本发明公布了一种醇液燃料,主要由甲醇45~55份;石脑油15~23份;甲缩醛2~6份;石油醚3~7份;甲基叔丁基醚8~15份;马琳0.5~1份;助剂5~10份,通过特定合成方法合成醇液燃料,该技术经多年研究、实践,系统的解决了甲醇的调和比、速溶性、冷起动、成品长期储存稳定性及生产工艺连续化合成等问题,并用多种车型试用醇液燃料进行长距离的行车试验都取得了圆满的效果,试车结果表明:起动快、动力好、冲劲足、不积碳、不冒烟、车况得到了改善,该技术成熟可靠可以大规模工业化生产。

一种醇液燃料
技术领域
本发明涉及车用汽油替代燃料领域,具体涉及一种醇液燃料。
背景技术
随着甲醇处理技术的逐渐成熟,甲醇目前被广泛运用于汽车燃料领域,传统的处理方式是和汽油混合使用,即汽油和不同比例的甲醇直接混合处理形成甲醇燃料,虽然环保节能,动力也和汽油相当,但是对于汽车油箱的要求较高,而且容易造成汽车油箱以及油泵等零部件加快损坏;在行驶相同距离的情况下,甲醇燃料的消耗要比汽油大不少,对于汽车生产商和使用者来说还是不够便利。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述问题,提供一种醇液燃料,不但能起到环保节能的作用,还不用对汽车油箱进行改动,提供的动力和汽油相当,而且造价更低,生产工艺更简单。
为此,本发明提供的一种醇液燃料主要由下列原料配比混合而成:
甲醇45~55份;石脑油15~23份;甲缩醛2~6份;石油醚3~7份;甲基叔丁基醚8~15份;马琳0.5~1份;助剂5~10份。
其中,甲醇的纯度至少达到97%,石脑油的闪点在28~35℃,助剂中包括乙醇、苯并三氮唑、二茂铁、油酸咪唑啉,助剂中乙醇、苯并三氮唑、二茂铁、油酸咪唑啉的混合比例为4:3:1:2,
所述醇液燃料主要通过以下步骤合成:
第一步:稀释甲醇,将甲醇和水以5:1的比例稀释,静置;
第二步:配置配料,将石脑油、甲缩醛、石油醚、甲基叔丁基醚和马琳在70~80度的温度下以30:4:6:8:1的比例混合,静置8小时以上;
第三步:配置助剂,将乙醇、苯并三氮唑、二茂铁、油酸咪唑啉按照4:3:1:2的比例混合,静置等待使用;
第四步:合成醇液,将稀释后的甲醇、配料以及助剂按6:4.07:0.93混合;
第五步:离心分离,将合成的醇液加入离心机分离处理,分离固体和液体。
本发明的有益效果是:该技术经多年研究、实践,系统的解决了甲醇的调和比、速溶性、冷起动、成品长期储存稳定性及生产工艺连续化合成等问题,并用多种车型试用醇液燃料进行长距离的行车试验都取得了圆满的效果,试车结果表明:起动快、动力好、冲劲足、不积碳、不冒烟、车况得到了改善,该技术成熟可靠可以大规模工业化生产。
通过以上方法制得的醇液燃料解决了车用燃油的污染排放问题,燃烧更加充分产生的废气明显降低;更加环保节能,解决了其它燃料动能不足问题以及汽油易燃易爆问题,由于同等份的甲醇燃料和汽油燃烧需要消耗的氧气和产生的二氧化碳含量方面甲醇燃料的表现明显更好,而且甲醇燃料的闪点也高于汽油的闪点,所以甲醇燃料的安全性也要高于汽油以及其他燃油;而通过本发明合成的甲醇燃料可以直接加在汽车油箱里而不需要对油箱以及加油站进行改装,而且价格比其他燃油价格低1/3。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
纯度98%的甲醇45份,闪点28℃的石脑油15份,甲缩醛2份,石油醚3份,甲基叔丁基醚8份,马琳0.5份,乙醇2份,苯并三氮唑1.5份,二茂铁0.5份,油酸咪唑啉1份。
制备方法如下:
先将纯度98%的甲醇45份与9份纯净水混合稀释,静置;然后将石脑油15份,甲缩醛2份,石油醚3份,甲基叔丁基醚8份,马琳0.5份在70~80度的温度下混合成配料,静置8小时;再将乙醇2份,苯并三氮唑1.5份,二茂铁0.5份,油酸咪唑啉1份混合成助剂;再将稀释后的甲醇、配料以及助剂按照6:4.07:0.93的比例混合;最后进行离心分离即可制得醇液燃料。
实施例2
纯度99%的甲醇50份,闪点30℃的石脑油20份,甲缩醛5份,石油醚5份,甲基叔丁基醚10份,马琳0.7份,乙醇2份,苯并三氮唑1.5份,二茂铁0.5份,油酸咪唑啉1份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
纯度99%的甲醇55份,闪点32℃的石脑油23份,甲缩醛6份,石油醚7份,甲基叔丁基醚15份,马琳1份,乙醇4份,苯并三氮唑3份,二茂铁1份,油酸咪唑啉2份。
制备方法同实施例1。

Claims (7)

1.一种醇液燃料,其特征在于,其由下列原料按质量份组成:
甲醇45~55份;石脑油15~23份;甲缩醛2~6份;石油醚3~7份;
甲基叔丁基醚8~15份;马琳0.5~1份;助剂5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种醇液燃料,其特征在于所述甲醇纯度大于97%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种醇液燃料,其特征在于所述石脑油的闪点在28~35℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种醇液燃料,其特征在于所述助剂包括:乙醇、苯并三氮唑、二茂铁、油酸咪唑啉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种醇液燃料,其特征在于所述助剂包含的乙醇、苯并三氮唑、二茂铁、油酸咪唑啉的质量份数比为4:3:1:2。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种醇液燃料,其特征在于所述醇液燃料包括50份甲醇,石脑油20份,甲缩醛5份,石油醚5份,甲基叔丁基醚10份,马琳0.7份,乙醇2份,苯并三氮唑1.5份,二茂铁0.5份,油酸咪唑啉1份。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种醇液燃料,其特征在于通过以下步骤合成:
第一步:稀释甲醇,将甲醇和水以5:1的比例稀释,静置;
第二步:配置配料,将石脑油、甲缩醛、石油醚、甲基叔丁基醚和马琳在70~80度的温度下以30:4:6:8:1的比例混合,静置8小时以上;
第三步:配置助剂,将乙醇、苯并三氮唑、二茂铁、油酸咪唑啉按照4:3:1:2的比例混合,静置等待使用;
第四步:合成醇液,将稀释后的甲醇、配料以及助剂按6:4.07:0.93混合;
