Abstract

本发明公开了一种超薄型板到板连接器,其中母座包括装配在一起的金属外壳、塑胶主体和导电端子,导电端子的金属臂前端设为双U字型体,在竖直金属臂顶端设有斜坡,沿斜坡向下设有金属凸起;在上U字型体内分布多个凸起触点,下U字型体形成凹槽,用于截留助焊剂和异物,双U字型体与金属臂的后端通过金属横梁衔接,金属横梁的另一端与焊盘焊接,下U字型凹槽底面设有金属凸起,用于支撑PCB电路板。本设计使接点的弹性变好,刚性变弱,使应力分散,金属端子发生塑性变形的问题得到解决。由于相应公母座锁紧力变强,接触的牢靠性变强。双U字型体的设计避免异物到处散落到其它位置容易粘附在附近的接点上,以至产生异物造成不导通的问题出现。

一种超薄型板到板连接器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种超薄型板到板连接器,用于手机、数码相机、智能穿戴等手持式电子产品、NB、PAD等电脑产品內部信号电路的连接。
背景技术
目前,板到板连接器为越做越小型化薄型化的发展趋势,当此种连接器薄到极限程度时,其接触的金属导电端子力臂会变得非常短,从而使端子弹性变差,刚性强,容易发生塑性变形。使产品的锁紧力变差,接触牢靠性变差。同时,当此种连接器薄到极限程度时,对于产品贴片焊接时防止助焊剂爬升到接触点的效果变差。
目前市面上的板到板连接器产品都是单点或双点式接触方式。此种板到板连接器都是使用刮擦方式来清除接点部位的氧化物及异物,但刮擦下来的异物在产品内没有做积尘槽,异物很容易粘附在其附近的接触点上,从而引起不接触之功能隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术存在的问题,重点对导电端子的结构进行创新设计,特别开发一种新的超薄型板到板连接器。
本发明采取的技术方案是:一种超薄型板到板连接器,包括公母座,其特征在于,其中,所述母座包括装配在一起的金属外壳、塑胶主体和导电端子,所述导电端子的金属臂前端设为叠加在一起的上下一双U字型体,在竖直金属臂顶端设有斜坡,沿斜坡向下尾端设有第一金属凸起,用于与塑胶主体固定;在上U字型体内左右及底部分布多个凸起触点,在上U字型体底部衔接一个下U字型体,用于使力臂变长,下U字型体形成凹槽,用于截留助焊剂和异物,双U字型体与竖直金属臂之间通过第一金属横梁衔接,竖直金属臂的另一端衔接第二金属横梁,用于与焊盘焊接,下U字型体底面设有第二金属凸起,用于支撑PCB电路板。
本发明所产生的有益效果是:
①由于导电端子设计了叠加在一起的上下一双U字型体,即在上U字型底部衔接出一个小U字型,这样使的上U字型的左右接点及底部接点力臂全部变长,这样可使接点的弹性变好,刚性变弱,从而使应力分散,金属端子发生塑性变形的问题得到解决。同时端子弹性变好,相应公母座锁紧力就会变强,接触的牢靠性就会变强。
②下U字型的凹槽的设计可使得产品焊接时助焊剂优先爬到凹槽内,从而避免助焊剂爬向接触点的位置。
③下U字型的凹槽的设计可使BTB产品在扣合使用时刮擦下来的异物掉入凹槽内,从而避免异物到处散落到其它位置容易粘附在附近的接点上,以至产生异物造成不导通的问题出现。
④在下U字型凹槽底面设计一金属凸起,此金属凸起可以起到支撑作用。当导电端子多个接点被施压后,导电端子下移一定位移量时,此金属凸起会支撑到PCB电路板上,从而使此导电端子不会产生过大位移量,即不会被过压产生塑性变形问题。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
参照图1至图6,本设计的超薄型板到板连接器包括公母座,其中,母座包括装配在一起的金属外壳1、塑胶主体2和导电端子3,导电端子3的金属臂前端设为叠加在一起的上下一双U字型体,在竖直金属臂顶端设有斜坡3.1,用于导电端子与塑胶主体装配时提供导引作用,沿斜坡3.1向下尾端设有第一金属凸起3.2,用于与塑胶主体固定;在上U字型体3.3内左右及底部分布多个凸起触点3.4,在上U字型体3.3底部衔接一个下U字型体3.5,用于使力臂变长,下U字型体3.5形成凹槽,用于截留助焊剂和异物,双U字型体与竖直金属臂之间通过第一金属横梁3.6衔接,竖直金属臂的另一端衔接第二金属横梁3.7,用于与焊盘焊接,下U字型体3.5底面设有第二金属凸起3.8,用于支撑PCB电路板。
板到板连接器母座的装配:先将导电端子3由塑胶主体2的底部与塑胶主体2装配在一起,然后将两个金属外壳1插接在塑胶主体2的两端,装配为一体。
最后将本设计的板到板连接器公母座分别焊接到PCB电路板上,然后将连接器公母座扣合到一起,依靠公母座导电端子接触咬合形成锁紧方式,即可实现导电端子连接到一起,从而形成电路的导通功效。

Claims (1)

1.一种超薄型板到板连接器,包括公母座,其特征在于,其中,所述母座包括装配在一起的金属外壳(1)、塑胶主体(2)和导电端子(3),所述导电端子(3)的金属臂前端设为叠加在一起的上下一双U字型体,在竖直金属臂顶端设有斜坡(3.1),沿斜坡(3.1)向下尾端设有第一金属凸起(3.2),用于与塑胶主体固定;在上U字型体(3.3)内左右及底部分布多个凸起触点(3.4),在上U字型体(3.3)底部衔接一个下U字型体(3.5),用于使力臂变长,下U字型体(3.5)形成凹槽,用于截留助焊剂和异物,双U字型体与竖直金属臂之间通过第一金属横梁(3.6)衔接,竖直金属臂的另一端衔接第二金属横梁(3.7),用于与焊盘焊接,下U字型体(3.5)底面设有第二金属凸起(3.8),用于支撑PCB电路板;所述板到板连接器的装配方法如下:
S1、先将导电端子(3)由塑胶主体(2)的底部与塑胶主体(2)装配在一起,然后将两个金属外壳(1)插接在塑胶主体(2)的两端,装配为一体;
S2、最后将板到板连接器公母座分别焊接到PCB电路板上,然后将连接器公母座扣合到一起,依靠公母座导电端子接触咬合形成锁紧方式,即可实现导电端子连接到一起,从而形成电路的导通功效。
