Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于活性染料物理防印的防白浆的制备,其特征在于:将38‑45波美度的硅酸钠在不断搅拌的条件下60℃‑70℃加热处理30‑45min,冷却至室温后备用;取97‑99wt%磷酸酯淀粉,加入1‑3wt%的氢氧化钠固体,采用搅拌球磨机机械研磨2‑3h。取上述经过处理的硅酸钠85‑90wt%加入烧杯中,用机械搅拌机以600‑1000r的转速搅拌,并边搅拌边加入上述步骤2)中反应合成的物质9‑13wt%和1‑2wt%的磷酸二氢钠,搅拌10min‑30min后,将机械搅拌机的转速增加至1500‑2200r搅拌35‑60min,制成防白浆。其粘度控制在8000mPa∙s~22000 mPa∙s。在进行印花时先印制防白浆后再湿罩湿刮印色浆,经80‑90℃烘干、100‑105℃饱和蒸汽蒸化8‑9min后,用冷水洗净浮色,用100℃左右的热水进行皂洗,然后再用冷水冲洗并烘干。

一种用于活性染料物理防印的防白浆的制备
技术领域
本发明属于化学印染领域,涉及一种用于活性染料物理防印的防白浆制备。
背景技术
目前,活性染料的防白可通过化学防印和物理防印实现,化学防印如利用柠檬酸、酒石酸等释酸剂破坏活性染料固色条件或亚硫酸钠可以先与乙烯砜类活性基团率先反应,使其不能再与纤维结合的特性达到活性染料防白效果。释酸剂防白存在释酸剂用量小,防白效果差,用量高,对棉纤维造成严重损伤的缺陷,亚硫酸钠防白存在只适用于具有乙烯砜类活性基团活性染料的防白,防印轮廓不精细,防印过程易放出二氧化硫等有害还原气体的种多不足,物理防印主要以钛白粉加粘合剂制成的罩印白对活性染料进行遮盖而实现防白,此方法中粘合剂易沾粘活性染料浮色,防白效果差,针对以上问题的解决,现提供一种用于活性染料物理防印的防白浆制备方法和应用,中国专利CN105862463A公开了活性染料的防印印花工艺,该专利防白浆包括2-10wt%酒石酸、马来酸、衣康酸、硫酸铵中的至少一种防印酸剂进行化学酸防白,0-5wt%水玻璃做粘合剂物理阻隔,5-10wt%羟乙基皂荚胶,瓜尔豆角胶,淀粉,罗望子胶中至少一种做防印糊料,其中所用到的水玻璃和淀粉只是分别作为粘合剂物理阻隔和防印糊料,未提到通过两者在印花工艺条件下再进一步反应生成新物质用作印花的防印。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种防白效果好,轮廓精细,通用于各类活性基团的活性染料防白,对环境污染小的物理防印活性染料的防白浆制备方法和应用。
本发明使用适量的氢氧化钠与淀粉通过机械研磨反应生成易结膜,粘合力强,增稠效果好的新物质糊精,可以有效的阻止活性染料色浆接触纤维;磷酸二氢钠在高温蒸化固色过程中酸性增强,可以与水玻璃反应生成形成具有良好隔水效果的结膜硅胶聚集态;水洗时在温度100℃左右的沸水中进行皂洗可有效洗除吸附在纤维上的防白浆和活性染料,具体制备步骤如下:
1)将38-45波美度的硅酸钠在不断搅拌的条件下40℃-70℃加热处理15-45min,冷却至室温后备用;
2)取90-99wt%磷酸酯淀粉,加入1-9wt%的氢氧化钠固体,采用搅拌球磨机机械研磨2-3h。
3)取上述经过处理的硅酸钠80-90wt%加入烧杯中,用机械搅拌机以600-1000r的转速搅拌,并边搅拌边加入上述步骤2)中反应合成的物质9-18wt%和1-2wt%的磷酸二氢钠,搅拌10min-60min后,将机械搅拌机的转速增加至1500-2200r搅拌20-60min,制成防白浆。
进一步的,所制成的防白浆的粘度在16000-22000mPa.s。
进一步的,本发明中淀粉不是作为一种增稠糊料直接使用的而是将其与氢氧化钠在机械研磨的条件下反应生成新的有机物糊精;磷酸二氢钠在高温蒸化固色时由于酸性增加才能与水玻璃反应生成隔水的硅胶聚集态,常温下可与水玻璃均匀稳定共存。
进一步的,本发明所制备的防白浆极易被充分水洗,不会对印花面料手感造成影响。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步描述,但本发明的保护范围并不仅限于此:
实施例1
防白浆制备:1、水玻璃处理,将38波美度的水玻璃65℃加热30min,冷却至室温后备用;2、淀粉处理,取97wt%的磷酸酯淀粉加入3wt%氢氧化钠固体粉末混合均匀机械研磨2h备用;3、制备,取处理后的水玻璃85wt%在向其中加入1wt%磷酸二氢钠并在不断搅拌条件下逐渐加入14wt%处理后的淀粉搅拌1h。
活性印花色浆制备:准确称量80wt%去离子水,依次加入15wt%尿素、2.5wt%小苏打、0.2wt%防染盐s、4.5wt%固体海藻酸钠,用搅拌器高速搅拌2小时,膨化6小时得印花原糊。准确称量5wt%活性K型染料翠蓝SPE,用55wt%去离子水化开,加入40wt%上述海藻酸钠原糊。
将上述配制的防印浆和色浆在纯棉织物上进行防印印花,具体流程如下:纯棉织物→刮印防印浆线条(3mm/s,5V)→罩印色浆(5mm/s,3V)→烘干(80-85℃,3min)→汽蒸(102℃,9min)→冷水水洗→100℃热沸水水皂洗→冷水冲洗→烘干。防印布样具有优异的防印白度和好的防印精细度。
实施例2
防白浆制备:1、水玻璃处理,将38波美度的水玻璃65℃加热30min,冷却至室温后备用;2、淀粉处理,取97wt%的磷酸酯淀粉加入3wt%氢氧化钠固体粉末混合均匀机械研磨2h备用;3、制备,取处理后的水玻璃90wt%在向其中加入1wt%磷酸二氢钠并在不断搅拌条件下逐渐加入9wt%处理后的淀粉搅拌1h。
活性印花色浆制备:准确称量80wt%去离子水,依次加入15wt%尿素、2.5wt%小苏打、0.2wt%防染盐s、4.5wt%固体海藻酸钠,用搅拌器高速搅拌2小时,膨化6小时得印花原糊。准确称量5wt%活性K型染料翠蓝KNG,用55wt%去离子水化开,加入40wt%上述海藻酸钠原糊。
将上述配制的防印浆和色浆在纯棉织物上进行防印印花,具体流程如下:纯棉织物→刮印防印浆线条(3mm/s,5V)→罩印色浆(5mm/s,3V)→烘干(80-85℃,3min)→汽蒸(102℃,9min)→冷水水洗→100℃热沸水水皂洗→冷水冲洗→烘干。防印布样具有优异的防印白度和好的防印精细度。
本发明制备的防白浆突破了化学方法亚硫酸钠只能防印乙烯砜类活性染料和酸剂防印损伤棉纤维及常用物理法防印防白不净的技术缺陷,实现了对目前印染使用的一氯均三嗪类和乙烯砜类活性染料进行防白的良好效果。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于活性染料物理防印的防白浆的制备,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)将38-45波美度的硅酸钠在不断搅拌的条件下40℃-70℃加热处理15-45min,冷却至室温后备用;
2)取90-99wt%磷酸酯淀粉,加入1-9wt%的氢氧化钠固体,采用搅拌球磨机机械研磨2-3h。
2.取上述经过处理的硅酸钠80-90wt%加入烧杯中,用机械搅拌机以600-1000r的转速搅拌,并边搅拌边加入上述步骤2)中反应合成的物质9-18wt%和1-2wt%的磷酸二氢钠,搅拌10min-60min后,将机械搅拌机的转速增加至1500-2200r搅拌20-60min,制成防白浆。
3.所制成的防白浆,其特征在于防白浆粘度在8000-22000mPa.s。
4.一种用于活性染料物理防印的防白浆的制备,其特征在于淀粉不是作为一种增稠糊料直接使用的而是将其与氢氧化钠在机械研磨的条件下反应生成新的有机物糊精;磷酸二氢钠在高温蒸化固色时由于酸性增加才能与水玻璃反应生成隔水的硅胶聚集态,常温下可与水玻璃均匀稳定共存。
