技术领域
本发明涉及一种高压容器。
背景技术
在日本专利申请公开No.2002-188794(JP 2002-188794A)中公开了高压氢罐。高压氢罐包括衬层和加强层,衬层被形成为筒形状,加强层被缠绕在衬层上并且由纤维加强树脂形成。利用该布置,增大了衬层的刚度,使得高压氢能够存储在罐内。
发明内容
因为在JP 2002-188794A中公开的高压氢罐被形成为筒形状,所以从高压罐中的氢向衬层的在纵向方向(轴向方向)上的端部施加内部压力。因此,加强层需要也被设置在衬层的轴向端部上以抵抗内部压力。在此情况中,在罐的生产期间,需要在不同方向,即衬层的周向方向和衬层的轴向方向,中的每一个方向上缠绕一定数目的加强层,以确保要求的刚度。因此,处理步骤的数目可能增加,并且在此方面在现有技术中存在一定的改进空间。
本发明提供了一种高压容器,所述高压容器可减小在其生产时的处理步骤的数目。
根据本发明的一个方面的高压容器包括:本体部,该本体部具有圆筒状并且包括在本体部的轴向相反端部中的至少一个端部处的开口;盖,盖封闭本体部的开口,并且盖能够在本体部的轴向方向上移位;和密封构件,密封构件被设置在本体部和盖之间。密封构件提供在本体部和相对于本体部移位的盖之间的密封。
在根据本发明的以上方面的高压容器中,盖被设置用于封闭在形成为圆筒状的本体部的轴向相反端部中的至少一个端部处的开口,使得盖能够在本体部的轴向方向(将简称为“轴向方向”)上移位。密封构件被设置在盖和本体部之间。密封构件提供在本体部和相对于本体部移位的盖之间的密封。因此,当存储在本体部内的流体的压力增大时,盖能够在轴向方向上向外位移,而不允许流体通过本体部和盖之间泄漏。通过使盖因此轴向向外移位,由在本体部的轴向方向上施加的压力所产生的力能够被抑制或减小;因此,能够减小在轴向方向上本体部的加强。因此,如上所述的高压容器具有如下良好的效果,即在容器的生产时的处理步骤的数目能够减小。
在根据以上方面的高压容器中,加强材料可在本体部的轴向方向上缠绕在本体部和盖上,并且加强材料可构造成当盖移位时弹性地跟随盖。
在如上所述的高压容器中,加强材料在轴向方向上缠绕在本体部和盖上。因此,能够提高抵抗在本体部的轴向方向上施加的压力的防护强度。而且,加强材料被构造成当盖移位时弹性地跟随盖。因此,在盖由于存储在本体部内的流体的压力增大而轴向向外移位之后,当流体的压力减小时,盖能够轴向向内移位以返回到原始位置。因此,如上所述的高压容器具有能够稳定盖的位移的良好的效果。
如上所述的高压容器可包括并排布置的多个本体部,并且该多个本体部的每一个本体部可以是以上所指示的本体部。在高压容器中,盖可将多个本体部的开口作为一个整体封闭,并且将多个本体部的内部彼此连通的连通通道可被设置在盖内侧。
利用以上的布置,多个本体部中的每一个本体部内的流体能够移动到其他本体部中,使得多个本体部内的流体的压力均匀化或大体上彼此相等。因此,如上所述的高压容器具有如下良好的效果,即能够减小在多个本体部之中从两个或更多本体部施加到盖的流体的压力的变化。
在以上所述的高压容器中,密封构件可具有环状,并且可包括第一接触壁部和第二接触壁部,第一接触壁部具有与本体部的内壁抵接的外侧表面,并且第二接触壁部与第一接触壁部相对且具有与盖的侧壁抵接的内侧表面。在与密封构件的周向方向垂直的平面中,密封构件可具有在本体部的轴向方向上向内打开的大致U形截面。
利用以上的布置,当本体部内的流体压力增大时,流体起作用以将密封构件的第一接触壁部压靠本体部的内壁,并且也将第二接触壁部压靠盖的侧壁。因此,即使当本体部中的流体的压力变高并且盖移位时,也能够禁止流体通过本体部和盖之间泄漏。因此,如上所述的高压容器具有如下良好的效果,即能够在更高的压力下将流体存储在容器中。
在以上所述的高压容器中,密封构件可设置有偏压构件,该偏压构件被构造成将第一接触壁部朝向本体部的内壁偏压,并且将第二接触壁部朝向盖的侧壁偏压。
利用以上布置,第一接触壁部的外侧表面保持与本体部的内壁抵接,且第二接触壁部的内侧表面保持与盖的侧壁抵接。即,能够稳定地维持本体部和盖之间的密封状态,而与本体部内的压力变化无关。因此,如上所述的高压容器具有如下良好的效果,即能够禁止流体通过本体部和盖之间泄漏,而与高压容器内的压力变化无关。
在以上所述的高压容器内,盖可包括本体部插入部,该本体部插入部大致呈在本体部的轴向方向上向内突出的圆柱状,并且切口部可被设置在本体部插入部的远端部的外边缘处。密封构件可被接收在切口部中。

具体实施方式
参考图1和图2,将描述根据本发明的一个实施例的高压容器。在附图中,箭头FR指示车辆纵向方向上的前侧,箭头OUT指示车辆宽度方向上的外侧,而UP指示车辆竖直方向上的上侧。
如在图2中所示,通过将多个罐体10组装在一起提供罐模块12。作为一个示例,罐模块12位于燃料电池车辆的地板面板(未示出)的车辆下侧上。
罐体10中的每一个罐体被形成为大致圆筒状,该圆筒状具有例如与车辆纵向或前后方向对应的轴向方向(纵向方向)。罐体10包括本体部14、作为加强材料的第一纤维加强树脂构件16和第二纤维加强树脂构件18。本体部14被形成为圆筒状,并且在本体部的轴向相反端部处打开。作为一个示例,本体部14由铝合金形成。本体部14的直径被确定为使得本体部能够被容纳在地板面板的车辆下侧上可利用的空间中。
第一纤维加强树脂构件16通过将片状CFRP(碳纤维加强树脂)缠绕在本体部14的外周表面20上形成。在第一纤维加强树脂构件16的内部中,碳纤维(未示出)被布置在本体部14的周向方向上。换言之,第一纤维加强树脂构件16的纤维方向是本体部14的周向方向。
第一纤维加强树脂构件16缠绕在其上的罐体10的多个本体部14在车辆宽度方向上被并排布置。在轴向方向上的一侧上的罐体10的本体部14的端部位于车辆纵向方向上大体上相同的位置处。盖22被插入到在轴向方向上的一侧上的本体部14的端部中。盖22能够相对于本体部14在轴向方向上移动。虽然在附图中未图示,但类似于以上所指示的在轴向方向上的一侧上的本体部14的端部,在轴向方向上的另一侧上的罐体10的本体部14的端部位于车辆纵向方向上大体上相同的位置处,并且盖22被插入到本体部14的端部中,使得盖22能够相对于本体部14在轴向方向上移动。
如在图1中所示,盖22被大致形成为半圆形圆柱状,该半圆形圆柱状具有与车辆宽度方向对应的轴向方向,并且在本体部14的轴向方向上向外缠绕。盖22具有本体部插入部24和连通通道26。本体部插入部24位于与罐体10的相应本体部14对应的位置处,并且每个本体部插入部24被大致形成为在对应的本体部14的轴向方向上向内突出的圆柱状。本体部插入部24的侧壁28与本体部14的内壁42抵接。通过将每个本体部插入部24的外边缘部切开而形成的切口部30被设置在本体部插入部24的远端部处,并且密封构件32被接收在切口部30中。
密封构件32被形成为环状,该环状具有在对应的本体部14的轴线上的中心。更具体地,密封构件32包括第一接触壁部34和第二接触壁部36。第一接触壁部34大致在轴向方向上延伸。第二接触壁部36在本体部14的径向方向上位于第一接触壁部34的内侧上,以与第一接触壁部34相对,并且也在轴向方向上延伸。因而,第一接触壁部34的轴向外部和第二接触壁部36的轴向外部在本体部14的径向方向上彼此连接。因此,密封构件32在与周向方向垂直的平面中具有大致U形截面,使得U形形状在轴向方向上向内打开。第一接触壁部34的外侧表面40与本体部14的内壁42抵接,并且第二接触壁部36的内侧表面44与盖22的切口部30的侧壁46抵接。
用作偏压构件的弹簧50被设置在密封构件32内侧。作为一个示例可以是板簧的弹簧50将第一接触壁部34朝向本体部14的内壁42偏压,并且将第二接触壁部36朝向盖22的侧壁46偏压。即,不考虑存储在罐体10中的流体的压力,密封构件32的第一接触壁部34的外侧表面40保持与本体部14的内壁42抵接,并且密封构件32的第二接触壁部36的内侧表面44保持与盖22的切口部30的侧壁46抵接。
连通通道26被形成在盖22内,并且包括多个第一连通通道26A和第二连通通道26B(见图2)。第一连通通道26A在相应本体部插入部24内在本体部14的轴向方向上延伸,并且在轴向方向上向内打开。第二连通通道26B将第一连通通道26A在车辆宽度方向上彼此连接。利用此布置,罐体10的本体部14的内部彼此连通。
第二纤维加强树脂构件18被设置在第一纤维加强树脂构件16和盖22的外表面上。更具体地,第二纤维加强树脂构件18为类似于第一纤维加强树脂构件16的片状CFRP(碳纤维加强树脂),并且第二纤维加强树脂构件18在本体部14的轴向方向上整体地缠绕在第一纤维加强树脂构件16和盖22的外表面上。在第二纤维加强树脂构件18的内部内,碳纤维(未示出)在轴向方向上布置。换言之,第二纤维加强树脂构件18的纤维方向是本体部14的轴向方向。第二纤维加强树脂构件18中的纤维的量被设定为第一纤维加强树脂构件16的纤维的量的一半。第二纤维加强树脂构件18也能够沿轴向方向在一定程度上弹性地膨胀和收缩。
盖22中的连通通道26设有阀48(见图2)。阀48使得能够控制连通通道26中流动的流体的量。然后,连通通道26被连接到未图示的燃料电池堆、供给管等。
然后将描述此实施例的操作和效果。
在此实施例中,如在图1中所示,本体部14被形成为圆筒状,该圆筒状在其轴向相反端部中的至少一个端部处打开,并且盖22被设置用于关闭本体部14的开口,使得盖22能够在轴向方向上移位。密封构件32被设置在盖22和本体部14之间,并且提供在本体部14和相对于本体部14移位的盖22之间的密封。因此,当存储在本体部14内的流体的压力增大时,盖22能够轴向向外移位而不允许流体通过本体部14和盖22之间泄漏(见图1中的双点划线)。在盖22因此轴向向外移位的情况下,由在本体部14的轴向方向上施加的压力所产生的力能够被抑制或减小;因此,能够减小本体14的轴向方向上的加强。因此,用于在本体部14的轴向端部处提供加强的步骤的数目能够减小,使得能够减小生产高压容器时的处理步骤的数目。
第二纤维加强树脂构件18在轴向方向上缠绕在本体部14和盖22上。因此,能够提高抵抗在本体部的轴向方向上施加的压力的防护强度。而且,第二纤维加强构件18被构造成当盖22移位时弹性地跟随盖22。因此,在盖22由于存储在本体部14内的流体的压力增大而轴向向外移位之后,当流体的压力减小时,盖22能够轴向向内位移以返回到原始位置。以此方式,能够稳定盖22的位移。
此外,如在图2中所示,两个或更多本体部14被并排布置。而且,盖22将两个或更多本体部14的开口作为一个整体封闭,并且将本体部14的内部彼此连通的连通通道26被形成在盖22内。因此,本体部14的每一个本体部内的流体能够移动到另一个本体部14中;因此,本体部14内的流体的压力能够被均匀化或大体上彼此相等。作为结果,能够减小在本体部14之中从两个或更多本体部14的内部施加到盖22的流体的压力的变化。
密封构件32被形成为环状,并且包括第一接触壁部34和第二接触壁部36,第一接触壁部34具有与本体部14的内壁42抵接的外侧表面40,第二接触壁部36与第一接触壁部34相对且具有与盖22的侧壁46抵接的内侧表面44。利用因此提供的第一接触壁部34和第二接触壁部36,密封构件32在与周向方向垂直的平面中具有大致U形截面,使得U形形状在轴向方向上向内打开。因此,在本体部14内的流体的压力增大时,流体起作用以将密封构件32的第一接触壁部34压靠本体部14的内壁42,并且将第二接触壁部36压靠盖22的侧壁46。因此,即使当本体部14内的流体的压力增大并且盖22移位时,也禁止流体通过本体部14和盖22之间泄漏。因此,流体能够在更高的压力下存储在本体部14中。
而且,在密封构件32中,弹簧50被设置用于将第一接触壁部34朝向本体部14的内壁42偏压,并且将第二接触壁部36朝向盖22的侧壁46偏压。利用因此提供的弹簧50,第一接触壁部34的外侧表面40保持与本体部14的内壁42抵接,并且第二接触壁部36的内侧表面44保持与盖22的侧壁46抵接。即,能够稳定地维持本体部14和盖22之间的密封状态,而与本体部14内的压力变化无关。以此方式,能够禁止流体通过本体部14和盖22之间泄漏,而与罐体10内的压力的变化无关。
在此实施例中,本体部14在其轴向相反端部处打开,并且盖22分别被插入到本体部14的一个轴向端部和另一个轴向端部中。然而,本发明不限制于此布置,而是本体部14的轴向相反端部中的仅一个端部可具有开口,并且盖22可插入到具有开口的端部中。
虽然在此实施例中第二纤维加强树脂构件18由CFRP形成,但第二纤维加强树脂构件18的材料不限制于此,而是第二纤维加强树脂构件18可由以不同于碳纤维的纤维加强的树脂形成,或可由不同于树脂的材料形成。
虽然在此实施例中弹簧50被设置在密封构件32内侧,但本发明不限制于此布置,而是可不设置弹簧。
虽然本发明的一个实施例在上文中已描述,但本发明不限制于以上实施例,而是在不偏离本发明的原理的情况下,可以不同于以上描述的实施例的多种变型例实施。

Claims (6)

1.一种高压容器,其特征在于包括:
本体部,所述本体部具有圆筒状并且包括在所述本体部的轴向相反端部中的至少一个端部处的开口;
盖,所述盖封闭所述本体部的开口,所述盖能够在所述本体部的轴向方向上移位;和
密封构件,所述密封构件被设置在所述本体部和所述盖之间,所述密封构件提供在所述本体部和相对于所述本体部被移位的所述盖之间的密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压容器,其特征在于,加强材料在所述本体部的轴向方向上缠绕在所述本体部和所述盖上,并且所述加强材料被构造成当所述盖被移位时弹性地跟随所述盖。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高压容器,其特征在于包括并排布置的多个本体部,所述多个本体部中的每一个本体部是所述本体部,其中
所述盖将所述多个本体部的开口作为一个整体封闭,并且连通通道被设置在所述盖内部,所述连通通道将所述多个本体部的内部彼此连通。
4.根据权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的高压容器,其特征在于,所述密封构件具有环状,并且包括第一接触壁部和第二接触壁部,所述第一接触壁部具有与所述本体部的内壁相抵接的外侧表面,并且所述第二接触壁部与所述第一接触壁部相对并且具有与所述盖的侧壁相抵接的内侧表面,所述密封构件在与所述密封构件的周向方向垂直的平面中具有大致U形截面,所述U形截面在所述本体部的轴向方向上向内开口。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高压容器,其特征在于,所述密封构件设置有偏压构件,所述偏压构件被构造成将所述第一接触壁部朝向所述本体部的内壁偏压,并且将所述第二接触壁部朝向所述盖的侧壁偏压。
6.根据权利要求1至5中的任一项所述的高压容器,其特征在于:
所述盖包括大致呈圆柱状的本体部插入部,所述本体部插入部在所述本体部的轴向方向上向内突出,并且切口部被设置在所述本体部插入部的远端部的外边缘处;并且
所述密封构件被接收在所述切口部中。
