技术领域
本公开涉及高压容器。
背景技术
日本特开2002-188794号公报中公开了作为容器的高压氢罐。该高压氢罐构成为包括形成为桶状的衬套以及卷绕于衬套并且由纤维强化树脂构成的加强层。通过该构成,能够提高衬套的刚性,因此能够在内部收容高压的氢。
然而,日本特开2002-188794号公报所公开的高压氢罐由于为桶状的较大的装置,所以为了将该高压氢罐搭载于车辆,存在车厢空间、行李空间减少的情况。换句话说,存在无法高效地利用车辆空间的可能性。为了解决这一点,考虑设置多个能够在车辆的空余的空间配置的程度的小径的圆筒状罐。然而,在为圆筒状罐的情况下,为了封堵轴向的两端部,需要设置插堵件,但因罐内部的流体的压力,会在插堵件产生向从罐主体脱离的方向的负载。因此,为了高效地利用车辆空间并且提高罐的耐压性,存在改进的余地。
发明内容
本公开考虑上述事实,目的在于获得能够提高容器的耐压性的高压容器。
第一方式的高压容器具有:主体部,其形成为圆筒状,且轴向的至少一侧的端部开口;插堵件,该插堵件的至少一部分插入上述主体部的开口的上述端部的内部,从而封堵上述端部;第一加强层,其设置于上述主体部的外周面,并且由以上述主体部的周向为纤维方向的纤维强化树脂构成;以及第二加强层,其由包含架设于上述主体部的轴向的一侧的端部与另一侧的端部的纤维的纤维强化树脂构成,并与上述第一加强层一体化。
根据第一方式,主体部形成为圆筒状,并且主体部的轴向(以下,简称为“轴向”)的至少一侧的端部开口,向端部的内部插入插堵件的至少一部分,从而封堵端部。在主体部的外周面设置有由以主体部的周向为纤维方向的纤维强化树脂构成的第一加强层。因此,主体部提高周向以及径向的耐压性。
此处,在高压容器设置有第二加强层,该第二加强层由包含架设于主体部的轴向的一侧的端部与另一侧的端部的纤维的纤维强化树脂构成,并且与第一加强层一体化。因此,即便在沿着轴向对主体部的轴向的端部施加朝向轴向外侧的负载的情况下,也能够通过架设于一侧的插堵件与另一侧的插堵件的第二加强层以及与该第二加强层一体化的第一加强层来承受朝向轴向外侧的负载。因此,能够提高高压容器自身的轴向的耐压性。
第二方式的高压容器在第一方式的基础上,在上述插堵件的上述主体部的轴向外侧端部的中心部,设置有沿着上述主体部的轴向朝外侧突出的突出部,上述第二加强层的纤维的纤维方向在与上述主体部的轴向正交的方向观察下相对于上述主体部的轴向倾斜规定的角度,由此使得上述纤维在上述主体部的轴向观察下被向上述突出部的根部侧施力。
根据第二方式,在插堵件的轴向外侧端部的中心部设置有沿着轴向朝外侧突出的突出部。另外,第二加强层的纤维的纤维方向在与主体部的轴向正交的方向观察下相对于轴向倾斜规定的角度,由此使得纤维在轴向观察下被向突出部的根部侧施力。因此,第二加强层的纤维能够抑制插堵件向径向外侧横向滑动。
第三方式的高压容器在第一方式的基础上,在上述插堵件的上述主体部的轴向外侧端部的外周面,设置有沿着上述主体部的周向相互分离的多个突起部,上述第二加强层的纤维在上述主体部的轴向上配设于多个上述突起部彼此之间,并且在与上述主体部的轴向正交的方向观察下,上述第二加强层的纤维的纤维方向被配设为与上述主体部的轴向平行。
根据第三方式,在插堵件的轴向外侧端部的外周面设置有沿着主体部的周向相互分离的多个突起部,第二加强层的纤维沿着轴向配设于多个突起部彼此之间。因此,突起部限制第二加强层的纤维在插堵件上的移动,因此能够防止纤维在插堵件上滑动而未钩挂于插堵件。由此,能够在与轴向正交的方向观察下使纤维配设为与主体部的轴向平行。换句话说,纤维的纤维方向与轴向成为相同方向,因此能够通过第二加强层的纤维进一步可靠地承受朝向轴向外侧的负载。
第四方式的高压容器在第一至第三方式的任一个的基础上,在上述插堵件的插入上述主体部的内部的部位形成有凹部,该凹部朝向上述主体部的内部开口,并且朝向上述主体部的轴向外侧凹陷。
根据第四方式,在插堵件的插入上述主体部的内部的部位形成有朝向主体部的内部开口并且朝向主体部的轴向外侧凹陷的凹部。因此,能够通过凹部进一步增加高压容器内部的容量。
第一方式的高压容器能够提高容器的耐压性。
第二方式的高压容器能够抑制第二加强层从插堵件脱落。
第三方式的高压容器能够进一步提高轴向的耐压性。
第四方式的高压容器能够增加内部容量。

具体实施方式
以下,使用图1~图5,对本公开的一实施方式进行说明。
设置于车辆的罐模块通过组合多个图1所示的作为高压容器的高压罐10而构成,作为一个例子,形成为将在燃料电池车辆的地板的车辆下侧并排的多个高压罐10彼此连结的构成。
高压罐10作为一个例子形成为以车辆宽度方向或者车辆前后方向为轴向(长边方向)的近似圆柱状。如图2所示,该高压罐10构成为包括主体部12、第一加强层14以及第二加强层16。主体部12形成为轴向的两端部开口的圆筒状,并且作为一个例子由铝合金构成。此外,主体部12形成为能够收容于地板的车辆下侧的空余的空间内的直径尺寸。
第一加强层14为片状的CFRP(碳纤维强化树脂),并且卷绕于主体部12的外周面18。在该第一加强层14的内部,沿着主体部12的周向排列有碳纤维。换言之,第一加强层14的纤维方向为主体部12的周向。
在高压罐10的主体部12的轴向一侧的端部的内部以及另一侧的端部的内部,分别插入有一对插堵件20。插堵件20形成为朝向轴向外侧凸出的近似半球状(参照图4B)。该插堵件20具有壳体插入部22、连通流路24以及突出部30。壳体插入部22配置于与主体部12对应的位置,形成为近似圆筒状,并具有朝向轴向内侧突出并且朝向内部开口的后述的凹部32。壳体插入部22的外周面23与主体部12的内周面对置。
设置于壳体插入部22的内部的凹部32朝向轴向外侧形成为凹形状。该凹部具有锥形部34和水平部36,锥形部34配设于壳体插入部22的前端部的端面38侧,并且形成为朝向轴向外侧缩径。另外,水平部36配设于凹部32的轴向外侧,并且沿着轴向形成为有底圆筒状。并且,水平部36的侧壁部40与底壁部42经由圆弧状的圆弧部44而连接。同样地,水平部36的侧壁部40与锥形部34的侧壁部46经由圆弧部48而连接。此外,在水平部36的底壁部42设置有后述的连通流路24的开口。
在壳体插入部22的前端部(轴向内侧)设置有切去外缘部而而形成的密封件收容部26,在该密封件收容部26的内部收纳有O型圈28。O型圈28沿着主体部12的径向弹性地变形,从而抵接于主体部12的内周面。
在壳体插入部22的端面38形成有多个(在本实施方式中作为一个例子为四个)紧固孔54(参照图4B)。另外,在端面38抵接有形成为圆盘状的保持板56,在沿轴向观察下,该保持板56在中心部形成有与插堵件20的凹部32连续的连通孔60。另外,在保持板56的与端面38的紧固孔54对应的位置形成有沿板厚方向贯通的贯通孔62,向该贯通孔62与端面38的紧固孔54分别插通螺栓64并进行紧固,从而在端面38安装有保持板56。此外,保持板56的直径设定为与壳体插入部22的普通部(密封件收容部26以外的部位)大致相同。换句话说,保持板56的外周面68与主体部12的内周面对置。利用上述插堵件20的壳体插入部22,主体部12的轴向一侧的端部与另一侧的端部分别被封堵。
突出部30设置于插堵件20的轴向外侧端部72。详细而言,突出部30设置于插堵件20的轴向外侧端部72的与轴C对应的位置,并且形成为朝向轴向外侧突出的圆柱状(参照图4A)。在突出部30的内部形成有紧固孔74,在紧固孔74的内周面形成螺纹切削部,在该紧固孔74的底部76设置有连通流路24的开口。
连通流路24形成于插堵件20的内部。该连通流路24沿着轴向设置于壳体插入部22的内部,形成将插堵件20的内外连通的结构。而且,在连通流路24连接有与其他的多个高压罐的连通流路24连结的连结管。由此,多个高压罐10的主体部12的内部相互连通。此外,在连结管设置有阀,由此能够控制在连通流路24进而在连结管内流动的流体的量。而且,连结管与燃料电池组等连接。
第二加强层16设置于第一加强层14的径向外侧且设置于一对插堵件20的外侧面。该第二加强层16由在内部具有多个纤维78的CFRP(碳纤维强化树脂)构成(参照图1、图3)。此外,在图中,为了易于理解地表示纤维78,与实际相比以夸张的方式图示粗细,并且为了易于理解地表示纤维78的纤维方向,较少地图示根数。
如图3所示,第二加强层16的纤维78卷绕于插堵件20的轴向外侧端部72。详细而言,在轴向观察下,以接近插堵件20的突出部30的根部82(参照图1)的方式直线地卷绕。换言之,纤维78通过插堵件20的轴向外侧端部72的测地线的附近被卷绕。如图1所示,卷绕于插堵件20的轴向外侧端部72的纤维78在与轴向正交的方向观察下相对于轴向倾斜规定的角度θ,并朝向另一侧的插堵件20卷绕于主体部12的第一加强层14上(参照图2)(所谓的螺旋卷绕)。此外,该规定的角度是指:如图5所示,在将高压罐10在平面上并且示意性地展开的状态下,设定为将半径尺寸为R的插堵件20的轴向外侧端部72与主体部12的切点P和半径尺寸为r的突出部30的外周面以直线状连接的纤维78、与轴C形成的角度θ,在本实施方式的情况下,作为一个例子设定为约24°。由此,纤维78在插堵件20的轴向外侧端部72被向突出部30的根部82侧施力。
如图1所示,从一侧的插堵件20朝向另一侧的插堵件20卷绕在主体部12的第一加强层14上的纤维78在另一侧的插堵件20的轴向外侧端部72与一侧的插堵件20相同地以通过测地线的附近的方式卷绕。之后,纤维78从另一侧的插堵件20向一侧的插堵件20以上述的螺旋卷绕的方式卷绕。多次反复进行以上步骤而形成为层状(参照图中双点划线),从而形成第二加强层16。而且,第二加强层16与第一加强层14分别在向主体部12以及插堵件20卷绕纤维78后在相同的时机内施加烧结的工序,由此被一体化。此外,在图2中,为了分别易于理解地表示第一加强层14与第二加强层16,将它们图示为不同的部件。
(第一实施方式的作用·效果)
接下来,对本实施方式的作用以及效果进行说明。
在本实施方式中,如图1所示,主体部12形成为圆筒状,并且轴向的两端部分别开口,向主体部12的两端部内分别插入一对插堵件20的壳体插入部22,由此封堵主体部12的两端部。在主体部12的外周面18设置有第一加强层14,该第一加强层14由以主体部12的周向为纤维方向的纤维强化树脂构成。因此,主体部12提高周向以及径向的耐压性。
此处,设置有第二加强层16,该第二加强层16由包含架设于主体部12的轴向的一端部与另一端部的纤维78的纤维强化树脂构成,并且与第一加强层14一体化。因此,即便在沿着轴向对主体部12的轴向的端部施加朝向轴向外侧的负载的情况下,也能够通过架设于一侧的插堵件20与另一侧的插堵件20的第二加强层16以及与该第二加强层16一体化的第一加强层14来承受朝向轴向外侧的负载。因此,能够提高高压罐10自身的轴向的耐压性。由此,能够提高容器的耐压性。
另外,在插堵件20的轴向外侧端部72的中心部设置有沿着轴向朝外侧突出的突出部30。另外,第二加强层16的纤维78在与主体部12的轴向正交的方向观察下,纤维方向相对于轴向倾斜规定的角度θ,使得纤维78在轴向观察下被向突出部30的根部82侧施力。因此,能够抑制第二加强层16的纤维78向插堵件20的径向外侧横向滑动。由此,能够抑制第二加强层从插堵件脱落。
另外,在插堵件20的插入主体部12的内部的壳体插入部22形成有朝向主体部12的内部开口并且朝向主体部12的轴向外侧凹陷的凹部32。因此,能够通过凹部进一步增加高压罐10的内部的容量。
(第二实施方式)
接下来,使用图6~图8,对本公开的第二实施方式的高压罐90进行说明。此外,对与上述的第一实施方式相同的构成部分标注相同编号并省略其说明。
对于该第二实施方式的高压罐90而言,基本结构与第一实施方式相同,在插堵件20设置有多个突起部92这一点具有特征。
即,如图6、图7所示,在插堵件20的轴向外侧端部72的外周面86设置有多个朝向插堵件20的径向外侧突出的突起部92。该多个突起部92以大致相同的间隔彼此分离。另外,在突起部92的侧面部94的轴向外侧形成有引导面96。如图7所示,该引导面96由一对倾斜壁面98构成,各个倾斜壁面98以伴随着趋于轴向外侧而相互接近的方式倾斜。
如图7所示,第二加强层100设置于第一加强层14的径向外侧且设置于一对插堵件20的外侧面。该第二加强层100由在内部具有多个纤维102的CFRP(碳纤维强化树脂)构成。此外,在图中,为了易于理解地表示纤维102,与实际相比以夸张的方式图示粗细,并且为了易于理解地表示纤维102的纤维方向,较少地图示根数。
第二加强层100的纤维102通过突起部92彼此之间而卷绕于插堵件20的轴向外侧端部72之间。详细而言,以在轴向观察下与插堵件20的突出部30的根部82(参照图1)抵接的方式,从一侧的突起部92彼此之间向与其大致对置的突起部92彼此之间卷绕。如图8所示,卷绕于插堵件20的轴向外侧端部72的纤维102在与轴向正交的方向观察下从一侧的插堵件20的轴向外侧端部72沿着轴向朝向另一侧的插堵件20而卷绕于主体部12的第一加强层14上。
从一侧的插堵件20朝向另一侧的插堵件20而卷绕在主体部12的第一加强层14上的纤维102在另一侧的插堵件20的轴向外侧端部72与一侧的插堵件20相同地,从一侧的突起部92彼此之间向与其大致对置的突起部92彼此之间卷绕。之后,纤维102从另一侧的插堵件20向一侧的插堵件20沿着轴向卷绕。多次反复进行以上步骤而形成层状(参照图8中双点划线),从而形成第二加强层100。此外,第二加强层100与第一加强层14分别在向主体部12以及插堵件20卷绕纤维102后,在相同的时机内施加烧结的工序,由此被一体化。
(第二实施方式的作用·效果)
接下来,对本实施方式的作用以及效果进行说明。
根据上述构成,除了在插堵件20设置有多个突起部92这一点以外,形成为与第一实施方式的高压罐10相同的结构,所以也能够获得与第一实施方式相同的效果。另外,在插堵件20的轴向外侧端部72的外周面86设置有沿着主体部12的周向相互分离的多个突起部92,第二加强层100的纤维102沿着轴向配设于多个突起部92彼此之间。因此,第二加强层100的纤维102被突起部92限制了在插堵件20上的移动,因此能够防止纤维102在插堵件20上滑动而导致未钩挂于插堵件20,因此能够在与轴向正交的方向观察下使纤维102与主体部12的轴向平行地配设。换句话说,纤维102的纤维方向与轴向为相同方向,因此能够通过第二加强层100的纤维102更加可靠地承受朝向轴向外侧的负载。由此,能够更加提高轴向的耐压性。
另外,在本实施方式中,在与轴向正交的方向观察下,纤维102的纤维方向与轴向成为相同方向。换句话说,在高压罐90的一侧的端部与另一侧的端部之间以最短距离架设纤维102,因此能够减少纤维102,进而减少第二加强层100的重量。
此外,在上述的第一、第二实施方式中,设置于插堵件20的凹部32形成为近似圆筒状,但并不限定于此,也可以形成为半球状等其他的形状。
另外,插堵件20形成为分别插入主体部12的轴向一侧的端部与另一侧的端部的内部的结构,但并不限定于此,也可以形成为仅在主体部12的轴向的至少一侧的端部设置有插堵件20的结构。
另外,在上述的第二实施方式中,第二加强层100的纤维102以在轴向观察下与插堵件20的突出部30的根部82抵接的方式从一侧的突起部92彼此之间向与其大致对置的突起部92彼此之间卷绕,但并不限定于此,如图9所示,也可以形成反复从一侧的突起部92彼此之间沿着根部82弯曲并向相对于一侧的突起部92彼此之间大致垂直的另一侧的突起部92彼此之间(从图中实线开始如阴影线、空心线的顺序那样按附图顺时针方向)卷绕的结构,也可以形成其他的卷绕方式。
以上,对本公开的实施方式进行了说明,但本公开并不限定于上述,能够在不脱离其主旨的范围内除了上述以外还进行各种变形来实施。
Claims (9)
1.一种高压容器,其中,
所述高压容器具有:
主体部(12),其形成为圆筒状,且轴向的至少一侧的端部开口;
插堵件(20),该插堵件(20)的至少一部分插入所述主体部(12)的开口的所述端部的内部,从而封堵所述端部;
第一加强层(14),其设置于所述主体部(12)的外周面,并且由以所述主体部(12)的周向为内部纤维的延伸方向即纤维方向的纤维强化树脂构成;以及
第二加强层(16),其由包含架设于所述主体部(12)的轴向的一侧的端部与另一侧的端部的纤维的纤维强化树脂构成,并与所述第一加强层(14)一体化,
在所述插堵件(20)的所述主体部(12)的轴向外侧端部的中心部,设置有沿着所述主体部的轴向朝外侧突出的突出部(30),
在所述插堵件(20)的所述主体部(12)的轴向外侧端部的外周面,设置有沿着所述主体部(12)的周向相互分离的多个突起部(92),
在各所述突起部(92)的侧面部(94)的轴向外侧,形成有引导面(96),
所述第二加强层(16)的纤维在沿所述主体部(12)的轴向的方向观察下,配设于多个所述突起部(92)彼此之间,从一侧的所述突起部(92)彼此之间以与所述引导面(96)抵接的方式沿着所述突出部(30)的根部(82)弯曲并向相对于一侧的所述突起部(92)彼此之间大致垂直的另一侧的所述突起部(92)彼此之间卷绕,并且在与所述主体部(12)的轴向正交的方向观察下,所述第二加强层(16)的纤维的纤维方向被配设为与所述主体部的轴向平行。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压容器,其中,
所述突起部(92)彼此以相同的间隔分离。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高压容器,其中,
在所述突起部(92)的侧面部(94)的轴向外侧,形成有由一对倾斜壁面(98)构成的引导面(96),
所述倾斜壁面(98)以随着趋于轴向外侧而相互接近的方式倾斜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高压容器,其中,
在所述插堵件(20)的插入所述主体部(12)的内部的部位形成有凹部(32),该凹部(32)朝向所述主体部(12)的内部开口,并且朝向所述主体部(12)的轴向外侧凹陷。
5.一种高压容器,其中,
所述高压容器具有:
主体部(12),其形成为圆筒状,且轴向的至少一侧的端部开口;
插堵件(20),该插堵件(20)的至少一部分插入所述主体部(12)的开口的所述端部的内部,从而封堵所述端部;
第一加强层(14),其设置于所述主体部(12)的外周面,并且由以所述主体部(12)的周向为内部纤维的延伸方向即纤维方向的纤维强化树脂构成;以及
第二加强层(16),其由包含架设于所述主体部(12)的轴向的一侧的端部与另一侧的端部的纤维的纤维强化树脂构成,并与所述第一加强层(14)一体化,
在所述插堵件(20)的所述主体部(12)的轴向外侧端部的中心部,设置有沿着所述主体部的轴向朝外侧突出的突出部(30),
在所述插堵件(20)的所述主体部(12)的轴向外侧端部的外周面,设置有沿着所述主体部(12)的周向相互分离的多个突起部(92),
在各所述突起部(92)的侧面部(94)的轴向外侧,形成有引导面(96),
所述第二加强层(16)的纤维在沿所述主体部(12)的轴向的方向观察下,配设于多个所述突起部(92)彼此之间,从一侧的所述突起部(92)彼此之间以与所述引导面(96)抵接的方式沿着所述突出部(30)的根部(82)弯曲并向相对于一侧的所述突起部(92)彼此之间大致垂直的另一侧的所述突起部(92)彼此之间卷绕,并且所述第二加强层(16)的纤维的纤维方向在与所述主体部(12)的轴向正交的方向观察下相对于所述主体部的轴向倾斜规定的角度,由此使得所述纤维在所述主体部(12)的轴向观察下被向所述突出部(30)的根部侧施力。
6.一种高压容器,其中,
所述高压容器具有:
主体部(12),其形成为圆筒状,且轴向的至少一侧的端部开口;
插堵件(20),该插堵件(20)的至少一部分插入所述主体部(12)的开口的所述端部的内部,从而封堵所述端部;
第一加强层(14),其设置于所述主体部(12)的外周面,并且由以所述主体部(12)的周向为内部纤维的延伸方向即纤维方向的纤维强化树脂构成;以及
第二加强层(16),其由包含架设于所述主体部(12)的轴向的一侧的端部与另一侧的端部的纤维的纤维强化树脂构成,并与所述第一加强层(14)一体化,
在所述插堵件(20)的所述主体部(12)的轴向外侧端部的外周面,设置有沿着所述主体部(12)的周向相互分离的多个突起部(92),
在各所述突起部(92)的侧面部(94)的轴向外侧,形成有由一对倾斜壁面(98)构成的引导面(96),所述倾斜壁面(98)以随着趋于轴向外侧而相互接近的方式倾斜,
所述第二加强层(16)的纤维在沿所述主体部(12)的轴向的方向观察下配设于多个所述突起部(92)彼此之间,与所述引导面(96)抵接,并且在与所述主体部(12)的轴向正交的方向观察下,所述第二加强层(16)的纤维的纤维方向被配设为与所述主体部的轴向平行。
7.根据权利要求6所述的高压容器,其中,
所述突起部(92)彼此以相同的间隔分离。
8.根据权利要求6所述的高压容器,其中,
在所述插堵件(20)的插入所述主体部(12)的内部的部位形成有凹部(32),该凹部(32)朝向所述主体部(12)的内部开口,并且朝向所述主体部(12)的轴向外侧凹陷。
9.一种高压容器,其中,
所述高压容器具有:
主体部(12),其形成为圆筒状,且轴向的至少一侧的端部开口;
插堵件(20),该插堵件(20)的至少一部分插入所述主体部(12)的开口的所述端部的内部,从而封堵所述端部;
第一加强层(14),其设置于所述主体部(12)的外周面,并且由以所述主体部(12)的周向为内部纤维的延伸方向即纤维方向的纤维强化树脂构成;以及
第二加强层(16),其由包含架设于所述主体部(12)的轴向的一侧的端部与另一侧的端部的纤维的纤维强化树脂构成,并与所述第一加强层(14)一体化,
在所述插堵件(20)的所述主体部(12)的轴向外侧端部的外周面,设置有沿着所述主体部(12)的周向相互分离的多个突起部(92),
在各所述突起部(92)的侧面部(94)的轴向外侧,形成有由一对倾斜壁面(98)构成的引导面(96),所述倾斜壁面(98)以随着趋于轴向外侧而相互接近的方式倾斜,
在所述插堵件(20)的所述主体部(12)的轴向外侧端部的中心部,设置有沿着所述主体部的轴向朝外侧突出的突出部(30),
所述第二加强层(16)的纤维在沿所述主体部(12)的轴向的方向观察下配设于多个所述突起部(92)彼此之间,与所述引导面(96)抵接,并且所述第二加强层(16)的纤维的纤维方向在与所述主体部(12)的轴向正交的方向观察下相对于所述主体部的轴向倾斜规定的角度,由此使得所述纤维在所述主体部(12)的轴向观察下被向所述突出部(30)的根部侧施力。
