磷、铁、克维生素B、维生素C、秋水仙碱等多种活性成分。在我国百合药食两用已有上千年的历史，适宜体虚肺弱，神经衰弱，睡眠不宁者。科学地食用百合，有降糖、抗肿瘤、抗痛风、改善睡眠、提高免疫力等作用。
茯苓：被称为“四时神药”，因为其功效十分广泛，将它与其他药物配伍，不论寒、温、风、湿诸疾，都能发挥其独特的功效。其味甘、淡、性平，归心、脾、肾经，入药具有利水渗湿、健脾、宁心之功用。
莲子：不仅含有丰富的蛋白质、碳水化合物、维生素和Ca、Fe、Zn等微量元素，还含有水溶性多糖、黄酮类物质、生物碱和超氧化物歧化酶等成分。《神农本草经》医药典籍中记载莲子入脾、肾、心经，具有清心醒脾、补胃止泻、安心养神明目、止泻固精、滋补元气等功效。现代药理研究也证实莲子有镇静、强心、抗衰老、提高免疫力、降血糖等多种作用。
桑葚：营养价值极高，含有丰富的活性蛋白质、维生素、氨基酸、胡萝卜素、矿物质等成分。中医研究认为桑葚味甘酸、性寒，入肝、肾经，既能补益肝肾，又能凉血退热；还有生津润燥、乌发明目、滋阴补血、解毒养颜等功效，常用于阴血不足、目暗昏花、津伤口渴、肠燥便秘等证。
龙眼肉：味甘、性温，归心、脾经。具有补益心脾、养血安神等功效，适用于思虑过度、气血亏虚、劳伤心脾、神经衰弱、惊悸怔忡、失眠健忘等病症。
缬草：化学成分主要有挥发油、环稀酸薛、木脂素、生物碱、黄酮等，传统医学认为缬草味辛、甘，性温，归心、肝经，具有理气、养心安神、活血止痛的功效。现代医学研究表明缬草醇提取物可以增强睡眠时间，有扩张冠脉血管，改善心肌缺血，降低心肌耗氧量和抗心律失常的作用。
一种制备百苓膏的方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)取重量份配比的百合、茯苓、莲子、桑葚、龙眼肉加水煎煮，过滤，取滤液备用；
(2)取重量份配比的缬草用酒精度为35％粮酒回流提取得提取液；
(3)将步骤(1)所得的滤液和步骤(2)所得提取液合并后浓缩，浓缩至80℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浓缩物；
(4)在步骤(3)的浓缩物中添加辅料，待浓缩至20℃相对密度为1.40±0.2时，即得百苓膏；所述辅料为果胶、冰糖、红糖、阿胶；所述果胶的添加量为百苓膏总重的2.5％、冰糖的添加量为百苓膏总重的15％、红糖的添加量为百苓膏总重的15％、阿胶的添加量为百苓膏总重的10％。
步骤(1)中具体为取重量份配比的百合、茯苓、莲子、桑葚、龙眼肉，加6倍量水煎煮3次，每次煎煮40分钟，过滤，合并三次滤液。
步骤(4)所制备的百苓膏水分含量52.3％，可溶性固形物含量为54.0％，无焦屑等异物，产品为棕褐色半流体，气味微甜，无焦臭异味，口感极佳，宜于服用，加入热水中搅拌即溶，呈棕黄色。
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下有益效果。
本发明改善睡眠的百苓膏，配方配伍合理，制备方法简单，充分考虑到组合物中各种药物成分的充分提取，可以使原料药充分发挥治疗作用和滋补作用，能够有效改善睡眠质量，服用方便，安全无毒副作用。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种百苓膏，由以下重量份配比的原料制备而成：百合1份，茯苓5份，莲子5份，桑葚3份，龙眼肉4份，缬草3份。
一种制备百苓膏的方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)选取干燥的百合、茯苓、莲子、桑葚、龙眼肉粉碎过筛，取重量份配比的百合、茯苓、莲子、桑葚、龙眼肉，加6倍量水煎煮3次，每次煎煮40分钟，过滤，合并三次滤液。
(2)取重量份配比的缬草用酒精度为35％粮酒回流提取得提取液；
(3)将步骤(1)所得的滤液和步骤(2)所得提取液合并后浓缩，浓缩至80℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浓缩物；
(4)在步骤(3)的浓缩物中添加辅料，待浓缩至20℃相对密度为1.40±0.2时，即得百苓膏；所述辅料为果胶、冰糖、红糖、阿胶；所述果胶的添加量为百苓膏总重的2.5％、冰糖的添加量为百苓膏总重的15％、红糖的添加量为百苓膏总重的15％、阿胶的添加量为百苓膏总重的10％。

为检验本发明改善睡眠的效果，选取120例失眠患者食用上述实施例3制得的百苓膏。其中男性50例，女性50例，年龄22-73岁，平均年龄47岁。
检验标准：
(1)以睡眠障碍为几乎惟一的症状，其他症状均继发于失眠，包括难以入睡、睡眠不深、易醒、多梦、早醒、醒后不易再睡、醒后感不适、疲乏或白天困倦。
(2)上述睡眠障碍每周至少发生三次，并持续一个月以上。
(3)失眠引起显著的苦恼，或精神活动效率下降，或妨碍社会功能。
(4)不是任何一种躯体疾病或精神障碍症状的一部分。
检验方法：食用本发明百苓膏30天，每天20g。
疗效评定标准：
(1)治愈：睡眠深度、入睡速度、睡眠时间均恢复正常者；
(2)显效：睡眠深度、入睡速度明显改善、睡眠时间增加大于2小时者；
(3)有效：睡眠深度、入睡速度有所改善、睡眠时间增加大于1小时者和原先服安眠药才入睡，食用百苓膏后可以不需服药的患者；
(4)无效：食用百苓膏后无症状改善者。
结果：实验组70例失眠患者服用本发明百苓膏30天后，治愈89例，显效12例，有效19例，无效0例。总有效率为100％。
典型病例：1、张某，女，65岁，已患失眠症状3年，伴有乏力、健忘症状。常服安定，每晚仅能入睡3小时左右，最好时睡4小时。经服用本发明百苓膏60天后，每晚能轻易入睡。
2、王某，女，32岁，患失眠症1年，每日需服安眠药入睡，经食用本发明中药组合物30天后，每晚能轻易入睡。
3、谢某，男，52岁，患失眠症1年，伴有头晕，腰酸背痛等症状，经食用本发明中药组合物30天后，每晚能轻易入睡。
本发明可用其他的不违背本发明的精神或主要特征的具体形式来概述。因此，无论从哪一点来看，本发明的上述实施方案都只能认为是对本发明的说明而不能限制发明，权利要求书指出了本发明的范围，而上述的说明并未指出本发明的范围，因此，在与本发明的权利要求书相当的含义和范围内的任何变化，都应认为是包括在权利要求书的范围内。
Claims (5)
1.一种百苓膏，其特征在于，由以下重量份配比的原料制备而成：百合1-3份，茯苓3-5份，莲子4-5份，桑葚1-3份，龙眼肉4-5份，缬草1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种百苓膏，其特征在于，由以下重量份配比的原料制备而成：百合2份，茯苓4份，莲子3份，桑葚2份，龙眼肉3份，缬草2份。
3.一种制备如权利要求1所述的百苓膏的方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)取重量份配比的百合、茯苓、莲子、桑葚、龙眼肉加水煎煮，过滤，取滤液备用；
(2)取重量份配比的缬草用酒精度为35％粮酒回流提取得提取液；
(3)将步骤(1)所得的滤液和步骤(2)所得提取液合并后浓缩，浓缩至80℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浓缩物；
(4)在步骤(3)的浓缩物中添加辅料，待浓缩至20℃相对密度为1.40±0.2时，即得百苓膏；所述辅料为果胶、冰糖、红糖、阿胶；所述果胶的添加量为百苓膏总重的2.5％、冰糖的添加量为百苓膏总重的15％、红糖的添加量为百苓膏总重的15％、阿胶的添加量为百苓膏总重的10％。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种制备百苓膏的方法，其特征在于，步骤(1)中具体为取重量份配比的百合、茯苓、莲子、桑葚、龙眼肉，加6倍量水煎煮3次，每次煎煮40分钟，过滤，合并三次滤液。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种制备百苓膏的方法，其特征在于，步骤(4)所制备的百苓膏水分含量52.3％，可溶性固形物含量为54.0％，无焦屑异物，产品为棕褐色半流体，气味微甜，无焦臭异味，口感极佳，宜于服用，加入热水中搅拌即溶，呈棕黄色。
