技术领域
本发明涉及领域天然气加气站,具体涉及一种L-CNG加注系统。
背景技术
压缩天然气(Compressed Natuial Gas,通常用CNG表示),作为一种绿色清洁能源,是传统燃料的替代物之一。压缩天然气可以通过天然气压缩获得,也可以通过LNG加压气化获得。
随着天然气存量气与增量气的价格并轨,CNG加气站的采购价格将达到历史最高位,而伴随着国内LNG液化工厂产能的进一步释放以及LNG 现货贸易逐步市场化,LNG到站价格进一步走低。在此背景下,尤其在部分LNG价格具一定竞争优势的区域,LNG转化为CNG的加气站将有望得到快速发展。
为此亟待一种L-CNG加注系统,在满足现有L-CNG加注站的功能以外,操作更便捷,控制更全面,更好的满足维修和使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的克服现有技术的不足,提供一种L-CNG加注系统,在满足现有L-CNG加注站的功能以外,操作更便捷,控制更全面,更好的满足维修和使用需求。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的:一种L-CNG加注系统,包括卸车装置、LNG储罐、储罐增压器、柱塞泵橇、高压气化器橇、顺序控制盘、储气装置、CNG加气机、仪表风系统、PLC站控系统和可燃气体报警器,所述卸车装置、LNG储罐、柱塞泵橇、高压气化器橇、顺序控制盘、储气装置、CNG加气机通过天然气管路依次连接,储罐增压器通过天然气管路连接在LNG储罐上,顺序控制盘对储气装置切换充气从而保证储气装置的压力,仪表风系统用于自动控制整个L-CNG加注系统中的气动阀门的开与关,PLC站控系统用于自动化控制L-CNG加注流程,可燃气体报警器包括可燃气体探测器和可燃气体控制器,可燃气体探测器分别设在柱塞泵橇和高压气化器橇上,用于检测是否发生天然气泄漏,可燃气体控制器设在控制室中,当发生天然气泄漏时,可燃气体探测器和可燃气体控制器同时发出警报,柱塞泵橇上有两台并联的柱塞泵,分别为柱塞泵1和柱塞泵2,两台柱塞泵一台工作一台备用,或者为了满足高峰时期加气的需要,两台同时使用,高压气化器橇上有两台并联的高压气化器,分别为高压气化器3和高压气化器4,两台高压气化器一台工作一台备用,两台并联的柱塞泵与两台并联的高压气化器之间设有3个高压截止阀,通过控制3个高压截止阀的开关,可实现任意一台柱塞泵对应任意一台高压气化器。
进一步地,柱塞泵橇从输送入口连接有压力变送器5,在压力变送器5 输出端连接有两趟并联的管线,其中一趟管线由紧急切断阀6、过滤阀8、柱塞泵1、压力变送器10和止回阀12依次沿输送气方向顺序连接,在柱塞泵1上设有温度变送器14,另一趟管线由紧急切断阀7、过滤阀9、柱塞泵 2、压力变送器11和止回阀13依次沿输送气方向顺序连接,在柱塞泵2上设有温度变送器15。
进一步地,高压气化器橇从输送入口依次连接有高压气化器3、高压球阀21、压力变送器23、高压球阀24和温度变送器28,水浴式加热器27的进口端连接有高压球阀25,水浴式加热器27的出口端连接有高压球阀26,高压球阀25的输入端连接在高压球阀24的输入端,高压球阀26的输出端连接在高压球阀24的输出端,高压气化器4和高压球阀22沿输送气方向依次连接后接入压力变送器23的输入端。
进一步地,柱塞泵1、柱塞泵2、高压气化器3和高压气化器4各自的输出管线上都增设有放散管线,放散管线中的气体经安全阀泄压后,汇集至高压EAG气化器29中加热后放散。
进一步地,柱塞泵1输出端的放散管线上连接有紧急切断阀16,紧急切断阀16用于保证柱塞泵1不带负载进行启机,在柱塞泵2输出端的放散管线上连接有紧急切断阀17,紧急切断阀17用于保证柱塞泵2不带负载进行启机。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.在本L-CNG加注系统中的柱塞泵和高压气化器都设为2台,一台工作一台备用,并且2台并联的柱塞泵和2台并联的高压气化器之间通过3 个高压截止阀控制,实现任意一台柱塞泵对应任意一台高压气化器,更好的满足了使用和维修的需求。
2.在本L-CNG加注系统中通过设置的多个温度变送器和压力变送器实现了对管线中温度和压力的监测,当超过预设值时,会报警停机。
3.柱塞泵后放散管线上设置的紧急切断阀,保证柱塞泵不带负载进行启机。
4.在本L-CNG加注系统中通过优化设计的柱塞泵撬和高压气化器撬,使得操作更便捷,控制更全面,更好的满足维修和使用需求。

具体实施方式
如图1至2所示,一种L-CNG加注系统,包括卸车装置、LNG储罐、储罐增压器、柱塞泵橇、高压气化器橇、顺序控制盘、储气装置、CNG加气机、仪表风系统、PLC站控系统和可燃气体报警器,所述卸车装置、LNG 储罐、柱塞泵橇、高压气化器橇、顺序控制盘、储气装置、CNG加气机通过天然气管路依次连接,储罐增压器通过天然气管路连接在LNG储罐上,顺序控制盘对储气装置切换充气从而保证储气装置的压力,仪表风系统用于自动控制整个L-CNG加注系统中的气动阀门的开与关,PLC站控系统用于自动化控制L-CNG加注流程,可燃气体报警器包括可燃气体探测器和可燃气体控制器,可燃气体探测器分别设在柱塞泵橇和高压气化器橇上,用于检测是否发生天然气泄漏,分别是可燃气体探测器34和可燃气体探测器35,可燃气体控制器设在控制室中,当发生天然气泄漏时,可燃气体探测器和可燃气体控制器同时发出警报,柱塞泵橇上有两台并联的柱塞泵,分别为柱塞泵1和柱塞泵2,两台柱塞泵一台工作一台备用,当高峰时期,两者也可以同时工作,加快高峰时期的充气速度,高压气化器橇上有两台并联的高压气化器,分别为高压气化器3和高压气化器4,两台高压气化器一台工作一台备用,两台并联的柱塞泵与两台并联的高压气化器之间设有3 个高压截止阀,通过控制3个高压截止阀的开关,可实现任意一台柱塞泵对应任意一台高压气化器。
柱塞泵橇从输送入口连接有压力变送器5,在压力变送器5的输出端连接有两趟并联的管线,其中一趟管线由紧急切断阀6、过滤阀8、柱塞泵1、压力变送器10和止回阀12依次沿输送气方向顺序连接,在柱塞泵1上设有温度变送器14,另一趟管线由紧急切断阀7、过滤阀9、柱塞泵2、压力变送器11和止回阀13依次沿输送气方向顺序连接,在柱塞泵2上设有温度变送器15。通过压力变送器5可以实时监测泵前压力,当柱塞泵1或柱塞泵2入口压力低于0.3MPa可以进行报警。通过紧急切断阀6可以远程控制柱塞泵1预冷及进液。通过过滤阀8可以过滤管道中的杂质,确保进入柱塞泵1的LNG无杂质,保证柱塞泵1正常运行。柱塞泵1设置温度变送器14,当温度超过65℃进行报警停机。柱塞泵1输出端设置压力变送器10 可以实时监测泵后压力,当出口压力高于25MPa,会进行报警停机。柱塞泵1输出端还设置有止回阀12,确保介质不会倒流,保护柱塞泵1。紧急切断阀7、过滤阀9、柱塞泵2、温度变送器15、压力变送器11和止回阀 13的作用分别同上述论述中紧急切断阀6、过滤阀8、柱塞泵1、温度变送器14、压力变送器10和止回阀12,在此不作重复说明。
高压气化器橇从输送入口依次连接有高压气化器3、高压球阀21、压力变送器23、高压球阀24和温度变送器28,水浴式加热器27的进口端连接有高压球阀25,水浴式加热器27的出口端连接有高压球阀26,高压球阀25的输入端连接在高压球阀24的输入端,高压球阀26的输出端连接在高压球阀24的输出端,高压气化器4和高压球阀22沿输送气方向依次连接后接入压力变送器23的输入端。当高压气化器3不使用时,将高压球阀 21关闭。压力变送器23可以实时监测气化后压力,并与柱塞泵1或柱塞泵 2连锁,高于25MPa会报警停机。温度变送器28可以实时监测气化后温度,并与柱塞泵1或柱塞泵2连锁,低于5℃会报警停机。水浴式加热器27当 CNG温度低于7℃会启动进行复热。水浴式加热器进出口设置高压球阀25 和高压球阀26,并设置旁通高压球阀24,当水浴式气化器需要维修,将高压球阀25和高压球阀26关闭,旁通高压球阀24打开。
柱塞泵1、柱塞泵2、高压气化器3和高压气化器4各自的输出管线上都增设有放散管线,放散管线中的气体经安全阀泄压后,汇集至高压EAG 气化器29中加热后放散。确保放散后的气体温度高于-107℃,能够迅速上浮至高空。
柱塞泵1输出端的放散管线上连接有紧急切断阀16,当柱塞泵1启机前会打开5s进行泄压,当柱塞泵1停机前会打开5s进行泄压,保证柱塞泵 1不带负载进行启机,在柱塞泵2输出端的放散管线上连接有紧急切断阀 17,紧急切断阀17用于保证柱塞泵2不带负载进行启机。
柱塞泵撬的回气管路上设有温度变送器,可以实时监测回气温度,当检测到回气温度低于-120℃,表示预冷流程完成,间隔一段时间(如5min) 柱塞泵即会启机。与柱塞泵1对应的回气管路上设置的是温度变送器30,与柱塞泵2对应的回气管路上设置的是温度变送器31。
柱塞泵撬的回气管路上设有截止阀,截止阀处于常开位置,当某台柱塞泵长时间不使用时,需将截止阀进行手动关闭。与柱塞泵1对应的回气管路上设置的是截止阀32,与柱塞泵2对应的回气管路上设置的是截止阀 33。
在柱塞泵撬的回气管上增设有两趟并联的泄压管线,在泄压管线上分别设有切断阀,在其中一个切断阀输出端设有安全阀,另一个切断阀输出端与安全阀输出端合并输出,确保超压后能够迅速得到排放。
卸车流程:LNG槽车—卸车装置—LNG储罐
槽车内部分LNG通过卸车装置中的卸车增压器后吸热气化,回到LNG 槽车顶部,逐步增大槽车的气相压力。当LNG槽车内压力高于储罐压力0.3 MPa以上时,利用压差将槽车内LNG注入至LNG储罐,由于在卸车过程中槽车内LNG逐步减少,需要不断给槽车增压以保持压差压力(0.3MPa)。
CNG加注流程:LNG储罐—柱塞泵—高压气化器—储气装置—CNG 加气机—CNG车载气瓶
LNG低温液体利用压差从LNG储罐里流入柱塞泵的泵腔内,通过柱塞泵泵头活塞杆的高速往复运动,把低压(0.3MPa-0.9MPa)的LNG逐渐增压,进入高压气化器内,高压气化器由于吸取周围环境空气中的热量,使LNG气化转变成CNG,CNG通过顺序控制盘的调控,按顺序进入CNG 储气装置,CNG加气机从CNG储气装置内取气,完成对汽车的加气工作。整个流程由PLC站控系统控制,当储气装置压力达到指定上限时,柱塞泵自动停机;当储气装置的压力低于指定下限时,柱塞泵自动启动,实现自动充气功能。
调压流程:LNG储罐—储罐增压器—LNG储罐
LNG储罐中部分LNG输送到储罐增压器,LNG吸热气化后返回储罐气相,提高LNG储罐压力至设定值,确保加气站平稳运行。
泄压流程:LNG储罐—手动排放阀/自动排放阀/安全阀—放散管
当LNG储罐压力高于LNG储罐正常工作压力时,采用手动排放阀降压;当LNG储罐压力继续升高至高于自动排放阀设定压力时,自动排放阀会自动开启降压;当LNG储罐压力持续升高至高于LNG储罐安全阀设定压力时,安全阀起跳降压。
待机流程
LNG储罐出液阀和所选柱塞泵输入端的紧急切断阀都开启,保持液体循环,使柱塞泵泵池持续处于低温状态,随时可启泵加气。如果不想让该柱塞泵进行液体循环,通过PLC站控系统操作把该泵改为“停机”即可;或选择自动,一定时间内无操作就会自动停机。
停机流程
通过PLC站控系统操作控制L-CNG加注系统中的自动控制阀门关闭, L-CNG加注系统其他阀门根据需要操作为开或关;只要系统不断电,压力、液位、可燃、ESD等监控仍会继续,以确保加气站处于安全状态。

1.一种L-CNG加注系统,包括卸车装置、LNG储罐、储罐增压器、柱塞泵橇、高压气化器橇、顺序控制盘、储气装置、CNG加气机、仪表风系统、PLC站控系统和可燃气体报警器,所述卸车装置、LNG储罐、柱塞泵橇、高压气化器橇、顺序控制盘、储气装置、CNG加气机通过天然气管路依次连接,储罐增压器通过天然气管路连接在LNG储罐上,顺序控制盘对储气装置切换充气从而保证储气装置的压力,仪表风系统用于自动控制整个L-CNG加注系统中的气动阀门的开与关,PLC站控系统用于自动化控制L-CNG加注流程,可燃气体报警器包括可燃气体探测器和可燃气体控制器,可燃气体探测器分别设在柱塞泵橇和高压气化器橇上,用于检测是否发生天然气泄漏,可燃气体控制器设在控制室中,当发生天然气泄漏时,可燃气体探测器和可燃气体控制器同时发出警报,柱塞泵橇上有两台并联的柱塞泵,分别为柱塞泵(1)和柱塞泵(2),两台柱塞泵一台工作一台备用,或者两台同时使用,高压气化器橇上有两台并联的高压气化器,分别为高压气化器(3)和高压气化器(4),两台高压气化器一台工作一台备用,两台并联的柱塞泵与两台并联的高压气化器之间设有3个高压截止阀,通过控制3个高压截止阀的开关,可实现任意一台柱塞泵对应任意一台高压气化器。
