Abstract
本发明公布了一种车用醇液燃料,主要由甲醇45~55份;石脑油15~23份;甲缩醛2~6份;石油醚3~7份;甲基叔丁基醚和甲基仲丁基醚的混合物5~8份;马琳0.5~1份;助剂5~10份按重量份组成。优化了醇液燃料的功能,降低了污染尾气的排放,有效地解决了制备过程中的水溶性、稳定性、蒸发性等问题,通过对制备过程各步骤的严格掌控,以及对各个配料比例的严格掌控,达到了动力标准以及环保要求;用本方法制备的车用醇液燃料很好的解决了燃料对汽车发动机以及油箱等配件的影响。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及车用汽油替代燃料领域,具体涉及一种车用醇液燃料。
背景技术
随着甲醇处理技术的逐渐成熟,甲醇目前被广泛运用于汽车燃料领域,传统的处理方式是和汽油混合使用,即汽油和不同比例的甲醇直接混合处理形成甲醇燃料,虽然环保节能,动力也和汽油相当,但是对于汽车各部位配件要求较高,而且排放的尾气并不能得到很好的改善,因此需要一款真正意义上的环保型新能源来替代甲醇-汽油混合燃料以及纯汽油燃料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述问题,提供一种车用醇液燃料,在制备过程中,通过对助剂和其他主要成分的配比控制,制备出了一种新型车用醇液燃料,较之前的普通醇液燃料尾气排放量得到了更有效的控制,提供的动力更加强劲。
为此,本发明提供的一种车用醇液燃料主要由下列原料按重量份组成:
甲醇45~55份;石脑油15~23份;甲缩醛2~6份;石油醚3~7份;
甲基叔丁基醚和甲基仲丁基醚的混合物5~8份;马琳0.5~1份;助剂5~10份。
其中,甲基叔丁基醚和仲丁基甲醚按3:1的比例混合。
其中,助剂包含乙醇、苯并三氮唑、二茂铁、油酸咪唑啉,其按重量比例为4:3:1.5:2。
其中,石脑油的闪点在28~35℃。
其中,原料包括50份甲醇,石脑油20份,甲缩醛5份,石油醚5份,甲基叔丁基醚和甲基仲丁基醚的混合物8份,马琳0.7份,乙醇2份,苯并三氮唑1.5份,二茂铁0.75份,油酸咪唑啉1份。
其中,具体制备步骤如下:
第一步:稀释甲醇,将甲醇和水以10:1的比例稀释,静置;
第二步:配置配料,将石脑油、甲缩醛、石油醚、甲基叔丁基醚和甲基仲丁基醚的混合物、马琳在70~80°的温度下以4:1:1:1.6:0.14的比例混合,静置8小时以上;
第三步:配置助剂,将乙醇、苯并三氮唑、二茂铁、油酸咪唑啉按照4:3:1.5:2的比例混合,静置等待使用;
第四步:合成醇液,将稀释后的甲醇、配料以及助剂按55:7.74:10.5混合;
第五步:离心分离,将合成的醇液加入离心机分离处理,分离固体和液体。
本发明的有益效果是:通过以上方法和步骤制得的车用醇液燃料优化了醇液燃料的功能,降低了污染尾气的排放,有效地解决了制备过程中的水溶性、稳定性、蒸发性等问题,通过对制备过程各步骤的严格掌控,以及对各个配料比例的严格掌控,达到了动力标准以及环保要求;用本方法制备的车用醇液燃料很好的解决了燃料对汽车发动机以及油箱等配件的影响。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
纯度98%的甲醇50份,闪点28℃的石脑油20份,甲缩醛5份,石油醚5份,甲基叔丁基醚8份,马琳0.7份,乙醇2份,苯并三氮唑1.5份,二茂铁0.75份,油酸咪唑啉1份。
制备方法如下:
先将纯度98%的甲醇50份与纯净水按照10:1混合稀释,静置;然后将石脑油20份、甲缩醛5份、石油醚5份、6份甲基叔丁基醚和2份甲基仲丁基醚的混合物、马琳0.5份备好,在70~80度的温度下混合成配料,静置8小时;再将乙醇2份,苯并三氮唑1.5份,二茂铁0.75份,油酸咪唑啉1份混合成助剂;再将稀释后的甲醇、配料以及助剂按照55:7.74:10.5的比例混合;最后进行离心分离即可制得所需醇液燃料。
实施例2
纯度99%的甲醇50份,闪点30℃的石脑油20份,甲缩醛5份,石油醚5份,甲基叔丁基醚10份,马琳0.7份,乙醇2份,苯并三氮唑1.5份,二茂铁0.75份,油酸咪唑啉1份。
制备方法如下:
先将纯度99%的甲醇50份与纯净水按照10:1混合稀释,静置;然后将石脑油20份、甲缩醛5份、石油醚5份、6份甲基叔丁基醚和2份甲基仲丁基醚的混合物、马琳0.7份备好,在70~80度的温度下混合成配料,静置8小时;再将乙醇2份,苯并三氮唑1.5份,二茂铁0.75份,油酸咪唑啉1份混合成助剂;再将稀释后的甲醇、配料以及助剂按照55:7.74:10.5的比例混合;最后进行离心分离即可制得所需醇液燃料。
Claims (6)
1.一种车用醇液燃料,其特征在于,其由下列原料按重量份组成:
甲醇45~55份;石脑油15~23份;甲缩醛2~6份;石油醚3~7份;
甲基叔丁基醚和甲基仲丁基醚的混合物5~8份;马琳0.5~1份;助剂5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用醇液燃料,其特征在于,所述甲基叔丁基醚和仲丁基甲醚按3:1的比例混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用醇液燃料,其特征在于,所述助剂包含乙醇、苯并三氮唑、二茂铁、油酸咪唑啉,其按重量比例为4:3:1.5:2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用醇液燃料,其特征在于,所述石脑油的闪点在28~35℃。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种车用醇液燃料,其特征在于,原料包括50份甲醇,石脑油20份,甲缩醛5份,石油醚5份,甲基叔丁基醚和甲基仲丁基醚的混合物8份,马琳0.7份,乙醇2份,苯并三氮唑1.5份,二茂铁0.75份,油酸咪唑啉1份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种车用醇液燃料,其特征在于,通过以下步骤合成:
第一步:稀释甲醇,将甲醇和水以10:1的比例稀释,静置;
第二步:配置配料,将石脑油、甲缩醛、石油醚、甲基叔丁基醚和甲基仲丁基醚的混合物、马琳在70~80°的温度下以4:1:1:1.6:0.14的比例混合,静置8小时以上;
第三步:配置助剂,将乙醇、苯并三氮唑、二茂铁、油酸咪唑啉按照4:3:1.5:2的比例混合,静置等待使用;
第四步:合成醇液,将稀释后的甲醇、配料以及助剂按55:7.74:10.5混合;
