本发明公开了一种圆弧切刀，包括连接杆和刀片，所述连接杆内设有连接孔，所述刀片的顶部设有与连接孔的形状尺寸相对应的连接杆，刀片通过连接杆穿过连接孔后，用螺母固定连接。可以根据不同的间距需要，方便地拆卸和安装。连接杆起到固定刀片的作用，同时还可以方便使用的时候，可以手抓住连接杆，起到手柄的作用。通过本工具，可以一次切出多块豆腐，而且各刀片的间隙可调，切出来的豆腐间隙均匀、平整光滑。大幅提高了生产效率、降低了人力成本和劳动强度。本工具不仅可以切豆腐，还可以将其他的块状或者条状物品切断。

本发明涉及一种食品加工工具，具体是一种圆弧切刀。
背景技术
豆腐生产出来是整块，实际销售和加工中，需要将大块豆腐切成小块。传统技术中，一般采用刀具或者铲具，一次切一刀，对于工厂中大批量生产中，效率低、浪费时间、人力成本。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题在于提供一种可以一刀切多块的圆弧切刀，而且间隙可调，方便使用。
为解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种圆弧切刀，包括连接杆和刀片，所述连接杆内设有连接孔，所述刀片的顶部设有与连接孔的形状尺寸相对应的连接杆，刀片通过连接杆穿过连接孔后，用螺母固定连接。可以根据不同的间距需要，方便地拆卸和安装。连接杆起到固定刀片的作用，同时还可以方便使用的时候，可以手抓住连接杆，起到手柄的作用。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述刀片为两个或者两个以上。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述连接杆和连接杆至少为一个。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述刀片的两端为圆弧形状。
本发明的有益效果是：

参阅图1，本发明提供了一种圆弧切刀，包括两个连接杆1和七个刀片2，连接杆1起到固定刀片2的作用，同时还可以方便使用的时候，可以手抓住连接杆1，起到手柄的作用。所述连接杆1内设有七个连接孔，在每个刀片2的顶部均设有两个与连接孔的形状、尺寸相同的连接杆21，刀片2通过连接杆21穿过连接孔后，用螺母22固定连接。所述刀片2的两端的底部为圆弧形状，便于在切的过程中，更为顺利，不会把被切食物刮坏。
因为是活动可拆卸的螺栓连接，故可根据不同的间距需要，方便地拆卸和安装。所述刀片2可以根据实际需要设置成多个，连接杆1和连接杆21的数量也可以根据刀片2的长度和其他实际情况来设置。一般地，当刀片2较长时，连接杆1和连接杆21也相应增多。
本发明的有益效果是：

1.一种圆弧切刀，其特征在于：包括连接杆(1)和刀片(2)，所述连接杆(1)内设有连接孔(11)，所述刀片(2)的顶部设有与连接孔的形状尺寸相对应的连接杆(21)，刀片(2)通过连接杆(21)穿过连接孔后，用螺母(22)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种圆弧切刀，其特征在于：所述刀片(2)为两个或者两个以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种圆弧切刀，其特征在于：所述连接杆(1)和连接杆(21)至少为一个且两者数量相同。
