Abstract

本发明公开了一种涤棉面料短流程染整加工工艺,包括以下步骤:一浴法前处理,将涤棉织物浸入前处理整理液中,在95~100℃处理45min,60℃热水洗、冷水洗;染色,活性染料染棉:将前处理后的涤棉织物浸入染液中,以1.5℃/min升温至80℃,保温45min;分散染料染涤:在染液中,加入适量醋酸调节pH值至4.5‑5.5,并加入匀染剂和分散染料,升温至130℃,保温染色45min后,60℃热水洗、冷水洗;皂洗,将染色后的涤棉织物置于皂洗液中进行皂洗,温度为90℃~95℃,时间为10min;后整理,在定型机料槽中配置后整理液,染色后的涤棉织物浸于后整理液中,经轧车轧液后,于175‑185℃烘干。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料的染整工艺,具体涉及一种涤棉面料短流程染整加工工艺,属于纺织品面料的染整加工领域。
背景技术
涤棉面料是以涤纶为主要成份,涤和棉混纱线织成的纺织品。涤棉面料既突出了涤纶的风格又有棉织物的长处,在干、湿情况下弹性和耐磨性都较好,尺寸稳定,缩水率小,具有挺拔、不易皱折、易洗、快干的特点。
聚酯纤维与棉纤维的理化性质不相同,在染整加工时,两者应兼顾,其前处理通常包括退浆、精练、漂白工序。该前处理工艺虽重现性好,但时间长,效率低,能耗高,废水量大。
因此,在进行涤棉织物染整加工时,若采用短流程前处理工艺,则有利于节能、节水、节时。
发明内容
为克服上述常规涤棉染整工艺的不足,本发明的采用了短流程的前处理工艺,具体地说,涤棉织物的前处理将传统的退浆、精练、漂白三道工序合并为一道工序,为一步法工艺;染色则采用活性染料/分散染料一浴两步法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
涤棉面料短流程染整加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(一)、一浴法前处理
按浴比1:8,将涤棉织物浸入前处理整理液中,在95~100℃处理45min,然后降温至40℃,排废液,60℃热水洗、冷水洗;
(二)、染色
采用一浴两步法,先染棉再套染涤;
(三)、皂洗
按浴比1:10,将染色后的涤棉织物置于皂洗液中进行皂洗,皂洗的温度为90℃~95℃,皂洗时间为10min;所述的皂洗液含净洗剂209 2g/L、聚丙烯酸钠2g/L;
(四)、后整理
按银抗菌剂0.5g/L、二乙基-2,3-环氧丙基-[3-(甲基二甲氧基)]硅丙基氯化铵0.7g/L、二乙烯三胺0.06g/L的浓度,在定型机料槽中配置后整理液,染色后的涤棉织物浸于后整理液中,经轧车轧液后,于175-185℃烘干;
所述的银抗菌剂的制备方法为:称取5g纳米二氧化钛分散于150mL甲苯中,超声处理40min,室温下继续磁力搅拌1h,然后向上述溶液中缓慢滴加8mLKH-550和2mL三乙胺,搅拌下混合溶液回流反应24h。反应结束,抽滤,在无水乙醇中索氏提取24h,60℃下干燥,研磨得到TiO2/KH-550白色粉末备用;称取偶联剂表面改性的纳米二氧化钛3g,溶于30mL四氢呋喃中,加入4mL二硫化碳及0.4mL三乙胺,室温下搅拌反应4h,得二硫代氨基甲酸化纳米二氧化钛;取二硫代氨基甲酸化纳米二氧化钛3g分散于50mL水中,加入过量0.01mol/L的硝酸银溶液,避光络合反应0.5h,除去多余的硝酸银,得银抗菌剂。
所述的前处理整理液由水及助剂配制成,其中助剂浓度为氢氧化钠12g/L、双氧水8g/L、硅酸钠5g/L、精练剂4g/L、螯合分散剂2g/L。
所述的先染棉再套染涤流程及工艺为:
活性染料染棉:
活性染料a%owf、元明粉20-60g/L、纯碱1-3g/L、温度80℃、时间45min;按浴比1:8,室温,将前处理后的涤棉面料浸入染液中,循环10min后,加入元明粉,继续循环10min,加入纯碱,以1.5℃/min升温至80℃,保温45min;
分散染料染涤:
分散染料b%owf、匀染剂1-2g/L、pH值4.5-5.5、温度130℃、时间45min;在染液中,加入适量醋酸调节pH值至4.5-5.5,并加入匀染剂和分散染料,循环5min后,以1℃/min升温至130℃,保温染色45min后,降温至50℃以下,排废液,60℃热水洗、冷水洗。
所述的精练剂为本领域常见市售助剂,如精练剂HA-SSA(江苏省海安石油化工厂)、精练剂XC-J(德国巴斯夫公司)等。
所述的螯合分散剂为本领域常见市售助剂,如螯合分散剂DM-8103(广东德美化工)、螯合分散剂TF-133B(浙江传化股份有限公司)等。
所述的匀染剂为本领域常用产品,如高温匀染剂TF-201E(浙江传化股份有限公司)、高温匀染剂742(苏州联胜化学)等。
所述的活性染料为本领域常规染料,如活性黄FG、活性橙RNL、活性金黄R-3RD、活性红RR、活性大红2GD、活性艳红BB、活性红玉RNN、活性紫5R、活性深棕BR、活性翠蓝B-BGFN、活性艳蓝BB、活性深蓝R-2GLN、活性蓝GL、活性藏青S-G、活性黑ED-Q、活性黑ED-H等。
所述的分散染料为本领域常用染料,如分散金黄REF、分散黄棕REF、分散红REF、分散红玉REF、分散宝蓝RE、分散蓝REF、分散藏青REF、分散灰REF、分散黑REF、分散黑REF-G等。
所述的二乙基-2,3-环氧丙基-[3-(甲基二甲氧基)]硅丙基氯化铵,由γ-氯丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、乙二胺及环氧氯丙烷反应制得,该合成方法为公知技术,其反应方程式及制备方法如下:
N,N-二乙基胺丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷的合成:
反应釜中加入摩尔比1:4的γ-氯丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷与乙二胺,搅拌升温至110℃,保温反应20h后,冷却至室温,干燥除去固体成分(二乙胺盐酸盐)。二乙基-2,3-环氧丙基-[3-(甲基二甲氧基)]硅丙基氯化铵的合成
在装有N2保护装置、温度计、回流冷凝管和搅拌器的反应器中加入9gN,N-二乙基胺丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷和15g无水乙醇混合物,升温至45℃,缓慢滴加4.2g环氧氯丙烷和8g无水乙醇的混合物,滴加完毕后,保温反应4h后,降至室温,将无水乙醇蒸发,用无水乙醚洗脱4次,真空干燥,得无色或淡黄色产物。
本发明涤棉面料短流程染整加工工艺的前处理采用退煮漂一浴法、染色采用活性染料/分散染料一浴两步法,缩减了工艺步骤,节约了水、电、汽、时间,减少了废水的排放;后整理季铵盐有机硅阳离子化合物含有甲氧基及环氧基,易于纤维素中的羟基结合,在面料表面形成密集的阳性电荷,能够起到活性染料固色的作用,且阳离子电荷具有良好的抗菌性,与银抗菌剂、多乙烯多胺相互间及其与棉纤维交联反应,在涤棉织物表面形成稳定的结合物。银有着优良的抗菌性,纳米二氧化钛能够分解有机物及细菌残留物,与银结合,可使细菌彻底分解,而纳米二氧化钛还有优异的抗紫外线功能,因此,本发明短流程染整加工工艺的涤棉面料兼具抗菌、抗紫外、固色等效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做详细说明。
实施例1:
银抗菌剂的制备方法为:
称取5g纳米二氧化钛分散于150mL甲苯中,超声处理40min,室温下继续磁力搅拌1h,然后向上述溶液中缓慢滴加8mLKH-550和2mL三乙胺,搅拌下混合溶液回流反应24h。反应结束,抽滤,在无水乙醇中索氏提取24h,60℃下干燥,研磨得到TiO2/KH-550白色粉末备用;称取偶联剂表面改性的纳米二氧化钛3g,溶于30mL四氢呋喃中,加入4mL二硫化碳及0.4mL三乙胺,室温下搅拌反应4h,得二硫代氨基甲酸化纳米二氧化钛;取二硫代氨基甲酸化纳米二氧化钛3g分散于50mL水中,加入过量0.01mol/L的硝酸银溶液,避光络合反应0.5h,除去多余的硝酸银,得银抗菌剂。
实施例2:
涤棉面料短流程染整加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(一)、一浴法前处理
按浴比1:8,将涤棉织物浸入前处理整理液中,在95~100℃处理45min,然后降温至40℃,排废液,60℃热水洗、冷水洗;整理液由水及助剂配制成,其中助剂浓度为氢氧化钠12g/L、双氧水8g/L、硅酸钠5g/L、精练剂4g/L、螯合分散剂2g/L;
(二)、染色
采用一浴两步法,先染棉再套染涤
活性染料染棉:
按浴比1:8,室温,将前处理后的涤棉织物浸入染液中,循环10min后,加入元明粉,继续循环10min,加入纯碱,以1.5℃/min升温至80℃,保温45min;
分散染料染涤:
在上述染液中,加入适量醋酸调节pH值至4.5-5.5,并加入匀染剂和分散染料,循环5min后,以1℃/min升温至130℃,保温染色45min后,降温至50℃以下,排废液,60℃热水洗、冷水洗;
(三)、皂洗
按浴比1:10,将染色后的涤棉织物置于皂洗液中进行皂洗,皂洗的温度为90℃~95℃,皂洗时间为10min;所述的皂洗液含净洗剂209 2g/L、聚丙烯酸钠2g/L;
(四)、后整理
按银抗菌剂0.5g/L、二乙基-2,3-环氧丙基-[3-(甲基二甲氧基)]硅丙基氯化铵0.7g/L、二乙烯三胺0.06g/L的浓度,在定型机料槽中配置后整理液,染色后的涤棉织物浸于后整理液中,经轧车轧液后,于175-185℃烘干。所述的银抗菌剂按实施例1制备。
其中,活性染料及分散染料的用量即owf%,视颜色及色深而定,与目标色相符即可,在实施例中不具体赋值。元明粉对活性染料在面料表面的吸附有促进作用,随活性染料用量的增加而增加,浅色20g/L,深色可达60g/L,甚至更高浓度。
本实施例使用的涤棉面料规格为:30s*30s/130*70T80%C20%。
红色由活性红RR、分散红REF拼色组成;黄色由活性黄FG、分散金黄REF拼色组成;蓝色由活性蓝GL、分散蓝RE拼色F组成,各染料的用量为2%owf,按本实施例工艺,形成3个染色品试样,对其相关性能进行测试。
抗紫外线性能按照《GB/T 18830-2002纺织品防紫外线性能的评定》测试。
耐洗色牢度按GB/T3921.1-2008《纺织品耐洗色牢度试验方法》测试。
耐摩擦色牢度按GB/T3920-2008《纺织品耐摩擦色牢度试验方法》测试。
耐汗渍色牢度按GB/T 3922-2013《纺织品耐汗渍色牢度试验方法》测定。
日晒牢度按照GB/T 8427-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐人造光色牢度:氙弧》测定。
抗菌性能按GB/T 20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》测试,结果如表3所示。

(一)、一浴法前处理
按浴比1:8,将涤棉织物浸入前处理整理液中,在95~100℃处理45min,然后降温至40℃,排废液,60℃热水洗、冷水洗;
(二)、染色
采用一浴两步法,先染棉再套染涤;
(三)、皂洗
按浴比1:10,将染色后的涤棉织物置于皂洗液中进行皂洗,皂洗的温度为90℃~95℃,皂洗时间为10min;所述的皂洗液含净洗剂209 2g/L、聚丙烯酸钠2g/L;

活性染料a%owf、元明粉20-60g/L、纯碱1-3g/L、温度80℃、时间45min;按浴比1:8,室温,将前处理后的涤棉面料浸入染液中,循环10min后,加入元明粉,继续循环10min,加入纯碱,以1.5℃/min升温至80℃,保温45min;
分散染料染涤:
分散染料b%owf、匀染剂1-2g/L、pH值4.5-5.5、温度130℃、时间45min;在染液中,加入适量醋酸调节pH值至4.5-5.5,并加入匀染剂和分散染料,循环5min后,以1℃/min升温至130℃,保温染色45min后,降温至50℃以下,排废液,60℃热水洗、冷水洗。
4.根据权利要求1所述的涤棉面料短流程染整加工工艺,其特征在于:所述的精练剂为精练剂HA-SSA或精练剂XC-J。
5.根据权利要求1所述的涤棉面料短流程染整加工工艺,其特征在于:所述的螯合分散剂为螯合分散剂DM-8103或螯合分散剂TF-133B。
6.根据权利要求1所述的涤棉面料短流程染整加工工艺,其特征在于:所述的匀染剂为高温匀染剂TF-201E或高温匀染剂742。
