本发明涉及助剂领域,具体讲是一种生态羊毛洗涤剂及其制备方法。
背景技术:
羊毛脂是较难乳化、溶解去除的脂类,羊毛上除了羊毛脂,还有泥沙、羊汗和羊粪等。目前市场上的普通国产洗涤剂很难有效洗除,对后道加工带来不利,并且洗过的羊毛白度、光泽不理想,易纠缠不松散、易损伤纤维。高端羊毛加工厂家基本上依赖进口产品,但进口产品不仅价格贵,而且备货需要较长时间,加工企业需要提前准备。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种可有效去除羊毛脂、泥沙、羊粪,不伤羊毛,使用效果好的生态羊毛洗涤剂,使用该洗涤剂后毛条成品品质好,对提高染色的鲜艳度、色光度非常有利,可安全代替并超越进口同类产品。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种生态羊毛洗涤剂,以重量百分比计,由60-75%A料、15-25%B料以及5-15%乙二胺四乙酸组成;
其中,A料包括25-35%天然醇、25-35%十三碳格尔伯特醇、30-45%环氧乙烷和0.3-1%的过氧化氢;B料包括20-35%二乙醇胺、65-75%脂肪酸和0.3-1%的过氧化氢。
作为优选,天然醇为椰子油、棕榈油或牛油为原料提取的12-18碳链天然醇。
本发明还提供一种生态羊毛洗涤剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
步骤一,将25-35%天然醇、25-35%十三碳格尔伯特醇复合反应,然后加入30-45%环氧乙烷进行乙氧基化反应,最后用0.3-1%的过氧化氢漂白,得到A料;
步骤二,将20-35%二乙醇胺、65-75%脂肪酸混合,在140-158℃、2个气压条件下反应90min,加入0.3-1%过氧化氢漂白30min,得到B料;
步骤三,在100℃常压下,将60-75%A料与15-25%B料按比例投入反应釜复合反应60分钟,再加5-15%乙二胺四乙酸,继续反应45分钟。检测合格后包装。
采用以上方案后与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明能有效去除羊毛脂、泥沙、羊粪,综合效果能提升10-15%,不伤羊毛、羊毛松散柔软;不易纠缠且白度光泽好,可提高10-15%;残留的灰份少,可降低5-10%;有利于后道的加工,并提高可纺性;制成率可提高0.5-1%,且毛条成品品质好,对提高染色的鲜艳度、色光度非常有利。可安全代替并超越进口同类产品。

下面就具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明:
一种生态羊毛洗涤剂,以重量百分比计,由60-75%A料、15-25%B料以及5-15%乙二胺四乙酸组成;
其中,A料包括由25-35%天然醇、25-35%十三碳格尔伯特醇、30-45%环氧乙烷和0.3-1%的过氧化氢;B料包括20-35%二乙醇胺、65-75%脂肪酸和0.3-1%的过氧化氢。
作为优选方案,天然醇为椰子油、棕榈油或牛油为原料提取的12-18碳链天然醇。
实施例一
一种生态羊毛洗涤剂,以重量百分比计,由70%A料、25%B料以及5%乙二胺四乙酸组成;
其中,A料包括30%的18碳链天然醇、30%十三碳格尔伯特醇、39.5%环氧乙烷和0.5%的过氧化氢;B料包括25%二乙醇胺、74.5%脂肪酸和0.5%的过氧化氢。
其具体制备方法如下,包括以下步骤,
步骤一,将30%的18碳链天然醇、30%十三碳格尔伯特醇复合反应,然后加入39.5%环氧乙烷进行乙氧基化反应,最后用0.5%的过氧化氢漂白,得到A料;
步骤二,将25%二乙醇胺、74.5%脂肪酸混合,在150℃、2个气压条件下反应90min,加入0.5%过氧化氢漂白30min,得到B料;
步骤三,在100℃常压下,将70%A料与25%B料按比例投入反应釜复合反应60分钟,再加5%乙二胺四乙酸,继续反应45分钟。检测合格后包装

其中,A料包括25-35%天然醇、25-35%十三碳格尔伯特醇、30-45%环氧乙烷和0.3-1%的过氧化氢;B料包括20-35%二乙醇胺、65-75%脂肪酸和0.3-1%的过氧化氢。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生态羊毛洗涤剂,其特征在于:天然醇为椰子油、棕榈油或牛油为原料提取的12-18碳链天然醇。
3.一种生态羊毛洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
步骤一,将25-35%天然醇、25-35%十三碳格尔伯特醇复合反应,然后加入30-45%环氧乙烷进行乙氧基化反应,最后用0.3-1%的过氧化氢漂白,得到A料;
步骤二,将20-35%二乙醇胺、65-75%脂肪酸混合,在140-158℃、2个气压条件下反应90min,加入0.3-1%过氧化氢漂白30min,得到B料;
