本发明涉及腊肠领域,尤其涉及到一种麻辣鸭肉腊肠。
背景技术
腊肠属于我国肉制品中的一道传统美食,具有开胃进食,增进食欲的功效。腊肠的制作方法有多种,风格各异,口味也不尽相同。随着人民生活水平的提高,对腊肠的经济价值和食用价值也有了更高的要求。可是,目前市场的腊肉并无创新,也存在着一定的缺陷,且传统做法制作麻烦,工序繁琐,且加入化学添加剂,对人身体健康无益。因此,无法满足人们追求健康美食的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种麻辣鸭肉腊肠,具有营养丰富,蛋白质含量高,具有降压降糖降脂、增强免疫的保健养颜功效,而且口感润滑、食用方便、味鲜色美、是一种大众化的理想保健食品。
