本发明公布了一种车用醇液燃料配方,主要由甲醇92~120份,石脑油13~30份,甲缩醛7~15份,石油醚17~29份,甲基叔丁基醚和甲基仲丁基醚的混合物19~32份,马琳14~18份,助剂35~50份按重量份组成;制备过程简单可控,无需大型设备,制备的成品车用醇液燃料动力十足,清洁环保,是在环境新要求下的重要新能源。

技术领域
本发明涉及车用汽油替代燃料领域,具体涉及一种车用醇液燃料配方。
背景技术
随着甲醇处理技术的逐渐成熟,甲醇目前被广泛运用于汽车燃料领域,传统的处理方式是和汽油混合使用,即汽油和不同比例的甲醇直接混合处理形成甲醇燃料,虽然环保节能,动力也和汽油相当,但是对于汽车各部位配件要求较高,而且排放的尾气并不能得到很好的改善,因此需要一款真正意义上的环保型新能源来替代甲醇-汽油混合燃料以及纯汽油燃料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述问题,提供一种车用醇液燃料配方,较之前的普通醇液燃料尾气排放量得到了更有效的控制,提供的动力更加强劲。
为此,本发明提供的一种车用醇液燃料配方主要由下列原料按重量份组成:
甲醇92~120份;石脑油13~30份;甲缩醛7~15份;石油醚17~29份;
甲基叔丁基醚和甲基仲丁基醚的混合物19~32份;马琳14~18份;助剂35~50份。
其中,甲基叔丁基醚和仲丁基甲醚按3:1的比例混合。
其中,助剂包含乙醇、苯并三氮唑、二茂铁、油酸咪唑啉。
其中,原料包括100份甲醇,石脑油20份,甲缩醛15份,石油醚20份,甲基叔丁基醚和甲基仲丁基醚的混合物24份,马琳15份,乙醇23份,苯并三氮唑6份,二茂铁2份,油酸咪唑啉4份。
其中,甲基叔丁基醚和甲基仲丁基醚的混合物中包含:甲基叔丁基醚18份,甲基仲丁基醚6份。
进一步,原料包括98份甲醇石脑油17份,甲缩醛13份,石油醚17份,甲基叔丁基醚和甲基仲丁基醚的混合物20份,马琳13份,乙醇23份,苯并三氮唑5份,二茂铁2份,油酸咪唑啉5份。
进一步,甲醇120份,石脑油20份,甲缩醛25份,石油醚28份,甲基叔丁基醚和甲基仲丁基醚的混合物30份,马琳18份,乙醇28份,苯并三氮唑8份,二茂铁4份,油酸咪唑啉6份。
本发明的有益效果是:通过本发明所公布的一种车用醇液燃料配方,制备过程简单可控,无需大型设备,制备的成品车用醇液燃料动力十足,清洁环保,是在环境新要求下的重要新能源。

实施例1
原料包括100份甲醇,石脑油20份,甲缩醛15份,石油醚20份,甲基叔丁基醚和甲基仲丁基醚的混合物24份,马琳15份,乙醇23份,苯并三氮唑6份,二茂铁2份,油酸咪唑啉4份;其中甲基叔丁基醚18份,甲基仲丁基醚6份。
实施例2
原料包括98份甲醇石脑油17份,甲缩醛13份,石油醚17份,甲基叔丁基醚和甲基仲丁基醚的混合物20份,马琳13份,乙醇23份,苯并三氮唑5份,二茂铁2份,油酸咪唑啉5份;其中甲基叔丁基醚15份,甲基仲丁基醚5份。
实施例3
包括甲醇120份,石脑油20份,甲缩醛25份,石油醚28份,甲基叔丁基醚和甲基仲丁基醚的混合物30份,其中甲基叔丁基醚22.5份,甲基仲丁基醚7.5份,马琳18份,乙醇28份,苯并三氮唑8份,二茂铁4份,油酸咪唑啉6份。
实施例4
甲醇110份,石脑油22份,甲缩醛23份,石油醚26份,甲基叔丁基醚21份,甲基仲丁基醚7份,马琳16份,乙醇27份,苯并三氮唑7份,二茂铁3.5份,油酸咪唑啉5.4份。

1.一种车用醇液燃料配方,其特征在于,其由下列原料按重量份组成:
甲醇92~120份;石脑油13~30份;甲缩醛7~15份;石油醚17~29份;
甲基叔丁基醚和甲基仲丁基醚的混合物19~32份;马琳14~18份;助剂35~50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用醇液燃料配方,其特征在于,所述甲基叔丁基醚和仲丁基甲醚按3:1的比例混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用醇液燃料配方,其特征在于,所述助剂包含乙醇、苯并三氮唑、二茂铁、油酸咪唑啉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用醇液燃料配方,其特征在于,原料包括100份甲醇,石脑油20份,甲缩醛15份,石油醚20份,甲基叔丁基醚和甲基仲丁基醚的混合物24份,马琳15份,乙醇23份,苯并三氮唑6份,二茂铁2份,油酸咪唑啉4份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种车用醇液燃料配方,其特征在于,甲基叔丁基醚和甲基仲丁基醚的混合物中包含:甲基叔丁基醚18份,甲基仲丁基醚6份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用醇液燃料配方,其特征在于,原料包括98份甲醇,石脑油17份,甲缩醛13份,石油醚17份,甲基叔丁基醚和甲基仲丁基醚的混合物20份,马琳13份,乙醇23份,苯并三氮唑5份,二茂铁2份,油酸咪唑啉5份。
