一种可水洗蚕丝及其制作工艺,选用热熔性纤维均匀分布在蚕丝纤维中,再经加温粘合,制成可水洗蚕丝絮片,所述热熔性纤维,又称低熔点纤维,包括聚丙烯或聚乙烯,优选聚乙烯130度熔点纤维;所述热熔性纤维均匀分布在蚕丝纤维中采用三次梳理混合的办法。本发明提供一种可水洗蚕丝的制作工艺,使蚕丝既保持了蚕丝的柔软性状,又能完全粘合成片,不易拉断,水洗后不变形不成球,成为制作蚕丝保暖服装的佳品。

可水洗蚕丝及其制作工艺
技术领域:
本发明属于纺织工业技术领域,具体涉及一种可水洗蚕丝及其制作工艺。
背景技术:
蚕丝具有很好的保暖性和舒适性,是一种良好的保暖服饰材料,它的保暖舒适性远高于羽绒和其它纤维,但在加工过程中必须将其绵球化,再经梳理成片絮形,方可加工成服饰用絮片。由于蚕丝不具有粘连性,所以制成服饰经水洗就会脱成球,无法继续使用,一次蚕丝保暖服饰保暖水洗已成为蚕丝纺织行业的技术难题,严重影响蚕丝的广泛应用和蚕桑产业的发展。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:解决上述现有技术存在的问题,而提供一种可水洗蚕丝及其制作工艺,使蚕丝既保持了蚕丝的柔软性状,又能完全粘合成片,不易拉断,水洗后不变形不成球,成为制作蚕丝保暖服装的佳品。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种可水洗蚕丝,包括热熔性纤维和蚕丝纤维,热熔性纤维,热熔性纤维均匀分布在蚕丝纤维中并加温粘合,成为可水洗蚕丝絮片。
一种可水洗蚕丝的制作工艺,选用热熔性纤维均匀分布在蚕丝纤维中,再经加温粘合,制成可水洗蚕丝絮片。
上述技术方案中,所述热熔性纤维,又称低熔点纤维,包括聚丙烯或聚乙烯优选聚乙烯130度熔点纤维。
上述技术方案中,在蚕丝纤维中还可加入聚酯纤维。
上述技术方案中,所述热熔性纤维均匀分布在蚕丝纤维中采用三次梳理混合的办法,第一次梳理是将量好的热熔性纤维、蚕丝纤维和聚酯纤维原料放入开松机梳理成500g絮片,第二次梳理是将500g絮片放入梳棉机进行第二次梳理,梳理后进行第一次铺网,然后送入针刺机进行针刺打卷;第三次梳理是将针刺打卷材料送入梳棉机进行第三次梳理,然后进行第二次铺网。
上述技术方案中,所述梳棉机采用186梳棉机,所述针刺机为通用型针刺机,所述铺网采用头道网复机进行薄片网复式铺网。
上述技术方案中,所述加温粘合在烘箱中进行加温,温度160-180度,时间2-3分钟。
上述技术方案中,所述加温粘合后的可水洗蚕丝絮片进行辊压铇光、打卷切断。
工艺路线:定量装包,每包500g;开松梳理;186梳棉机梳理成溥片;铺网往复成型;针刺;打卷;186梳棉机梳理成溥片;铺网往复成型;烘箱粘合-辊压铇光;打卷切断。
上述技术方案中的:
1)、开松机为通用型纤维开松机,使用针布为14号针布;
2)、改进型186梳棉机,青岛产,属通用型梳棉机,只是对入棉部作改进,即将凹凸压辊改为针刺压辊和将原机梳辊两个改为四个,梳辊20公分直径改为30公分直径;
3)、铺网机为通用型往复铺网机。
4)、烘箱为恒温160~180度平铺网烘箱,时长为2~3分钟,也属于絮片通用型。
5)、后道辊压、铇光、打卷、切断均为通用工艺,采用通用型机械。
6)、针刺机只是在通用型针刺机的基础上减少60%的针刺针,使针刺后的棉片蓬松柔软。
本发明解决了传统技术蚕丝不可水洗的技术难题,通过在蚕丝中添加热熔性纤维,并运用三次梳理的方法将只有百分之十几的热熔性纤维均匀混合在百分之八九十的蚕丝之中,最后经加热到130℃以上,将蚕丝与热熔性纤维粘合在一起,达到相互链接、形成蚕丝片状、可裁剪、水洗后不断裂的目的。极大提高了蚕丝的技术性能,拓宽了蚕丝的应用领域,使蚕丝成为制作保暖服装的佳品,进一步延长了蚕桑产业链条,形成蚕桑产业集群,拉动当地服装业的发展和增加就业岗位。

具体实施方式:
参见图1,蚕丝具有很好的保暖性和舒适性,是一种良好的保暖服饰材料,它的保暖舒适性远高于羽绒和其它纤维材料,但在加工过程中必须将其绵球化,再经梳理成片絮形,方可加工成服饰用絮片。由于蚕丝不具有粘连性在制作成服饰经水洗后会脱成球无法继续使用,因而蚕丝服装不能水洗一直是行业中未解决的技术难题。我们选用粘合法进行试验,即选用12%的热熔性纤维,经梳理铺网再加温到130°以上进行粘合,制成絮片获得成功,其主要特点在于:如何将只有12%的热熔性纤维均匀分布在88%蚕丝纤维中,否则会出现粘合不均,造成部分拉扯分裂的问题,为达到均匀的目的,我们采取三次梳理混合的办法,第一次是将量好的原料进行第一次开松梳理成500g量的头道片,再进入改型的186梳理机进行二次梳理,并送入头道网复机进行薄片网复式铺网,然后送入针刺机针刺连结,打卷成二道片,之后送入改型186梳理机进行第三次梳理和第二次薄片网复铺网,最后进行加温熔解粘合,形成标准的无纺蚕丝粘合片,经三次梳理混合和二次薄片网复铺网成型后完全达到均匀之后,进行热熔粘合,其产品既保持了蚕丝的柔软性状,又达到完全粘合成片、不易拉断的目的,是制作蚕丝保暖服装的佳品。实施例:
在第一次开松梳理前,先进行定量分配,即12%的聚乙烯130度熔点纤维60g;20%聚酯纤维100g;68%蚕丝纤维340g;总量为500g装成一包,均匀放入开松机,进行第一次开松梳理,制成500g絮片,规格为2米长、60公分宽的片状半成品;然后将500g絮片作为第二次梳理材料放入186梳棉机进行二次梳理和第一次铺网,往复成片,然后进入通用型针刺机进行针刺打卷;并以此作为第三次186梳棉机梳理的材料,进行第三次梳理,再进入第二次铺网,往复成片,并自动送入烘箱进行加温粘合,加温烘箱温度160-180度,时长2~3分钟,最后进行辊压铇光,打卷切断。

1.一种可水洗蚕丝的制作工艺,其特征在于包括热熔性纤维和蚕丝纤维,热熔性纤维均匀分布在蚕丝纤维中并加温粘合,成为可水洗蚕丝絮片。
2.一种可水洗蚕丝的制作工艺,其特征在于:选用热熔性纤维均匀分布在蚕丝纤维中,再经加温粘合,制成可水洗蚕丝絮片。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可水洗蚕丝的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述热熔性纤维,又称低熔点纤维,包括聚丙烯或聚乙烯,优选聚乙烯130度熔点纤维。
4.根据权利要求2所述的可水洗蚕丝的制作工艺,其特征在于:在蚕丝纤维中还加入聚酯纤维。
5.根据权利要求2所述的可水洗蚕丝的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述热熔型纤维均匀分布在蚕丝纤维中采用三次梳理混合的办法,第一次梳理是将量好的热熔性纤维、蚕丝纤维和聚酯纤维原料放入开松机梳理成500g絮片,第二次梳理是将500g絮片放入梳棉机进行第二次梳理,梳理后进行第一次铺网,然后送入针刺机进行针刺打卷;第三次梳理是将针刺打卷材料送入梳棉机进行第三次梳理,然后进行第二次铺网。
6.根据权利要求1所述的可水洗蚕丝的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述加温粘合在烘箱中进行加温,温度160-180度,时间2-3分钟。
7.根据权利要求1所述的可水洗蚕丝的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述加温粘合后进行辊压铇光、打卷切断。
