Abstract
本发明公开了一种缠绕胶片的热切刀装置,安装于缠绕机上,包括有热切刀、旋转气缸、切断压轮及止退机构,旋转气缸、切断压轮及止退机构通过固定机构安装在缠绕机上,热切刀与旋转气缸的推动轴连接形成可沿切断压轮表面外围旋转的结构;止退机构悬于切断压轮上方将胶片压紧在切断压轮上形成对胶片的止退,胶片从止退机构与切断压轮之间的间隙穿过。本发明安装于缠绕机上用于轮胎胎面缠绕胶片的切断工序,通过旋转机构、切刀安装板及热切刀的相互配合,可以自动将胶片切断,切断效率高;同时在止退机构与切断压轮的配合下会压住胶片,使胶片切断后不会缩回,无需再次进行人工牵引缠绕,从而可提高生产效率,降低工人劳动强度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及轮胎生产技术领域,具体涉及一种通过缠绕胶片制作轮胎的缠绕机上的机构。
背景技术
利用缠绕胶片制作轮胎时,胶片从胶片导轮牵引到胶片压合轮上,传统技术中,当缠绕结束后,胶片的切断是靠人工手动将胶片扯断,这种操作方式的缺点在于,第一,胶片扯断后会缩回缠绕头后面,当需要再次缠绕时,操作人员须再次牵引到缠绕压合轮前面,开启缠绕开关才能继续缠绕;第二,采用人工操作方式会导致工人的劳动强度大,且生产效率低,人力成本高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种自动化程度高、生产效率高、可防止胶片缩回的缠绕胶片的热切刀装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种缠绕胶片的热切刀装置,安装于缠绕机上,其特征在于:包括有热切刀、旋转气缸、切断压轮及止退机构,旋转气缸、切断压轮及止退机构通过固定机构安装在缠绕机上,热切刀靠近切断压轮且与切断压轮的表面平行,热切刀与旋转气缸的推动轴连接形成可沿切断压轮表面外围旋转的结构;止退机构悬于切断压轮上方将胶片压紧在切断压轮上形成对胶片的止退,胶片从止退机构与切断压轮之间的间隙穿过。
进一步地,所述热切刀中安装有加热棒,形成对热切刀的加热结构;加热棒连接有用于检测温度的热电偶,实现自动加热及自动控温。
进一步地,止退机构包括有胶片止退联杆和胶片止退针,在胶片止退联杆上横向伸出一固定轴,若干胶片止退针并排安装在该固定轴上;胶片止退针的底端为倾斜面结构,该倾斜面结构与从切断压轮上经过的胶片相配。
进一步地,切断压轮通过转轴安装在切断压轮固定板上,胶片止退联杆亦固定在该切断压轮固定板上,切断压轮固定板安装在两块可移动的滑块上,滑块与相应的直线导轨作为直线导轨副配对安装,直线导轨固定在缠绕机上;滑块与一推动气缸连接,推动气缸通过一固定座安装在缠绕机的支撑板上。
进一步地,热切刀安装在一切刀安装板上,该切刀安装板的上部通过转轴安装在一切刀固定板上形成可旋转结构,切刀安装板的中部位置与旋转气缸的推动轴连接形成对热切刀的旋转推动结构,热切刀位于从切断压轮上绕过的胶片之下;旋转气缸安装在一旋转气缸固定座上,旋转气缸固定座及切刀固定板一起安装在所述滑块上。通过推动气缸控制滑块左右移动,可以调节热切刀装置的整体位置,以适应所需工作位置的调整。
进一步地,热切刀装置设置于缠绕机的垫板与胶片压合轮之间,垫板安装于缠绕机的支撑板上,位于热切刀装置之上,胶片压合轮位于热切刀装置下方。
进一步地,在垫板上方设有胶片压轮,胶片压轮上安装有压板联杆;压板联杆为弯折结构,其中部的转角位置通过转轴安装在胶片压轮上形成可旋转结构,其尾端与一压紧气缸连接形成对该胶片联杆的旋转推动结构,胶片联杆的前端设置有一通过与垫板配合压紧胶片的胶片压板;在胶片压轮的上方设有若干胶片导轮,胶片导轮、胶片压轮及压紧气缸均安装在支撑板上。
当轮胎胎面缠绕结束后,压紧气缸工作,推动压板联杆旋转下压胶片压板,使胶片被压紧在垫板上,热切刀装置开始动作,通过旋转气缸推动热切刀向上旋转切断胶片。此时,胶片止退联杆和胶片止退针与切断压轮配合将胶片压住,使切断后的胶片不会倒退缩回,停止在原位等待下一次缠绕的开始。
本发明安装于缠绕机上用于轮胎胎面缠绕胶片的切断工序,通过旋转机构、切刀安装板及热切刀的相互配合,可以自动将胶片切断,切断效率高;同时在止退机构与切断压轮的配合下会压住胶片,使胶片切断后不会缩回,无需再次进行人工牵引缠绕,从而可提高生产效率,降低工人劳动强度。

具体实施方式
本实施例中,参照图1、图2和图3,所述缠绕胶片的热切刀装置,安装于缠绕机14上,包括有热切刀10、旋转气缸16、切断压轮9及止退机构,旋转气缸16、切断压轮9及止退机构通过固定机构安装在缠绕机14上,热切刀10靠近切断压轮9且与切断压轮9的表面平行,热切刀10与旋转气缸16的推动轴连接形成可沿切断压轮9表面外围旋转的结构;止退机构悬于切断压轮9上方将胶片12压紧在切断压轮9上形成对胶片12的止退,胶片12从止退机构与切断压轮9之间的间隙穿过。
所述热切刀10中安装有加热棒11,形成对热切刀10的加热结构,以便于快速切断胶片12;加热棒11连接有用于检测温度的热电偶,以实现自动加热及自动控温。
止退机构包括有胶片止退联杆7和胶片止退针8,在胶片止退联杆7上横向伸出一固定轴,若干胶片止退针8并排安装在该固定轴上;胶片止退针8的底端为倾斜面结构,该倾斜面结构与从切断压轮9上经过的胶片12相配。
切断压轮9通过转轴安装在切断压轮固定板21上,胶片止退联杆7亦固定在该切断压轮固定板21上,切断压轮固定板21安装在两块可移动的滑块17上,滑块17与相应的直线导轨19作为直线导轨副配对安装,直线导轨19固定在缠绕机14上;滑块17与一推动气缸18连接,推动气缸18通过一固定座20安装在缠绕机14的支撑板15上。
热切刀10安装在一切刀安装板22上,该切刀安装板22的上部通过转轴安装在一切刀固定板23上形成可旋转结构,切刀安装板22的中部位置与旋转气缸16的推动轴连接形成对热切刀10的旋转推动结构,热切刀10位于从切断压轮9上绕过的胶片12之下;旋转气缸16安装在一旋转气缸固定座24上,旋转气缸固定座24及切刀固定板23一起安装在所述滑块17上。通过推动气缸18控制滑块17左右移动,可以调节热切刀装置的整体位置,以适应所需工作位置的调整。
所述热切刀装置设置于缠绕机14的垫板6与胶片压合轮13之间,垫板6安装于缠绕机14的支撑板15上,位于热切刀装置之上,胶片压合轮13位于热切刀装置下方。
在垫板6上方设有胶片压轮2,胶片压轮2上安装有压板联杆3;压板联杆3为弯折结构,其中部转角位置通过转轴安装在胶片压轮2上形成可旋转结构,其尾端与压紧气缸5连接形成对该胶片联杆3的旋转推动结构,胶片联杆3的前端具有通过与垫板6配合压紧胶片12的胶片压板4;在胶片压轮2上方设有若干胶片导轮1,胶片导轮1、胶片压轮2及压紧气缸5均安装在支撑板14上。
当轮胎胎面缠绕结束后,压紧气缸5工作,推动压板联杆3旋转下压胶片压板4,使胶片12被压紧在垫板6上,热切刀装置开始动作,通过旋转气缸16推动热切刀10向上旋转切断胶片。此时,胶片止退联杆7和胶片止退针8与切断压轮9配合将胶片12压住,使切断后的胶片12不会倒退缩回,停止在原位等待下一次缠绕的开始。

Claims (7)
1.一种缠绕胶片的热切刀装置,安装于缠绕机上,其特征在于:包括有热切刀、旋转气缸、切断压轮及止退机构,旋转气缸、切断压轮及止退机构通过固定机构安装在缠绕机上,热切刀靠近切断压轮且与切断压轮的表面平行,热切刀与旋转气缸的推动轴连接形成可沿切断压轮表面外围旋转的结构;止退机构悬于切断压轮上方将胶片压紧在切断压轮上形成对胶片的止退,胶片从止退机构与切断压轮之间的间隙穿过。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缠绕胶片的热切刀装置,其特征在于:所述热切刀中安装有加热棒,形成对热切刀的加热结构;加热棒连接有用于检测温度的热电偶,形成自动加热及自动控温结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的缠绕胶片的热切刀装置,其特征在于:止退机构包括有胶片止退联杆和胶片止退针,在胶片止退联杆上横向伸出一固定轴,若干胶片止退针并排安装在该固定轴上;胶片止退针的底端为倾斜面结构,该倾斜面结构与从切断压轮上经过的胶片相配。
4.根据权利要求3所述的缠绕胶片的热切刀装置,其特征在于:切断压轮通过转轴安装在切断压轮固定板上,胶片止退联杆亦固定在该切断压轮固定板上,切断压轮固定板安装在两块可移动的滑块上,滑块与相应的直线导轨作为直线导轨副配对安装,直线导轨固定在缠绕机上;滑块与一推动气缸连接,推动气缸通过一固定座安装在缠绕机的支撑板上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的缠绕胶片的热切刀装置,其特征在于:热切刀安装在一切刀安装板上,该切刀安装板的上部通过转轴安装在一切刀固定板上形成可旋转结构,切刀安装板的中部位置与旋转气缸的推动轴连接形成对热切刀的旋转推动结构,热切刀位于从切断压轮上绕过的胶片之下;旋转气缸安装在一旋转气缸固定座上,旋转气缸固定座及切刀固定板一起安装在所述滑块上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的缠绕胶片的热切刀装置,其特征在于:所述热切刀装置设置于缠绕机的垫板与胶片压合轮之间,垫板安装于缠绕机的支撑板上,位于热切刀装置之上,胶片压合轮位于热切刀装置下方。
7.根据权利要求6所述的缠绕胶片的热切刀装置,其特征在于:在垫板上方设有胶片压轮,胶片压轮上安装有压板联杆;压板联杆为弯折结构,其中部的转角位置通过转轴安装在胶片压轮上形成可旋转结构,其尾端与一压紧气缸连接形成对该胶片联杆的旋转推动结构,胶片联杆的前端设置有一通过与垫板配合压紧胶片的胶片压板;在胶片压轮的上方设有若干胶片导轮,胶片导轮、胶片压轮及压紧气缸均安装在支撑板上。
