本发明涉及一种床上用品的填充物。
背景技术
桑蚕短丝由于其具有保暖性能优异、弹性好等优点,被应用于各种床上用品的填充物。但单纯的桑蚕短丝填充物,由于不具有洗涤性能,使得应用性能和规模受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种既保留桑蚕短丝的优良性能,又可水洗、具有抗菌性能的水洗桑蚕短丝填充物。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种水洗桑蚕短丝填充物,其特征是:由桑蚕短丝、抗菌纤维、其他聚酯纤维混合组成。
所述填充物中,质量比例:桑蚕短丝的含量为61.8%、抗菌纤维含量为25%、余量为其他聚酯纤维。
所述抗菌纤维为4080纤维。
本发明产品既保留桑蚕短丝的优良性能,又可水洗,而且具有优良的抗菌性能。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施方式
一种水洗桑蚕短丝填充物,由桑蚕短丝、抗菌纤维、其他聚酯纤维混合组成。可以采用普通的混纺工艺将三种纤维混纺制成。
所述填充物中,质量比例:桑蚕短丝的含量为61.8%、抗菌纤维含量为25%、余量为其他聚酯纤维。
所述抗菌纤维为4080纤维。
