一种BOPP消光膜,包括A、B、C三层,其中A、C层为表层,B为芯层,其特征在于:所述表层A为40-53%氯化聚乙烯+30-38%聚乙烯+10-15%聚丙烯+3-5%抗氧剂+剩余防粘剂,所述芯层B为35-50%纯聚酯消光剂+5-13%滑石粉+20-25%聚乙烯+10-15%聚丙烯+2-5%抗静电剂+剩余抗氧剂,所述表层C为30-56%聚苯乙烯+20-35%环氧树脂+10-20%热稳定剂+5-15%抗静电剂+3-5%抗氧剂+10-15%聚丙烯+剩余消光母料。
所述A、B、C各层的厚度分布:表层A为0.3-0.7微米,芯层B为2-6微米,表层C为4-10微米。
所述消光母料为40-50%氧化镁+20-35%三氧化二铝+10-15%三氧化二铁+5-10%氧化钙+剩余二氧化硅。
所述抗氧剂为对苯二胺、二氢喹啉、三辛酯、三癸酯或2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚。

一种BOPP消光膜的制造方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤,原料过滤、混料、二次过滤、二次混料、熔融挤出、铸片、纵向拉伸、横向拉伸、二次纵向拉伸、二次横向拉伸、牵引切边、验收、收卷、分切、成品,所述熔融挤出温度为150-170℃,模头的温度200-220℃,所述铸片过程中急冷辊和水槽的温度均为10-15℃,所述纵向拉伸温度为90-110℃,纵向定型温度为110-120℃,纵向拉伸比为2-4倍,所述横向拉伸温度为110-135℃,横向定型温度为115-156℃,横向拉伸比为2-7倍。

实施例1
本发明公开一种BOPP消光膜,包括A、B、C三层,其中A、C层为表层,B为芯层,所述表层A为40-53%氯化聚乙烯+30-38%聚乙烯+10-15%聚丙烯+3-5%抗氧剂+剩余防粘剂,所述芯层B为35-50%纯聚酯消光剂+5-13%滑石粉+20-25%聚乙烯+10-15%聚丙烯+2-5%抗静电剂+剩余抗氧剂,所述表层C为30-56%聚苯乙烯+20-35%环氧树脂+10-20%热稳定剂+5-15%抗静电剂+3-5%抗氧剂+10-15%聚丙烯+剩余消光母料, 所述A、B、C各层的厚度分布:表层A为0.3-0.7微米,芯层B为2-6微米,表层C为4-10微米, 所述消光母料为40-50%氧化镁+20-35%三氧化二铝+10-15%三氧化二铁+5-10%氧化钙+剩余二氧化硅, 所述抗氧剂为对苯二胺、二氢喹啉、三辛酯、三癸酯或2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚, 所述抗静电剂为阴离子抗静电剂,一种BOPP消光膜的制造方法,包括如下步骤,原料过滤、混料、二次过滤、二次混料、熔融挤出、铸片、纵向拉伸、横向拉伸、二次纵向拉伸、二次横向拉伸、牵引切边、验收、收卷、分切、成品,所述熔融挤出温度为150-170℃,模头的温度200-220℃,所述铸片过程中急冷辊和水槽的温度均为10-15℃,所述纵向拉伸温度为90-110℃,纵向定型温度为110-120℃,纵向拉伸比为2-4倍,所述横向拉伸温度为110-135℃,横向定型温度为115-156℃,横向拉伸比为2-7倍。
实施例2
本发明一种BOPP消光膜,包括A、B、C三层,其中A、C层为表层,B为芯层,所述表层A为40%氯化聚乙烯+35%聚乙烯+12聚丙烯+3%抗氧剂+剩余防粘剂,所述芯层B为40%纯聚酯消光剂+10%滑石粉20%聚乙烯+15%聚丙烯+3%抗静电剂+剩余抗氧剂,所述表层C为35%聚苯乙烯+25%环氧树脂+15%热稳定剂+15%抗静电剂+4%抗氧剂+12%聚丙烯+剩余消光母料,所述A、B、C各层的厚度分布:表层A为0.6微米,芯层B为4微米,表层C为6微米, 所述消光母料为45%氧化镁+21%三氧化二铝+12%三氧化二铁+10%氧化钙+剩余二氧化硅, 所述抗氧剂为对苯二胺、二氢喹啉、三辛酯、三癸酯或2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚, 所述抗静电剂为阴离子抗静电剂,一种BOPP消光膜的制造方法,包括如下步骤,原料过滤、混料、二次过滤、二次混料、熔融挤出、铸片、纵向拉伸、横向拉伸、二次纵向拉伸、二次横向拉伸、牵引切边、验收、收卷、分切、成品,所述熔融挤出温度为160℃,模头的温度210℃,所述铸片过程中急冷辊和水槽的温度均为13℃,所述纵向拉伸温度为105℃,纵向定型温度为115℃,纵向拉伸比为3倍,所述横向拉伸温度为120℃,横向定型温度为140℃,横向拉伸比为5倍。
Claims (6)
1.一种BOPP消光膜,包括A、B、C三层,其中A、C层为表层,B为芯层,其特征在于:所述表层A为40-53%氯化聚乙烯+30-38%聚乙烯+10-15%聚丙烯+3-5%抗氧剂+剩余防粘剂,所述芯层B为35-50%纯聚酯消光剂+5-13%滑石粉+20-25%聚乙烯+10-15%聚丙烯+2-5%抗静电剂+剩余抗氧剂,所述表层C为30-56%聚苯乙烯+20-35%环氧树脂+10-20%热稳定剂+5-15%抗静电剂+3-5%抗氧剂+10-15%聚丙烯+剩余消光母料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种BOPP消光膜,其特征在于:所述A、B、C各层的厚度分布:表层A为0.3-0.7微米,芯层B为2-6微米,表层C为4-10微米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种BOPP消光膜,其特征在于: 所述消光母料为40-50%氧化镁+20-35%三氧化二铝+10-15%三氧化二铁+5-10%氧化钙+剩余二氧化硅。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种BOPP消光膜,其特征在于: 所述抗氧剂为对苯二胺、二氢喹啉、三辛酯、三癸酯或2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种BOPP消光膜,其特征在于:所述抗静电剂为阴离子抗静电剂。
6.一种BOPP消光膜的制造方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤,原料过滤、混料、二次过滤、二次混料、熔融挤出、铸片、纵向拉伸、横向拉伸、二次纵向拉伸、二次横向拉伸、牵引切边、验收、收卷、分切、成品,所述熔融挤出温度为150-170℃,模头的温度200-220℃,所述铸片过程中急冷辊和水槽的温度均为10-15℃,所述纵向拉伸温度为90-110℃,纵向定型温度为110-120℃,纵向拉伸比为2-4倍,所述横向拉伸温度为110-135℃,横向定型温度为115-156℃,横向拉伸比为2-7倍。
