本发明属于食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种鹿皮膏的制作方法。
技术背景
鹿皮是我国的传统中药,药用历史悠久。早在《本草纲目》中就有鹿皮“补气 ,涩精,敛疮”功效的记载,《四川中药志》中也记载了其“能补气,涩虚滑,治妇女白带,血崩不止,肾虚滑精;涂一切疮”。鹿皮味咸,性温,归肝,肾经,主治补气 ,涩虚精,强筋健骨,可用于身体瘦弱,腰酸耳鸣,头晕 目眩,虚弱久咳,痰中带血,虚喘气短,妇女经血不调,崩漏带下,性偏于温,既能补阳,又可滋阴补血、止血。但是鹿皮在现实生活中的使用主要是以皮革制品的形式存在,而对鹿皮的食用价值和药用价值没有达到充分的利用。
发明内容
为解决鹿皮在现实生活中充分发挥其食用价值和药用价值,满足人们对鹿皮食品的需求,本发明提供一种鹿皮膏的制作方法。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种鹿皮膏的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
A选择鹿皮:选择梅花鹿或马鹿冬板新鲜优质鹿皮;
B清洗:将鹿皮放在流水中冲洗,洗净皮毛;
C褪毛:将洗净的鹿皮采用物理方法褪尽鹿毛,然后浸泡以利于除去表面杂质污垢;
D沸煮:将处理干净的鹿皮切成块,放入沸水锅中烫煮,并不断上下翻动,直至鹿皮呈卷缩状,取出用刮刀刮去残肉;
E切条:将鹿皮用流水冲洗干净,然后沥干水,切成细长条状;
F绞碎:将切后鹿皮放入绞肉机中绞碎,并准确称重;
G熬胶:将绞碎称重的鹿皮置于胶锅中,加水淹没过鹿皮,文火加热保持微沸24h,然后滤出胶液,如此反复熬制5次,至充分熬出胶液,每次胶液密封、冷藏;
H过滤:将各次所熬制的胶液汇聚在一起,用纱布过滤,搅拌均匀,静置沉淀2h再过滤;
I混合: 将枸杞、黄芪、党参、熟地、白术按4:3:5:4:3比例浸没水煮提取浸液3次,将3次浸液混合,再在混合浸液中加入糖浆、蜂蜜、胶汁混合;
J均质浓缩:将合并后的胶液放入高压均质机内进行均质处理,将均质后的胶液进行浓缩处理获得鹿皮膏;
K装瓶密封:将鹿皮膏趁热装入瓶中,液面距离瓶口4~5mm,先进行排气处理,再进行密封处理;
L冷却保存:将装瓶的鹿皮膏迅速冷却至25~30℃,杀菌保存。
