本发明涉及液化天然气加注领域,具体涉及一种LNG/L-CNG橇装加气站。
背景技术
液化天然气(Liquefied Natuial Gas,通常用LNG表示),作为一种绿色清洁能源,是传统燃料的替代物之一。随着政府不断提高对企业环保的要求,液化天然气需求量日益增大,越来越多的企业投入到LNG加注的行业中。然而建站用地是有限的,办理审批土地的手续难度越来越大,审批大面积用地更是难上加难,如何做到小场地大作业,减少占地面积同时又能把加气站的多种功能集成还能做到方便维护保养,降低运营维护成本成为了当下天然气加注行业的奋斗目标。
发明内容
本发明的目的克服现有技术的不足,提供一种LNG/L-CNG橇装加气站,该LNG/L-CNG橇装加气站通过LNG泵橇、低温储罐、L-CNG泵橇和加气机集成在分体的橇座上,在满足运输和行业标准的同时,大大提升了橇装加气站的功能,建设周期更短,现场工程量更小,建设工程费用更少,土建工作量及设备安装工作量更小,可以实现快速建站;通过低温储罐的首末出液设计,大大减少了天然气管线中BOG的产生;把LNG泵橇和L-CNG泵橇分别设在低温储罐的两端,使得泵与低温储罐的距离大大缩短,以此提升了加液速度;通过顶盖板的分块组装的设计,使得安装简化方便,后期维护低温储罐也很方便。

具体实施方式
实施例,如图1至2所示,一种LNG/L-CNG橇装加气站,包括第一橇座1、第二橇座2、加气机6、LNG泵橇7、低温储罐8和L-CNG泵橇9,所述L-CNG泵橇9设在第一橇座1上,低温储罐8、LNG泵橇7、加气机6 依次集成在第二橇座2上,在第二橇座2靠近加气机6的一端增设有卸车台,第二橇座2靠近低温储罐8的一端与第一橇座1活动连接,低温储罐8为卧式低温储罐,低温储罐8从两端封头分别出液,低温储罐8在靠近LNG泵橇7一端的出液口与LNG泵橇7上的潜液泵相连,通过潜液泵加压后输送给加气机6加注,低温储罐8在靠近L-CNG泵橇9一端的出液口与L-CNG 泵橇9的输送入口相连,第一橇座1的两侧分别设有第一围挡3,第二橇座 2的两侧分别设有第二围挡4,第一围挡3和第二围挡4为瓦楞板,当第一橇座1与第二橇座2需要连接时,第一围挡3与第二围挡4相连,在两个第一围挡3之间和两个第二围挡4之间分别设有分块组装的顶盖板5,顶盖板5 所在水平面的高度高于低温储罐8顶部所在水平面的高度,以便把低温储罐 8完全置于顶盖板5、第二围挡4和第二橇座2三者所围合形成的空间中,起到一个美观和保护的作用,进一步的,在低温储罐8基座四周增设有保护栏。为了方便,在低温储罐8的基座上还设有扶梯。在加气机的输送接入口处留有一备用的加气机接口,两台加气机接口为并联。
LNG泵橇7上设有潜液泵、增压器和EAG气化器,增压器用于卸车增压和储罐增压,EAG气化器分别与卸车台的增压口、气相口、液相口,LNG 泵橇7的潜液泵,加气机6,低温储罐8,L-CNG泵橇9的柱塞泵回气管线连接,用于放散气体的气化。
与EAG气化器连接的放散总管悬挂在第二围挡4上,放散气体就地放散或输送到放散塔放散。
LNG经低温储罐8出液口输送至L-CNG泵橇9入口后,分成两路并联的管线,一路经第一紧急切断阀进入第一柱塞泵,另一路经第二紧急切断阀进入第二柱塞泵,通过控制第一紧急切断阀和第二紧急切断阀可以实现第一柱塞泵和第二柱塞泵一台使用一台备用,也可以实现第一柱塞泵和第二柱塞泵同时使用。
在LNG泵橇7、低温储罐8、L-CNG泵橇9和加气机6上分别设有用于检测天然气是否发生泄漏的可燃气体探测器,在中控室设有可燃气体控制器,当发生天然气泄漏时,可燃气体探测器和可燃气体控制器同时发出警报。卸车流程:LNG槽车—潜液泵(或者增压器)—低温储罐
通过卸车接口、工艺管道、潜液泵或者增压器、阀门等将槽车内的LNG 转移到低温储罐8内。根据LNG气源温度不同可以采用不同卸车方式,推荐三种卸车方式:自增压卸车(低温液体)、潜液泵卸车(高温液体)、自增压和潜液泵联合卸车。
1)自增压卸车
槽车内部分LNG通过增压器后吸热气化,回到LNG槽车顶部,逐步增大槽车的气相压力。当LNG槽车内压力高于低温储罐8压力0.3MPa以上时,利用压差将槽车内LNG注入至低温储罐8,由于在卸车过程中槽车内 LNG逐步减少,需要不断给槽车增压以保持压差压力(0.3MPa)。
2)潜液泵卸车
将LNG槽车气相与低温储罐8气相相连接,待两者压力平衡后,通过潜液泵将槽车内的LNG卸入低温储罐8。
3)自增压和潜液泵联合卸车
当低温储罐8压力过高,无法满足自增压卸车压差时,可以先通过潜液泵卸车至低温储罐8压力低于0.3MPa,然后通过自增压卸车将LNG卸至低温储罐8。
LNG加注流程:低温储罐—潜液泵—加气机—LNG车载瓶
低温储罐8中的LNG通过潜液泵加压后,通过加气机6输送至LNG燃料汽车车载瓶。车载瓶加注方式为上进液喷淋式,加注过程中可以把车载瓶内部分气体进行再液化,使车载瓶压力降低,减少回气并提高加气速度。加气机6计量加气量及加气金额并在显示屏上进行显示。
调压流程:低温储罐—增压器—低温储罐
低温储罐8中部分LNG输送到增压器,LNG吸热气化后返回低温储罐8 气相,提高低温储罐8压力至设定值,确保加气站平稳运行。
泄压流程:低温储罐—手动排放阀—自动排放阀—安全阀
低温储罐8的所有连接管上分别设有手动排放阀,自动排放阀和安全阀,当低温储罐8压力高于低温储罐8正常工作压力时,采用手动排放阀降压;当低温储罐8压力继续升高至高于自动排放阀设定压力时,自动排放阀会自动开启降压;当低温储罐8压力持续升高至高于低温储罐8安全阀设定压力时,安全阀起跳降压。
待机状态
LNG/L-CNG橇装加气站中的自动阀门通过PLC站控系统控制,低温储罐8出液阀和所选柱塞泵或者潜液泵的泵池进液阀都开启,保持液体循环,使泵池持续处于低温状态,随时可启泵加气。如果不想让该泵进行液体循环,通过PLC站控系统操作把该泵改为“停机”即可;或选择自动,一定时间内无操作就会自动停机。
停机流程
LNG/L-CNG橇装加气站中PLC站控系统控制低温储罐、泵等阀门关闭,加气站其他阀门根据需要操作为开或关;只要加气站不断电,压力、液位、可燃、ESD等监控仍会继续,以确保加气站处于安全状态。

2.根据权利要求1所述的LNG/L-CNG橇装加气站,其特征在于:所述顶盖板采用分块组装的设计。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LNG/L-CNG橇装加气站,其特征在于:所述LNG泵橇上设有潜液泵、增压器和EAG气化器,增压器用于卸车增压和储罐增压,EAG气化器分别与卸车台的增压口、气相口、液相口,LNG泵橇的潜液泵,加气机,低温储罐,L-CNG泵橇的柱塞泵回气管线连接,用于放散气体的气化。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LNG/L-CNG橇装加气站,其特征在于:与所述EAG气化器连接的放散总管悬挂在第二围挡上,放散气体就地放散或输送到放散塔放散。
5.根据权利要求1所述的LNG/L-CNG橇装加气站,其特征在于:所述低温储罐采用卧式低温储罐,低温储罐从两端封头分别出液。
6.根据权利要求1所述的LNG/L-CNG橇装加气站,其特征在于:LNG经低温储罐出液口输送至L-CNG泵橇入口后,分成两路并联的管线,一路经第一紧急切断阀进入第一柱塞泵,另一路经第二紧急切断阀进入第二柱塞泵,通过控制第一紧急切断阀和第二紧急切断阀可以实现第一柱塞泵和第二柱塞泵一台使用一台备用,也可以实现第一柱塞泵和第二柱塞泵同时使用。
7.根据权利要求1所述的LNG/L-CNG橇装加气站,其特征在于:在所述LNG泵橇、低温储罐、L-CNG泵橇和加气机上分别设有用于检测天然气是否发生泄漏的可燃气体探测器。
8.根据权利要求1所述的LNG/L-CNG橇装加气站,其特征在于:所述第一围挡和第二围挡为瓦楞板。
