Abstract
本发明提出了一种PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管及其制备方法,PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管由内层塑胶原料和外层塑胶原料制成;所述内层塑胶原料包括以下重量份计成分:低密度聚乙烯30~100份、茂金属10~50份和深色色母1~8份;所述外层塑胶原料包括以下重量份计成分:高密度聚乙烯5~35份、茂金属10~50份、聚丙烯30~70份和浅色色母1~15份。所述制备方法包括以下步骤:准备原料;制备PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管;真空冷却;气冷箱冷却;切割、储存。本发明不需要增加新的工艺就可以生产出沙皮纹、树皮纹、豹纹等多种单色、双色塑料软管,且生产出的PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管印刷前不需涂层过油印刷油墨也依然牢固不脱落。

技术领域
本发明属于PE软管或PP软管技术领域,特别是指一种PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,日化类产品如洗面奶,护发素、身体乳、沐浴露、BB霜、防晒霜,护手霜等外包装PE塑料软管的生产技术和设备均为二十多年前从台湾地区引进为主,其使用的原料亦是沿用二十多年前的“台湾”配方。使用的机器设备是双螺杆共挤PE塑料拉管机,使用的原料是低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、茂金属(LLDPE)按固定的比例搭配,工艺参数如温度、压力、速度均未改变过,采用这种传统技术制备出来的PE软管表面过于平滑,为了后期便于在PE软管上印刷相应图案或相应产品信息,制备出来的PE软管在后续印刷过程中都必须先涂层过油印刷色才牢固。
另外,传统技术只能制备出单色、平滑的PE软管,如果想要制备出沙皮纹、树皮纹、豹纹等多种单色、双色塑料软管,则必须在单色PE软管的基础上进行印刷、涂画,增加了生产工艺,增大成本,且生产出来的沙皮纹容易掉漆,没有凹凸的层次感和立体感。
针对现在的市场需求及国际竞争环境,人们对自身的形象及个人护理越来重视,现有技术生产出的软管过于传统、单一,已不能满足市场多元化和个性化的需求,也不具备市场竞争优势,尤其是不能满足现代的90后及00后对产品及包装极具个性化的追求。
发明内容
本发明提出一种PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管及其制备方法,不需要增加新的工艺就可以生产出沙皮纹、树皮纹、豹纹等多种单色、双色塑料软管,且生产出的PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管印刷前不需涂层过油印刷油墨也依然牢固不脱落。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管,包括内层塑胶原料和外层塑胶原料;所述内层塑胶原料包括以下重量份计成分:低密度聚乙烯30~100份、茂金属10~50份和深色色母1~8份;所述外层塑胶原料包括以下重量份计成分:高密度聚乙烯5~35份、茂金属10~50份、聚丙烯30~70份和浅色色母1~15份。
进一步的,所述内层塑胶原料中的低密度聚乙烯为低密度聚乙烯JF430N,所述茂金属为茂金属2530。
进一步的,所述外层塑胶原料中的高密度聚乙烯为高密度聚乙烯5502,所述茂金属为茂金属2530;所述聚丙烯为聚丙烯LSP0550。
进一步的,所述内层塑胶原料包括以下重量份计成分:低密度聚乙烯70份、茂金属30份和深色色母4份。
进一步的,所述外层塑胶原料包括以下重量份计成分:高密度聚乙烯20份、茂金属30份、聚丙烯50份和浅色色母4份。
一种PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方配比出内层塑胶原料和外层塑胶原料,充分搅拌、混合均匀;
(2)将所述内层塑胶原料和外层塑胶原料分别加入到双螺杆共挤拉管机的相应料筒内,设定好温度和内层螺杆、外层螺杆的转速后,由所述双螺杆共挤机于模唇处挤出PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管;其中,内外层螺杆的转速为2:1;
(3)真空定径冷却装置在真空水箱外部另外设置一个外置储水箱,真空水箱和外置储水箱相互连通;真空泵又与外置储水箱相连通,真空泵排掉外置储水箱内的空气进而让真空水箱处于真空状态,定径套和真空水箱对所述PE/PP 双色沙皮纹软管进行定径,同时进行真空冷却;
(4)进行水冷后再进入气冷箱进行气冷;
(5)将气冷后的PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管导入无极切台铜套内,按照设定的产品长度要求进行标准飞切;
(6)飞切好的PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管落在输送带上流到下一道工序或入箱储存。
进一步的,步骤(2)中,所述内层螺杆的温度为150℃,所述外层螺杆的温度为180℃。
进一步的,所述内层螺杆的转速为600r/min,所述外层螺杆的转速为 300r/min。
进一步的,双螺杆共挤机挤出PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管的速度为8~10m/min。
进一步的,步骤(3)中真空冷却的温度为10℃~15℃,步骤(4)中气冷箱中的温度设置为10℃~15℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:利用本发明技术制备出的PE/PP 双色沙皮纹软管印刷前不需涂层过油印刷油墨依然牢固不脱落,减少了后续工艺,也节约了涂层过油的材料成本,缩短了产品的生产周期。本发明突破传统工艺单色单类型原料做塑料包装产品的瓶颈,可一次性生产出沙皮纹、树皮纹、豹纹等多种单色、双色塑料软管,节能、降耗、且大大提高了生产效率,也进一步丰富了多彩的塑料包装市场;本发明制备出的PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管纹路特别、新颖别致有手感,有凹凸的层次感和立体感,刺激消费者的购买欲。

一种PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管,包括内层塑胶原料和外层塑胶原料,其中:
所述内层塑胶原料包括以下重量份数的原料制备:低密度聚乙烯80份、茂金属40份和深色色母6份;
所述外层塑胶原料包括以下重量份数的原料制备:高密度聚乙烯30份、茂金属40份、聚丙烯60份和浅色色母10份。

一种PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管,包括内层塑胶原料和外层塑胶原料,其中:

上述实施例中的PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述实施例中的配方成分分别配比出内层塑胶原料、外层塑胶原料,然后分别将内层塑胶原料和外层塑胶原料充分搅拌、混合均匀;
(2)将所述内层塑胶原料和外层塑胶原料分别加入到双螺杆共挤拉管机的相应料筒内,设定好温度和内层螺杆、外层螺杆的转速后,由所述双螺杆共挤机于模唇处挤出PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管;其中,内外层螺杆的转速为2:1;
(3)真空定径冷却装置在真空水箱外部另外设置一个外置储水箱,真空水箱和外置储水箱相互连通;真空泵又与外置储水箱相连通,真空泵排掉外置储水箱内的空气进而让真空水箱处于真空状态,定径套和真空水箱对所述PE/PP 双色沙皮纹软管进行定径,同时进行真空冷却;
(4)进行水冷后再进入气冷箱进行气冷;
(5)将气冷后的PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管导入无极切台铜套内,按照设定的产品长度要求进行标准飞切;
(6)飞切好的PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管自然落在输送带上流到下一道工序或入箱储存。
进一步的,步骤(2)中,内层螺杆的温度设为150℃,外层螺杆的温度设为180℃,便于内层塑胶原料和外层塑胶原料充分溶化达到沙皮纹所需要的融化状态。
进一步的,所述内层螺杆的转速为600r/min,所述外层螺杆的转速为 300r/min,促进外层沙皮纹的形成,使PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管的表面形成凹凸的层次感和立体感,让准备要印刷的产品信息或图案通过物理作用可以牢固粘贴在所述PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管上。
进一步的,双螺杆共挤机挤出PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管的速度为8~10m/min,确保沙皮纹效果美观、稳定。
进一步的,步骤(3)中真空冷却的温度为10℃~15℃,步骤(4)中气冷箱中的温度设置为10℃~15℃,确保沙皮纹软管充分冷却、凝固成型。
本申请人在原有挤出软管的工艺基础上改变配方,加入聚丙烯原料,并相应调整了多项工艺参数,如内层螺杆温度、外层螺杆温度、拉管速度等,成功地生产出了一种极具特色带有立体感和层次感的PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管。聚丙烯的加入,使配方成分收缩、产生裂变,通过各相应工艺参数的作用(如内层螺杆温度、外层螺杆温度、拉管速度等),形成想要的沙皮纹软管。
由于本发明制备出的PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管有凹凸的层次感故在印刷前不需涂层过油印刷油墨依然牢固不脱落,节约了涂层过油的材料成本,又缩短了产品的生产周期,提高生产效率。
另外,本发明突破了传统工艺单色单类型原料做塑料包装产品的瓶颈,通过添加不同程度的深色色母或浅色色母,在聚丙烯原料的作用下,生产出具有立体感和层次感的沙皮纹、树皮纹、豹纹等多种单色、双色塑料软管,进一步丰富了多彩的塑料包装市场。如想制备豹纹双色塑料软管时,添加黑色的深色色母和黄色的浅色色母;想制备熊猫纹双色塑料软管时,添加黑色的深色色母和白色的浅色色母。
本发明丰富了日化产品的外包装,让品牌厂家又多了一个选择,同时能让产品从传统品类中脱颖而出,吸引眼球刺激消费者购买欲望,进一步为企业促销增收。

Claims (10)
1.一种PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管,其特征在于,包括内层塑胶原料和外层塑胶原料;
所述内层塑胶原料包括以下重量份计成分:低密度聚乙烯30~100份、茂金属10~50份和深色色母1~8份;
所述外层塑胶原料包括以下重量份计成分:高密度聚乙烯5~35份、茂金属10~50份、聚丙烯30~70份和浅色色母1~15份。
2.如权利要求1所述PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管,其特征在于,所述内层塑胶原料中的低密度聚乙烯为低密度聚乙烯JF430N,所述茂金属为茂金属2530。
3.如权利要求1所述PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管,其特征在于,所述外层塑胶原料中的高密度聚乙烯为高密度聚乙烯5502,所述茂金属为茂金属2530;所述聚丙烯为聚丙烯LSP0550。
4.如权利要求1所述PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管,其特征在于,所述内层塑胶原料包括以下重量份计成分:低密度聚乙烯70份、茂金属30份和深色色母4份。
5.如权利要求1所述PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管,其特征在于,所述外层塑胶原料包括以下重量份计成分:高密度聚乙烯20份、茂金属30份、聚丙烯50份和浅色色母4份。
6.一种PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方配比出内层塑胶原料和外层塑胶原料,充分搅拌、混合均匀;
(2)将所述内层塑胶原料和外层塑胶原料分别加入到双螺杆共挤拉管机的相应料筒内,设定好温度和内层螺杆、外层螺杆的转速后,由所述双螺杆共挤机于模唇处挤出PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管;其中,内外层螺杆的转速为2:1;
(3)真空定径冷却装置在真空水箱外部另外设置一个外置储水箱,真空水箱和外置储水箱相互连通;真空泵又与外置储水箱相连通,真空泵排掉外置储水箱内的空气进而让真空水箱处于真空状态,定径套和真空水箱对所述PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管进行定径,同时进行真空冷却;
(4)进行水冷后再进入气冷箱进行气冷;
(5)将气冷后的PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管导入无极切台铜套内,按照设定的产品长度要求进行标准飞切;
(6)飞切好的PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管自然落在输送带上流到下一道工序或入箱储存。
7.如权利要求6所述制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述内层螺杆的温度为150℃,所述外层螺杆的温度为180℃。
8.如权利要求6所述制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述内层螺杆的转速为600r/min,所述外层螺杆的转速为300r/min。
9.如权利要求6所述制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,双螺杆共挤机挤出PE/PP双色沙皮纹软管的速度为8~10m/min。
10.如权利要求6所述制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中真空冷却的温度为10℃~15℃,步骤(4)中气冷箱中的温度设置为10℃~15℃。
